Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this study is to ascertain the standards for pedagogical proficiency among civic education teacher in the 21st century, as well as to identify approaches for enhancing their competency. The research method chosen is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which uses data from international and national journal articles. The findings indicate that (1) the essential competencies that Civic Education Teachers in the 21st century must possess include life and career skills, encompassing self-regulation, social interaction, and a culture of leadership, productivity, and responsibility; (2) The acquisition of learning and innovation skills, encompassing critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and collaborative engagement in creative endeavors and information sharing; (3) The acquisition of skills in information media and technology, encompassing both information technology and media abilities, is of paramount importance. Teachers must have a comprehensive understanding of information literacy, media literacy, and ICT literacy. Digital pedagogy is a strategy to improve the competence of 21st-century PPKn teachers. Digital pedagogy presents not only digital learning but also digital ethics in utilizing digital resources or learning media.---------------------------------------Abstrak Penelitian menelaah standar kemahiran pedagogi di kalangan guru PPKn pada abad ke-21, serta mengidentifikasi pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mereka. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan sumber data terdiri dari gabungan artikel jurnal internasional dan nasional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi esensial yang harus dimiliki guru di abad 21 meliputi keterampilan hidup dan karir, meliputi pengaturan diri, interaksi sosial, dan budaya kepemimpinan, produktivitas, dan tanggung jawab, (2) perolehan keterampilan belajar dan inovasi, yang mencakup pemikiran kritis, kemampuan memecahkan masalah, komunikasi efektif, dan keterlibatan kolaboratif dalam upaya kreatif dan berbagi informasi, (3) perolehan keterampilan dalam media dan teknologi informasi, yang mencakup kemampuan teknologi informasi dan media, adalah hal yang sangat penting. Urgen bagi guru untuk memiliki pemahaman komprehensif tentang literasi informasi, literasi media, dan literasi TIK. Pedagogi digital hadir sebagai strategi upaya peningkatan kompetensi guru PPKn abad 21. Pedagogi digital tidak hanya menghadirkan pembelajaran digital, tetapi juga etika digital dalam menamfaatkan sumber daya atau sebagai media pembelajaran digital.

Abstract

AbstractMoral education has become an urgency in shaping students' character through school learning. The purpose of this research is to produce a digital-based learning material product that is suitable for use by Pancasila Education teachers in the learning process for students. The research method used is research and development using the 4D development model consisting of the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. Product validation will be conducted by content validator, media validator, Pancasila Education teacher, and 33 seventh-grade students. The results of the study show that moral education is a need for students to overcome deviant behavior. Teachers must also be able to create effective, efficient, and enjoyable learning activities. The developed digital-based website learning material obtained a very suitable category from the content expert validation with a score of 91%, media expert validation 98%, Pancasila Education teacher assessment 92% and was considered very interesting by students with a score of 91%. It can be concluded that the digital learning material with the material on the position, function, and application of Pancasila values is highly suitable and recommended for use in the Pancasila Education learning process.-----------------------------AbstrakPendidikan moral menjadi urgensi dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik melalui pembelajaran di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghasilkan produk berupa materi pembelajaran berbasis digital yang layak digunakan oleh guru Pendidikan Pancasila dalam proses pembelajaran pada peserta didik. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu research and development dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Uji validasi produk akan dilakukan oleh validasi materi, validasi media dan guru Pendidikan Pancasila serta siswa kelas VII sebanyak 33 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi moral menjadi kebutuhan siswa untuk mengatasi perilaku menyimpang. Guru juga harus dapat menciptakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Materi pembelajaran berbasis digital website yang dikembangkan memperoleh penilaian kategori sangat layak dari validasi ahli materi dengan skor 91%, validasi ahli media 98%, penilaian guru Pendidikan Pancasila 92% dan diperoleh kategori sangat menarik dari siswa dengan skor 91%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa materi pembelajaran digital dengan matan materi kedudukan, fungsi dan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila sangat layak dan direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

AbstractMarine ecosystem development is a national agenda for implementing sustainable development goals. Utilization of mangrove forest areas into tourist areas. The use of mangrove forests as tourism in Tanjung Rejo Village reflects the development of sustainable marine ecosystems. This qualitative descriptive research aims to involve residents in managing mangrove forests in Tanjung Rejo Village. Research collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using interactive qualitative data analysis techniques to then draw conclusions deductively. Since 2022 Tanjung Rejo Village has become a Mangrove Tourism Village. The potential of mangroves is utilized to become various mangrove tour packages. Mangrove tourism is able to support mangrove ecosystems by involving village communities through creative economic groups of residents who are regularly fostered by multi-stakeholder partners. Awareness of maintaining the quality of marine ecosystems through mangroves, along with increasing the added value of mangroves economically and socially for village communities. Achieving a balance of environmental, economic and social development is the main emphasis point in achieving sustainable mangrove ecosystem development. Mangrove forest management shows the participatory culture of the residents.------------AbstrakPembangunan ekosistem laut menjadi agenda nasional implementasi tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pemanfaatan hutan mangrove menjadi wisata di Desa Tanjung Rejo mencerminkan pembangunan ekosistem laut berkelanjutan. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk pelibatan warga dalam pengelolaan hutan mangrove di Desa Tanjung Rejo. Teknik pengumpulan penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif interaktif untuk kemudian dilakukan penarikan simpulan secara deduktif. Sejak 2022 Desa Tanjung Rejo menjadi Desa Wisata Mangrove. Potensi mangrove dimanfaatkan menjadi berbagai paket wisata mangrove. Wisata Mangrove mampu ekosistem mangrove dengan pelibatan masyarakat desa melalui kelompok-kelompok ekonomi kreatif warga yang secara berkala dibina oleh mitra multipihak. Kesadaran menjaga kualitas ekosistem laut melalui mangrove, seiring dengan peningkatan nilai tambah mangrove secara ekonomi dan sosial bagi masyarakat desa. Pencapaian kesimbangan pembangunan lingkungan, ekonomi dan sosial menjadi titik tekan utama pencapaian pembangunan ekosistem mangrove yang berkelanjutan. Pengelolaan hutan mangrove menunjukan budaya partisipatif warga.

Abstract

AbstractCitizenship Education as a curricular program was developed to form smart and good citizens. An indication of a good citizen is steadfastness and belief in a nation which can be seen from the attitude of nationalism and patriotism. This research aims to find out the attitude of nationalism of Indonesian citizens, especially the younger generation in the era of globalization. The research was conducted on the Temajuk Moon Camar, West Kalimantan border. The research method uses a qualitative case study design. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The research data sources consist of primary and secondary sources. The research data obtained were then analyzed using an interactive model. The results of the study show that young Indonesian citizens living on the border of the Temajuk Moon Camar, West Kalimantan, have a good attitude toward nationalism. This is evident from the behaviour of the people there, one of which is not willing to leave Indonesian citizenship status even though access to Malaysia is easier. Although the community feels various limitations and development gaps, the firmness and belief of the nation from a high attitude of nationalism.----------------AbstrakPendidikan Kewarganegaraan sebagai program kurikuler dikembangkan untuk membentuk warga negara yang cerdas (smart) dan baik (good). Indikasi warga negara yang baik adalah keteguhan dan keyakinan atas sebuah bangsa dan terlihat dari sikap nasionalisme dan patriotisme. Penelitian ditujukan untuk mengetahui sikap nasionalisme warga negara Indonesia, khususnya generasi muda di era globalisasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di perbatasan Camar Bulan Temajuk, Kalimantan Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan literatur. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari, sumber primer dan sekunder. Data penelitian yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa warga negara muda Indonesia yang berada di perbatasan Camar Bulan Temajuk Kalimantan Barat memiliki sikap nasionalisme yang baik. Hal ini terbukti dari perilaku masyarakat disana, salah satunya tidak berkenan meninggalkan status kewarganegaraan Indonesia meskipun akses ke negara Malaysia lebih mudah. Walau masyarakat merasakan berbagai keterbatasan dan kesenjangan pembangunan, tetapi keteguhan dan keyakinan berbangsa dari sikap nasionalisme yang tinggi.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is interesting because it aims to photograph the efforts of educational units implementing the mobilization school program to achieve program objectives. The review was carried out on the conceptual research gap, namely the citizenship behavior of program implementers in their educational unit organizations. This qualitative research was carried out with a descriptive design. The research was conducted at SMAS An-Nizam Medan because it had been designated as a driving school, with a technique for determining respondents using purposive sampling. Data was analyzed using an interactive model. Efforts to transform education through driving schools at SMAS AN-Nizam Medan to create conditions and work environments that support: first, the implementation of the Pancasila student profile. Second, improving and equalizing the quality of driving school administrators. Third, create a collaborative climate between the driving school organizing elements in the school. The driving school organizing element is reflected in the school's elements to show concern and commitment in working highly dedicated to the transformation of education in schools. This reflection is a picture of the citizen good of an educational unit and the organizational citizenship behavior at SMAS AN-Nizam Medan.------------------AbstrakPenelitian ini menarik karena bertujuan untuk memotret upaya satuan pendidikan pelaksana program sekolah penggerak untuk mencapai tujuan program. Tinjauan dilakukan pada konseptual gap penelitian yaitu perilaku kewarganegaraan pelaksana program dalam organisasi satuan pendidikannya. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan desain deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAS An-Nizam Medan karena telah ditetapkan sebagai sekolah penggerak, dengan teknik penentuan responden menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif. Upaya transformasi pendidikan melalui sekolah penggerak di SMAS AN-Nizam Medan untuk menciptakan kondisi dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung: pertama, implementasi profil pelajar Pancasila. Kedua, peningkatan dan pemerataan kualitas penyelenggara sekolah penggerak. Ketiga, menciptakan iklim kolaboratif antar unsur penyelenggara sekolah penggerak di sekolah. Unsur penyelenggara sekolah menggerak tercermin dari unsur-unsur sekolah untuk menunjukkan kepedulian dan komitmen dalam bekerja yang berdedikasi tinggi untuk transformasi pendidikan di sekolah. Cerminan tersebut merupakan gambaran dari “warga satuan pendidikan yang baik” dan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi di SMAS AN-Nizam Medan.
