Abstract

The results of the researcher's observations with the class teacher who teaches Islamic Religious Education for class XII showed that Islamic Religious Education learning at the vocational school had not met the expected KKM. Also, many students felt bored with the learning model applied by the Islamic Religious Education subject teacher. In this study, the researcher used a project-based learning model. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the project-based learning model on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education students. This research was conducted at SMK Islam Farmasi Sumbawa. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were students of SMK Islam Farmasi Sumbawa and the sample of this study was 38 students in class XII. This study used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires.

Abstract

This study discusses the Internalization of Islamic Education Values in the Pasaji Ponan Tradition of Sumbawa Regency. The aim is to find out how the internalization of Islamic education values in the pasaji ponan tradition is in the Sumbawa Regency community, how the impact of internalization of Islamic education values in the pasaji ponan tradition in the Sumbawa Regency community, how the relationship between Islamic education values and the pasaji ponan tradition. The type of research approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach that aims to analyze the relationship between research variables and test hypotheses so as to describe a certain phenomenon. This research was conducted using observation, interview and documentation methods to reveal the process of internalization of these values. The results of this study indicate that the pasaji ponan tradition is an annual tradition that integrates Islamic values through the stages of transformation, transaction and transinternalization. This process involves the delivery of information, teaching and behavioral examples by traditional and village leaders and strengthening the mental attitude of the community. The impact of this tradition includes strengthening silaturrahmi, integration of educational values, prevention of social conflict and maintenance of relations between regions. In addition, this tradition also reflects the close relationship between Islamic, social and environmental values, where prayer and dhikr play an important role in strengthening relations with Allah and others.

Abstract

The number of malaria cases in Southeast Sulawesi, especially Wakatobi Regency is still high. This study aims to determine the description of efforts to control the Malaria Vector in Balasuna Kaledupa District, Wakatobi Regency. This type of research is analytic research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 418 households with a total sample of 72 households. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis. The results showed that malaria vector control efforts in Balasuna Village, Kaledupa Subdistrict, Wakatobi Regency, were less than 43 (59.7%) of the use of Wire Nets and 29 (40.3%) respondents were sufficient, the use of anti-mosquito drugs was 42 (58.3) %) people and less than 30 (41.7%) people, the use of mosquito nets is 41 (56.9%) people and less than 31 (43.1%) people, less abating than 44 (61.1%) people and enough 28 (38.9%) people, and making 3M efforts showed that there were enough 39 (54.2%) and 33 (45.8%) less people. Suggestions are to increase community empowerment in preventing and controlling vectors by arranging a clean environment and healthy living behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan perjanjian pinjam meminjam uang antara Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dengan masyarakat, serta mengevaluasi mekanisme penyelesaian kredit macet yang terjadi di BUMDes Sejahtera Desa Tumpak, Kecamatan Pujut, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah hukum normatif-empiris dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan legal-sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yakni permohonan kredit dan penandatanganan perjanjian. Meskipun prosedur kredit dirancang sederhana, kelemahan seperti minimnya persyaratan jaminan dan tidak optimalnya survei kelayakan usaha menjadi faktor risiko kredit macet. Kredit macet dipicu oleh rendahnya kesadaran debitur, kerugian usaha, serta penyalahgunaan dana pinjaman. Dalam menyelesaikan kredit macet, BUMDes menerapkan strategi non-litigasi melalui musyawarah mufakat, disertai pemberian surat peringatan, perpanjangan waktu pelunasan, dan pengenaan denda. Pendekatan kekeluargaan tetap menjadi prioritas utama dalam penyelesaian sengketa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan hukum para pihak dalam transaksi jual beli online di TikTok Shop serta menganalisis mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa akibat kebocoran data konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif yaitu mengkaji dan menganalisa peraturan perundang-undangan, asas-asas hukum, konsep-konsep hukum dalam transaksi bisnis melalui platform TikTok Shop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan hukum di TikTok Shop melibatkan tiga pihak, yakni affiliate (mitra afiliasi), merchant (pelaku usaha), dan customer (konsumen). Affiliate dan merchant terikat dalam kontrak kemitraan, sedangkan hubungan jual beli terjadi antara merchant dan customer. Affiliate hanya bertindak sebagai perantara. Terkait kebocoran data konsumen, penyelesaian sengketa dapat ditempuh melalui dua jalur, yaitu non-litigasi yang berupa permintaan pertanggungjawaban kepada TikTok sebagai penyelenggara platform dan litigasi yang berupa pengajuan gugatan ke pengadilan dengan tuntutan ganti rugi serta sanksi administratif, pidana, maupun perdata. Kesimpulannya, hubungan hukum di TikTok Shop bersifat kompleks dengan perikatan yang berbeda bagi tiap pihak, sehingga membutuhkan perlindungan hukum yang memadai terutama dalam aspek keamanan data pribadi. Saran yang diajukan adalah perlunya edukasi hukum digital bagi pelaku usaha agar memahami hak, kewajiban, serta kontrak elektronik, serta pentingnya penguatan regulasi, khususnya dalam bentuk peraturan pemerintah, untuk menjamin perlindungan konsumen dalam menghadapi sengketa data pribadi di platform digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya hukum agraria digital di Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui hukum agraria digital di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan digitalisasi agraria penting untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik sesuai prinsip good governance. Sistem elektronik mempercepat birokrasi, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mengurangi praktik korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme. Saat ini, regulasi agraria di Indonesia masih terbatas pada sektor pertanahan, sehingga pemahaman hukum sempit menjadi acuan dalam penerapan e-government di bidang ini. Pemerintah perlu mengalokasikan anggaran untuk digitalisasi seluruh sektor agraria dan menyediakan layanan elektronik melalui website atau aplikasi guna memberantas praktik korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme. Dibutuhkan regulasi elektronik untuk pelayanan publik di sektor pertambangan, kehutanan, dan perairan agar tercipta reformasi birokrasi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of technology today has a major impact on various aspects of human life. One of them is thesocial aspect. Social sensitivity is the ability to be able to read, realise, and understand what is experienced by peoplearound and their environment. This understanding becomes the basis for acting appropriately in situations that are beingexperienced by oneself and also others around. The accuracy of reading becomes an important basis for taking every nextstep. Abstract

Salah satu kelebihan dari rangkaian kurikulum pembelajaran bahasa Arab adalah Mengajar bahasa Arab dengan pendekatan terpadu. Sekiranya jika di situ terdapat keserasian kesepakatan antara pengajar dan pelajar spesialis di dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab untuk orang arab dan selain arab, karena pendekatan yang baik adalah mengajar bahasa arab, yang di tunjang dari kesempurnaan antara beberapa maharoh. Selain itu pengamatan pendekatan dalam pengenalan bahasa arab sebagai gerbang untuk menyebarkan budaya islam, penyebaran konsep-konsep islam di dalam kitab-kitab bahasa, memfokuskan pada informasi dan konsep agama dalam budaya Islam, dan buku agama adalah buku yang digunakan dalam belajar bahasa arab. Terlepas dari itu, sebagian isi buku ini belum cocok untuk pelajar Indonesia yang belajar bahasa arab di Indonesia. Begitu juga dalam hal budaya, yang memiliki bahasa khusus bagi pemilik bahasa ini yang tidak di ketahui pelajar Indonesia Ini tidak berarti bahwa itu tidak tepat, tetapi pendekatan ini sangat baik di dalam bidangnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between environmental conditions and community behavior with ARI. The type of  research used is a cross sectional study. The population in the study were all toddlers and the sample was 220 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Results showed There is a relationship between house ventilation and the incidence of ARI in toddlers p value = 0.014. residential density and the incidence of ARI in toddlers p value = 0.023. smoking habits and the incidence of ARI in toddlers p value =0.000. Habit of using wood fuel for cooking and the incidence of ARI in toddlers p value =0.000. Conclusion that all research variables, were related to the incidence of acute respiratory infections

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide additional knowledge for the community, especially groups of mothers who have free time, the potential to be independent with a home business but do not yet have the skills. To overcome this problem, the Community Empowerment Service program empowers women to increase their independence through sewing training. The target of this Community Empowerment Service activity is mothers and young women in the study group and this sewing training is held at the meunasah or Gampong meeting buildingPaloh Igeuh Village, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency.The method of this service is socialization, training, and sewing assistance which includes: (1) Training on pattern making, cutting, and sewing on syar'i clothes, (2) training in the form of a brief explanation of the calculation of the profit obtained if it is from the production of syar'i clothes, (3) Sharia Entrepreneurship (4) Social Media Training in terms of promotion of syar'i clothing and (5) Economic benefits derived from independence, family income and blessings as well as basic introduction and materials needed to sew syar'i clothing. This community service partnership activity is carried out face-to-face or offline while adhering to health protocols.
