Abstract

Assessing the health of pregnant women with a questionnaire can prevent complications and help health professionals provide appropriate care. Assessment scales such as the pregnancy anxiety rating scale questionnaire (PARSQ), pregnancy sleep quality questionnaire (PSQQ), pregnancy knowledge level questionnaire (PKLQ), and birth readiness questionnaire (BRQ) need to be developed according to current conditions and real-life situations to serve as primary screening tools before proceeding with further treatment for pregnant women. This study aims to develop specific research measurement tools for pregnant women and validate the PARSQ, PSQQ, PKLQ, and BRQ questionnaires. The research method employed a qualitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 20 pregnant women, followed by statistical testing of questionnaire validity and reliability. The results showed that the calculated values (r-value) for the PARSQ, PSQQ, PKLQ, and BRQ questionnaires were greater than the critical value (r-table) of 0.359, indicating that the items in these four questionnaires are valid. The reliability test results used Cronbach's alpha for all four questionnaires, indicating that the questionnaires are reliable. In conclusion, the PARSQ, PSQQ, PKLQ, and BRQ questionnaires can be used to detect the health conditions of pregnant women. This research's contribution, through the use of questionnaires, can offer an effective tool for collecting and analyzing data needed to understand the phenomenon of pregnancy and improve existing theories and practices. Further research is recommended with a larger sample size of pregnant respondents.

Abstract

The Independent Learning Independent Campus (MBKM) curriculum in the Islamic Economics Study Program has not been implemented optimally. Universities experience many obstacles in implementing the MBKM system, including those related to the conversion of grades and the assignment of grades to the selected subjects, the different curriculum models used, the limitations of teaching lecturers, and the materials to be taught. In this study, the authors use qualitative data types with Primary and Secondary Data Sources. The results of this study indicate that the MBKM implementation can be carried out for students in semester 5 by carrying out a student exchange program and for students in semesters 6 and 7 by carrying out an internship program outside the college. Based on the results of interviews with the Dean and Head of the Islamic economics/sharia economics study program at three well-known universities, namely UIN Syarif Hidayatullah, the Tazkia Institute, and Padjadjaran University, the researchers concluded that the MBKM Program opens opportunities for students to develop their skills, expand their networks and go directly into the world of work. Therefore, in the future, alumni can adapt young and be able to compete with graduates.

Abstract

The Financing to Value (FTV) policy is a macroprudential policy issued by Bank Indonesia to determine the total ratio between the value of credit that can be provided by a bank to the value of collateral in the form of property at the time of initial lending to customers. This research aims to be able to know how the procedures for implementing risk management in Sharia Home Ownership Loans (KPR) financing and knowing FTV policies can minimize problem financing on Sharia KPR products at Bank Muamalat Branch Office (KC) Medan City Hall. Abstract

The future of banking is largely determined by the management capabilities of Islamic banking and facing the rapid changes that are happening at this time. The rapid pace of information and technology as well as financial innovation has made the financial sector where Islamic banking takes shelter increasingly complex, dynamic, and competitive. This condition has the potential to increase risks to Islamic banking where all these risks absolutely must be managed. Islamic banks should start to manage such risks as reputation risk, for example. Reputation risk is the risk due to decreased stakeholder trust originating from negative perceptions of the bank. The impact of reputation risk events generally causes non-financial losses for the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the implementation of reputation risk management of Islamic banks on employees. The research method of this journal is a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach from the data using collected three methods, namely, direct interview observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of implementing risk management in North Sumatra companies or banks is very important because in reputation risk there must be control in the company by increasing compliance with applicable regulations in order to control reputation risk. Companies must also anticipate complaints from customers and lawsuits.
