Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pengadilan tinggi dalam upaya pengajuan banding tindak pidana narkotika. Pengadilan tinggi merupakan pengadilan tingkat kedua dimana proses pengajuan banding diajukan. Sebagai bagian dari sistem peradilan pengadilan tinggi berfungsi sebagai lembaga yang memeriksa dan mengoreksi putusan dari pengadilan tingkat pertama untuk memastikan keadilan dan juga kepastiaan dalam hukum. Seperti yang kita tahu tindak pidana narkotika adalah tindak pidana yang sering terjadi disekitar kita juga di pengadilan tinggi medan sendiri sudah banyak menangani banding untuk kasus narkotika. Tindak pidana narkotika juga memiliki dampak negative bagi diri sendiri dan juga dampak sosial yang luas, dalam proses banding narkotika memerlukan perhatian khusus dalam penanganan kasus – kasusnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis empiris dan yuridis normatif yaitu berfokus pada bagaimana hukum diterapkan dalam masyarakat dan bagaimana dampaknya bagi masyarakat itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian akan menunjukan bagaimana peran pengadilan tinggi medan dalam memastikan keadilan dan kepastian hukum pada upaya banding serta mengetahui bagaimana proses pemeriksaan banding di pengadilan tinggi medan.

Abstract

Guidance is one of the duties of the Community Guidance Officer which aims to make correctional clients, both adult clients and child clients, become better people, can be accepted in the midst of family and society. Since the enactment of Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections, the role of Community Guidance Officers is very important because Community Guidance Officers are tasked with accompanying clients while they are in and outside the criminal justice process to prepare clients for the social reintegration process. The research method used in this study is empirical juridical. The data used in this study uses a descriptive analytical approach, namely research that describes and analyzes data obtained from interviews, documents, and field notes. Guidance carried out by Community Counselors for adult clients begins at the pre-adjudication, adjudication, post-adjudication and follow-up guidance stages with the understanding that after the reintegration program has been successfully proposed, the client will receive a Decree (SK) and will be handed over by officers from the Correctional Institution or State Detention Center to the Correctional Center, then that is the beginning of the guidance stages carried out by Community Counselors. Community Guidance at the Medan Class I Correctional Center also faces obstacles in implementing guidance for adult clients, but several efforts have been made to reduce obstacles with the aim of preventing adult clients from repeating criminal acts that cause client reintegration guidance to be terminated and must be revoked.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of performance-based budgeting on the APBN. The writing of this article uses the literature review method, which is a search or review of published research articles. The process of searching for research data sources used in this article is searched through the Internet using a search engine. The data sources that we searched on the internet related to the evaluation of the implementation of performance-based budgeting on APBN accountability. The process of making this article began with reviewing data sources, these data sources were in the form of academic journals, media reviews, documents, both national and international documents related to the research title. The results of the study showed that the use of APBN budgeting with a performance-based budgeting system was better than using the Line Item budgeting system. The performance-based budgeting system for APBN has not been fully implemented properly.

Abstract

Penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana cyber, khususnya dalam kasus penipuan jual beli online, menjadi isu penting di era digital saat ini. Fenomena ini mencerminkan perkembangan kejahatan yang sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku penipuan jual beli online dari perspektif kriminologi. Pendekatan kriminologi digunakan untuk memahami motif, modus operandi, serta faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kejahatan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penipuan jual beli online sering dilakukan melalui platform digital seperti media sosial dan marketplace dengan memanfaatkan identitas palsu, iklan fiktif, atau harga yang tidak wajar untuk menarik korban. Penegakan hukum menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan regulasi, minimnya literasi digital masyarakat, dan kesulitan dalam pelacakan pelaku yang sering kali berada di wilayah yurisdiksi berbeda. Upaya penegakan hukum melibatkan tindakan preventif, seperti edukasi publik dan penguatan keamanan siber, serta tindakan represif melalui penyelidikan berbasis digital forensik dan penuntutan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE). Dari perspektif kriminologi, kejahatan ini dapat dicegah dengan mengurangi faktor risiko, seperti pengawasan yang lebih ketat terhadap aktivitas daring dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap modus penipuan. Dengan demikian, penanganan penipuan jual beli online memerlukan sinergi antara penegak hukum, penyedia layanan digital, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan ekosistem digital yang aman.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze teachers’ social skills in creating a positive learning environment in the digital era. This research uses qualitative methodology through a literature review approach. The results of this research show that social competence is the ability to interact effectively, understand other people’s feelings, communicate effectively, and show empathy. A person’s ability to interact and communicate well with other people with the aim of building harmonious relationships and supporting social development within a group is known as social competence in creating a positive environment. Therefore, it is important for individuals to improve their social skills. This improvement can be achieved through a variety of means, including training, self-development, and professional experience. Individuals contribute to building a supportive and uplifting environment in the digital era

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the most important pillars of the economy in Indonesia. MSMEs contribute significantly to Gross Domestic Product, employment, and regional development through income equality. This study attempts to obtain relevant answers regarding the strategic role of MSMEs in sustainable economic development in Indonesia, as well as the obstacles faced by this sector. Despite the government's role in sustainably encouraging MSMEs, this study shows that MSMEs still have difficulty accessing capital, government policies, and digitalization. This study uses a descriptive method to identify data that produces a good understanding of the factors that build the success of MSMEs. The results of the study show that the contribution of MSMEs to GDP is around 61.07%, employing 97% of the total number of jobs, namely MSMEs are quite important for the government and other stakeholders in supporting the role of MSMEs in inclusive and sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menunjang pendidikan jenjang dasar dan menengah pendidikan anak didik mulai dituntun untuk dapat mengubah informasi menjadi pengetahuan melalui pengenalan sistem, tatanan (order) hubungan logis antar fakta-fakta dan persepsi tentang kausalitas atau sebabakibat. Hal ini hanya bisa dilakukan dalam perpaduan antara pengenalan sumber belajar, bahan pustaka, dan proses pembimbingan yang intensif. Tujuan umum gerakan literasi sekolah yaitu menumbuhkembangkan budi pekerti peserta didik melalui pembudayaan ekosistem literasi sekolah yang diwujudkan dalam Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) agar mereka menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menjelaskan, dan menganalisis literasi yang ada di sekolah dasar pada Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dan Kota Pekanbaru dengan program literasi yang diterapkan pada sekolah dasar tersebut.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kajian teks, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Subyek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling pada Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dan Kota Pekanbaru. Adapun subyek penelitian ini adalah SDN 008 Air Putih, SDN 010 Air Putih, SDLT Al-Hidayah Pekanbaru dan SDN 138 Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa literasi yang diterapkan disekolah yaitu literasi baca-tulis, numerasi dan media. Faktor penunjang fasilitas yang memadai antara lain buku yang relevan sehingga dapat menarik minat peserta didik, perpustakaan, informasi dan teknologi.

Abstract

A woman's fertile period is a menstrual cycle in women that occurs once a month. The average fertile period lasts between days 8-19 after the first menstrual period ends. During this fertile period, women will release mature egg cells from the ovaries to the uterus or the so-called ovulation period. There are several menstrual cycles in women, namely the follicular fake menstrual cycle (pre-ovulation) and the luteal phase. If the menstrual period in women is smooth, it is said that it is impossible to have a disease, but in fact there are still diseases in women who have experienced a menstrual period who must get a doctor's treatment as soon as possible.Edward clinic is one of the gynecology clinics that currently serves a variety of health care in pregnant women and complaints in certain areas of women, as well as problems with female fertility. With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, Edward clinic must be able to follow the development of existing systems in order to make it easier for users to find more complete information by processing patient data and other information. Therefore, the authors want to design an application to assist users in providing services to patients in obtaining more efficient information about the problem of women's fertile period disease, by designing and building a system that will be used in the process to diagnose women's fertile period disease based on symptoms felt by patients using Bayes ' Theorem method, in order to facilitate and shorten the time patients in consultation or further examination. From the results of the study obtained the certainty value of the combination of bayes ' theorem that patients are likely to experience egg follicle disease in women's fertile period with a percentage of 69.50%.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to grow in children under five (infants under 5 years) as a result of chronic malnutrition is so necessary monitoring and assessment of nutritional status and growth of children according to the standards. Malnutrition occurs from infancy or in the womb in the early days after the baby is born, however, the condition of stunting only appears after the baby is 2 years old. According to the decree of the Minister of Health No. 1995/MENKES/SK/XII / 2010 on anthropometric standards for assessing the nutritional Status of children needs to be adjusted to the development and needs of community nutrition improvement programs. To overcome the problem of stunting status in children, it is necessary a system that can diagnose stunting disease based on symptoms felt in toddlers from an early age and can be done prevention and handling of child growth and development and can provide information to many parents at the time of counseling and guidance from health workers in posyandu activities. Based on the calculation of CF, the highest value is in stunting disease in toddlers with a value of 0.9428 or 94.28%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the toddler is suffering from the type of anemia.

Abstract

The younger generation starts businesses with a strong drive from economic motivation and social motivation, with this drive making them innovate and contribute through the business they run. This article aims to look at the influence of economic motivation and social motivation on the younger generation in starting a business. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was through the distribution of questionnaires through google from 50 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable of economic motivation is more dominant in influencing the younger generation to start a business.
