Abstract

Inti dari eksplorasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Beragam diterapkan pada siswa kelas X di Mama Nahdlatul Ulum 2 Bontoparang dan melihat apakah pemanfaatan Teknik Beragam dapat melatih kemampuan berbicara bahasa Arab kelas. Eksplorasi ini merupakan penelitian kegiatan wali kelas yang diselesaikan pada siklus berikutnya. Subyek eksplorasi ini adalah siswa kelas X di Mama Nahdlatul Ulum 2 Bontoparang. Ada 3 strategi pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan, yaitu persepsi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan Metode Eklektik dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab melalui serangkaian tahapan, antara lain tahap persiapan, tahap penyampaian, tahap pelatihan, dan tahap penutupan. Eksplorasi ini menunjukkan cara Strategi Campuran dapat bekerja pada Kemampuan Berbicara siswa. Hal ini harus terlihat dari hasil eksperimen. Pada siklus I tingkat ketuntasan siswa mencapai 85% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 98%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan perjanjian pinjam meminjam uang antara Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dengan masyarakat, serta mengevaluasi mekanisme penyelesaian kredit macet yang terjadi di BUMDes Sejahtera Desa Tumpak, Kecamatan Pujut, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah hukum normatif-empiris dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan legal-sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yakni permohonan kredit dan penandatanganan perjanjian. Meskipun prosedur kredit dirancang sederhana, kelemahan seperti minimnya persyaratan jaminan dan tidak optimalnya survei kelayakan usaha menjadi faktor risiko kredit macet. Kredit macet dipicu oleh rendahnya kesadaran debitur, kerugian usaha, serta penyalahgunaan dana pinjaman. Dalam menyelesaikan kredit macet, BUMDes menerapkan strategi non-litigasi melalui musyawarah mufakat, disertai pemberian surat peringatan, perpanjangan waktu pelunasan, dan pengenaan denda. Pendekatan kekeluargaan tetap menjadi prioritas utama dalam penyelesaian sengketa.

Abstract

The introduction of local tourist destinations through Virtual Reality (VR) technology is an innovative solution to increase tourism attractiveness in the village of Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi, in the digital era. The background of this research is based on the low level of digital literacy and technology utilization among the community and tourism actors, as well as the lack of promotion of potential tourist destinations. The purpose of this service is to realize the application of VR to introduce local tourism more interactively and provide solutions to challenges such as accessibility and limited promotion. The implementation method includes the identification of tourism potential, preparation of educational materials, training in VR content creation, and virtual tour simulations. This activity involves local communities, tourism actors, and local governments. The training includes making 360° videos, using VR devices, and digital marketing strategies. Interim results show the enthusiasm of participants in utilizing VR, although there are obstacles such as limited basic technological knowledge and the busyness of the community. This service concludes that VR technology has great potential to increase the promotion of  Village tourism more attractively and sustainably. Continuous training support and collaboration with local communities are the keys to successful VR implementation. The outputs of this activity include publication articles, video documentation, and VR content of tourist destinations that can be used as effective promotional tools on digital platforms.

Abstract

The misuse of dimenhydrinate as a sedative-hypnotic can pose serious health risks. Dimenhydrinate, which is commonly used to prevent nausea and dizziness due to motion sickness, is often misused as a sleep aid. This study aims to educate the community of Lamasi Village about the risks of dimenhydrinate misuse and to enhance their understanding of the safe use of this drug. Using a quasi-experimental method with quantitative analysis, this study involved 30 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected using pre-test and post-test questionnaires via a door-to-door method. The results show a significant improvement in the community's understanding and compliance after the educational intervention. The average pre-test attitude score increased from 8.10 to 9.83, and the compliance score increased from 17.07 to 23.90. The education provided proved effective in reducing the misuse of dimenhydrinate and improving the community’s understanding of its risks.

Abstract

This study investigated the use of video as a medium to improve eighth-grade students’ narrative writing ability and interest. Using a quasi-experimental design with pre-tests and post-tests, two classes (experimental and control), each consisting of 30 students, were selected through cluster random sampling at SMP Negeri 2 Parepare. Writing tests and questionnaires were employed for data collection. Results showed that the experimental class outperformed the control class, with post-test mean scores of 74.30 and 69.80, respectively. Questionnaire results also indicated a high level of student interest (82.30). A t-test confirmed a significant difference between the classes (t-test = 2.18 > t-table = 2.00), supporting the hypothesis. The findings suggest that video effectively enhances students’ narrative writing ability and interest. Keywords : Video-Based Instruction; writing; narratives text

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yakni: (1) Untuk mengidentifikasi Faktor Penyebab terjadinya Konflik Komunal antar Desa Renda dan Desa Ngali di Kec Belo, Kab. Bima. (2) Untuk mengetahui Pola Resolusi Konflik Komunal antar Desa Renda dan Desa Ngali di Kec. Belo, Kab. Bima. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus. Wawancara serta dokumentasi yakni dua metode utama penghimpunan data yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Setelah itu, data melalui proses analisis yang mencakup tiga tahap yakni melakukan reduksi data, melakukan penyajian data, serta melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menjabarkan terkait (1) Faktor Penyebab Konflik Komunal di Kec. Belo, Kab. Bima terdiri dari; a) Perubahan Sosial , b) Perbedaan Kepentingan, dan c) Perbedaan Antar individu,; (2) Pola Resolusi Konflik Komunal di Kec. Belo, Kab. Bima menemukan ; (1) Kompromi, (2) Mediasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Influence of Information Asymmetry, Company Size, and Leverage on Earnings Management at Hanson International Tbk. The data used in this study are secondary data from PT. Hanson International Tbk for the first quarter of 2005 to the fourth quarter of 2022, resulting in 72 observations. The method used to analyze the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables is the multiple linear regression analysis method with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that partially, information asymmetry has a positive and significant effect on earnings management at PT. Hanson International Tbk. This indicates that the higher the information asymmetry, the higher the company's earnings management will be. Company size has a positive and significant effect on earnings management at PT. Hanson International Tbk. This indicates that the larger the company size, the higher the company's earnings management will be. Leverage has a positive and significant effect on earnings management at PT. Hanson International Tbk. This indicates that the higher the leverage, the higher the company's earnings management will be. Simultaneously, Information asymmetry, company size, and leverage have a positive and significant effect on earnings management at PT. Hanson International Tbk. This indicates that the higher the information asymmetry, company size, and leverage, the higher the company's earnings management will be.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), Capital Expenditure, and Balance Fund on Regional Financial Independence in Aceh Province for the period 2012-2023. This study uses secondary data from the Aceh Government Budget Realization Report which is analyzed by multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that PAD has a positive and significant effect on Regional Financial Independence, which indicates that an increase in local revenue is able to strengthen regional financial independence. In contrast, capital expenditure has a negative and significant effect, meaning that any increase in capital expenditure tends to reduce regional financial independence, especially if it is not supported by an increase in PAD. The Balance Fund also has a negative and significant effect, which means that the greater the funds received from the central government, the lower regional financial independence. Dependence on transfer funds reflects the weak ability of regions to finance government needs independently.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales growth, asset growth, and managerial ownership on company profitability in the property and Real Estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019–2023. The data used in this study are secondary data. The population consists of 93 companies, and the sample includes 19 companies selected using purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 95 observations. The data analysis method used is panel data regression. The results show that partially, sales growth has a positive and significant effect on company profitability in the property and Real Estate sector during the 2019–2023 period. Asset growth has a positive but not significant effect on company profitability in the property and Real Estate sector during the 2019–2023 period. Meanwhile, managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on company profitability in the property and Real Estate sector during the 2019–2023 period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability, and capital structure on dividend policy in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2023. The research sample consists of 50 companies with a total of 250 observations over five years, selected using a purposive sampling method. Secondary data were obtained from the companies’ annual financial reports accessed through the official IDX website. The dependent variable in this study is dividend policy, proxied by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) in the form of a dummy variable, while the independent variables include liquidity (Current Ratio), profitability (Return on Assets), and capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio). Data analysis was performed using logistic regression. The results show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, while liquidity and capital structure do not have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy in property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019–2023.
