Abstract

Latar Belakang: Diare merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang masih sering terjadi pada anak dan dapat menimbulkan komplikasi apabila tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Kemampuan orang tua dalam melakukan perawatan anak yang mengalami diare sangat penting untuk mencegah terjadinya dehidrasi dan komplikasi lanjutan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut adalah melalui pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual terhadap dependent care agency orang tua dalam penanganan diare anak di wilayah komunitas Puskesmas Ciwaruga. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain one group pretest–posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 orang tua dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dependent care agency dengan skala ordinal (tinggi, sedang, rendah). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil: Dependent care agency sebelum intervensi sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori sedang (72,7%). Dependent Care Agency setelah intervensi, kategori sedang (52,3%) dan tinggi (47,7%). Uji statistik menunjukkan p-value 0,001 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Simpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual efektif terhadap dependent care agency orang tua dalam penanganan diare anak

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the da’wah of KH. Choer Affandi, founder of the Miftahul Huda Manonjaya Islamic boarding school in Indonesia, from historical, political, and educational perspectives. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The research findings indicate that the history of the establishment of the Miftahul Huda Manojaya Islamic Boarding School began with KH. Choer Affandi’s experience with political Islam, which started while he was a student at the Sukamanah Islamic Boarding School led by KH. Zainal Musthafa, and the Gunung Puyuh Islamic Boarding School led by KH. Ahmad Sanusi. The DI/TII was a historical event in the journey of the Indonesian nation that has long been viewed by the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia as a “rebellion.” In explaining Choer Affandi’s biography, one must inevitably address the DI/TII event. After K.H. Choer Affandi came down from the mountains, his method of struggle eventually shifted toward education through the establishment of an Islamic boarding school. This marked the turning point in Choer Affandi’s struggle: from the initial “jihad bil qital” (struggle through combat) by taking up arms in the mountains, it shifted to “jihad bil fikroh” (struggle through thought), where he assumed the role of a scholar as the “Warasatul Anbiya” (heir to the prophets). The Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School was founded on August 7, 1967, by K.H. Choer Affandi. Since its establishment in 1967, the Miftahul Huda Islamic boarding school has had a significant social and religious impact on the community of Manonjaya, Tasikmalaya Regency. KH. Choer Affandi met Buya Hamka and M. Natsir while performing the Hajj in 1974. KH. Choer Affandi’s role in da’wah extended beyond the local community of Tasikmalaya—where he initiated the establishment of the Tasikmalaya Islamic Hospital—and was undeniably significant on the national stage as well. KH. Choer Affandi was one of the founders of the West Java Islamic Boarding School Cooperation Agency (BKsPP). Later, Pondok Gontor, Diniyyah Putri Padang Panjang, and others joined, so that the BKsPP, which initially covered West Java, became a national organization known as the Indonesian Islamic Boarding School Cooperation Agency (BKsPPI).

Abstract

Background: Ineffective airway clearance is a frequent nursing diagnosis in critically ill patients, particularly those with hemorrhagic stroke who experience decreased consciousness and impaired cough reflex. Accumulation of airway secretions increases the risk of hypoxia, aspiration, and respiratory complications, necessitating comprehensive airway management in the intensive care unit (ICU). Objective: This study aims to describe the implementation of suction-based nursing care in managing ineffective airway clearance in a patient with hemorrhagic stroke following external ventricular drainage (EVD). Methods: A single-patient case study was conducted in the ICU. Data were collected through comprehensive nursing assessment, direct observation, physical examination, and review of medical records. Nursing interventions were implemented based on clinical guidelines, including airway monitoring, positioning, oxygen therapy, and suction procedures. Data were analyzed descriptively to evaluate changes in clinical indicators over a five-day observation period. Results: Following structured airway management, progressive improvement in respiratory parameters was observed. Oxygen saturation (SpO₂) increased from 94% at baseline to 98% by Day 5, while respiratory rate decreased from 30 to 18 breaths per minute. Secretion volume reduced from approximately 25–30 ml/day to 8–10 ml/day, accompanied by changes in consistency from thick and viscous to thin and clear. Auscultation findings improved from bilateral rhonchi with gurgling to clear vesicular breath sounds. No adverse events or signs of neurological instability were observed during suction procedures. Conclusion: This case study demonstrates that structured, suction-based nursing care may effectively improve airway clearance and respiratory status in critically ill hemorrhagic stroke patients. Early and carefully monitored airway interventions can support oxygenation and reduce secretion burden without compromising patient safety in the ICU

Abstract

Background: Patients with ischemic stroke and decreased consciousness are at high risk of ineffective airway clearance due to impaired cough reflex and accumulation of airway secretions. This condition may lead to hypoxemia and further neurological deterioration, requiring appropriate airway management in intensive care settings. Objective: To describe the implementation of endotracheal suctioning as part of nursing care in an intensive care patient with ischemic stroke and decreased consciousness, with particular attention to oxygen saturation and clinical airway status. Methods: A descriptive single-patient case study was conducted in the general intensive care unit. Data were collected through direct observation, physical examination, bedside monitoring, and medical record review. The nursing care process included assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Endotracheal suctioning was performed according to clinical indications and unit protocol, and oxygen saturation was observed before and after suctioning over a five-day period. Results: At baseline, the patient presented with decreased consciousness, retained airway secretions, bilateral rhonchi, weak cough reflex, tachypnea, and oxygen saturation of 92%. Across the five-day observation period, suctioning was followed by short-term improvement in oxygen saturation, with post-procedure values reaching 97–98%, accompanied by reduced secretion burden and clearer breath sounds. By the end of observation, respiratory status was more stable and suctioning was required less frequently. Conclusion: In this case, endotracheal suctioning performed on the basis of clinical indications was associated with improvement in short-term oxygen saturation and airway clearance indicators. These observations should be interpreted within the broader context of comprehensive intensive care and should not be taken as evidence of independent treatment effect. Further studies with stronger designs are needed to evaluate the contribution of suctioning in neurocritical patients

Abstract

Divorce in Indonesia has increased from year to year. Based on data from the BKKBN National Population and Family Planning Agency, there will be 580,000 divorces in 2021 and in 2015 the number of divorces will not reach 400,000. This phenomenon shows that modern humans lack the spiritual intelligence that is used to maintain family resilience. One of the spiritually intelligent attitudes is to have a forgiving attitude. This study explores forgiveness as Islamic psychotherapy in maintaining family resilience in the community in Tanjungkarang Village, Jati District, Kudus Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research data was obtained from interviews, observations and documentation with 5 informants. The data validity test was carried out by triangulation, namely source triangulation, time triangulation, and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate that in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the people of Tanjungkarang Village were able to go through difficulties after difficulties in a wise way. Armed with religiosity which is reflected in strong faith, they are able to control the emotions of sadness and anger that are raging. Spiritual intelligence is manifested in the behavior of forgiving partners or other family members. This forgiveness therapy is a way out in maintaining family resilience, so as to create a harmonious family atmosphere, communicate openly with each other and finally find solutions to problems that befall the family.

Abstract

Flooding is a common issue affecting various regions in Indonesia, particularly in densely populated urban areas. High rainfall intensity leading to river overflow, dense residential settlements, and inadequate drainage systems and environmental conditions are key factors contributing to flood disasters. This study aims to analyze the drainage capacity of the Kali Kencing channel, evaluate the existing drainage system, and assess the potential flood reduction through the implementation of a polder system within the Kali Kencing drainage network. A qualitative research method is applied, incorporating hydrological and hydraulic analyses, which are further simulated to model the relationship between retention pond storage and optimal pump capacity. The analysis reveals that the current drainage capacity of Kali Kencing is insufficient to convey the existing discharge, resulting in runoff that affects residential areas and agricultural fields. The existing system only includes a small long-storage facility and lacks adequate pumping capacity. Therefore, a retention pond covering 4.5 hectares is proposed to temporarily store excess water during elevated water levels in the Wulan River. Simulation results indicate that the retention pond can reduce peak flood discharge from 65.10 m³/s to 36.00 m³/s, achieving a 55% reduction. Additionally, the installation of two flood pumps with a capacity of 5 m³/s each, along with one pump of 1 m³/s for low-flow operation, is recommended to enhance system performance.

Abstract

Lingkungan adalah semua yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan manusia dan hewan. Sedangkan lingkungan hidup adalah segala sesuatu yang berada di sekeliling makhluk hidup (organisme) yang mempunyai pengaruh timbal balik terhadap  makhluk hidup tersebut. Upaya pelestarian lingkungan artinya menjaga keberadaan lingkungan tetap selama-lamanya, kekal tidak berubah. Dengan melakukan perbuatan sewenang-wenang terhadap lingkungan dengan cara mengeksploitasi tanpa meperhatikan akibatnya, jelas bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam. Ketidakstabilan keadaan alam, bencana dan musibah yang terjadi di alam ini, karena disebabkan oleh ulah tangan manusia. Pengelolaan lingkungan ini bertujuan demi tercapainya keselarasan hubungan antara manusia dengan lingkungan hidup. Keselarasan dalam ajaran Islam mencakup empat hal, yaitu: keselarasan dengan Tuhan, keselarasan dengan masyarakat, keselarasan dengan lingkungan alam dan keselarasan dengan diri sendiri. Upaya pelestarian lingkungan hidup, ini mendapat perhatian serius dari Nabi saw. seperti hadis tentang menghidupkan lahan yang mati, menanam pohon (reboisasi) dan hadis tentang larangan membuang hajat sembarangan. Pesan-pesan spiritual Nabi saw, tersebut menyadarkan kepada umatnya  untuk selalu meningkatkan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

The differences in Muslim understanding of mahram impact women’s mobility in the public sphere. This study aims to map the diversity of interpretations on mahram hadith among Indonesian Muslims viewed from the interpretation of arguments and their influence on women’s lives. Through qualitative research, the data was obtained from online media, which was strengthened by interviews, and analyzed by using content analysis. The study results show that mahram is understood textually and contextually with three categories, namely family mahram, which impacts prohibitions, restrictions on women outside the home, and restraint on women in public spaces. Whereas mahram, as a friend and community, functions as a support system for protection for women, which is supported by the state’s security system, affecting women’s freedom in travel and public spaces. The arguments influencing this understanding are different arguments, interpretations, schools of thought, and individual experiences. In the Indonesian context, progressive ulemas reinterpret mahram traditions from personal protection to communal and state protection through three methods, namely reciprocal interpretation, considering context, and using maqashid sharia. The understanding of mahram is not only related to protecting women while traveling but extends to all women’s activities in the public sphere, including worship. Thus, the issue of mahram in the Indonesian context is inseparable from religious, social, cultural, and political discourse.[Perbedaan  pemahaman umat Islam  tentang mahram berdampak pada mobilitas perempuan di ruang publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan keberagaman penafsiran hadis mahram di kalangan umat Islam Indonesia dilihat dari penafsiran dalil dan pengaruhnya terhadap kehidupan perempuan. Melalui penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh dari media daring yang diperkuat dengan wawancara, dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahram dipahami secara tekstual dan kontekstual dengan tiga kategori, yaitu mahram keluarga yang berdampak pada larangan, pembatasan bagi perempuan di luar rumah, dan pengekangan bagi perempuan di ruang publik. Sedangkan mahram sebagai sahabat dan masyarakat berfungsi sebagai sistem pendukung perlindungan bagi perempuan yang didukung oleh sistem keamanan negara, sehingga memengaruhi kebebasan perempuan dalam bepergian dan ruang publik. Dalil yang memengaruhi pemahaman tersebut adalah perbedaan argumen, penafsiran, mazhab pemikiran, dan pengalaman individu. Dalam konteks Indonesia, ulama progresif menafsirkan kembali tradisi mahram dari perlindungan pribadi menjadi perlindungan komunal dan negara melalui tiga metode, yaitu penafsiran resiprokal, mempertimbangkan konteks, dan menggunakan maqashid syariah. Pemahaman tentang mahram tidak hanya terkait dengan perlindungan terhadap perempuan saat bepergian, tetapi meluas ke seluruh aktivitas perempuan di ruang publik, termasuk beribadah. Dengan demikian, persoalan mahram dalam konteks Indonesia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari wacana keagamaan, sosial, budaya, dan politik.]

Abstract

Abstract Often found in the books of hadith there are differences in the editorial of honor a tradition regarding the same issue. It due to the existence of hadith narration conducted its meaning, not based on the same wording as that related by the Prophet. Hadith narration done significantly is as the cause of the difference in the editorial of a tradition. In a hadith narration which allows for narrating pronunciation (riwayat bi al- lafz), just  traditions  in  the form of the word (AQWA l ar-Rasul). While the traditions that are not in the form of words, such as af’al (deeds) and taqri r (statutes) is only possible in the meaning narrated (history of bi al-ma’na). Traditions in the form AQWAl (word) was not entirely narrated by al-lafz bi} i. It is not possible due to the Prophet’s entire literally memorized by the companions and the tabi’in. It is because not all companions have the ability to memorize the same. This provides opportunities for editorial differences and variations in the understanding of the editorial hadith received from the Prophet. So it will take effect when they narrated to friends who had not heard directly from the Prophet.There  are various opinions of Hadith narration bi al-ma’na. some of them did not allow it absolutely. The layman is prohibited to convey tradition bi al-ma’na, in order to maintain the truth of tradition. As for the scholars of hadith were allowed to narrate bi al-ma’na, with certain conditions, so it will avoid mistakes. And not a word that is in the form of Jawarmi ‘al-Kalim. The existence of various provisions of the hadith indicates that transmission of hadith bi al-ma’na is allowed by some scholars, but in practice it is not “loose”. It means that they are not free to do a narration in meaning.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDi dalam al-Qur’an kata taqwa dan shilaturrahim selalu dirangkai, itu artinya shilaturrahim merupakan salah satu karakteristik bagi orang-orang yang beriman. Shilaturrahim memiliki makna yang sangat universal yaitu segala perbuatan baik yang dilakukan oleh seseorang terhadap orang lain baik berbentuk material maupun moral, dan tidak mengenal batas waktu dan bentuk, sesuai dengan perkembangan situasi dan kondisi yang ada. Dalam sebuah hadis yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Bukhari bahwa yang dinamakan shilaturrahim adalah jika diputus hubungan rahimnya maka ia menyambungnya. Jadi shilaturrahim tidak sekedar datang berkunjung ke rumah tetangga atau saudara untuk meminta maaf. Namun shilaturrahim adalah sebuah komunkasi tinggi yang dilandasi iman kepada Allah. Dengan saling menyayangi, menghormati sesama umat manusia, karena ketika sudah tidak ada lagi kasih sayang, maka yang terjadi adalah pertengkaran dan permusuhan. Dalam kehidupan yang singkat ini teruslah untuk selalu menaburkan kebaikan di muka bumi, merajut kasih sayang kepada sesama tanpa melihat tingkat posisi, kedudukan, dan status sosial. Kasih sayang itu tentunya harus diberikan untuk seluruh umat manusia yang di temui di muka bumi.
