Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal manusia dan upah minimum terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu masalah sosial yang sering kali menjadi fokus perhatian dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial suatu negara. Modal manusia, yang mencakup pendidikan dan keterampilan, serta upah minimum, memiliki peran penting dalam mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan di suatu negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber, termasuk Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan penelitian terkait sebelumnya. Metode analisis regresi data panel digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara modal manusia, upah minimum, dan tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan memiliki pengaruh negatif namun tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengurangan tingkat kemiskinan, Pendidikan memiliki pengaruh negatif namun berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengurangan tingkat kemiskinan, sementara upah minimum memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengurangan tingkat kemiskinan yang ada di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price on purchase interest at the Sinar Buana Store, to determine the influence of service quality on purchase interest at the Sinar Buana store, to determine the influence of price and service quality on purchase interest at the Sinar Buana store. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers or figures. Data sources include primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents, secondary data was obtained from data and literature relating to the problems discussed. The research population that will be used in the research is all consumers who made purchases at the store during the 2020 period, totaling 17,346 consumers. This amount was obtained from transactions during 2020. By using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, a sample size of 100 respondents was obtained. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that price and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchase interest at the Sinar Buana Store.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia pendidikan semakin pesat dengan persaingan yang ketat bagi perguruan tinggi swasta untuk memberikan pelayanan akademik secara optimal. Mayoritas mahasiswa yang berkuliah di STIE Dharma Putra berasal dari Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang berdomisili di Pekanbaru. Sehingga dibutuhkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk menggiring perilaku mahasiswa agar dapat berkuliah di kampus yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan yang mereka harapkan. Berbagai bauran pemasaran dilakukan oleh STIE Dharma Putra untuk menarik minat calon mahasiswa baru dan meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa yang berkuliah di STIE Dharma. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji strategi bauran promosi yang terdiri dari manifest iklan, promosi, penjualan, dan hubungan masyarakat terhadap keputusan mahasiswa berkuliah pada pendidikan tinggi melalui sikap mahasiswa. Urgensi penelitian terletak pada perbaikan strategi pemasaran internal yang akan diterapkan oleh kampus untuk meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa berkuliah di STIE Dharma Putra, Pekanbaru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eks-post facto. Teknik analisis mengunakan analisis jalur dengan aplikasi SPSS. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup yang disusun berdasarkan variabel independent, mediasi, dan dependen yang terkait dengan memanfaatkan google form. Sebanyak 55 mahasiswa aktif yang berpartisipasi pada riset ini. Temuan riset mengungkapkan strategi bauran pemasaran berupa iklan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap mahasiswa dan keputusan berkuliah. Akan tetapi, promosi yang dilakukan pihak kampus memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap mahasiswa dan keputusan berkuliah. Kemudian hubungan masyarakat mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap mahasiswa namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkuliah. Temuan selanjutnya mengungkapkan peran mediasi sikap mahasiswa efektif untuk memperkuat pengaruh bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari iklan, promosi dan hubungan masyarakat terhadap keputusan berkuliah di STIE Dharma Putra. Secara implikatif, riset ini memberikan wawasan yang melengkapi riset sebelumnya, yaitu promosi yang dilakukan begitu efektif untuk menarik mahasiswa agar berkuliah di STIE Dharma Putra. Sementara itu, dibutuhkan perhatian yang serius dari pihak manajerial kampus untuk mengoptimalkan hubungan mereka pada masyarakat. Perbaikan strategi bauran pemasaran pada aspek iklan dan hubungan masyarakat menjadi fokus perhatian utama bagi pihak kampus agar berdampak positif pada keputusan mahasiswa untuk berkuliah di STIE Dharma Putra.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of marketing management strategies and economic factors on the sales growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia using multiple regression analysis. The variables analyzed include product strategy, pricing, promotion, distribution, inflation, interest rates, and per capita income. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving selected MSME owners and relevant secondary sources. The results reveal that all variables have a significant impact on sales growth, with per capita income and promotional strategies showing the strongest influence. The analysis also indicates that internal business strategies, when aligned with favorable macroeconomic conditions, contribute to consistent sales increases. Additionally, the adoption of digital marketing tools and improved access to financial resources have strengthened MSMEs' competitiveness in the marketplace. The study underscores the importance of a holistic approach that integrates both marketing strategies and economic trend monitoring for sustainable MSME growth. These findings offer practical implications for policymakers and business owners in designing strategies that support MSME development in dynamic economic environments. Further research is recommended to include a broader sample and explore sector-specific trends for deeper insights.

Abstract

Sektor ketenagakerjaan merupakan salah satu indikator vital yang berperan penting dalam mengukur stabilitas ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat suatu daerah. Dengan dinamika ekonomi yang terus berkembang dan tantangan global yang semakin kompleks, masalah pengangguran menjadi perhatian utama bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merumuskan kebijakan ekonomi yang tepat sasaran. Tingkat pengangguran yang rendah menjadi indikator krusial dalam menilai kinerja perekonomian daerah, dimana keberhasilan ini tidak hanya diukur dari jumlah absolut pengangguran tetapi juga dari kemampuan menciptakan lapangan kerja yang berkelanjutan dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel inflasi terhadap jumlah pengangguran di Provinsi Jawa Tengah periode 2009-2024. Inflasi dipandang sebagai faktor ekonomi makro yang berpotensi mempengaruhi stabilitas pasar tenaga kerja melalui dampaknya terhadap daya beli masyarakat, investasi, dan aktivitas ekonomi secara keseluruhan, sementara tingkat pengangguran mencerminkan kondisi riil pasar tenaga kerja yang harus dikelola secara optimal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pemahaman mengenai dinamika hubungan inflasi dan pengangguran dalam konteks ekonomi regional serta memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan bagi pemerintah daerah Jawa Tengah dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pengendalian inflasi dan program ketenagakerjaan untuk menciptakan stabilitas ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of e-wom on the purchase intention of customers at Liang Teh Sumatera, as well as the influence of Instagram social media promotion on their purchase intention. The study involves a population of 8,280 customers at Liang Teh Sumatera using a descriptive quantitative method. Sample size was calculated using Slovin's method at a 10% margin of error, giving 99 participants. Various research instruments including direct observation, literature review and respondent questionnaires were used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to formulate and test three hypotheses in this study. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of e-wom and Instagram social media promotion has a significant impact on customers' purchase intentions.

Abstract

Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan is a company that operates in the field of food sales with the main focus being bread and cakes. The products sold from this shop consist of sponge cake, plain bread & jam, various donuts, small breads, special cakes, various pies and pastries. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of e-commerce, digital payments and e-service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan store. This type of research uses quantitative research, the data source in this research is a primary data source, the population in this research is all consumers who make purchases at Mawar Bakery and Cake Shop Medan, the number of which cannot be known and the sample in the research is 97 samples obtained using Lemeshow formula which is used to calculate samples in conditions where the population is unknown. Data collection techniques through questionnaires using Likert scale measurements.

Abstract

This researchs aims to know The Effect of Motivation and Tax Knowledge on Career Interest in Taxation (Case study on Eka Prasetya Student Accounting Study Program) patially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source used in this research are primary data. The population in this study was STIE Eka Prasetya Accounting Students Class of 2018-2021 is 226 respondents. The number of samples obtained is 69 respondents by using Slovin formula . The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. T test show that motivation has no effect and is not significant on career interest in the taxation while Tax Knowledge has a significant and significant effect on career interest in the Taxation. F test show that Tax Motivation and Knowledge have a significant and significant effect on Career Interest in the Taxation. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that Career Interest in Taxation can be explained by Motivation and Tax Knowledge while the remaining is explained by other variables such as Perception, Professional Ethics, Career Perception, Gender, Self-Efficacy, and Labor Market Considerations.

That the intended place of community service is an educational institution where in the foundation there is education starting from elementary school, junior high school, high schoolhigh school and vocational high school, that the Mulia Medan Foundation is essentially the same as foundations in general which have various problems like in general, school children will definitely experience various forms of obstacles, both from administration, daily behavior of students and others, where In this case it is also possible that there are various problems such as bullying at school and other problems, therefore the presence of community service from the Battuta University Law Study Program is expected to be able to provide a new glimmer of hope that bullying is something that can be detrimental and destructive for oneself. , other people and also those affected are the foundation or school itself, so the arrival of the Law Study Program provides knowledge for the future together that bullying is the enemy of education and the enemy of all of us, that by carrying out this community service, the implementers also hope for the best for foundation, students and all elements of the foundation to further prioritize humanist principles in dealing with various problems that arise in educational matters and overcome various problems that occur within the scope of education, and this bullying must be prioritized, never experienced by anyone, be it students, teachers, staff and others, that it is everyone's duty to work together to avoid bullying behavior at school. Based on the socialization that has been carried out, students are expected to be able to understand that bullying behavior is an act that cannot be justified and is not an act of joking or anything else, that bullying behavior, even if done in jest, will have a negative impact on the continuity of life in the future.

Abstract

Hadirnya media jejaring sosial di dunia maya tentu memberikan banyak dampak positif bagi masyarakat. Namun fenomena ini menjadi lebih kompleks dengan semakin besarnya ketergantungan masyarakat, terutama kaum remaja siswa Yayasan Pendidikan Mulia Medan. Opiniopini begitu mudah disampaikan untuk mempengaruhi publik tanpa memperhatikan norma dan fakta yang ada sehingga menjurus kepada propaganda negatif, tindak pidana perundungan, bahkan pornografi. Maka dari itu, berangkat dari alasan di atas mengantarkan pada logika yang logis bahwa dirasa perlu untuk melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi tentang etika dan aspek hukum bermedia sosial terutama bagi kalangan remaja berupa penyuluhan hukum. Metode yang diambil dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan kegiatan sosialisasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu : 1) Perubahan pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa Yayasan Pendidikan Muliah Medan terkait dalam memanfaatkan sosial media;2) Menambah wawasan siswa yayasan pendidikan Mulia Medan tentang aspek hukum sosial media.
