Abstract

Abstract

This systematic bibliometric review examines the relationship between innovation agility and institutional performance in the field of education. In the context of globalization and rapidly evolving learning demands, educational institutions must adapt and innovate to remain relevant and effective. Using the Scopus database, this study analyzes research publication and citation trends from 1998 to 2025. The findings reveal a growing scholarly interest, particularly since 2019, with 45 articles published in 2024 alone. Recent studies emphasize themes such as digital transformation, agile learning environments, and the integration of technology in educational management. However, gaps remain regarding the role of information technology capabilities in shaping innovation-driven educational outcomes. This review highlights the critical importance of fostering innovation agility within education systems to enhance institutional performance, teaching effectiveness, and student learning outcomes. Future research directions should explore how innovation and agility interact with external factors such as policy, technology adoption, and global educational trends. Understanding these dynamics will equip educators and policymakers to navigate challenges and promote sustainable educational excellence.

Abstract

Risk fluctuations, including such changes in interest rates, exchange rates, and commodity prices, have a negative impact on business performance and can be mitigated by hedging. Derivative instruments are the preferred method for hedging. Internal hedging calculations take into account size, growth prospects, financial distress, leverage, and liquidity. This study's goal is to examine the variables that influence the hedging decisions of businesses. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. The most influential factors in determining a company's hedging strategy are its size and growth prospects, according to the research. The greatest effect comes from the company's size and growth potential in order to influence the company's hedging policies. Other factors such as leverage, liquidity, financial distress, market depth risk are not so dominant in influencing the company's hedging decisions. However, several variables or factors that are not the dominant factor will be important according to the industry or line of business of each company.Recommendations for further research can be carried out by analyzing the company's external factors that influence hedging decisions.

Abstract

BUMN (Indonesian State Owned Company) companies participating in the development of the digital industry are PT. KAI (Indonesian Railways Companies). In 2014, PT. KAI launched an official mobile application to make it easier for users to find information about trains. Online shopping has become more popular as the internet and e-commerce continue to expand. In order to sell their wares online and stay ahead of the competition, businesses must provide reliable online services. The purpose of this research was to contribute to the literature by examining the link between e-service quality (efficiency, privacy, reliability, emotional benefits, and customer service), e-satisfaction, and e-trust. In this study using explanatory statistics, with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis techniques through data processing software SMART PLS 3.2.9. The researcher used a random sample method to collect data from 400 participants. The results of this research corroborate the existence of a positive connection between the two primary concepts of the measuring model under investigation: e-satisfaction and e-trust. E-trust is a prerequisite for e-satisfaction, and an app may make Indonesian customers happy if it provides them reasons to trust it. This study's findings indicate that a consumer's level of post-purchase happiness is significantly impacted by how they perceive their trust to have been treated. An improvement in the quality of e-services will have a positive effect on consumers, who will make more purchases in the future.

Abstract

Objective: The Free Nutritious Meal Program (Program Makan Bergizi Gratis/MBG) is a strategic initiative by the Indonesian government aimed at enhancing the nutrition of school-age children, with application monitoring playing a key role in its effectiveness. This study assesses the success of the MBG implementation by empirically examining the impact of system quality, human resource (HR) training effectiveness, and strategic leadership support on system adoption and net benefits. Using the DeLone & McLean Information System Success Model (2003) as a theoretical framework. Metode: survey was conducted among MBG application users, including field officers and supervisors. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire measuring system quality, training effectiveness (based on Kirkpatrick’s reaction, learning, and behavior levels), leadership support, system use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed for data analysis. Result: The results indicate that strategic leadership support significantly affects system use, while training effectiveness positively influences net benefits. Novelty: The study’s novelty lies in integrating strategic management and user adoption perspectives within public sector digital initiatives in developing countries.

Abstract

Global agribusiness faces increasing volatility and disruptions, making supply chain performance critical for competitiveness, especially in developing economies where structural fragmentation and limited adaptive capacity hinder value creation. This study investigates how strategic agility enhances supply chain performance through the mediating roles of supply chain resilience and value realization among millennial coffee farmers in West Java, Indonesia. A quantitative explanatory design was employed, collecting data from 143 coffee farmers selected through purposive sampling. Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze direct and sequential relationships among constructs. Findings show that strategic agility positively influences supply chain resilience  and value realization, with resilience mediating the relationship between agility and value realization, and value realization driving performance. The sequential mediation pathway from agility through resilience and value realization to performance is significant. This study validates an integrated capability-based model, offering practical insights for enhancing adaptive capacity and competitiveness in agribusiness supply chains. Future research should explore longitudinal effects and broader agribusiness contexts to strengthen generalizability.

Abstract

The banking sector plays a crucial role in driving economic growth and maintaining financial stability by directing funds to productive sectors while managing risks that affect profitability and resilience. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by PRISMA principles to explore how risk management practices, especially Non-Performing Loan (NPL) management, influence bank performance. Lending, as the core banking activity, is key to profitability and financial intermediation, yet high NPL levels can undermine income and stability, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia. By reviewing 16 recent empirical studies, the findings show that effective risk management including strong credit governance, adherence to Basel III standards, technology-supported lending systems, and an empowered Chief Risk Officer helps reduce NPLs and improve financial performance as reflected in ROA, ROE, NIM, and other risk-adjusted indicators. Furthermore, a comprehensive approach that combines regulatory compliance, risk diversification, and sustainability strengthens long-term resilience. These insights provide practical guidance for regulators, bank managers, and researchers in designing flexible, transparent, and sustainable risk management strategies. The study emphasizes that managing NPLs is not just a technical or operational task but a central strategy for ensuring banks remain profitable, stable, and resilient over the long term.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to examine the influence of market pressure on green strategy and green production while also looking at its impact on MSMEs' sustainability. The authors also investigate the indirect influence of market pressure on green production through the mediating role of green strategy.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study was carried out on batik craft, fashion, and convection MSMEs oriented to the green concept in West Java Province, with a number of samples of 185 MSMEs. The data obtained were then analyzed using the structural equation modeling technique with SmartPLS software.Research findings: The results of this study demonstrated the positive influence of market pressure on green strategy and green production, and both influenced MSMEs' sustainability. Furthermore, green strategy has been proven to have a positive influence on green production and could mediate the influence of market pressure on green production.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the literature by widening the antecedent of green strategy, green production, and MSMEs sustainability from the external side, namely market pressure, which is rarely elaborated.Practitioners/Policy Implications: Managers and owners of batik craft, fashion, and convection MSMEs must prepare themselves to answer the calls for sustainability that come from their stakeholders, such as the market and government. Green strategy and green production must be incorporated into their business to achieve sustainability.Research Limitations/Implications: This study has not yet considered the existence of moderating variables, such as firm size, government regulation, or organizational competitiveness. These additional variables can be a sign for firms to understand when the time is to implement their strategy to achieve sustainability according to the underlying conditions of the moderators.
