Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk, PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk, PT. MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk, and PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk experienced financial distress during the 2019-2021 period. The sample of these four companies was selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis using the Altman Z-score method. It was found that two companies, PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk in 2019 and 2020, with Z-scores of 2.9510 and 2.5147, and PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk in 2020-2021 with Z-scores of 2.1954 and 2.6608 are in the gray area. Between the two companies, PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk is facing financial distress in 2021 with a Z-score of 0.9288. PT. MAP Active Adiperkasa Tbk and PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, is in healthy financial condition, because their Z-score is greater than 2.88. In conclusion, this study is an important financial health analysis conducted for companies operating in the Supermarket & Convenience Store, Clothing & Textile Retail, and Electronic Retail industries. The Altman Z-score has proven to be a valuable tool in identifying the risk of financial distress

Abstract

Household financial management is crucial for a family's operational well-being. Managing finances requires precision and ingenuity. This must be adjusted to the family's income, which will be used for daily expenses and a portion set aside for savings and investment. The problem arises from a lack of financial literacy, resulting in many housewives lacking an adequate understanding of basic financial concepts, such as budgeting, distinguishing between needs and wants, and even not knowing how to save and invest their money. The implementation of the Ceria Village Community Service Program (KKN) involving students, lecturers, and partners. Conducting outreach to the community and providing financial literacy in the villages of Bagelen, Pelita, and Pinang Mancung. The objective of this activity was to strengthen understanding of financial literacy and investment, with the theme "Smart Household Economy, Safe Investment." The outreach method used included lectures and a Q&A session. Discussions, including the material and Q&A sessions, addressed issues emerging during the event, and quizzes were administered to improve participant understanding. The results showed that participants gained new knowledge about family financial management and recognized the importance of financial literacy in improving family well-being.

Abstract

Character education is now one of the global topics that continues to receive attention in various countries, including Indonesia. Amidst the rapid flow of modernization and globalization, the challenges in shaping the character of the younger generation are increasingly complex. The development of technology, consumer culture, and the decline in moral values are some of the factors causing the character crisis in society. Character education is one of the important aspects in building individuals with integrity and morals. Ibn Miskawih, a Muslim philosopher from the 11th century, made a major contribution to the thinking of character education through his work Tahdzib al-Akhlaq. This article aims to examine Ibn Miskawih's views on character education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results of the study show that character education according to Ibn Miskawih emphasizes the formation of good character through four stages, namely naturally, good habits, training, and light punishment. According to Ibn Miskawaih, there are four main characters that need to be developed in a person, namely al-Iffah (self-control), al-Syaja'ah (courage), al-Hikmah (wisdom), and al-Adalah (justice).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dalam proses pembelajaran yang dimana, guru belum mampu meningkatkan Hasil Belajar siswa. Belajar dari pengalamansaya saat melakukan proses kegiatan belajar yang dimana peserta didik kesulitan memahami materi dari guru terutama mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan yang membutuhkan penjelasan guru. Hal ini menuntut guru untuk berinovasi dalam membentuk proses pembelajaran yang sangat efektif. Salah satu cara mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam mempelajari materi PJOK adalah menggunakan permainan sederhana yang dimodifikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Apakah penggunaan media dalam memodifikasi permainan dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar melalui modifikasi permainan bola karet pada siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 26 Surabaya Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024; (2) Bagaimanakah respon siswa setelah menggunakan media modifikasi permainan bola karet dalam pembelajaran pada materi permainan bola kasti Siswa Kelas VII B SMP Negeri 26 Surabaya Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu Tahap Perencanaan, Tahap Pelaksanaan, dan Tahap Refleksi. Subyek Penelitian kelas VII B SMPN 26 Surabaya dengan waktu pelaksanaan penelitian sampai penulisan laporan selama 3 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan bahwa penggunaan modifikasi permainan bola karet dalam pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi permainan bola kasti siswa kelas VII B SMPN 26 Surabaya, yaitu siklus I diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 40,3 dan siklus II sebesar 80,0 dengan peningkatan sebesar 39,7, ketuntasan hasil belajar meningkat, yaitu siklus I sebesar 35,29 % dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas 12 siswa dan siklus II sebesar 82,35% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas 28 siswa, dengan persentase peningkatan sebesar 47,06 %. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan Modifikasi permainan bola karet dalam Pembelajaran dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar pada materi bola kasti Siswa Kelas VII B SMP Negeri 26 Surabaya Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 dengan respon siswa baik.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDi era modern, Indonesia mengalami peningkatan jumlah lansia. Khususnya di Dusun Sidorejo, Desa Ngestiharjo, Kecamatan Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, banyak lansia kesulitan mengakses layanan kesehatan. Situasi ini semakin diperparah dengan bertambahnya penyakit kronis di kalangan mereka. Sebagai respons, sebuah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) diadakan pada tanggal 8 April 2023, pukul 07.00 hingga 11.00 WIB di Dusun Sidorejo. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan akses lansia ke layanan kesehatan berkualitas, meliputi pemeriksaan rutin, konseling gizi, dan senam lansia. Kegiatan tersebut dijalankan bekerja sama dengan kader dan pengurus Posyandu Lansia Nusa Indah serta partisipasi masyarakat setempat. Sebanyak 67 lansia berpartisipasi, dengan pelaksanaannya terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi, 55,52% peserta merasa sangat puas dengan layanan yang diberikan. Lebih jauh, terjadi kenaikan jumlah peserta Posyandu Lansia dari 51 orang di bulan sebelumnya menjadi 67 orang, menandakan efektivitas program PKM tersebut. Dengan kolaborasi yang erat antara tim PKM, kader, dan masyarakat, layanan kesehatan bagi lansia di Dusun Sidorejo telah meningkat. Ini bukan hanya berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia, namun juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya layanan kesehatan untuk kelompok usia tersebut. Kata kunci: fasilitas dan layanan kesehatan; kesehatan lansia; pemberdayaan masyarakat; posyandu lansia. ABSTRACTIn the modern era, Indonesia is experiencing an increase in the number of elderly people. Especially in Sidorejo Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village, Kasihan Sub-district, Bantul Regency, many elderly people have difficulty accessing health services. This situation is further exacerbated by the increase in chronic diseases among them. As a response, a community service activity (PKM) was held on April 8, 2023, from 07.00 to 11.00 WIB in Sidorejo Hamlet. The activity aimed to improve the elderly's access to quality health services, including routine check-ups, nutrition counseling, and elderly gymnastics. The activity was carried out in collaboration with cadres and administrators of Posyandu Lansia Nusa Indah as well as local community participation. A total of 67 elderly people participated, with the implementation divided into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the evaluation, 55.52% of participants were very satisfied with the services provided. Furthermore, there was an increase in the number of Posyandu Lansia participants from 51 people in the previous month to 67 people, indicating the effectiveness of the PKM program. With close collaboration between the PKM team, cadres, and the community, health services for the elderly in Sidorejo Hamlet have improved. This not only has an impact on improving the quality of life of the elderly but also increases community awareness of the importance of health services for this age group. Keywords: elderly health; elderly posyandu; community empowerment; health facilities and services.

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Office of Financial Management and Regional Asset of Enrekang Regency, the research population is all employees of the Financial Management Service and as many as 80 employees while the sample size is determined using slovin method that is as much as 44 employees of the sample. Data were collected using observation, questionnaire, and documentation, while data analysis used validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis test using partial significance test (t test statistic). The result of data analysis shows that the variable of financial compensation with the performance of the officer at the Office of Financial Management and Regional Asset of Enrekang Regency, which is shown by validity test is greater than 0.300 (valid) rtabel, reliability test obtained Cronbach's Alpha value bigger than rtabel (Cronbach's Alpha 0,980> rtabel 0,297), simple linear regression test Y = -1,034 + 0,684 X (positive value), coefficient of determination 0,920, while for hypothesis test obtained tcount value bigger than ttable (t count 21,949> ttabel 2,018) at 5% significant level. The coefficient of determination obtained by 0.920 means that the financial compensation variable (X) gives the effect of 92% with the variable of employee performance (Y), while the rest is 8% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the application of pop-up books in the learning of eighth-grade students at MTs DDI Wanio, to determine students' understanding of photosynthesis before the application of pop-up books, and to determine the increase in students' understanding of photosynthesis after the application of pop-up books.This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR). Quantitative analysis techniques were used to analyze test scores on photosynthesis, including percentage averages, secondary deviations, and graphs. Qualitative analysis techniques were used to analyze observational data, summarizing and describing the research results through observations. Learning outcomes in cycles I and II improved compared to the pre-action period, as demonstrated by the average class score, which rose from 39 to 93.The percentage of students achieving the Minimum Competency (KKM) > 75 also increased from 38.5% to 93%. This data demonstrates that the use of pop-up books is effective when applied to photosynthesis learning. Students are more active and engaged in learning, and they also experience learning without always requiring technology. The data obtained in cycle II demonstrated that the research met the criteria for success, as the use of pop-up books was successful, as indicated by the percentage of students who passed the KKM > 75, thus eliminating the need for further research.

Abstract

The implementation of e-learning in higher education institutions has transformed the learning paradigm from traditional classroom settings to digital and interactive environments. This research focuses on the implementation of an e-learning system at the Faculty of Information Technology to support new students in adapting to digital-based academic processes. The system was designed using Moodle integrated with institutional authentication, Google Workspace for Education, and cloud storage. A pre-test and post-test experimental method was used to measure its effectiveness on learning outcomes, participation rates, and digital literacy levels among new students. The findings revealed that students’ average learning performance increased by 18%, participation by 45%, and digital competency by 27% after using the platform. These results indicate that the integration of e-learning significantly improves learning flexibility, engagement, and technological proficiency for first-year students.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has now become an important strategy for modern cafes to strengthen relationships with customers and increase loyalty. Social media-based CRM campaigns can boost brand awareness and customer purchase interest. Titik Awal Kopitiam Cafe offers high-quality food, highlighting the concept of a kopitiam or traditional coffee shop, providing various coffee menus and snacks such as toast, rujak cireng, otak-otak, grilled bananas, and others. The problem faced by Titik Awal Kopitiam Cafe is that the points or voucher program is not yet linked to customer IDs and is not yet connected to the marketing department. The use of social media, such as content calendars and message segmentation, which includes promotions, customer testimonials, and educational content, has not been implemented effectively. The purpose of this study is to analyze the number of customers and consumer loyalty, the use of social media, and to analyze growth at Kafe Titik Awal Kopitiam. The method used is applied with a descriptive quantitative approach, conducted directly to observe the implementation of CRM at Kafe Titik Awal Kopitiam, including observation, interviews, and document studies. From the research conducted at Kafe Titik Awal Kopitiam in Jatinangor, in the implementation of CRM and marketing activities, there was a measurable and gradual growth in the customer base, rather than a sudden spike. By placing customers as the main focus, it can maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty and establish strong long-term relationships with customers, while also improving business performance. To drive customer growth. Titik Awal Kopitiam Cafe combines a loyalty program with community activities that trigger word-of-mouth promotion. The community-based approach not only increases loyalty but also encourages existing customers to become brand ambassadors unconsciously. Activities on Instagram and listings on delivery platforms successfully expand reach and can attract new customers.

Abstract

Bencana banjir bandang dan tanah longsor merupakan fenomena alam yang memberikan dampak multidimensional, meliputi kerusakan fisik, gangguan sosial, serta kemunduran ekonomi masyarakat terdampak. Kehilangan aset produktif, terhentinya aktivitas usaha, dan meningkatnya kerentanan sosial-ekonomi menjadi permasalahan utama pascabencana. Artikel Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komitmen dan langkah nyata perguruan tinggi bersama masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan dalam mendukung pemulihan ekonomi pascabencana melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan masyarakat, edukasi dan sosialisasi mitigasi bencana, pendampingan usaha mikro dan kecil, penguatan kelembagaan ekonomi lokal, serta kolaborasi multipihak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap mitigasi bencana, bangkitnya kembali aktivitas ekonomi produktif, serta terbentuknya kelompok usaha dan jejaring kemitraan yang mendukung keberlanjutan pemulihan ekonomi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan ketangguhan dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat terdampak, serta dapat dijadikan model implementasi PkM di wilayah rawan bencana lainnya.
