Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang strategi pengelolaan inventory untukmeminimalisasi food waste atau sudah tidak layak konsumsi pada usahamartabak, khususnya pada UMKM Martabak AA Bandung. Pengabdianini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang di hadapi UMKM MartabakAA Bandung dalam mengelola usahanya, terutama dalam hal pembukuandan pengelolaan stok bahan baku. Hal ini berdampak pada profitabilitas, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pengabdian ini menggunakanmetode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan analisisdata inventory bahan baku. Hasil pengabdian menunujukan bahwaMartabak AA Bandung memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang dengankeunggulan Lokasi, kualitas bahan baku, dan platfrom penjualan online. Namun, perlu dilakukan beberapa perbaikan dalam pengelolaan stokbahan baku yang efektif dan efisien, seperti penerapan metode FIFO (First In First Out) yang kami rekomendasikan lalu kami terapkanbersama pelaku UMKM Martabak AA Bandung, untuk meminimalisirpemborosan bahan baku. Pengelolaan inventory yang baik dan strategi bisnis yang tepat dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas, kualitas produk, dan kepuasan pelanggan pada UMKM Martabak AA Bandung. Selain itu, pentingnya pembukaan yang akurat untuk manajemen inventaris dan efisiensi bisnis secara keseluruhan ditegaskan. Lalu selain tentangpengelolaan inventory, UMKM perlu memperhatikan yaitu mencakuppengembangan strategi pengelolaan limbah dan peningkatan praktikkebersihan untuk lebih meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing MartabakAA Bandung yang Dimana pelaku UMKM masih belum terkelola dalammengenai limbah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menciptakan media pembelajran kamus tematik tiga bahasa (Indonesia, Arab, Inggris). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan desain model ADDIE.  Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 4 orang ahli yang meliputi 2 ahli materi pembelajaran, dan 2 ahli media pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskritif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu penilaian dari ahli isi pelajaran, diperoleh nilai 1,00 (validitas sangat tinggi), dan penilaian dari ahli media pembelajaran yaitu 1,00 (validitas sangat tinggi). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media kamus tematik tiga bahasa layak digunakan untuk menstimulasi kemampuan mengingat anak. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu media yang dikembangkan dalam bentuk media pembelajaran kamus tematik tiga bahasa (Indonesia, Arab, Inggris) dapat dimanfaatkan guru untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran khususnya dalam kemampuan mengingat. Kamus kamus tematik tiga bahasa (Indonesia, Arab, Inggris) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengingat pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Student learning interest in participating in the learning process will significantly influence learning success. Innovating and updating the teaching and learning process will make the teaching and learning atmosphere more varied, eventually leading to the failure of learning. This study aims to analyze the learning interest of elementary school students by using animated video learning media for Indonesian language subjects in class IV of elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The methods used in collecting data are observation and interviews. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire. The technique used in analyzing the information is descriptive qualitative analysis. The research results show that learning greatly influences students' learning interest in education. The higher the student's interest in education due to new knowledge not obtained by students. Teacher creativity in teaching has a significant role in arousing student interest. It was concluded that the teacher is required to provide innovation in learning so that students can receive learning well. Interesting learning innovations can increase student enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the model for forming consumer loyalty through digital business with innovation. This research used quantitative methods with accidental sampling techniques so that 101 people were obtained as samples. Data were analyzed using the Structual Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method. The research results show that digital business does not have a positive effect on consumer loyalty, but digital business has a positive effect on innovation, and innovation has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Other findings show that digital business has a positive effect on consumer loyalty which is mediated by innovation. This research contributes to the understanding of digital business and innovation influencing consumer loyalty in the fashion industry. The results can be used as a reference for the fashion industry to increase consumer loyalty through the application of digital technology and innovation. Keywords: consumer loyalty; digital business; innovation. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model pembentukkan loyalitas konsumen melalui bisnis digital dengan inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik aksidental sampling sehingga diperoleh 101 orang sebagai sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structual Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bisnis digital tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen, namun bisnis digital berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, dan inovasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa bisnis digital berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen yang dimediasi oleh inovasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang bisnis digital dan inovasi mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen di industri fashion. Hasilnya dapat dijadikan acuan bagi industri fashion untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen melalui penerapan teknologi digital dan inovasi. Kata kunci: loyalitas konsumen; bisnis digital; inovasi.

Abstract

The development of seaweed cultivation by farmers cannot be separated from production factors such as capital, seeds, labor, and land area, which greatly support the success of seaweed cultivation. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting seaweed production and how to return to scale. The research was conducted in Pantai Amal Village. The number of samples in the study was 59 seaweed farmers using the incidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis in the form of the Cobb-Douglas function logarithm using the SPSS 26 software. The results showed that simultaneously the capital factors (X1), seeds (X2), labor (X3), and land area (X4) jointly affect the production (sig=0.00). Only the farmer's capital partially showed a significant effect (0.00) smaller than the significance level of = 0.05. The business scale has shown increasing returns to scale with a coefficient value of 1.15, which means that all inputs used in production are increased by 1. The resulting production will be increased by 1, and the resulting production will increase by a more significant proportion, namely 1.15. Thus, seaweed farmers’ use of production factors is efficient.

Abstract

Death is an undeniable axiom for human beings, as it is a decree set by Allah that must be followed. It is an obligation for the living to fulfill the Islamic rites for the deceased, meaning that the dead must be treated with respect and dignity, just as one would treat the living. The duties of the living toward the deceased include washing the body, shrouding it, performing the funeral prayer, and burying it. The community service program (PKM) conducted at Sultan Hasanuddin Islamic Boarding School in Gowa Regency was a practical training on funeral rites, aimed at equipping the students (santri) with knowledge and skills in handling the deceased. This activity was carried out to enrich the students' religious insight, enabling them to properly fulfill the communal obligation (fardhu kifayah) as instructed in Islamic teachings. The methods used included discussions, hands-on practice, Q&A sessions, demonstrations, and evaluations of the outcomes of the program. The results showed that the students at Sultan Hasanuddin Islamic Boarding School in Gowa Regency were able to understand and perform the funeral rites well, with the potential to implement this knowledge within their communities.

Abstract

Moringa is a type of plant that belongs to the Moringaceae family. This plant is also known as (Moringa oleifera). Moringa has many uses and has long been used by various cultures because various parts of this plant have high nutritional value and health properties that are considered beneficial. Some parts of the Moringa plant that are commonly used are the leaves, fruit, flowers, seeds, and roots. Moringa (Moringa Oleifera) originates from India and Arabia and then spreads to various regions. years, and withstand extreme heat conditions. This plant comes from tropical and subtropical regions of South Asia. In Indonesia, Moringa trees are widely planted as living fences, planted along fields or on the edges of rice fields, functioning as green plants. In addition, the Moringa plant is also known as a nutritious medicinal plant by utilizing all parts of the Moringa plant, starting from the leaves, bark, seeds, to the roots. This plant has been studied for its health benefits, has antifungal, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and as a hepatoprotector. According to Folid, Moringa leaves can be consumed as a vegetable, consumed in the form of Moringa leaf tea, flour, powder or Moringa leaf capsules. Moringa leaf tea is a caffeine-free herbal tea which is very good for health and has a pretty good taste. Moringa leaf tea contains many nutrients that can increase the body's metabolism. Tea is a drink prepared by soaking the leaves or certain parts of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) in hot water. This tea plant is the main source for various types of tea known throughout the world. There are several main types of tea that are produced from the Camellia sinensis tea plant, and these differences are mainly derived from the processing of the tea leaves.

Abstract

One of the public places in the city of Palu is Vatulemo Park. In 2024, Vatulemo Park underwent a revitalization. The goal of this revitalization is to improve the quality and aesthetics of the park while expanding the coverage of public services in the surrounding area. The aim of this research is to use GIS to map the distribution of visitor patterns and the service coverage area of Vatulemo Park. The data collected through field observations, interviews, and visitor surveys were then analyzed using GIS. The study shows that visitors to Vatulemo Park do not only come from the park's service radius but also from outside the service radius. The visitation pattern is distributed based on location and the service coverage of the park, which can be optimized. The condition of the park can be clearly depicted through thematic maps that display the data. This study provides recommendations for park managers in planning the development of more efficient and inclusive infrastructure and services. Therefore, the analysis and visualization of the impact of revitalization on the visitation patterns and service coverage of Vatulemo Park can be successfully carried out using GIS techniques.

Abstract

Moral values are very influential in the world of socializing in society. Moral becomes an assessment of someone to find out their behavior, including in the education field. This study aims to explain moral values contained in the short story by Nurul Husniyah entitled Maya prosthetic feet and its implementation in literature learning in elementary schools. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. Collecting data was conducted by employing library research techniques by determining the object of research, presenting data, analyzing, compiling, and drawing conclusions from the analysis of moral values and their implementation. The results of the analysis show that there are several moral values contained in this short story to be implemented in elementary schools. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are moral values, such as the value of never giving up, mutual respect, sympathy, self-confidence, and independence. Implementation in elementary schools can be done by doing something different from activities that are usually implemented in schools, such as language month activities and watching theater
