Abstract

This study aims to find out about the overview of the implementation in the implementation of the situational leadership style of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in the Office of the Governor of South Sulawesi. This research is qualitative, therefore, to achieve the research objectives, data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. There are 5 informants, namely employees of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of situational leadership style in the application of regional financial and asset agencies in the South Sulawesi Governor's Office has been successfully implemented. This can be seen from several things, such as providing direction in the implementation of work activities, inspiring subordinates to be innovative in completing tasks, and providing solutions for subordinates who experience an inability to work productively. Furthermore, there are indicators in supporting this leadership style, such as providing space for subordinates to voice their opinions, providing the necessary support, and providing motivation so that the performance of subordinates is getting better. In addition, the indicator involves subordinates in decision-making, listens to their ideas and ideas, and involves them in the decision-making process. This leadership style also involves the indicator of delegating authority to subordinates and giving them the freedom to express their opinions

Abstract

Employee discipline has a central role in maintaining organizational performance and achieving common goals. This research raises the issue of the influence of leadership style on employee discipline at the Office of the Driving Teacher Center (BBGP) of South Sulawesi Province. This research identifies how leadership style affects employee discipline, organizations can set more effective policies and programs to manage, train, and develop human resources. The research method used is quantitative by involving 62 respondents who are determined randomly through the Proportional Random Sampling Method. Data was collected through documentation and questionnaires and then analyzed using descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the Leadership Style variable (X) has an influence of 74.9% on the Employee Discipline variable (Y). This indicates that 74.9% of Employee Discipline is influenced by the Leadership Style factor. While the remaining 25.1% was influenced by other factors. This research strengthens the understanding of the importance of the role of leadership in shaping employee discipline in government organizations. These findings can be the basis for organizational management to pay more attention to leadership style as one of the key factors to improve employee discipline and overall organizational performance

Abstract

Nurfadila, 2023. The influence of tourist visits on entrepreneurial motivation around Salopi Beach, Pinrang Regency. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar State University. Guided by Risma Niswaty and Andi Cudai Nur. This study aims to determine how the influence of tourist visits on entrepreneurial motivation around Salopi Beach, Pinrang Regency. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In the variable of tourist visits, the indicators used are tourist income, travel costs to tourist attractions, tourist leisure time, and tourist attraction facilities. As for the variable of entrepreneurial motivation, the indicators used are the need for achievement, the need for power, and the need for affiliation. In this study, the research method used is a type of quantitative research, with data collection techniques carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample used in this study was 30 respondents. Data was obtained from the results of research processed using data analysis and using the help of SPSS software program version 26 consisting of validity tests, reality tests, normality tests, simple linear regrrsi analysis, product moment correlation and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the indicators used on each of these variables showed that tourist visits were in the very good category. For indicators on the variable of entrepreneurial motivation is in the very good category. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the value of R2 is at high intervals, which means that tourist visits have a high influence on entrepreneurial motivation around Salopi beach, Pinrang Regency.                                                            Keywords: tourist visits, entrepreneurial motivation, Salopi Beach.

Abstract

 The Influence of Brand Image and Promotion on Purchase Interest at the Akhwat Sewing House Store in Sidenreng RappangRegency. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Administration Science Department. Faculty of Social Science. Makassar State University. (supervised by Mrs. Risma Niswaty and Maya Kasmita).This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and promotion on purchase intention at akhwat sewing house shops in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. To achieve the goal, the researchers used indicators to measure these variables. The brand image indicators include the superiority of brand associations, the strength of brand associations, and the uniqueness of brand associations. Indicators include advertising promotions, sales promotions, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing. Indicators of buying interest include transactional interest, referential interest, preferential interest, and explorative interest. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sample used is the collection of sample data, namely questionnaires that are tested for validity and reliability tests. The data obtained were processed using data analysis using the SPSS vaersi 25 program which consisted of data normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, f tests and the coefficient of determinant R2. The results showed that the brand image variable had a very significant effect on both the buying interest variable. The influence variable has a very good significant effect on the purchase intention variable. The results showed that the brand image and promotion variables had a significant effect partially and simultaneously on the variable of customer buying interest at the Akhwat Sewing House shop in Sidenreng Rappang District, this was proven by the t test and F test. The results of the determinant coefficient showed that brand image and promotion had a large effect 56% of interest in buying at the Sewing Akhwat home shop in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Keywords: Brand Image, Promotion, Purchase Intention

Abstract

The study aims to find out how the decision to purchase thrift online store for Science Education Students Makassar State University Batch 2021. The study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study amounted to six people who were representative and met the criteria in this assessment. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the decision to purchase thrift online store goods are affordable prices among students and in accordance with the quality of the products obtained, very diverse products depending on the marketer, easy and efficient distribution access but on the other hand sometimes vulnerable experience fraud because of the difficulty of getting trusted marketers, various promotions and attracting consumers' attention depending on the creativity of each marketer. The purchase decisiom is stated to be satisfied and will make a repeat purchase if the product quality and price are in accordance with what is expected.

Abstract

The Influence of E-commerce on Community Entrepreneurship Interest in Curio District, Enrekang Regency. Thesis. Business Administration Study Program. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Makassar State University. Guided by Muh. Rizal S and Andi Muhammad Rivai.This study aims to determine how the influence of e-commerce on entrepreneurial interest in the community in Curio District, Enrekang Regency. To achieve this goal, researchers use indicators to measure these variables. In the variables of e-commerce indikataor used, namely marketing, reputation, cost efficiency, expenses and ease of doing business online. As for the variables of entrepreneurial interest, the indicators used are feelings of pleasure, interest, attention and involvement. In this study, the research method used is a type of quantitative research, with data collection techniques carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. Data was obtained from research results that were processed using data analysis and using the help of SPSS software program version 25 consisting of validity tests, reality tests, normality tests, simple linear regrrtion analysis, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the indicators used on each of these variables showed that e-commerce variables had a significant influence on people's entrepreneurial interest in Curio District, Enrekang Regency. This is evidenced by a coefficient determination test using the data that has been obtained.

Abstract

This research examines the the effect of price discounts on the impulse buying of Go-Food customers in the Mannuruki sub-district, Makassar City. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of price discounts on Go-Food customers, to determine the level ofimpulse buying to Go-Food customers, and to find out the effect of price discounts on the impulse buying of Go-Food customers. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outin the Mannuruki Village of Makassar City. Sources of data in the study are Go-Food customerin december to january 2021. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination.The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the price discount is in the very good category. Indicators on the impulsive buying variable are in the good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a moderate relationship between the two variables. It can be concluded that there is an influence between discounts on impulse purchases of Go-Food customers in Mannuruki Village, Makassar City.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of Market Orientation and Product Innovation on Marketing Performance in Micro Trade Business in South Sulawesi. The type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques were carried out by document and questionnaires. The population in this research are micro business actors in the trade who registered at Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, amounting to 244.592. The sampling method used is Slovin with an error rate of 10%, which is obtained 100 respondents. The data obtained from the research results were processed using the SPSS version 25 application which consisted of validity and reliabilition tests to test the research instrumen as well as descriptive data analysis tests and inferential statistical analysis to test existing hypotheses. The results showed that market orientation was in the very good category, product innovation was in the good category, and marketing performance was in the very good category. The results of inferential analysis show that there is a significant influence between market orientation and product innovation on the marketing performance of micro trade business in South Sulawesi

Abstract

Discipline is one of the important aspects that supports the quality of performance of a Civil Servant (PNS), this study aims to find out how the work discipline of civil servants in the Bulukumpa Sub-district Office, Bulukumba Regency. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research type and for the data collection techniques used, namely observation, interview and documentation techniques with three informants, namely employees of the Bulukumpa Sub-district Office, Bulukumba Regency. The results of this study show that employee discipline at the Bulukumpa Sub-district Office, Bulukumba Regency is still lacking. This can be seen from attendance, responsibility, attitudes, and norms. Where the attendance of employees has not been in accordance with the regulations that have been set and the results of observation as evidenced through the recap of the attendance list, the implementation of employee responsibilities that have been included in the category is very good, but the attitude of employees who are still categorized as poor is evidenced by the use of office uniforms that are not orderly so that they are not in accordance with the established regulations. Then the norms or compliance with the regulations are still not good, as seen from the fact that there are still some employees who do not comply and receive reprimands from the leadership. The results of this study are still not in accordance with what is expected based on discipline indicators

Abstract

The agricultural sector is the basis of life for the majority of Indonesia's population and it is hoped that the agricultural sector can become a pillar of economic growth. This type of research uses qualitative research which is a way to understand the meaning of a number of individuals or groups of people who are considered to originate from social problems in implementing regional government policies in the distribution of subsidized fertilizer in which there are inhibiting and supporting factors for the distribution of subsidized fertilizer in Pinrang Regency using data triagulation using observation, interviews, and documentation which is a data analysis technique through data condensation, presentation, and drawing conclusions. This is supported by the implementation of aspects of communication, human resources, attitudes, bureaucratic structure, and the existence of supporting factors and inhibiting factors in implementing the subsidized fertilizer distribution policy in Pinrang Regency. The results of this research The implementation of this policy is still not effective because there are still many problems. This is supported by the realization of aspects of communication, human resources, attitudes, bureaucratic structure, and the existence of supporting factors and inhibiting factors in implementing the subsidized fertilizer distribution policy in Pinrang Regency. This proposal can be used as a basis for designing more detailed and in-depth research regarding the implementation of policies for distributing fertilizer assistance to farmers in Pinrang Regency.
