Abstract

The success of students in dealing with the globalization era of scientific literacy needs to be supported by practising skills, one of the skills that must be mastered by students in the science process skills and scientific questioning skills. This study aims to determine the implementation of the question webs based learning model of learning to improve science process skills and scientific questioning skills in grade X students at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah using a quasi-experimental method with nonequivalent control group design. The samples were taken by purposive sampling technique which was then divided into experimental and control groups. The data were collected from pretest and posttest scores which were then tested based on N-gain values. The results showed that the score of science process skills and scientific questioning skills of experimental class students obtained higher mean scores than control class mean scores. Statistically, it can be seen that testing the results of tests using the t-test 4.507 for science process skills and 29.79 for scientific questioning skills with a significant difference. The conclusion of this study shows that the question web-based learning model improve science process skills and scientific questioning skills compared to conventional models.

Abstract

Manusia tidak akan pernah lepas dari rasa ingin memiliki baik itu sifatnya kebutuhan maupun keinginan. Era kemajuan teknologi saat ini seakan-akan semakin mendukung hasrat manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan maupun keinginan. Dengan melesatnya perkembangan teknologi cara manusia memenuhi hasratnya pun berubah dengan menggunakan teknologi. Salah satu dampak yang paling dirasakan akibat adanya disruptive innovation ini adalah adanya marketplace yaitu tempat yang mempertemukan penjual dan pembeli secara digital. Penggunaan marketplace dalam beberapa tahun terakhir terus meningkat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan angka transaksi yang makin tinggi yang memengaruhi manusia untuk melakukan pembelian secara mendadak (impulse buying). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh big five personality dan self control terhadap impulse buying pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhamnmadiyah Sukabumi dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 115. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa big five personality berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying dan self control memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap impulse buying secara parsial. Secara bersama-sama variabel big five personality dan self control berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan Penghasilan Tidak Kena Pajak (PTKP) tahun 2015 ke tahun 2016 terhadap perhitungan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 21 pada pegawai Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penelusuran data online. Data yang dianalisis berupa laporan gaji dan tunjangan 20 pegawai pada periode Desember 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 menggunakan PTKP 2015 menghasilkan total PPh terutang sebesar Rp 138.682.584, sedangkan dengan PTKP 2016 dan penyesuaian Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (HPP) menghasilkan PPh terutang sebesar Rp 88.908.726. Terdapat selisih sebesar Rp 49.774.128 yang menunjukkan perubahan PTKP memberikan dampak signifikan dalam meringankan beban pajak pegawai. Selain itu, dua pegawai yang sebelumnya terutang pajak menjadi tidak terutang setelah penerapan PTKP 2016. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa peningkatan nilai PTKP sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengurangan utang pajak yang menguntungkan bagi wajib pajak.

Abstract

The low ability of students to achieve learning outcomes in chemistry concepts, including colloid material, is influenced by various factors such as limited study time, inadequate facilities, and teaching methods that do not align with the material. One effective method for enhancing student learning outcomes is the experimental method. This study aims to assess student activity, learning results, and feedback on the learning process for colloids. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved 22 students from class XI MIA 2 at SMA Negeri 1 Terangun, selected through purposive sampling. Instruments included observation questionnaires, learning outcome tests, and student feedback questionnaires. Content validation has been conducted for all instruments by one expert and one practitioner, who have declared them valid and feasible to use. Results showed increased student activity with 94% at the second meeting and 96% at the third. Learning outcomes improved, with average completion rates rising from 64% at the second meeting to 86% at the third. Feedback indicated 61% strongly agree, 36% agree, and 3% somewhat agree regarding the experimental method. This study concludes that the experimental method for exploring the types and properties of colloids can enhance student activity and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the important role of parenting styles in shaping students’ personality, attitudes, and behavior, which in turn influence the need for guidance and counseling services at school. The purpose of this research is to describe the profile of students’ parenting styles at SMAN 1 Bonjol, including authoritarian, democratic, and permissive parenting styles, and to examine their implications for guidance and counseling services. This study employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design. The research subjects were 175 students of Grade XI Phase F at SMAN 1 Bonjol, selected through simple random sampling from a population of 313 students. The instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 44 valid and reliable statements. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The results showed that the overall profile of parenting styles was in the moderately high category, with a percentage of 90.86%, indicating variations in the application of democratic, permissive, and authoritarian parenting styles. The implication of these findings highlights the need for school counselors to develop services focused on strengthening positive communication between parents and students, providing information services and psychoeducation on conducive parenting styles, and fostering collaboration between schools and parents to support students’ optimal development.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Wonorejo berfokus pada pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui peningkatan literasi digital dan kesadaran legalitas usaha bagi pelaku UMKM. Mahasiswa berperan sebagai fasilitator dan agen perubahan sosial dengan melaksanakan pelatihan manajemen usaha, strategi pemasaran digital, serta pendampingan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan kontekstual untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif warga dalam transformasi ekonomi desa. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap pengelolaan usaha, perluasan jaringan pemasaran, dan kesadaran pentingnya legalitas bisnis. Program ini tidak hanya memberikan dampak ekonomi langsung, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kemandirian dan kolaborasi komunitas. Secara akademik, kegiatan ini merepresentasikan implementasi nilai Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya dalam aspek pengabdian dan pemberdayaan masyarakat menuju pembangunan desa yang mandiri, berdaya saing, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstrak : Pendidikan di Indonesia telah melewati berbagai proses perkembangan, termasuk perkembangan kurikulum pembelajaran. Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sebagai orientasi baru pendidikan dalam meningkatkan karakter pancasilais siswa Indonesia dengan 6 elemen diantaranya siswa yang berakhlak mulia, berkebhinekaan global, gotong royong, mandiri, kreatif serta bernalar kritis. Untuk mewujudkan ke-enam elemen tersebut tentunya membutuhkan peran dari guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai fasilitator maupun mediator sehingga guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dituntut untuk memiliki strategi yang tepat dalam pengaplikasian P5 pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahiu bagaimana strategi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan bagaimana hasil yang dicapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis komponensial yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Strategi yang digunakan Guru PAI untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa melalui Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) baik dalam intrakulikuler maupun kokulikuler yaitu: Strategi Inquiry Learning, Strategi Problem Based Learning, Strategi Project Bsed Learning, Strategi Discovery learning, Strategi Saintifik Learning. 2)Hasil yang dicapai dalam peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yaitu: Meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreativitas siswa, Meningkatkan prestasi akademik maupun non akademik, Membangun jiwa sosial, Meningkatan kepercayaan diri siswa dan Membangun karakter kislaman pada diri siswa. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Strategi, Berpikir Kritis, P5 Abstract: Education in Indonesia has undergone various developmental processes, including curriculum development. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project(P5) represents a new educational orientation aimed at enhancing the Pancasila character among Indonesian students, emphasizing six elements including noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, creativity, and critical reasoning. Achieving these elements necessitates the role of Islamic Education teachers as facilitators and mediators, requiring them to employ appropriate strategies in applying P5 to students. This research aims to explore the strategies employed by Islamic Education teachers to enhance critical thinking skills and examine the outcomes achieved. The study utilizes a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design, collecting data through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employs componential analysis techniques encompassing data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that: 1) Strategies employed by Islamic Education teachers to enhance students' critical thinking skills through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), both within and beyond the curriculum, include Inquiry Learning Strategy, Problem Based Learning Strategy, Project Based Learning Strategy, Discovery Learning Strategy, and Scientific Learning Strategy. 2) Outcomes achieved in enhancing critical thinking skills through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project include increased student engagement and creativity, improved academic and non-academic achievements, development of social consciousness, enhanced student self- confidence, and cultivation of Islamic character. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedisiplinan guru Pendidikan Agama Islamterhadap prestasi peserta didik, serta upaya dan hambatan terhadap prestasi pesertta didikkelas VII di SMP Muhammadiyah Aimas Kabupaten Sorong. Kedisiplinan guru dinilai sebagai elemen penting dalam membentuk suasana belajar yang mendukung dan efektif bagi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan siswa kelas VII, observasi langsung di lingkungan kelas, dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Muhammadiyah Aimas umumnya menunjukkan disiplin yang tinggi,termasuk dalam hal ketepatan waktu, persiapan materi pelajaran yang komprehensif, kemampuan mengelola kelas, dan memberikan teladan dalam praktik ibadah. Disiplin guru Pendidikan Agama Islam ini memiliki korelasi positif dengan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan pengembangan sikap disiplin pada diri siswa, baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di rumah. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa area untuk perbaikan, seperti perlunya konsistensi lebih lanjut dalam penerapan peraturan dan peningkatan interaksi guru-siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menjaga dan meningkatkan kedisiplinan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam sebagai salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatan prestasi akademik dan pembentukan karakter siswa.

Abstract

Background: Major surgery is frequently associated with high levels of preoperative anxiety, which can negatively affect physiological stability and postoperative recovery. Despite evidence supporting the effectiveness of nature-based virtual reality (VR) therapy in reducing anxiety in high-income settings, its applicability in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), particularly district hospitals, remains unclear. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of nature-based VR therapy in reducing preoperative anxiety among first-time major surgery patients. Methods: This study employed a quasi-experimental pre-test–post-test control group design, reported in accordance with the TREND guideline. A total of 104 adult patients scheduled for first-time elective major surgery were recruited using consecutive sampling and equally allocated to an intervention group (n=52) and a control group (n=52). The independent variable was nature-based VR therapy, and the dependent variable was preoperative anxiety. Anxiety was measured using the State Anxiety subscale of the State–Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), a validated instrument with good reliability (Cronbach’s α = 0.83). The intervention group received a single 5-minute nature-based VR session 20–30 minutes before surgery, while the control group received standard preoperative care. Data were analyzed using paired and independent t-tests, and effect size was calculated using Cohen’s d. Results: Participants were predominantly aged 46–60 years (39.4%), equally male and female, mostly classified as ASA II (69.2%), and commonly scheduled for abdominal surgery (40.4%). The intervention group showed a significant anxiety reduction (mean difference = −16.10; p < 0.001; Cohen’s d = 1.98), whereas the control group showed no significant change (−2.38; p = 0.062). Post-intervention anxiety scores were significantly lower in the VR group than in the control group (t = 9.074; p < 0.001; Cohen’s d = 1.78). Conclusion: Nature-based VR therapy is an effective, nurse-led, non-pharmacological intervention for reducing preoperative anxiety in first-time major surgery patients. Integration of VR into routine preoperative nursing care may enhance patient-centered care and support anxiety management in resource-limited hospital settings.
