Abstract

This research was carried out at the Jember State Polytechnic Plant Protection Laboratory, field tests in Dukuh Mencek Village, Sukorambi District, Jember Regency, Indonesia from June-September 2021. Comparing population and intensity attacks of L. oratorius, diversity of arthropod species (herbivores, predators, and pollinators), Shannon Wiener index (H'), Simpson Dominance Index (C'), Sorensen Similarity Index (SSI) and crop yields between the  Cp+Ac  and Alfametrin (Am). The aim were to study the compatibility of a mixture of C. papaya and A.conyzoides leaf extract (Cp+Ac); Against L. oratorius F. and beneficial arthropods. The. Arthropod collection using sweep net, Yellow pan trap, Sticky Trap. The results of the research were the Cp+Ac Compatibility Index = 0.4 (strong synergy), population and  the intensity attack were not significantly different, The Cp + Ac treatment found 9 orders, 14 families, 15 species, Am: 9 orders, 13 families, 13 species. The number of herbivores individual were not significantly different, predator and pollinators Cp + Ac was greater than Am. H', both treatments were in the medium category, ecosystem was balanced, both species do not have dominance, the SSI were similar. Grain dry weight of Cp+Ac was 48.10 g per clump, heavier than Am, was 42.26 g per clump. Keywords: A. conyzoides leaves extract , beneficial arthropods, compatibility index; C. papaya

Abstract

Aceh, which has had the privilege of implementing sharia law in its territory, has faced a major challenge for accusations of "radicalism and extremism" from nationalists and Islamophobic groups who do not like the implementation of sharia law. It is as if by implementing sharia law in their territory the Acehnese are far from moderate Islam and cannot accept differences. However, this research proves that this is not true. Aceh is ideologically still dominated by moderate Islamic thought, as evidenced by PTKIN Aceh consistently promoting and disseminating moderate Islamic thought in the campus environment and the community in its area, with the continued increase in the number of religious moderation houses on PTKIN campuses, whose benefits are not only for the community. not only for academics but also for the surrounding community.

Abstract

This journal aims to describe the role of Pesantren Sekolah Menengah Sains Tahfidz (Semesti) Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia in shaping a Qur’anic generation with a scientific outlook. This research is part of the Community Service Program (KPM) carried out by students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Philosophy, UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, at the institution. The main focus of the study is the integration of Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) with the strengthening of science subjects at the secondary school level. The KPM activities conducted, such as tasmi’ (Qur’an recitation), teacher assistance, exam supervision, and organizing competitions, became a medium for us to directly observe how a Qur’anic generation with scientific insight is formed. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through field observation, interviews with the pesantren’s staff, and active participation in learning activities. The findings indicate that the implementation of the tahfidz program combined with the science curriculum is carried out systematically, both through regular learning schedules and extracurricular activities. Furthermore, the boarding school system also contributes to shaping students’ religious character and discipline. The integration of science subjects within the pesantren environment enables students not only to focus on memorization but also to gain applicable scientific understanding. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other educational institutions that wish to develop an integrative education model between tahfidz and science.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of students' use of local languages on their skills and abilities in Indonesian. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method as the primary data collection technique. Random sampling was applied to ensure a diverse and representative respondent pool. The subjects of this study were UNBP students from various backgrounds who actively use both Indonesian and local languages in their daily interactions. The results revealed that local languages serve as the main communication tool among students who come from the same ethnic group or region. They are still widely used in different contexts, not only in non-formal settings, such as interactions with friends and family, but also in formal environments, including during the lecture process and academic discussions. This indicates that students tend to switch between languages depending on the context, a phenomenon commonly referred to as diglossia. Furthermore, the findings suggest that the use of local languages influences students' proficiency in Indonesian. While some students can transition smoothly between the two languages, others face challenges in using Indonesian correctly and effectively, particularly in formal writing and verbal expression. This difficulty is often attributed to linguistic interference, where structures, vocabulary, or pronunciation from local languages influence the way students construct sentences in Indonesian. Overall, the study highlights that the dominance of local languages in daily interactions has a noticeable impact on students' Indonesian language skills. Although local languages play an essential role in preserving cultural identity and fostering a sense of belonging, their extensive use may also affect students' ability to communicate in standard Indonesian, particularly in academic and professional contexts. These findings emphasize the importance of enhancing students' Indonesian language proficiency while maintaining the richness and diversity of local languages. Future studies could explore effective strategies for bilingual education to ensure a balanced development of both languages among students.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in enhancing the personal letter-writing skills of high school students. A classroom action research design was employed with a sample of Class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Lhokseumawe. Data were collected through observations, assessments of personal letter-writing skills, and photo and video documentation. Both qualitative and quantitative descriptive analyses were conducted. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students' personal letter-writing skills across all assessed aspects following the implementation of the CRT approach. Specifically, in Cycle 1, 64.51% of students demonstrated incomplete letter-writing skills. However, in Cycle 2, this percentage decreased to 19%, with 81% of students achieving complete letter-writing skills. These results demonstrate the efficacy of the CRT approach in improving the personal letter-writing abilities of Class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Lhokseumawe

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parental attention and the learning readiness of grade III students of SDN Poris Pelawad 6. The subject of this study is a third grade student of SDN Poris Pelawad 6. The object of this research is the attention of parents and students' learning readiness. This research method uses  an ex-post facto approach  that is correlation and the data used is quantitative data. The population of this study is all participants of classes III A and III B SDN Poris Pelawad 6. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents, sampling using the total sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of a questionnaire question instrument scale. The hypothesis testing technique uses the Product Moment correlation formula. Before the analysis test, a requirement test was carried out, namely a normality and homogeneity test, a linearity test, a significance test, and a correlation test. Results In this study, r count was obtained 0.618 < r table 1.671, then it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected at rxy = 0.081 which means that this study has succeeded in testing the correctness of the hypothesis, namely that parental attention does not have a significant relationship with the learning readiness of grade III students at SD Negeri Poris Pelawad 6. Because the correlation coefficient is negative, the lower the parental attention and the lower the student's readiness to learn. With a determination coefficient value of 0.007 indicating the value of R Square 0.007 comes from the quadratic value of the correlation coefficient or "R" which is 0.081 x 0.081 = 0.07 which shows that parental attention contributes to learning readiness by 0.07 x 100 % = 7 %, the remaining 93 % is due to other factors that were not studied in this study. Abstract

The research discusses the use of the rolling ball method to improve the mastery of Arabic vocabulary among the fifth batch of students at Dar Al-Furqan Quran Memorization Institute in Palopo. The objectives of the research are: (1) to understand the application of the rolling ball method to improve the mastery of Arabic vocabulary among the fifth batch of students at Dar Al-Furqan Quran Memorization Institute in Palopo, and (2) to understand the results of applying the rolling ball method. The type of research used is action research, and the data collection methods are work observation, field observation, and a test paper. The research results are: (1) The percentage increase in the first cycle can be observed, where out of 8 students, 7 students completed the percentage (87.5%), while one student did not complete the percentage (12.5%). Meanwhile, in the second cycle, all eight students completed the percentage (100%). From the first cycle to the second cycle, there was an increase in learning outcomes by (12.5%). Thus, in the second cycle, it is said that the learning outcomes were completed. يناقش البحث في هذه الرسالة استخدام وسيلة الكرة الدوارة لتحسين إتقان المفردات العربية لطالبات الدفعة الخامسة بمعهد تحفيظ القرآن دار الفرقان بفالوفو. أهداف البحث هي: (1) معرفة تطبيق وسيلة الكرة الدوارة لتحسين إتقان المفردات العربية لطالبات الدفعة الخامسة بمعهد تحفيظ القرآن دار الفرقان بفالوفو، (2) معرفة نتائج تطبيق وسيلة الكرة الدوارة. نوع البحث المستخدم هو البحث الإجرائي، وأساليب جمع البيانات هي مراقبة العمل، والملاحظة الميدانية، وورقة الاختبار. نتائج البحث هي: (1) نسبة الزيادة في الدورة الأولى يمكن ملاحظتها، حيث من بين 8 طالبات، 7 طالبات أكملن النسبة (87.5٪)، في حين أن طالبة واحدة لم تكمل النسبة (12.5٪). وفي الوقت نفسه، في الدورة الثانية، أكملت جميع الطالبات الثمانية النسبة المئوية (100٪). ومن الدورة الأولى إلى الدورة الثانية، حدثت زيادة في نتائج التعلم بنسبة (12.5٪). وهكذا، في الدورة الثانية، يُقال إن نتائج التعلم قد اكتملت.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Mastery of Class IV Vocabulary of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikma Tolada North Luwu after using the Drill Method, Find out the Effectiveness of the Drill Method for the Mastery of Class IV Vocabulary of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikma Tolada Luwu Utara. The results of this study show, Students' vocabulary mastery using the drill method has undergone many changes ranging from attitudes, learning enthusiasm and during the learning process, the interaction between students and teachers is very good. Students pay attention to the teacher's explanation and the class becomes calm. The application or use of the drill method is effective in improving the mastery of Arabic vocabulary in grade IV students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hikmah Tolada. This can be evidenced by the increase in vocabulary mastery from cycle I to cycle II. The percentage of completeness of students' vocabulary mastery in the first cycle was 70% or as many as 7 students out of 10 students and in the second cycle there was an increase, namely with a percentage of 100%. From cycle I and cycle II, there was an increase in learning outcomes by 30%, thus in cycle II, learning outcomes were said to be complete and effective. تهدف هذه البحث إلى تطبيق طريقة التدريب لإتقان المفردات لمعرفة كيف إتقان المفردات فى الصف الرابع بالمدرسة الابتدائية نور الحكمة طولادا لووو الشمالية, بعد استخدام طريقة التدريب لمعرفة فاعلية طريقة التدريب لإتقان المفردات فى الصف الرابع بالمدرسة الإبتدائية نور الحكمة طولادا لووو الشمالية. أظهرت نتائج هذا البحث بعد تطبيق طريقة التدريب لتحسين إتقان المفردات العربية في الطلبة يمكن أن تعمل بشكل جيد. ويمكن ملاحظة ذلك في إدارة التعلم قبل الدورة حيث بلغ متوسط الدرجات 40.5 ثم زاد في الدورة الأولى بمتوسط الدرجات 70.5 وفي الدورة الثانية زاد بمتوسط الدرجات 80.5 وتم تضمينه في فئة ممتاز, تطبيق أو استخدام طريقة التدريب فاعلية لتحسين إتقان المفردات في التعلم اللغة العربية الطلبة الصف الرابع بالمدرسة الابتدائية نور الحكمة طولادا. يمكن إثبات ذلك لتحسين في إتقان المفردات من الدورة الأولى إلى الدورة الثانية. بلغت نسبة اكتمال إتقان الطلبة المفردات في الدورة الأولى 70٪ أو ما يصل إلى 7 الطلبة من أصل 10 الطلبة وفي الدورة الثانية كانت تحسين ، أي بنسبة 100٪. من الدورة الأولى والدورة الثانية ، كانت هناك تحسين في نتائج التعلم بنسبة 30 ٪ ، وبالتالي في الدورة الثانية ، قيل إن نتائج التعلم كاملة وفاعلية.

Abstract

Evaluation of learning outcomes with intelligence (cognitive) assessment indicators alone is not comprehensive in evaluating participant learning outcomes. This study aims to find out the extent of the influence of the "Integrated Interpretation Approach" on the evaluation of the learning outcomes of Nadwah Usbu iyyah IAIN Palopo participants. The type of research used is quantitative, while the data collection method includes multiple-choice questions (cognitive domain), questionnaire (Affective domain) and essay (Psychomotor domain). The sample of this study consisted of 16 students of the Arabic language education study program at the Palopo State Islamic Institute who participated in the "Nadwah Usbu'iyyah" program. The results of the study show that based on the results of the study,  was accepted and  was rejected, where 3,46) > (1,75). In conclusion, the evaluation of learning outcomes through an integrated interpretation approach with three assessment domains (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) is more influential in improving the evaluation of participant learning outcomes compared to the evaluation of learning outcomes through the traditional interpretation approach, which only uses one assessment domain, namely (cognitive), which means that the integrated interpretation approach has an effect on the evaluation of the learning outcomes of Maf ulun Ma ah material for participants Nadwah Usbu iyyah IAIN Palopo.

Abstract

BANK ASI adalah terobosan baru yang muncul pada pembahasan fiqh kontemporer, dimana air susu ibu (ASI) dapat di donorkan atau di jual, dan di sediakan didalam satu tempat. Ini tentunya perlu dikji secara mendalam, mengingat apabila seorang bayi dibawah umur 2 tahun melakukan penyusuan kepada perempuan yang bukan ibu kandungnya maka terjadi hubungan mahram karena sepersusuan antara mereka. Inilah yang penulis akan bahas dalam tulisan ini, sehingga pembaca dapat mengetahui mengenai isu tentang BANK ASI ini dan dapat mengetahui bagaimana hukum mengkonsumsi ASI melalui BANK ASI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (libary research) dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber kepustakaan berupa artikel jurnal dan penelitian yang sudah pernah dilakukan oleh orang lain.
