Abstract

Candi Borobudur yang merupakan warisan budaya UNESCO dijadikan Kawasan destinasi super prioritas yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian. Pada saat ini kunjungan wisatawan Candi Borobudur mencapai sekitar 2 juta wisatawan baik wisatawan domestik maupun wisatawan asing. Karakteristik pengunjung yang berbeda – beda berpengaruh dalam pemilihan moda transportasi yang digunakan untuk menuju kawasan Candi Borobudur. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari model probabilitas pemilihan moda transportasi untuk menuju Candi Borobudur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode stated preference dan pemodelan menggunakan model logit.Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan dari atribut yang digunakan yaitu atribut biaya, waktu tempuh, kenyamanan dan keselamatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemilihan moda dengan R2 diatas 0,95. Jika terjadi perubahan pada keempat atribut yang digunakan yaitu biaya, waktu tempuh, kenyamanan dan keselamatan maka akan berpengaruh pada probabilitas pemilihan moda yang akan digunakan.

Abstract

In this increasingly sophisticated era, students are required to be able to have speaking and reading skills. However, due to the lack of effectiveness of teachers in using learning media, many students feel that learning feels monotonous so that students do not want to develop and practice their speaking and reading skills. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of audio visuals as a learning medium for speaking skills and reading skills of tsanawiah students. This research method uses a quantitative research method, where the data is obtained from the results of online questionnaire distribution. The results of the study show that audio-visual media is effective on students' speaking and reading skills. From the study, it can be concluded that the use of audio visuals as a learning medium has proven to be effective. The limitation of this study is that researchers can only conduct research on audio-visual learning media even though there are still many other learning media that can be used as alternatives in improving students' speaking and reading skills. The researcher hopes that the next researcher will be able to conduct research related to students' speaking and reading skills but by using other learning media. This study also recommends to future researchers to use this research as a reference in conducting research on improving students' speaking and reading skills through audio visuals.

Abstract

Kawasan permukiman di Desa Penjajab Kecamatan Pemangkat Kabupaten Sambas, merupakan salah satu permukiman kumuh, padat dan rawan sanitasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut untuk penananggulangan penanganan air limbah domestik yang mencemari lingkungan, diperlukan sistem instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL) agar dapat menanggulangi pencemaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menentukan sistem IPAL komunal berdasarkan pola sebaran permukiman di Desa Penjajap mengikuti jalan raya, pola permukiman tersebar dan pola permukiman terpusat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pengamatan langsung, wawancara dan menyebarkan formulir kuisioner untuk mendapatkan data kondisi sanitasi eksisting, pola sebaran permukiman dan penentuan sistem pengolahan IPAL yang akan digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan langsung, wawancara dan pegisian formulir kuisioner maka ditentukan sistem jenis layanan kapasitas ipal yaitu untuk 5 rumah. Sistem pengolahan IPAl Komunal yang digunakan, yaitu sistem pengolahan secara biologis dengan unit pengolahan bak ekualisasi, bak pengendap awal, bak biofilter aerob dan bak pengendap akhir. Dimensi IPAL yang digunakan untuk layanan 5 rumah dengan ukuran 6,5 m x 1,4 m. Pipa yang digunakan, yaitu jenis pipa PVC ukuran 6 inch untuk pipa primer dan 3 icnh untuk pipa sambungan rumah.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is important in the world of education, because of the diversity of students’ learning methods and students’ different knowledge backgrounds. The aim of this research is that differentiated learning in chemistry material and the teaching and learning process can run effectively and efficiently. Differentiated learning can eliminate students’ fear of material they don’t like, especially chemistry. This research is qualitative research, to see the effectiveness of differentiated learning, the CIPP research model is used. This CIPP model includes context, input, process and product, so it is said to be more comprehensive than other evaluation models. The research data sources are Chemistry Teachers, curriculum representatives, and students at three high schools in Jakarta. Primary data was collected using observation instruments while secondary data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The research results show that what happens in the field is that not all teachers apply differentiated learning during the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Through differentiated learning, students tend to be more active and enthusiastic about learning because classroom learning is carried out according to each student’s interests, readiness, and learning style. So, learning activities with a differentiation system are stated to be quite effective

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure and composition of vegetation on the banks of the Ira River (Wae Ira), Negeri Kamarian, Kairatu District, West Seram Regency. Riparian vegetation plays an important role in maintaining the stability of river ecosystems, both in terms of ecological, hydrological, and biodiversity aspects. The method used in this study is a combination of the continuous strip sampling method and the line plot sampling method, which are applied to four levels of vegetation growth, namely seedlings, saplings, poles, and trees. The results of the analysis show that the vegetation structure in the study area is divided into four strata, with varying species compositions in each stratum. The dominant species found include Pulai (Alstonia scholaris), Pulaka (Cyrtosperma merkusii), Buah rao (Dracontomelon mangiferum), and Salam (Syzygium polyanthum). The highest Importance Value Index (INP) at the tree level is owned by Pulai (Alstonia scholaris) at 54,2. The highest vegetation density is at the seedling level with 52000 individuals/ha and the lowest at the tree level with 341 individuals/ha. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H') ranges from 1.87–2.65, indicating a moderate level of diversity. The results of this study indicate that the Ira River border area still has a relatively good vegetation structure and composition, although there are ecological pressures that cause dominance by certain species

Abstract

Film merupakan audio visual dan juga media komunikasi yang cukup terkenal dijaman sekarang, serta film telah menjadi salah satu media komunikasi yang cukup berpengaruh dalam masyarakat. Film dapat mempengaruhi pandangan dan sikap penonton terhadap berbagai isu moral. Pesan moral yang terdapat dalam film tidak hanya mencerminkan pandangan pembuat film tetapi dapat mempengaruhi dan membentuk nilai masyarakat. Film yang kaya akan pesan moral dapat digunakan sebagai media pendidikan, pembentuk karakter, dan refleksi sosial. Karena film dapat membangkitkan emosi ataupun mempengaruhi tindakan penonton dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu film yang mengandung pesan moral yaitu Film Rumah Masa Depan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan cara pesan moral direpresentasikan pada film Rumah Masa Depan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika John Fiske melalui level realitas, level representasi, dan level ideologi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan representasi pesan moral dalam film Rumah Masa Depan yang dilihat dari tiga level yang dikemukakan John Fiske. Pada level realitas, pesan moral dapat dilihat dari aspek penampilan, perilaku, cara berbicara, ekspresi, dan riasan. Pada level representasi, yang menggambarkan pesan moral tercermin melalui aspek kamera, pencahayaan, dialog, dan backsound. Level ideologi dapat disimpulkan, penggambaran pesan moral yang ada pada film Rumah Masa Depan adalah ideologi individual yang positif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positive impact of online learning for parents, with three focus studies, namely parents' perceptions of online learning, the abilities and constraints of parents using the application. The research was conducted at MIS Al-Quba Medan in February-October 2021. This study used a case study-based qualitative method. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Then analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that parents experienced a change in attitude from previously refusing online learning to accepting online learning. Regarding the perception that some parents consider online learning to be effective, they are more concerned with the safety of their children. However, some think it is not effective, because time and class management cannot be ascertained, so it is not possible to achieve learning objectives. Regarding ability, there are 53.33% of parents who are able to use both Google Classroom and Zoom applications, and 20% of parents are only able to use one of them, and 36.67 are unable to use both. The inability to use online learning applications is generally influenced by two factors, namely the attitude and competence.

Abstract

Management of Islamic educational institutions has an important role in shaping the quality of education in line with Islamic principles. The management model of Islamic educational institutions can become the essence and complexity of the management of Islamic educational institutions, illustrating how elements of professionalism, religious values, and dimensions of leadership combine to create a holistic educational environment. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the model and implementation of the management of Islamic educational institutions in madrasas. This research was conducted at MTs. Pendidikan Agama Islam. the research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of research at MTs. Pendidikan Agama Islam namely, the management of Islamic educational institutions demands more than conventional managerial skills. In addition to competence in planning, organizing, supervising and controlling, religious aspects play a central role in decision making and carrying out administrative tasks. The concept of sacred intention is the main driving force, inspiring action with the aim of carrying out education as a religious deed that follows the teachings of Islam. The purpose of this paper is to describe the combination of managerial attitudes and Islamic leadership values ​​as an essential foundation.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the basic counseling guidance contained in the Qur'an. The benefits of which lead to efforts in providing assistance given by a counselor to someone in order to optimally overcome the problem. This situation was developed directly by the Prophet Muhammad. In the spiritual value given by the Rasulullah, that Allah SWT provides guidance for individuals who are looking for guidance as guidance, then this step is followed by his friends such as Umar and Usman, Counseling guidance at this time is given as an Islamic counseling service carried out with several services, such as: al-tabayyun, al-hikmah, al-mau'idhah, and also al-mujlah. This study is in the form of library research, using descriptive qualitative methods, with a hermeneutic content analysis approach. The word counseling in Arabic is al-Irshad, which also means al-Huda, ad-Dalalah, meaning guidance. Referring to the value of the Quran on counseling leads to the formation of Muslim personalities in the aspects of aqidah and monotheism as well as in the aspects of sharia and morals.

Abstract

The law of guarantees recognizes two types of guarantees, namely general guarantees and special guarantees, while special guarantees can still be distinguished into material guarantees and guarantees of people who guarantee debts. General guarantees and debt guarantees do not fully provide certainty regarding debt repayment, because the creditor does not have priority rights so the creditor's position remains as a concurrent creditor against other creditors. Fiduciary guarantees are conventional products that are determined to protect creditors, especially if the debtor defaults. Fiduciary guarantees that have not been able to be applied comprehensively to all financial institution systems in Indonesia, need to be conducted several studies, especially from the perspective of Islam and Law No. 42 of 1999 which uses the Sharia financial system. The focus of the study that is used to formulate the problem is how is the law of fiduciary guarantees from the perspective of Islamic law and Law No. 42 of 1999 concerning fiduciary guarantees in Indonesia. In this study, normative law is used, or it can be called library research. The results of the study show that the practice of implementing fiduciary in Indonesia has a very important positionand must be fulfilled by financing service providers. Meanwhile, according to Islamic views, there is no fiduciary guarantee in the aspect of Islamic law, but matters concerning guarantees can be equated with Rahn. Thus, in Islamic Financial Institutions, Rahn is guided as a guarantee system in lending activities by Islamic law, this is based on the word of Allah QS. Al-Baqarah verse 283 and Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Islamic Banking.
