Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis described above, it was found that the results of the independent variable (X) giving punishment had a significant relationship with the dependent variable (Y) Discipline of Class III students at SDN Poris Pelawad 6. This was shown by the regression equation Y = 10,963 + 0.188 X. This equation is in accordance with simple linear regression, namely Y = α ≠ ꞵ variable Y, in other words accepting H1, namely that there is a relationship between giving punishment to the discipline of Class III students at SDN Poris Pelawad 6, and rejecting H0, namely that there is no relationship between giving punishment to the discipline of class III students at SDN Poris Pelawad 6.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the P5 program (pancasila student profile strengthening project) for grade V at Sidorejo Lor 03 Salatiga State Elementary School using the Discrepancy evaluation model. This research is a mixed method research with evaluation model. The subjects of this research are the principal and the fifth grade teacher of Sidorejo Lor 03 Salatiga State Elementary School. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques used quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the P5 program implemented in SD Negeri Sidorejo Lor 03 Salatiga has run well. This is indicated by the percentage of gaps in the design aspect 16.6% installation aspect 8.3% process aspect 3.2% product aspect 12.5% and cost benefit aspect 12.5%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran IPAS kelas 4 di SD Negeri Sidorejo Lor 03 Salatiga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan mixed method kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan menggunakan model Charlotte Danielson. Evaluasi kinerja guru ini meliputi 4 domain yaitu 1) perencanaan dan persiapan kelas, 2) pengelolaan kelas, 3) proses pembelajaran, dan 4) tanggung jawab profesional. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi 1 Kepala Sekolah, 1 Guru kelas SD Negeri Sidorejo Lor 03 Salatiga serta 28 siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri Sidorejo Lor 03 Salatiga. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, angket, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen dengan panduan wawancara, angket, dan rubik penilaian kinerja guru. Uji validitas data dilakukan dengan melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) kinerja guru dalam perencanaan dan persiapan pembelajaran berada pada kategori sangat baik, 2) kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan kelas berada pada kategori baik, 3) kinerja guru dalam pengelolaan kelas berada pada kategori sangat baik, dan 4) kinerja guru dalam tanggung jawab profesional berada pada kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) is part of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum which aims to student character in accordance with the Pancasila values. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of P5 in Phase B at Salatiga 03 State Elementary Schol using the Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The method used in this research is quantitative with a percentage descriptive analysis technique. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires as the primary method. Interview and observation techniques were used as a cross-check if needed and if there were doubts about the collected data. This study involved subjects including the principal, teachers and students of class IV A and IV B of SD Negeri Salatiga 03, with a total of 56 participants. The results prove that the P5 program has been optimally implemented. The design, installation, process and product aspects of the program are rated as excellent and stated that there were almost no gaps. This is shown in the percentage of gaps in the design aspect with a percentage of 0%, the installation aspect of 0.02%, the process aspect of 0.02% and the product aspect of 0.01%.

Abstract

The Zoning-based New Student Admissions (PPDB) Policy is one of the government's efforts to encourage increased access to quality, equitable, and just education services. This study aims to analyze the government's policy on zoning-based PPDB. The results of the study indicate that the zoning-based PPDB policy can help improve the equality of education quality, reduce education gaps, and increase access to quality education services.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate teacher performance in learning. This type of research uses teacher performance evaluation research. The subjects of this research are all teachers in SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07 Salatiga. The data collection technique used observation technique. This research uses a research model that refers to the theory of the Teacher Performances Evaluation System (TYPES) model which emphasizes the learning process. Where in every aspect it must meet the standards that already meet the standards that already exist in the TYPES model. In the TYPES model there are 7 standard criteria that must be met, namely: (1) learning planning, (2) teaching and learning process, (3) assessment, (4) learning environment, (5) communication, (6) professionalism, and (7) student achievement. The technique used in this research is quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Kutowinangun 07 Salatiga can be said to be in accordance with the aspects that must exist in learning activities. This can be proven by teachers who get a percentage of 97% in the aspect of learning planning, this result is included in the excellent category. Teachers get a percentage of 74% in the aspect of teaching and learning, this result is included in the good category. Teachers get a percentage of 99% in the aspect of assessment, this result is included in the excellent category. In the aspect of the learning environment, teachers get a percentage of 99%, this is included in the excellent category.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve communication skills and mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN Cebongan 03 through the Problem-Based Learning model supported by Wordwall. The results showed a significant improvement in both aspects after two cycles of implementation. This model effectively fostered active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning. The percentage of students achieving the “very good” category in both communication skills and learning outcomes increased by 42.3%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keteampilan kreativitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Cebongan 03 pada mata Pelajaran IPAS melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media Canva. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterampilan kreativitas peserta didik mengalami peningkatan.sebesar 6.16% dan hasil belajar peserta didik juga turut mengalami peningkatan sebesar 6.74%. Ketuntasan belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan sebesar 52.63%. Penggunaan model PBL dilaksanakan sesuai dengan sintak pembelajarannya dan peserta didik terlibat secara aktif dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media Canva efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata Pelajaran IPAS. Model ini menciptakan suasana kelas yang aktif, lebih interaktif, dan mendorong tumbuhnya kreativitas peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif yang melibatkan peserta didik secara langsung.

Abstract

The digitalization era has brought major transformations to the world of work, where automation, artificial intelligence, and information technology have replaced many conventional human roles. This shift presents serious challenges to employment, especially for workers lacking digital skills. This article aims to analyze the main challenges of unemployment in the digitalization era, its contributing factors, and the strategies that can be implemented to address these challenges. Through literature review and secondary data analysis, it is found that digital unemployment is not only about job losses but also involves digital access inequality, outdated education curricula, and slow adaptation of labor policies. The study concludes that a cross-sectoral collaborative approach and transformation in the education system are necessary to prepare human resources that are relevant to the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the ongoing discourse on whether environmental regulations serve as a barrier or an incentive for foreign direct investment (FDI). The literature presents a divided perspective, with previous studies producing inconsistent findings that have led to ambiguity in empirical evidence. Such disparities often arise from variations in datasets and methodologies employed in earlier research. To resolve these inconsistencies, this research provides a comprehensive empirical assessment of the presumed negative impact of strict environmental policies on FDI in Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states. Using a panel dataset comprising 32 OIC countries over the period 2010–2020, the study investigates this intricate relationship. The results, which counter the "pollution haven" hypothesis, indicate that stringent environmental regulations can, in fact, promote FDI inflows. The robustness of these findings is reinforced by their consistency across multiple methodological approaches.
