This research aims to develop an Android-based digital learning medium that integrates mobile technology into the Digital Systems course in the Computer Education Study Program at Dehasen University, Bengkulu. This study used the Research and Development (RD) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The study subjects consisted of 79 students taking the Digital Systems course. The research instruments included an expert validation sheet, a digital literacy test (pretest–posttest), and a student response questionnaire.The results showed that the developed learning medium received a validation score of 3.64 from the material expert and 3.66 from the media expert, both of which are considered very appropriate. The effectiveness test results showed an increase in students' digital literacy scores from 61.45 to 83.20, with an N-Gain of 0.56 (medium–high category) and a significance value of p 0.05. Student response to the medium was also very positive, with an average percentage of 85.4%.It can be concluded that the developed Android-based learning media is feasible and effective for improving students' digital literacy and supporting more interactive, flexible, and contextual learning. The results of this study contribute to the development of mobile technology-based learning models in higher education settings.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis Android yang mengintegrasikan teknologi mobile dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Sistem Digital di Program Studi Pendidikan Komputer Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 79 mahasiswa yang menempuh mata kuliah Sistem Digital. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi ahli, tes literasi digital (pretest–posttest), dan angket respon mahasiswa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memperoleh nilai validasi ahli materi sebesar 3,64 dan ahli media sebesar 3,66, keduanya dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan skor literasi digital mahasiswa dari 61,45 menjadi 83,20 dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,56 (kategori sedang–tinggi) dan nilai signifikansi p 0,05. Respon mahasiswa terhadap media juga sangat positif dengan persentase rata-rata 85,4%.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Android yang dikembangkan layak dan efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital mahasiswa, serta mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, fleksibel, dan kontekstual. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi mobile di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi.
