Allah has chosen humans as world leaders because of their abilities in various sciences and sciences. They can undertake education to teach and be taught. This differentiates between humans. and other people. Teachers or educators are a very important component of education. Teachers or educators are professional jobs that cannot be carried out by an agency without special conditions that support the implementation of the job. They. must have good character, extensive knowledge and knowledge, competence and qualifications as an educator. Therefore, becoming a teacher or educator is not as easy as we imagine. Their job is not only to transfer knowledge and knowledge to students but also to educate, guide and empower them to become successful people.

National education faces challenges related to quality, efficiency and management. Several important problems in the education system include: (1) student moral behavior, (2) distribution of learning, (3) less efficient internal systems, (4) poor organization, (5) education management that is not in line with national development, and (6) lack of professionalism in resources. One effort to overcome this problem is to improve learning strategies, which are very important for the success of the learning process. One of the aspects studied in this journal is the teaching of the Islamic religion from Abuddin Nata's perspective. The results of the literature search show that an Islamic-based learning approach can shape student behavior. One effective strategy is to use an approach that is appropriate to the learning objectives and emphasizes skills and learning processes such as the Islamic education model which integrates skills, problem solving and memory formation.

Learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for some students is so unpleasant that it affects their interest in learning. One of the factors is that PAI learning strategies are still traditional, PAI teachers' teaching abilities/competence are still lacking, and PAI learning management strategies are not optimal. Efforts to increase PAI learning activities, PAI learning achievement, and make PAI a subject that students are interested in, the alternative is to change PAI learning strategies from traditional to progressive PAI learning strategies.

Learning activities will be successful if students have motivation to learn. Therefore, the article we wrote aims to better understand and test the influence of learning strategies implemented by teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. In achieving the goal of increasing student motivation, there needs to be better efforts in selecting and implementing learning strategies that are appropriate to the competencies to be achieved. The research we conducted used a descriptive analysis approach through data collection methods. This data was collected using literature studies through articles, journals and books. To increase students' learning motivation, it is necessary to choose appropriate learning strategies by considering the characteristics of the objectives and content of the field of study. The results of the analysis show that there is a big influence that learning strategies have on increasing student learning motivation. This influence has an impact on student learning outcomes for the better. Each learning strategy has a different influence on student learning motivation. Applying correct learning strategies also increases students' understanding of the learning content.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the world of education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. These changes are caused by the potential and capabilities of information and communication technology which enable humans to have relationships and fulfill their needs for unlimited information. This article reviews Islamic religious education strategies based on blended learning. Blended learning is an educational method that combines face-to-face learning with online learning. In this article, we will explain how Islamic religious education strategies can be implemented using blended learning. By combining various learning methods and resources, this approach aims to increase the effectiveness of Islamic learning.

the article aims to describe (tell) the effectifenes of implementing feedback techniques in increasing student learning motivation. This research uses a library method ( library research ), and is qualitative in nature because the data collected uses textual analisis contained in educational books and journals which relate to feedback techniques in student learning motivation. The results of this research are:firstly in this study we obtained secondly the purpose and function of feedback, and thirdly, feedback techniques in increasing student’s learning motivation.

Improving the ability to read early can be done with one of the learning methods, namely the Fernald method. Fernald's method in his learning involves all sensory work including visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile which is abbreviated as VAKT. This makes researchers interested in researching this problem. This study uses an experimental research in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B-A design. Data was collected under three conditions, namely baseline (A), intervention (B) and baseline (A2) with 17 meetings with the result that the percentage of children's early reading ability was at 88%. Based on the data from this study, it was concluded that the early reading ability of children with learning difficulties increased after being given treatment using the Fernald method in grade IV SDN 26 Teluk Bayur Padang.

The article is entitled "Strategy for Improving the Quality of PAI Teachers in Learning Management." This article was written because of the poor quality of PAI teacher management in implementing the teaching and learning process. This article focuses on how to improve the quality of PAI teachers in managing learning. The learning process requires learning activities based on concepts and principles to achieve learning goals effectively, efficiently and productively, starting with determining and planning strategies. Teachers play an important role in determining the quantity and quality of learning that takes place. Teachers need to think carefully and make learning plans to improve students' ability to listen to lessons and master learning objectives to improve the quality of teaching. The pattern above shows that being a teacher and simply providing material to students is not an easy thing and requires a mature strategy as well. Therefore, in this article we will explain learning strategies and learning management that teachers must understand in an effort to improve training and the quality of PBM.

In this modern era, Islamic religious education is an integral part of the education systemsignificant transformation along with technological developments in the digital era.
