Abstract

Kegiatan PkM memberikan pelatihan dalam bidang: (a) kepatuhan hukum ketenagakerjaan; (2) rekrutmen; (3) administrasi kepegawaian; (4) penetapan upah; (5) penilaian kinerja; (6) pemeliharaan karyawan dll.

The president also reminded the National Police to reveal the case of Brigadier J as it is. This, said Jokowi, is to maintain the image of Polri in the eyes of the public. National Police Chief Gen. Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo confirmed that there was no shooting incident in the case of Brigadier J's death. Based on the results of the work of the special team, it is known that Bharata E allegedly shot Brigadier J on orders from Inspector General Ferdi Sambo alias FS. Then it was engineered that a shootout occurred; this was to make it appear as if a shootout had occurred. Brother FS shot J's weapon into the wall many times to make it appear as if a shootout had taken place; Ferdy Sambo became the director behind this murder, including those who designed a fictitious story to cover up the real incident. Then Bharada Eliezer was allegedly the executor who shot Brigadier J, which was carried out on orders from Ferdy Sambo. There were at least three roles played by Ferdy Sambo in this case, including 1).The first role played by Ferdy Sambo was to order the murder of Brigadier J. He ordered the suspect, Bharada E, to shoot Bharata J at his official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South of Jakarta 2).The second role is to kill Brigadier J; 3).The third role is to design scenarios as if there was shooting action. He is suspected of having behaved unprofessionally in handling the scene of the death of Brigadier J. along with 31 other police personnel who are currently being investigated for: 1).Violating Polri's professional ethics, 2). Obstructing the investigation process by eliminating evidence such as CCTV footage and autopsy process; 3). Committing unprofessional actions when handing over Brigadier j's body to the family in Jambi. Abstract

Elections for Village Heads, Regional Heads, Legislative Elections and General Elections in Indonesia should be carried out without being coloured by political money fraud, because of the dangers of political money for a clean democratic process ahead of the election of village heads, regional heads, legislative elections and general elections in Indonesia 2024, to achieve that power and victory, they used all kinds of methods. And that power will later be used to recover losses due to money politics. For this reason, Money Politics is considered a serious crime in the world of politics that must be fought and eliminated together. Money politics is the biggest enemy of democracy and is a 'bogey' that is familiar with holding elections in Indonesia. In the implementation of post-reform elections, money politics is a violation that is always in the spotlight. Uniquely, both election participants and the public are both involved in money politics circles. To fight the practice of Political Money Towards the Election of Village Heads, Regional Heads, Legislative Elections and General Elections in Indonesia 2024, the role of true politicians is needed who truly understand that the meaning of politics is the art of managing the country and its goal is to create the common good solely for people's welfare. Politics requires good people in it, who have a comparative advantage in the sense of having competence, and at the same time also have a competitive advantage. This is because goodness in politics needs to be fought for until it is transformed into state political policies. The Dangers of Political Money for a Clean Democratic Process Towards the Election of Village Heads, Regional Heads, Legislative Elections and General Elections in Indonesia 2024 will have long-term impacts, which will harm everyone (society), not only harm society as a whole, it can even harm the country, the nation, with various new problems that might occur due to the practice of this money politics. the impact of money politics can also damage the democratic order in a country, so that if it continues it will create new problems in society and even the state and can damage the mentality of the next generation which will have a labour impact on the welfare of society and the progress of a nation in the future. So that the practice of money politics must be stopped immediately because money politics demeans the people; Money Politics Is a Trap for the People; Money Politics Will Lead to Corruption; Money Politics Kills Society's Transformation.

Abstract

Implementation of Village Government Governance in Indonesia according to the Principles of Good Governance. Government in the village is carried out by village officials, and the leader of a village is referred to as the village chief. Good and responsible government cannot be realized without the community's participation in and support for the implementation of the desired government. If properly utilized, the community's vast potential and resources will significantly contribute to the development of the community and the village. Numerous experiences demonstrate that governance and development without public participation will be fraught with difficulties. In light of this, government actors must recognize that the community should be engaged in every phase of government and development programs. Communities are irreplaceable stakeholders due to their strategic roles and potential for the continuity of village administration and development.

Abstract

The Indonesian legal system still contains gender bias embedded in the substance, structure, and culture of law. This community service activity aims to: (1) enhance gender legal literacy among academics, legal practitioners, and the general public through a book review; (2) disseminate empirical findings on gender injustice in the Indonesian legal system; and (3) promote the Mubadalah perspective as an alternative framework in Islamic family law reform. The book review activity of "Mata Hukum, Mata Perempuan" was conducted on November 9, 2025, in North Lombok, involving keynote speakers, the author, and three reviewers from various disciplines. This book integrates legal feminism with the Mubadalah perspective to analyze gender bias in marriage law, the juvenile criminal justice system, child marriage prevention, and women's participation in state administration. The activity results showed high enthusiasm among participants in understanding structural gender injustice in Indonesian law. Discussions generated concrete recommendations for more gender-responsive legal reform, including revision of the Marriage Law, strengthening dual accountability mechanisms in the juvenile justice system, and empowering local customary institutions in preventing child marriage. The Mubadalah perspective proved effective as a bridge for dialogue between feminism and Islam in the context of Indonesian Muslim society.
