Abstract

Kegiatan pendidikan sangat terkait dengan literasi dan numerasi. Literasi dan numerasi dalam konteks pendidikan dikenal dengan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) dan Gerakan Literasi Numerasi (GLN). Menerapkan kegiatan literasi dan numerasi yang menyenangkan dapat menjadi kunci penting dalam pengembangan keterampilan dasar matematika dengan cara yang menarik. Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis para siswa dalam memahami teks yang kompleks dan ekspresi diri melalui menulis mereka melalui menulis; dan memperkuat pemahaman konsep matematika siswa terhadap konsep matematika dasar dan kompleks, serta penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah model teka-teki silang numerasi, pemahaman konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan menggunakan media stick es krim, dan membaca nyaring. pendekatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan berorientasi pada hasil bermakna mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam literasi dan numerasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of learning effectiveness in improving the quality of optimal education, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK), which emphasize practice-based and skills-based learning. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of learning at SMK Negeri 4 Takalar and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of learning at SMK Negeri 4 Takalar was classified as "quite good" based on several indicators, namely the quality of learning, the suitability of the material level, incentives, and time management. The aspect of learning quality can be seen from student activity, while the suitability of the material level is indicated by the teacher's ability to adjust learning to student needs, including through diagnostic assessments. From the incentive aspect, teachers provide additional value to motivate students, while in terms of time, teachers provide flexibility for students in understanding the material. The main supporting factor is the active role of teachers in increasing student involvement, while the inhibiting factor comes from the diversity of student behavior that can interfere with the smoothness of learning. This study is expected to provide insight into improving the effectiveness of learning at SMK.

Abstract

Learning technology is defined as a combination of theory and practice to design, develop, and utilize technology to support teaching and learning activities. The rapid development of science and technology has enabled everyone to gain knowledge quickly and easily by utilizing technology by considering the advantages of various forms of learning technology, appropriate and optimal strategies can be developed to improve the quality and effectiveness and efficiency of learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of learning technology at SMKS Wahyu 1 Makassar. This study is qualitative, therefore, to achieve the objectives of the study, data collection techniques were used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the use of learning technology at SMKS Wahyu 1 Makassar seen from the indicators, namely teacher professional competence, student involvement and evaluation and assessment went "well" seen from the indicator of teacher professional competence, namely training that began to be held for teachers at school and the ability of teachers is very good in utilizing technology by making learning more interesting so that students are motivated and feel involved when using technology in learning. From the indicator of student involvement, namely learning technology itself increases student involvement in the way teachers start and provide good feedback so that students can collaborate and interact with classmates which makes it easier for them to work together and communicate more effectively. From the evaluation and assessment indicators, namely technology helps personalize learning and assessment which makes it possible to adjust the material according to the needs of each student, involving students in the evaluation process of using learning technology with guidance provided by teachers in using learning technology for assessment or assignments which is clear enough and more efficient.

The Role of the Tourism Office in Tourism Development in Selayar Islands Regency is an agency that plays an important role in developing or changing in terms of tourism in the region, especially in Selayar Islands Regency. This research method used is descriptive research located at the Selayar Islands Regency Tourism Office. For data collection carried out by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The data of the results of the study managed by researchers using Spradley data analysis techniques.From the results of this study can be used as a consideration and reference for making policies or future decisions in order to build and develop tourism in Selayar, so that tourist attraction objects can or can be managed properly by the tourism office, because many researchers previously they were only researchers about the income obtained by the agency Tourism in terms of attractions

Abstract

The use of finger print is an electronic-based attendance tool used to see the level of employee discipline. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of finger printing use in the Soppeng Regency Environmental Office. To achieve this goal, researchers use data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all employees of the Soppeng Regency Environmental Office which amounted to 62 people and sampling was carried out based on the Krejcie table as many as 55 people. Data is presented through a frequency table and processed using score calculations. The data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of finger printing in the Soppeng Regency Environmental Office is carried out very well or very effectively. These results are seen from the aspects of: 1) achieving targets, namely achieving employee attendance and productivity with a percentage result of 92.25%, 2) employee adaptability to finger printing with a percentage result of 95.81%, (3) employee job satisfaction with a percentage result of 91.85%, (4) employee responsibility to complete work on time with a percentage result of 92%.

Abstract

The quality of library services refers to the needs of users. Therefore, good service is a service that can meet the needs and desires of its users. So a good library is a library that is able to provide services to every user quickly, accurately and satisfactorily. The success of a library can be measured using the frequency of borrowing library materials and the level of user satisfaction, therefore the needs and requests of users need to be considered by the library. This research uses quantitative research with a population of 220 users, with a sample of 69 people with an error rate of 10 percent. Data collection was carried out using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of excellent service in the Universitas Negeri Makassar library is considered sufficient, in terms of aspects of reliability, communication, response and understanding of users. User satisfaction at the Universitas Negeri Makassar library is considered to be poor in terms of ease of obtaining information, speed of obtaining information and information provision services. There is a significant positive effect of implementing excellent service on user satisfaction at the Universitas Negeri Makassar Library Technical Implementation Unit (UPT), namely 55.3 percent.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the role of public relations in managing and conveying information to the people of Pinrang Regency is described. This research is qualitative, therefore to achieve the research objectives, data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interview and documentation techniques. There were 3 informants, namely the Head of the Public Communication Media Management Section, the Head of the Public Communication Media Management Section and the Staff of the Public Communication Media Management Section.The results of the study show that the role of public relations as a communication expert is tasked with conveying information to the public while receiving various directions and inputs from the Community Information Group (KIM). Public Relations as a problem solving process facilitator as a routine problem-solving facility carries out intense coordination with each KIM in each sub-district. Public Relations as a Communication Facilitator is tasked with establishing cooperative relationships with social media practitioners, actively and participatorically interacting with the community and providing understanding to the community and lastly, public relations as a Technician Facilitator is tasked with analyzing activities carried out by the community, including those that have a positive impact on the community itself, reporting on activities carried out by the community. This study proves that the implementation of the role of Public Relations in managing and conveying information to the community is going well so that the people of Pinrang Regency can get the information they need properly and appropriately.

Abstract

Green Open Space (GOS) plays a crucial role in promoting environmental sustainability, enhancing urban resilience, and improving the quality of life in cities. This study evaluates the effectiveness of green open space policies in supporting sustainable development, focusing on policy implementation, challenges, and best practices. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research examines policy frameworks, land-use regulations, and urban planning strategies in selected cities. Key indicators such as green space coverage, ecological benefits, and social inclusion are analyzed to assess the impact of GOS policies. The findings highlight disparities between policy objectives and actual implementation, emphasizing governance challenges, land-use conflicts, and financial constraints. Furthermore, the study identifies innovative approaches, including smart green infrastructure and community-based green space management, as potential solutions for optimizing GOS policies. The research concludes that a more integrated and adaptive policy approach is essential to enhance the effectiveness of green open spaces in achieving sustainable urban development. Recommendations include strengthening policy enforcement, increasing stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging technology for better monitoring and planning.

Abstract

Abstrak: Care Governance: Administrasi Publik di Era AntroposenPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan memberikan gambaran konseptual terkait paradigma care governance dan menjelaskan posisi dan peran aktor-aktor non-manusia dalam paradigma care governance. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-eksploratif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah systematic literature review. Teknik analisis data yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara konseptual paradigma care governance merupakan paradigma dalam administrasi publik yang berprinsip atau melandaskan praktik-praktik pada kerangka moral berbasis kepedulian dengan tujuan untuk merawat kehidupan manusia dan aktor-aktor lain yang menyebabkan kehidupan manusia menjadi dimungkinkan. Dalam paradigma care governance, publik diberikan pengertian baru sebagai keseluruhan entitas dan bukan hanya sekadar warga negara. Selain itu, care governance juga melihat bahwa aktor-aktor non-manusia dapat berperan secara aktif dalam kegiatan pengadministrasian; baik sebagai focal aktor, aktor mediator, maupun intermediaries aktor. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah mengenalkan care governance dengan melibatkan aktor non manusia untuk memperluas wacara administrasi publik.Kata kunci: care governance; administrasi publik; aktor non-manusia; era antroposen; paradigma; actor-network theoryAbstract: Care Governance: Public Administration in the Anthropocene EraThis study aims to explain and provide a conceptual overview of the care governance paradigm and explain the position and role of non-human actors in the care governance paradigm. This study uses a qualitative-exploratory approach with a literature study research type. The data collection technique used in this study is a systematic literature review. Data analysis techniques, namely, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that conceptually the care governance paradigm is a paradigm in public administration that is based on or summarizes practices in a moral framework based on care with the aim of caring for human life and other actors that make human life possible. In the care governance paradigm, society is given a new understanding as a whole entity and not just citizens. In addition, care governance also sees that non-human actors can play an active role in administrative activities; either as a focal actor, mediator actor, or intermediary actor. This research contributes by introducing care governance involving non-human actors to expand the discourse of public administration.Keyword: care governance; public administration; anthropocene era; paradigm; actor-network theory

Abstract

In a digital era like this that has a big impact on implementing work professionalism, it is necessary to organize apparatus resources that not only understand work but are also able to use digital well. This study aims to find out the picture of the professionalism of employees in the PUPR Secretariat of Gowa Regency. This research is descriptive by using qualitative methods and approaches to find out the picture of the professionalism of the work of employees in the PUPR secretariat of Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this study is 3 people, namely 1 Head of Service, and 2 from the Head of Sub-Division. The data collection techniques used are observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this study uses data collection techniques, condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing funds. The results of this study show that the professionalism of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Gowa Regency is in the "Good" category, this can be seen in each dimension, namely indicators of employee skills, it is good to see from employees who have skills that help their work process such as communication skills, governance skills in working creatively and innovatively. Competency indicators are good as evidenced by the existence of training on knowledge in doing work and competence in running software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. The indicator of employee loyalty is good, as evidenced by the cooperation between employees and leaders is good without any distinction so that employees are loyal to their agencies.
