Abstract

This study aims to analyze the child development system of narcotics cases in children's special training institutions (LPKA) in Maros Regency and identify the inhibiting factors in the implementation of coaching in the LPKA. The method used normative way. The results showed that the coaching system for narcotics students in LPKA is not specifically structured, and lack of attention to special cases such as narcotics. Children who enter LPKA generally do not receive rehabilitation before, even though this is required by Law Number 35 of 2002 concerning child protection. Other inhibiting factors include the lack of faculty to provide formal education and special assistance to children involved in narcotics cases. In this context, the improvement of the coaching system and handling of narcotics cases in LPKA needs to be improved to provide more effective protection and coaching for students.

Through an in-depth literature review, this study investigates the core concepts of this approach and how it can be integrated into educational practices within Integrated Islamic Schools.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the occurrence of student conflict dramaturgy at Muhammadiyah University Makassar, to analyze and synthesize the mechanism of the student conflict dramaturgy process at Muhammadiyah University Makassar, and to design solutions for student conflict dramaturgy Unismuh Makassar. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants for this research were 22 informants. Data was found through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. These data are developed by giving meaning to the data, interpreting, or transforming the data into narrative forms which then lead to findings that nuanced scientific propositions that ultimately reach conclusions. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that student conflict dramaturgy was developed by the interests of alumni actors, self-actualization, regional symbols, individual differences, and even clashes of interests. The dramaturgical process of student conflict was based on the front stage, then the middle stage continues to the backstage, then normal activities (of Stage) and forms of conflict dramaturgy including, inter-individual conflict, inter-group conflict, political conflict, and the last one is the dramaturgical solution to student conflict at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar through an emotional approach, mediation, and providing space for actor actualization.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan dalam menunjang perekonomian suatu negara meningkatkan kesejahteraan melalui kewirausahaan. Lipa’Sabbe merupakan salah satu jenis sarung sutera khas yang dijadikan usaha untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Bugis Kabupaten Wajo Sulawesi Selatan. Namun pemasaran produk Lipa’Sabbe masih sangat terbatas dan berdampak terhadap penurunan pendapatan. Terbatasnya pemasaran karena belum mengenal business model canvas (BMC), padahal BMC sudah banyak diterapkan dalam produk makanan dan minuman. Meskipun model BMC sudah diterapkan, namun penerapan pemasaran BMC pada UMKM Lipa’Sabbe belum dilakukan di Kabupaten Wajo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi penerapan pemasaran Lipa’Sabbe menggunakan BMC untuk meningkatkan kemandirian UMKM di Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2024 di Kota Sengkang Kabupaten Wajo. Informan penelitian ini adalah 1 orang pemilik usaha UMKM Lipa’Sabbe dengan memiliki jumlah karyawan 10 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian menggunakan data primer berdasarkan temuan wawancara langsung dengan informan. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan kanvas model bisnis yang terdiri dari sembilan blok: segmen pelanggan, proposisi nilai, saluran, hubungan pelanggan, aliran pendapatan, sumber daya utama, aktivitas utama, kemitraan utama, dan struktur biaya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pemasaran BMC membawa manfaat yang signifikan bagi UMKM lipa’ sabbe.Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu upaya  dalam menjaga kuantitas dan kualitas Lipa’Sabbe selalu memerlukan pengelolaan yang baik, peningkatan kemampuan pemasaran untuk mencapai daya saing UMKM yang lebih tinggi, berupaya untuk tetap kompetitif dan mengoptimalkan kinerjanya dengan fokus pengendalian biaya, inovasi, dan efisiensi.

Abstract

In terms of the procurement and distribution of company assets in the PT.NAK regional office, it is influenced by the planning carried out. So that assets can be available with the type and amount that is sufficient according to the operational needs of the project. At present the location of the existing regional office area has not carried out activities as expected, considering several obstacles including proper data collection and monitoring of assets so that the whereabouts of assets are not known and properly managed, the ability of experts, limited knowledge of regional office management, policies head office management, and limited access to facilities. As a result of this condition, asset management is still conventional where data processed manually is considered ineffective in terms of time and does not provide clear information regarding asset data that must be prioritized for replacement or repair. This research will develop a data mining system that can help the process of grouping regional office asset data into several clusters, thereby reducing the time it takes to process data for plans to purchase assets as needed and reduce the accumulation of assets that are not used quickly. This study uses the K-Means clustering method, which is a method that can be used to group data based on the degree of similarity and characteristics of the data. The application of the K-Means method in this study is used to process data that will be entered into each of the 3 clusters, the first cluster is asset data that is not suitable for use or must be repaired or replaced with purchases over 5 years, and the second is that asset data is still feasible used with a maximum purchase of 5 years and the three data assets are very suitable for use with a maximum of 2 years of new purchases. The data used is data obtained from research results in the field where there are 6434 raw data that are processed according to research needs into 322 data that will be tested on the system. Based on the test results on the system using the K-Means Clustering method, it was found that 119 assets were included in the first cluster, 5 assets were included in the second cluster and 199 assets were included in the third cluster.

Abstract

Circular motion has many applications in everyday life. However, the circular motion of matter is one of the abstract concepts of physics. The use of e-books as a medium for learning physics can help students visualize abstract concepts. This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of a STEM-integrated Modeling Instruction-based physics e-book on circular motion material for class X high school students. This research is research and development with the 4D development model. Physics e-books are assessed using a feasibility validation sheet for material and media experts. The product validators consist of two expert lecturers, four physics teachers, and two peer reviewers. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and questionnaires. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average score for the developed e-book material was 3.92, which was included in the very high category. Meanwhile, the average value of e-book media is 3.97, which is included in the very high category. The results of the student response questionnaire were included in the very high category with an average value of 3.69. Thus, the physics e-book based on STEM-integrated Modeling Instruction is very suitable to be used as a medium for learning physics independently on circular motion material.

Abstract

Learning physics requires understanding the concept so that students can analyze the relationship between concepts to explain a natural phenomenon. However, students need clarification and help to understand and analyze physics concepts. So to train to understand, students need self-directed learning. This study aims to analyze students' conceptual understanding, learning independence, and the effect of student learning independence on students' conceptual understanding of straight motion in blended learning. The sample in this study was 22 students of class X. The method in this study was a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest group design. The instrument used in data collection is a test. Data were analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test and the one-sample T-test. The study results show that blended learning can significantly improve students' conceptual comprehension abilities and learning independence in straight-motion material. It is because students can learn independently during the learning process, so they are more active, creative, and independent in understanding a concept. Learning with blended learning influences understanding concepts, and understanding concepts affects students' self-directed learning.

Abstract

Secara tektonik, wilayah pesisir dan lepas pantai Sulawesi Barat terletak di zona jalur lipatan dan sesar atau fold and thrust belt. Secara khusus, wilayah Majene dan Mamuju pernah terdampak gempa secara berulang dengan periode waktu berbeda. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan pencegahan dan mitigasi bencana menjadi urgen diberikan kepada guru di SMPN 2 Majene sebagai pihak yang dapat mentransformasikan pendidikan didaerah rawan bencana. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk melakukan pencegahan dan mitigasi secara khusus diarahkan pada ancaman yang ada dan kerentanan yang relevan dengan ancaman tersebut. Langkah-langkah ini dimaksudkan untuk menghilangkan ancaman, mengurangi dampak ancaman ataupun menghindari kerentanan (kondisi rentan) yang berhubungan ancaman tersebut. Hal mendasar yang perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah dan memitigasi adalah mengenali ancaman berdasarkan ancaman kebencanaan dan prediksi potensi bencana suatu wilayah. Istilah yang sering digunakan adalah analisis/kajian ancaman.Rencana kegiatan yang akan dilakukan bersama mitra yaitu: 1) Kajian ancaman dan resiko 2) Perencanaan pencegahan dan mitigasi; 3) Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesiapsiagaan bencana; dan 4) Melakukan refleksi atas kegiatan yang dilakukan sehingga dapat dirumuskan perubahan sosial yang terjadi setelah pelaksanaan progran. Motode Pelaksanaan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya-jawab dan focus group Discussion (FGD) Hasil kegiatan program kemitaraan masyarakat yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa para peserta sangat antusias. Pemahaman peserta terkait kajian resiko ancaman bencana sebelum dilakukan kegiatan berada skor 54,6% dan setelah diadakan kegiatan meningkat menjadi 97,8%. Pemahaman peserta terkait perencanaan pencegahan dan mitigasi sebelum diadakan berada skor 61,3% dan setalah diadakan kegiatan meningkat menjadi 98,7%. dan memiliki pemahaman. Pemahamanan peserta terkait peningkatan kesiapsiagaan bencana sebelum diadakan kegiatan berada skor 43,5% dan setelah diadakan kegiatan meningkat menjadi 97,6%. Sedangkan pre-test terkait pemahaman peserta terkait kelompok-kelompok yang rentang bencana sebesar 65,6% dan hasil post meningkat menjadi 98,8%..Hasil refleksi atas kegiatan yang dilakukan menunjukan adanya perubahan pemahaman pada setiap peserta yang sangat baik terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilaksnakan. Mitra memiliki pemahaman mengenai kelompok-kelompok yang rentang dalam terhadap bencana yaitu, anak-anak, orang tua (Manula), perempuan, dan penyandang disabilitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan wujud dan fungsi kohesi gramatikal dalam novel Yusuf Zulaikha karya Abidah El Khalieqy. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Yusuf Zulaikha karya Abidah El Khalieqy. Instrumen penelitian berupa catatan dan tabel kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan memanfaatkan teknik catat, teknik membaca secara cermat, dan teknik simpulan. Analisis data berupa pengklasifikasian data, penafsiran data, dan pendeskripsian data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa novel ini menggunakan keempat penanda kohesi gramatikal. Pertama, referensi berupa pronomina persona, pronomina demonstratif, dan pronomina komparatif. Kedua, substitusi berupa penyulihan klausa, penyulihan frasa, penyulihan verba, dan penyulihan nomina. Ketiga, elipsis berupa pelesapan klausa, pelesapan frasa, pelesapan verba, dan pelesapan nomina. Keempat, konjungsi berupa urutan waktu, pilihan, alahan, parafrase, ketidakserasian, serasian, pertentangan, tambahan, sebab-akibat, harapan, perbandingan, misalan atau contohan, keragu-raguan, konsesi, ringkasan atau simpulan, tegasan, dan jelasan. Fungsi keempat penanda tersebut untuk menciptakan wacana novel yang kohesif. Kata Kunci: wacana, kohesi gramatikal, novel

Abstract

Currently, science learning often uses conventional teaching materials that are less relevant to students' cultural context, thus affecting their involvement in the learning process. In addition, although the PBL model is known to be effective in training critical thinking skills, its implementation in science learning is still limited, especially those that integrate local wisdom as part of the learning content.This research aims to analyze the effect of using electronic LKPD based on the local potential of dome houses with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to improve students' critical thinking skills in science learning. This research uses a pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 48 class VIII students who were determined through random sampling. Data was collected through tests, with analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The research found that the use of electronic LKPD based on the local potential of dome houses with the PBL model in science learning was significantly able to improve critical thinking skills, with significance values ​​reaching the high category. All indicators of critical thinking skills experienced an increase in value in this study. Based on these results, learning using electronic LKPD based on local potential with a PBL model can be one of the recommended strategies in science learning. The implications of this research are This research provides guidance in design and use E-Worksheet based on local wisdom with models Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to improve students' critical thinking skills.
