Abstract

This study aims to examine the insertion of religious moderation policies in Islamic Religious Education in madrasas. This study uses qualitative research with a policy research approach. The data collected are about characteristics of religious moderation policy insertion in learning Islamic Religious Education in madrasas. Data were collected from various regulations related to religious moderation and education policies in madrasas. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The results of the study indicate that the insertion of religious moderation in Islamic Religious Education learning is rational-incremental and responsive. Rational-incremental policies mean the hierarchy and structural relations of policymakers in the interest of realizing a tolerant and harmonious religious life. Responsive policies are seen from the patterns of interaction between policymakers and policy implementers who involve the community so that they reflect a sense of justice in society and accommodate community participation.

Abstract

Gambling is not only prohibited by Islamic law but gambling is also prohibited by law. Online gambling in Indonesia has a widespread, deep and pervasive impact, like an octopus. The dangers of gambling grip various aspects of individual and societal life, creating complex and layered problems. From financial and mental health losses to family breakdown and increased crime.Online gambling is the act of gambling carried out online via a website or application that provides gambling content. Please note that online gambling is an act that is prohibited based on the provisions in Article 27 paragraph (2) of the ITE Law, namely that every person intentionally and without right distributes and/or transmits and/or makes accessible electronic information and/or electronic documents containing content. Gambling.The largest online gambling market in the world with gross online gambling revenue globally is estimated to reach US$102 billion or the equivalent of IDR 1,563.35 trillion in 2021 (exchange rate IDR 15,327/US$).The UK is recorded as the largest online gambling market in the world with revenues of US$12.48 billion, the United States (US) with revenues of US$10.96 billion, and Australia US$6.55 billion. Meanwhile, the largest online gambling players in Indonesia are in the West Java region, estimated at 535,644 people, with transactions of IDR 3.8 trillion, DKI Jakarta, with 238,568 players with transactions of IDR 2.3 trillion, Central Java has 201,963 players with transactions of IDR 1.3 trillion. Abstract

Mining is an activity that is one of the biggest sources of regional income, but on the other hand mining activities often cause bad symptoms in the community. The existence of excavation c which causes environmental damage and loss to the surrounding community is a problem that never subsides for discussion. This study aims to identify and describe IUP Excavation C and its Impact on Community Development. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The concept of legislation and spatial planning that has not been ideally actualized has resulted in this phenomenon not being handled properly, especially in the Cirebon and surrounding areas, even though there is already a legal basis and concept of environmental management but it seems as if it already exists. not yet realized.

Abstract

The certificate of right to use on state land is a legal instrument that gives the holder the right to use state land for a certain period of time in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws. This study examines the case of State Land intended for pangonan, which is located in Dukupace Block, Geyongan Village, Cirebon Regency, where the villagers use the abandoned Pangonan land, then they control it for various purposes such as agriculture and housing. Even though they have controlled the land for many years, the community does not have its ownership status. This will cause problems in the future if the status of the land is not yet owned by the people who occupy the land. The research method used is empirical juridical, with reference to various previous studies on state land ownership and land distribution justice. The results of the study show that there is a lack of public understanding of procedures and ownership conflicts. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to simplify the mechanism regarding rules and increase socialization. This study provides fair and inclusive policy recommendations, as well as concrete steps to improve the process of issuing use rights certificates and recognition of land rights based on long-standing physical tenure.

Abstract

This research discusses a thesis on the Analysis of the Implementation of the School Operational Assistance Program in State Junior High School 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. The objectives of this research are as follows : 1. To explain the process of implementing the School Operational Assistance Program in State Junior High School 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. 2. To describe the impact of implementing the School Operational Assistance Program in State Junior High School 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. 3. To identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the School Operational Assistance Program in State Junior High School 1 Taliwang, West Sumbawa Regency. The research method used for this study is a qualitative research design. Qualitative research is a research approach that uses a scientific background to interpret phenomena and is conducted by involving various available methods. The study involved 1 headmaster of State Junior High School 1 Taliwang, 1 BOS fund treasurer, 2 teachers, and 2 parents. Data collection procedures included interviews and documentation, with data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysisThe implementation of the BOS program at State Junior High School 1 Taliwang was carried out in accordance with the BOS guidelines outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 63 of 2022 regarding the Technical Guidelines for School Operational Assistance. Additionally, State Junior High School 1 Taliwang was considered transparent in terms of receiving and using BOS funds. This transparency was evident through information boards displaying BOS fund receipts for each semester throughout the year and BOS fund expenditures for each semester over the year.As a result of this research, it can be concluded that the process of implementing the BOS program at State Junior High School 1 Taliwang is fairly effective, despite several challenges in its implementation.

Abstract

Development of Arabic Language Learning books for additional lessons to improve language skills at Ma'had Aly Namira Lamongan. This thesis aims to prepare teaching materials to improve language skills in Arabic language learning activities at Ma'had Aly Namira. However, in this institution, the level of awareness students approach lessons differently, especially in Arabic; some are superior to others, some are average, and some need additional help outside of class. Research was carried out using a pre and post-test design. As for the research results, the preparation of additional books in Arabic language teaching at the Namira Higher Institute for additional studies was well-prepared by researchers because additional books went through a lot of design, arbitration, correction, modification, then field experience, and finally the final production, namely additional books. Additional books for developing four skills at Ma'had Aly Namira Lamongan are good because the student results after teaching the book are higher than before teaching them, and that is because the average student results in the pre-test are 67.8125%. In the post test, the percentage is 89.625%. Likewise, the number of "t counts" is greater than the number of "t tables", namely 9.156. Depending on the results obtained by students in the pre and post-tests, results (t-test), and questionnaire results, it was found that additional books were designed to develop four language skills at Namira Higher Institute. Lamongan is effective. This has a positive effect on the development of language skills.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki strategi untuk merevitalisasi pariwisata Mangrove Sari di Kabupaten Brebes, Indonesia, menyusul penurunan yang signifikan akibat COVID-19 dan tantangan sistemik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran yang menggabungkan data kualitatif dari wawancara dan pengamatan pemangku kepentingan dengan analisis SWOT kuantitatif (matriks IFAS/EFAS) untuk menilai status situs pariwisata saat ini. Temuan mengungkapkan potensi Strategi Berorientasi Pertumbuhan, mengidentifikasi kekuatan utama seperti persatuan masyarakat dan sumber daya alam, di samping hambatan kritis termasuk infrastruktur yang buruk (35% jalan tidak beraspal) dan pendanaan terbatas (hanya 10-15% dari anggaran desa yang dialokasikan untuk pariwisata). Studi ini mengusulkan solusi terpadu yang mencakup pembangunan infrastruktur, model pendanaan inovatif (CSR dan kemitraan publik-swasta), strategi pemasaran digital, dan program konservasi mangrove. Temuan ini menawarkan rekomendasi kebijakan praktis untuk pemerintah daerah, menekankan investasi infrastruktur, realokasi anggaran, dan program literasi digital. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur pariwisata berkelanjutan dengan menunjukkan bagaimana situs ekowisata dapat secara bersamaan mencapai pemulihan ekonomi, konservasi lingkungan, dan tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Arah penelitian masa depan termasuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi strategi digital yang diusulkan dan langkah-langkah adaptasi iklim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan sistem pengendalian hama dan penyakit tanaman kakao yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Mamuju serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap intensitas serangan hama dan penyakit serta produksi yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2022. Lokasi penelitian meliputi tiga kecamatan di Kabupaten Mamuju, yakni; Kecamatan Kalukku, Papalang dan Sampaga. Survey dilakukan untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian hama yang diterapkan, sementara untuk mengetahui intensitas serangan dan produksi dilakukan uji petik. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diregresi menggunakan aplikasi excel toolpack. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 55,70% petani menerapkan sistem pengendalian hama dan penyakit dengan sistem dua kali per bulan yang umumnya memadukan antara penggunaan insektisida dan kultur teknis berupa pemangkasan. Sistem pengendalian hama dan penyakit yang dilakukan memiliki korelasi dengan terjadinya intensitas serangan (IS) pada tanaman kakao. Namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat serangan dan jumlah buah yang dihasilkan. Tingkat serangan hama dan penyakit paling rendah atau minimal pada tanaman kakao yang sistem pengendaliannya dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali per bulan dengan tingkat kerusakan paling minimal yakni rusak mutlak 10,24 % tidak mutlak 14,86 % yang termasuk kriteria ringan. Hama yang paling banyak menyerang adalah hama PBK dan Tikus yang dominan ditemukan pada sistem pengendalian satu kali per bulan, yakni masing-masing menyerang 3,3 buah dan 2,13 buah. Produksi tanaman kakao yang dihasilkan di Kabupaten Mamuju tertinggi dicapai pada sistem pengendalian tiga kali per bulan yakni sebesar 1418 kg ha-1 dibanding sistem pengendalian dua kali dan satu kali, dengan produksi masing-masing 1325 kg ha-1 dan 979 kg ha-1.

Abstract

This research is focused on PT. XYZ, a company involved in the printing and production of flexible packaging. As a result, the findings may not be fully applicable to other organizations or industries, as they are specific to the unique context of this company. The study utilized a sample size of 45 employees, which, while adequate for the scope of this research, is relatively small and may not capture the full range of experiences and perceptions present in larger or different organizational environments. The analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology, which can be sensitive to both sample size and data distribution. Therefore, future research could improve upon this study by using a larger and more diverse sample, which would allow for a broader understanding of the relationship between communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Additionally, adopting a longitudinal approach could provide insights into how these factors evolve over time and in different contexts, offering a deeper understanding of the dynamics at play in diverse organizational settings.

Abstract

Salah satu persyaratan sebagai dosen adalah melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk memenuhi persyaratan tersebut. Kegiatan melalui judul meningkatkan  motivasi kerja terhadap keberlangsungan bisnis usaha mikro di Kelurahan Meruya Selatan ini merupakan sebuah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan menitikberatkan kegiatan memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan kepada pemilik usaha mikro di wilayah Kelurahan Meruya Selatan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap pelaksanaan yaitu tahap administrasi, tahap penyelenggaraan dan terakhir adalah tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini juga dipublikasikan kepada umum melalui media massa, kanal youtube dan jurnal nasional
