Abstract

Indonesia, as a country with the Pancasila philosophy, has values that include individualism and collectivism. However, in practice, there is sometimes a misalignment between the concepts of individualism and collectivism in the implementation of Pancasila democracy. This study aims to identify and analyze the alignment between the concepts of individualism and collectivism in the context of Pancasila democracy. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Pancasila democracy is an ideal government system to balance individualism and collectivism. Individualism and collectivism can be harmonized in Pancasila democracy by implementing several strategies, including strengthening character education to instill Pancasila values, increasing community participation in the democratic process, and empowering communities through sustainable development programs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Standardisasi Instrumen Kualitas Lignkungan Hidup di Serpong. Metode yang digunakan Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling slovin dari jumlah populasi 123 karyawan dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 55 responden,dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,435 atau sebesar 38,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,764 > 2,006). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 0,435 atau sebesar 38,6,% sedangkan sisanya sebesar (100-43,5%)=56,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6,126 > 2,009). Nilai koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya secara simutan Berdasarkan pada hasil pengujian pada tabel di atas diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6,385 > 2,006).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the physical development process in Pondok Kelor Village, focusing on the planning, implementation, and the impact of these developments on the community. A qualitative approach with in-depth interviews was conducted with informants, including village officials, community leaders, and residents directly involved in the development process. The data collected was then analyzed to describe how the community participated in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of physical development in the village. The findings of the study indicate that the physical development planning process in Pondok Kelor Village is participatory, conducted through village meetings that involve the community in determining development priorities. The implementation of development is well-managed with transparent supervision, though challenges such as funding constraints and limited time have been encountered. The physical infrastructure improvements, including roads, bridges, and public facilities, have positively impacted the mobility of residents and economic activities. The long-term effects of this development include improved quality of life, better accessibility, and enhanced access to public services. Based on these findings, this study recommends increasing community involvement in all stages of development, particularly in monitoring and maintaining infrastructure. Additionally, it is important to strengthen transparency and accountability in budget management and improve the capacity of village officials in project management. This research is expected to serve as a reference for village administrators and relevant parties in designing and implementing more effective and sustainable physical development.

Abstract

Substation development plays a crucial role in supporting the enhancement of the electricity sector in Indonesia. However, the permitting process for such infrastructure development still faces several challenges. This research aims to analyze the determinant factors causing delays in permitting the Muara Enim 500 kV EHV Substation development in South Sumatra. Employing a juridical-empirical approach and a case study method, this research examines the applicable permitting regulations, namely Law Number 30 of 2009 and its implementing regulations. The results indicate that the permitting delays were caused by weak coordination among involved stakeholders, adjustments to four changes in permitting regulations during the project, and non-regulatory factors such as land acquisition and community engagement. To improve the permitting system, four strategic pillars are recommended: strengthening the regulatory framework through harmonization and simplification, accelerating the digitalization of the permitting process, enhancing human resource capacity, and strengthening cross-sectoral coordination complemented by active community engagement. Implementing this comprehensive strategy is expected to expedite substation development to support the sustainable growth and improvement of the electricity sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Komitmen Karyawan di PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 53 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi di PT.Protindo Jakarta Selatan

Abstract

Perbankan menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung untuk memperbaiki perekonomian di suatu negara. semakin maju suatu negara maka, semakin besar peranan perbankan dalam mengendalikan negara tersebut, karena hampir semua sektor membutuhkan jasa bank. Profitabilitas bank sendiri menjadi hal yang penting bagi bank karena merepresentasikan kesehatan bank. Profitabilitas BPR intam Jabar mengalami penurunan selama lima tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan studi dokumentasi diperoleh informasi bahwa NPL pada BPR Intan Jabar mengalami kenaikan sedangkan ROA mengalami penurunan selama lima tahun terakhir. Kondisi paling buruk terjadi dalam dua tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2021 dan 2022. Rata-rata ROA adalah sebesar -12. 354 sedangkan rata-rata NPL adalh sebesar 10,246%. Baik ROA maupun NPL pada BPR Intan Jabar kedua nya berada di bawah standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesai, sehingga hal ini mengindikasikan berada pada keadaan tidak sehat. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa NPL memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap ROA, dengan tingkat kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 27%. Artinya kontribusi NPL terhadap pembentukan ROA adalah sebesar 27% sedangkan 73% sisanya dipengaruhioleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Pengaruh negatif menunjukan bahwa ketika NPL naik maka ROA akan mengalami penurunan

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education. ICT has changed the way of teaching and learning, provided more comprehensive access to education, and improved the quality of learning. The use of ICT in education has various legal implications. These legal implications can be in the form of opportunities and challenges for the world of education. The opportunities that ICT can provide in education include 1) Increasing access to education, 2) Increasing the quality of learning, 3) Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of education, and 4) Challenges that ICT can provide in education, including data protection, security, and ethics. To overcome these challenges, there needs to be regulations that regulate the protection of personal data and privacy, security, and ethics in education. This study aims to examine the legal implications of using technology in education. This study will analyse the opportunities and challenges posed by using ICT in education and policy recommendations to overcome these challenges.Keywords: Legal implications; Information technology; Education AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi  informasi  dan komunikasi  (TIK) telah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. TIK telah mengubah cara belajar mengajar, memberikan akses pendidikan yang lebih luas, dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penggunaan TIK dalam pendidikan memiliki berbagai implikasi hukum. Implikasi hukum tersebut dapat berupa peluang dan tantangan bagi dunia pendidikan. Peluang yang dapat diberikan  oleh  TIK  dalam  pendidikan  antara  lain: 1)  Peningkatan  akses  Pendidikan;  2) Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran; 3) Peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas pendidikan; dan 4) Tantangan  yang  dapat  diberikan  oleh TIK  dalam  pendidikan  antara  lain: pelindungan  data, keamanan, etika. Untuk mengatasi  tantangan tersebut, perlu adanya regulasi  yang mengatur perlindungan data pribadi dan privasi, keamanan, dan etika dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implikasi hukum terhadap penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis peluang dan tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh penggunaan TIK dalam pendidikan, serta rekomendasi kebijakan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut.Kata Kunci: Implikasi hukum; Teknologi informasi; Pendidikan

Abstract

Law is a series of regulations and norms that govern society to create order and justice in national life. However, not all individuals are willing to comply with applicable legal regulations; therefore, effective law enforcement is necessary to ensure compliance with these regulations. In the context of shipping, law plays a crucial role in maintaining the security, safety, and protection of the maritime environment, as stipulated in Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping. Violations in the field of shipping, such as operating ships without meeting safety standards, compromising security, and failing to protect the maritime environment, can threaten human safety, environmental sustainability, and naval security stability.This study aims to analyse the application of law to perpetrators of shipping crimes based on Law Number 17 of 2008 concerning Shipping, and to identify factors that influence the occurrence of violations in ship operations. The research method used is a normative juridical approach, which focuses on the study of the application of positive legal norms in enforcing criminal law in the shipping sector.The results of the study indicate that law enforcement against maritime crimes has not been optimal due to several factors, including low legal awareness, weak supervision and enforcement, and economic interests that often prioritize financial gain over safety and environmental protection. Increased legal awareness, stricter supervision, and firm law enforcement are necessary to ensure that perpetrators of maritime crimes are subject to effective legal sanctions, thereby providing a deterrent effect.Keywords: Crime, Shipping, Perpetrators.

Abstract

writing skills are one of the most difficult language skills for students, this is because students must be able to choose the right diction and master the complex rules of Arabic grammar to be able to compose Arabic sentences properly and express what in their mind in writing. The team Assisted Indivualization method is one of the methods that emphasizes cooperative learning, while the ChainImage Description media is one of the learning media thatcan stimulate students to think and describe an object. Therefore, this study discuss the Team Asissted Individualization method using Chain Image Description media to improve writing skills. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and tests. The population in tihis study were student’s of MTs DarulUlum Waru Sidoarjo, while the sample was class 7A. The effertiveness in the application of the Team Assisted Individualization method using Chain Image Description media with the results of T-Count=16 from the results of the analysis using the T-Test. And from here itcan be seen that T-Count is greater than the T-Table and this shows that the hypothesis HO is rejected and the hyphotesis Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment on turnover intention. A lesson from case of the desire of an employee to leave a company, specificly from AVISENA Maternity Hospital’s Employee perspective. The research was design by using conclusive, in causal type, with quantitative and survey methods. The sampling method used is saturation sampling and the data was analized by SEM-PLS with SmartPLS. Data was taken by giving self-administered questionnaire (SAQ) to 59 respondents. Respondents are AVISENA Maternity Hospital’s employee. The result shows that the job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment variable have a negative impact on turnover intention.
