Abstract

Bank dalam menjalankan operasinya tentunya tidak terlepas dari berbagai macam pengaruh. Return on Equity (ROE) merupakan imbal hasil yang dicetak perusahaan untuk pemegang saham. ROE ditentukan oleh kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan profitabilitas. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) merupakan rasio yang mengukur kemampuan bank untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada bank BUMN yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2015 – 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan Bank BUMN yang terdaftar dan diperoleh langsung dari situs bursa efek indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data tahun 2015 – 2021 dengan jumlah sampel 4 Bank Bumn dari jumlah populasi 20 Bank Bumn.Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi berganda, Ordinary Least Square dalam rangka pengujian asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis, Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia dan likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterampilan kerja, budaya kaizen dan komitmen organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT.Indriyani Sejahtera. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 70 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 70 responden data yang digunakan melalui pengajuan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan aplikasi SPSS 20 dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Y=1.388+0.404 X1+ 0.203 X2 + 0.330 X3. Dari hasil uji hipotesis secara silmutan atau keseluruhan, diketahui nilai Fhitung 30.517 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2.74. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan kerja, budaya kaizen dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh secara silmutan atau bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT.Indriyani Sejahtera. Hasil penelitian terhadap pengaruh keterampilan kerja diperoleh nilai thitung 4.066 lebih besar dari ttabel 1.998 dengan probabilitasnya sebesar 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05, maka dapat diartikan keterampilan kerja memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT.Indriyani Sejahtera. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian terhadap pengaruh budaya kaizen diperoleh nilai thitung 2.050 lebih besar dari ttabel 1.998 dengan probabilitasnya sebesar 0.04 lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat diartikan budaya kaizen memiliki pengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT.Indriyani Sejahtera. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini diambil keputusan bahwa hasil dari analisis regresi linier berganda pada uji hipotesis secara silmutan (Uji F) dan secara parsial (Uji t) bahwa keterampilan kerja, budaya kaizen dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada PT.Indriyani Sejahtera, dengan demikian maka hipotesis pada penelitian ini menerima Ha dan menolak Ho.

Abstract

This study aims to test 1) Knowing the relationship between work discipline and employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang; 2) Knowing the relationship between human resource development and employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang; 3) Knowing the relationship between work discipline and human resource development together with employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. The population studied was all employees of BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang totaling 102 people. This study used a total sample, where the entire population of BPJS Kesehatan Cikarang employees was used as a sample. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis (prerequisite analysis test and hypothesis test). Data validity is obtained through validity tests and reliability tests. The results of this stud are as follows: First, there is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline and employee performance with a significance value in a simple correlation of 0.049 (Sig0< 0.05). Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between human resource development and employee performance with a significance value in a simple correlation of 0.000 (Sig < 0.05). Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline, human resource development, and employee performance with a significance value in a simple correlation of 0.001 (Sig < 0.05).

Abstract

This research discusses consumer behavior in conducting digital payments in buying and selling transactions. Digital payment methods are a new way of making payments, especially during a pandemic like the present, which is also a result of government policies in various countries worldwide to limit outdoor activities and maintain social distance during the Covid-19 pandemic. Consumer behavior has started to shift from conventional payment methods to digital payments. Payment through digital wallets has become popular and widely accepted as an emerging payment method in both developed and developing countries. The objective of this research is to determine the behavior patterns of millennial consumers who tend to make impulsive purchases due to promotions and digital payment facilities. Therefore, the use of digital wallets in the behavior of millennial consumers during the Covid-19 pandemic becomes the research object. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive method with a literature-based approach. Research data is obtained through literature review and theoretical studies from various scientific sources. The research findings indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic has increased the usage of digital wallets due to consumers' inclination towards using electronic transactions that are more suitable and efficient during the pandemic. The digital era has rapidly evolved in a society that has adapted to become adaptive shoppers in a cashless society, developing a new culture known as electronic payment transactions through digital wallets

Abstract

This research is motivated by the level of student satisfaction of the the Faculty of Engineering, Pelita Bangsa University, Cikarang, which has not been maximized. The causal factor is thought to be the price or cost of education which is felt to be inappropriate by students and promotions that have not been implemented effectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price suitability and promotion on student satisfaction through perceived value. The study was conducted on 102 samples from 1,293 students in the faculty by proportional random sampling. The main data collection usinga questionnaire. Path analysis is used to determine a fit model of suitable structural equation based on Partial Least Square using Smart PLS Version 3.3.6.Conclusions of the results: 1) Price suitability have a positive and significant effect on perceived value; 2) promotion have a positive and significant effect on perceived value; 3) Perceived value has not significant effect on student satisfaction; 4) price suitability has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction; and 5) promotion have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and career development on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as a mediator. The study involved a sample of 91 employees from various divisions of the company. Data analysis was conducted using Smart PLS 3 software with a quantitative research method, and data collection was carried out through Google Forms. The results indicate that organizational culture and job satisfaction significantly positively influence organizational commitment. However, career development does not show a significant impact on organizational commitment at PT. Kimberly Clark Softex Karawang. The analyzed equation model includes the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. These findings provide valuable insights for the company regarding factors that can strengthen the bond between employees and the organization. The study contributes to the development of human resource management at the company by highlighting key aspects that need attention to enhance organizational commitment. Practical implications of these findings can assist PT. Kimberly Clark Softex Karawang in optimizing organizational culture and job satisfaction as strategies to enhance employee commitment. Furthermore, recommendations for further evaluation of career development programs serve as a foundation for the company to design more effective initiatives to support employees' career growth in the future. In conclusion, it can be inferred that organizational culture and job satisfaction support organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas kerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja. Terdapat 51 responden terpilih yang merupakan semuanya adalah karyawan pada Perusahaan otomotif yang berada di kawasan MM2100 Cikarang. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, pengembangan karir berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of job training and career development on job satisfaction, utilizing a qualitative approach while considering the concept of self efficacy as a mediator.The aim of this journal is to investigate and analyze the impact of job training in career development on the level of employee job satisfaction at PT. Bahana Unindo Teknik, taking into account the mediating role of self-efficacy. The research method employed in this study is a survey conducted among employees in the injection manufacturing sector at PT. Bahana Unindo Teknik. Data was gathered through a questionnaire encompassing variables such as job training, career development, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. The results of data analysis using relevant statistical approaches revealed a significant positive impact of job training and career development on job satisfaction. Additionally, self efficacy was identified as a mediator that moderates the relationship between job training, career development, and job satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of punishment and reward on employee performance, with perceived organizational support (POS) as an intervening variable in the manufacturing company environment in the MM2100 area. The research method used was a questionnaire survey with a sample of 50 respondents as a data collection instrument. The respondents involved in this research were employees from various levels in manufacturing companies located in the MM2100 area. The results of data analysis using the regression method show that punishment has a significant negative effect on employee performance, while reward has a significant positive effect. Apart from that, work POS has also been proven to mediate the relationship between punishment, reward and employee performance. The results of these findings contribute to the understanding of the factors that influence employee performance in the manufacturing environment, especially in the context of providing punishment, rewards and perceived organizational support. This research provides practical implications for company management to optimize reward and punishment systems as a strategy to improve employee performance. In addition, this research also provides a theoretical basis for further research on the dynamics of the relationship between reward, punishment, work (POS), and employee performance in the context of the manufacturing industry

Abstract

Di Indonesia, pengangguran adalah masalah ekonomi yang harus ditangani. Pengangguran disebabkan oleh ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah tenaga kerja dan jumlah tenaga kerja. Kewirausahaan mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan kesempatan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memeriksa efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi lingkungan sosial terhadap pemahaman tentang e-commerce dan keinginan untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian asosiatif ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui alat survei. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 91 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman tentang e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efikasi diri, pemahaman tentang e-commerce berpengaruh kecil dan negatif terhadap niat berwirausaha, dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Efikasi diri dan kewirausahaan ditemukan memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap efikasi diri terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, sementara efikasi diri dan kewirausahaan memiliki dampak positif.
