Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze motivation, implementation of the TANDUR method in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at MI Miftahul Ulum Ngoro-Mojokerto. This study also wanted to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the TANDUR method in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at MI Miftahul Ulum Ngoro-Mojokerto. Classroom action research method by implementing four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study showed that the application of the TANDUR method was able to increase students' motivation to study, especially in Islamic Cultural History subjects. (SKI). The supporting fact in the use of the TANDUR method is the availability of technological facilities, while the inhibiting fact is that some teachers are still unable to compile learning tools.

Abstract

Dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran anak-anak akan pentingnya memeriksa tanggal kadaluarsa pada makanan dan minuman, kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan topik belajar pentingnya memeriksa tanggal kadaluarsa pada produk makanan dan minuman yang diadakan di Rumah Belajar Cerita Savana, Bangkala, Kecamatan Manggala, Kota Makassar, pada tanggal 16 Mei 2024. Anak-anak diajarkan tentang risiko mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman kadaluarsa dan cara yang benar untuk menyimpannya melalui edukasi interaktif. Hasilnya menunjukkan, pemahaman dan perilaku anak-anak tentang keamanan konsumsi meningkat, dan mereka mulai mengedukasi teman dan keluarga mereka tentang hal ini. Program ini menunjukkan bagaimana teknik yang efektivitas dan menyenangkan dapat menumbuhkan perilaku yang bertanggung jawab dan sehat.

Abstract

Anak yang didiagnosis kanker memerlukan perhatian dan keterlibatan penuh dari orang tua. Tingkat literasi kesehatan orang tua memegang peran penting, terutama dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan kesehatan yang akan diterima oleh anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi kesehatan orang tua serta pertimbangan dalam mengakses layanan kesehatan untuk anak dengan kanker. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dengan 60 orang tua sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner data demografi dan Health Literacy Questionnaire (HLQ). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah orang tua memiliki literasi kesehatan dengan kategori baik sebanyak 55% dan kategori kurang sebanyak 45%. Adapun pertimbangan dalam pemilihan layanan kesehatan pada anak dengan kanker mayoritas orang tua memilih reputasi (88.3%), alur asuransi (78.3%), jarak (76.7%) dan petugas kesehatan (68.3%). Sebagian besar orang tua memiliki tingkat literasi kesehatan yang tergolong baik. Namun demikian, hampir separuhnya masih menunjukkan literasi kesehatan yang rendah. Kondisi ini menunjukkan pentingnya upaya berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan di kalangan orang tua anak dengan kanker. Diharapkan penyedia layanan kesehatan dapat melakukan strategi efektif yang tidak hanya meningkatkan literasi kesehatan orang tua, tetapi juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, sehingga orang tua dari anak dengan kanker mampu berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan kesehatan anak mereka.

Abstract

Kucing, sebagai hewan peliharaan yang populer, telah menjadi bagian integral darikeluarga, memengaruhi kesejahteraan emosional dan mental pemiliknya. Hubungan interspesiesini diamaƟ sebagai ikatan yang unik, kompleks, dan mulƟdimensional, melibatkan komunikasinon-verbal, empaƟ, dan dukungan psikologis Ɵmbal balik. Metode perancangan karya inimenggabungkan elemen ruang, material lembut, serta proyeksi visual dan suara untukmelambangkan aspek-aspek kunci dari ikatan emosi seperƟ kenyamanan, ketergantungan,keceriaan, bahkan kesedihan. Abstract

Dengue Fever (DF) remains a major public health challenge in many tropical regions, including South Sulawesi, Indonesia, where increasing case numbers highlight the urgent need for more effective disease control strategies. Traditional approaches that rely solely on medical treatment and vector suppression have shown limited long-term success, thus necessitating complementary preventive interventions such as health education. This study develops a deterministic SIRS host–vector mathematical model to analyse the epidemiological dynamics of DF transmission and to quantify the impact of educational intervention on reducing disease spread. The model incorporates human susceptibility, infection, temporary immunity, mosquito–human transmission mechanisms, and an education parameter that represents the rate at which susceptible individuals become effectively protected. Stability analysis is conducted to determine the conditions for disease persistence or elimination, and the basic reproduction number is derived using the next-generation matrix method. Numerical simulations are performed using biologically realistic parameter values for South Sulawesi. The results show that when , both human and vector infections converge to endemic equilibrium levels, consistent with the theoretical analysis. However, increasing the education-related protection parameter significantly reduces infection prevalence and can bring below unity, leading to disease eradication. The findings demonstrate that educational interventions play a critical role in reducing transmission intensity and complementing vector control measures. This study provides a mathematical foundation for evaluating community-based education as a sustainable component of DF prevention, offering valuable insights for public health policy in dengue-endemic regions.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) Post 21 of the Disaster-Resilient Village was implemented in Buntu Kunyi Village, Suli District, Luwu Regency as an effort to enhance community capacity in facing disaster risks and the impacts of climate change. Buntu Kunyi Village has a relatively high level of vulnerability to disasters such as landslides and floods, thus requiring a systematic and sustainable empowerment approach. This KKN program applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which emphasizes the utilization of local potential and community participation. The stages implemented included discovery, design, define, and reflection, resulting in village asset mapping, needs-based program planning, and a comprehensive evaluation of program implementation. Three main programs were carried out: the preparation of evacuation maps, the development of disaster education modules, and the documentation of environmental action activities. The results of the program showed a significant increase in disaster literacy, community preparedness, and citizen participation in environmental conservation as a form of adaptation to climate change. Overall, this KKN program contributed to strengthening the resilience of Buntu Kunyi Village through collaboration between students and the community in building independent and sustainable disaster risk mitigation.

Abstract

This research is entitled “The Political Strategy of the Candidate Pair Lucky Hakim and Syaefudin in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Election in Indramayu Regency.” The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the political strategies employed by Lucky Hakim and Syaefudin in winning the 2024 regional election, as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors that influenced their political communication process during the campaign. This research applies Peter Schroder’s theory of political strategy as the analytical framework and uses a qualitative research method. Data were collected through documentation studies and in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that the political strategy implemented by Lucky Hakim and Syaefudin focused on a direct approach to the community through blusukan or door-to-door visits across village areas. This approach effectively built emotional closeness and strengthened public trust toward the candidate pair. Furthermore, Lucky Hakim’s high popularity and electability served as significant social capital that attracted strong public enthusiasm, particularly among grassroots groups such as housewives. Survey data indicated that Lucky Hakim’s personal image and popularity played a crucial role in supporting the pair’s victory. In addition, the success of this political strategy was also supported by the significant contribution of the campaign team and a wide network of volunteers. These volunteers actively expanded the campaign’s reach, organized political activities at the local level, and maintained political consolidation until the voting stage. Therefore, the victory of Lucky Hakim and Syaefudin resulted from the synergy between direct communication strategies, personal image strength, and the effective mobilization of volunteers in building broad public support across Indramayu Regency.

Abstract

This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) aimed at improving the mathematics learning outcomes of Grade XII Language 2 students on the topic of combinatorics through the application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method. The research subjects consisted of 30 students from Grade XII Language 2 at MA Nurul Jadid. Data were collected through written tests and interviews with teachers and students. The implementation of the NHT method was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the average score in the pre-cycle stage was 56.5. After implementing the NHT method in Cycle 1, the class average increased to 71.2, and in Cycle 2 it further increased to 83.4. These findings demonstrate that the application of the NHT method can improve students’ learning outcomes. Data analysis was conducted using both quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. Quantitative data were obtained from students' learning test results, while qualitative data were obtained from observation results.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of social media, specifically Intagram, as a promotional tool to enchase the sales of Ayam Keprabon products. Given the intense competition in the Surakarta market, this research seeks to identify effective promotional strategies and utilize Intagram’s features, such as Stories and collaboration with influencers. The research methodology employed includes interviews with informants from Ayam Keprabon and qualitative data analysis. The findings indicate that the application of Instagram as a promotional medium can significantly increase sales by employing strategies such as buy one get one promotions. This research is expected to provide practical recommendations for business owners in leveraging social media to optimize sales and build their brand.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major health problem in Indonesia, with Makassar City reporting the highest number of cases in South Sulawesi. This study aimed to assess the patient satisfaction with TB treatment services. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, involving 60 patients with TB selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a modified QUOTE TB Light questionnaire. Most patients were male, adult, Muslim, Makassarese, and high school graduates. Key areas of dissatisfaction included limited operating hours (QI=1.41), lack of staff communication (QI=1.00), inadequate TB-HIV relationship (QI = 4.65), HIV prevention (QI = 4.73), HIV testing (QI = 4.33), inadequate provision of drinking water (QI = 1.75) and usable toilets (QI = 1.66), poor monitoring of sputum examination and treatment (QI=6.67), and lack of transportation (QI=6.19), food (QI=6.08), and financial support (QI=6.19). The findings suggest that improvements in communication, service access, infrastructure, and socioeconomic support are needed to improve patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
