Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji implementasi kepemimpinan dalam bentuk supervisi managerial dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu manajemen pendidikan di SMK Negeri 4 Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bagian hubungan masyarakat, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana dan prasarana dan kepala tata usaha. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasil, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan penyajian data, reduksi data dan dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan untuk memperoleh keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi supervisi manajerial di SMK Negeri 4 Payakumbuh yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dan kepala tata usaha dalam meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas administrasi pendidikan meliputi perencaanan program, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Supervisi manajerial yang dilakukan tersebut telah dilaksanakan secara optimal sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas administrasi serta meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana media pembelajaran berbasis e-modul dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Perancangan e-modul menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 4D yaitu Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. Pada pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif e-modul ini peneliti menggunakan Flip Builder. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran interaktif yang dirancang bagi siswa SMP kelas 8 di semester 2 yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dan siswa sebagai media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran interaktif yang dikembangkan dilakukan uji efektivitas penggunaan modul dilakukan dengan menggunakan test berupa soal objektif yang terdiri dari 25 item butir soal. Hasil uji efektifitas adalah sebesar 82.24%, sehingga tingkat efektifitasnya dapat di interprestasikan efektif digunakan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran bahasa inggris.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the entrepreneurial school program from the aspect of evaluating context, input, process, and product (CIPP) with the existence of an entrepreneurial school program to support entrepreneurship subjects in vocational schools. The CIPP evaluation model is one type of model that can analyze the success rate of implementing the Entrepreneurial Printing School (SPW) program. The results of the evaluation analysis that have been carried out state that the SPW program at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pinang based on the context aspect has a conducive environment to make the school a driving force for entrepreneurship, with the existence of creative products for students and teachers, has a business management department and a marketing department both retail and online. input from this program students starting from class X in various majors have been prepared to have an entrepreneurial spirit by making captains and danru in each class to carry out entrepreneurship programs and to support entrepreneurship subjects, teachers who teach entrepreneurship subjects are teachers who on average have businesses and have an entrepreneurial background and have good infrastructure, the process aspects of the activities are carried out in accordance with the guidebook that has been determined by the Directorate of Vocational Development (PSMK) and is carried out well, the product aspects are (1) Formation of the SPW team; (2) Socialization of the SPW program in the school environment; (3) SPW program product exhibition activities; (4) Fostering entrepreneurial activities; (5) Increasing student competence in digital marketing; (6) The creation of student entrepreneurial activities independently; and (7) Evaluation of the SPW continuation program.

Abstract

Lead is a toxic heavy metal found in the environment. Lead is an abundant, important, and dangerous element. In addition, lead cannot be decomposed, so it easily accumulates in the environment and causes poisoning. Lead poisoning is a condition when a person experiences lead deposition in the body. Lead is a metal-shaped chemical element with a very high toxic content. Lead toxins can affect the function of human organs and systems. A person can experience serious health problems if exposed to small amounts of lead for a long time. It can even be fatal if the level of lead exposure is very high. Lead exposure is particularly dangerous for workers who are directly or indirectly related to it. Therefore, there needs to be an in-depth analysis of lead exposure among some professional workers in Indonesia. The method used in this research is an observational study using a cross-sectional approach and laboratory analysis using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the level of lead (Pb) in the blood of some workers in Indonesia is still below the threshold because it is in accordance with Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1406/MENKES/SK/IX/2002 concerning Standards for Examination of Pb Levels in Human Biomarker Specimens that the content of lead (Pb) is 0.1–0.25 µg/ml.

Abstract

Tofu, which is rich in protein, has long been consumed by the people of Indonesia as a side dish. Tofu is a food made from fermented soybeans and extracts from it. One of the metals that is dangerous and should not be eaten is zinc (Zn). Zinc is a type of heavy metal that is soft and easy to purify. This study aims to determine the content of heavy metal zinc (Zn) contained in tofu by using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS). The advantages of an Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) are specific, low detection limit, from the same solution, several different elements can be measured, can be applied to many types of elements in many types of samples, limit levels that can be determined are very area (mg/L to percent). This research uses a descriptive-analytical method to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through the data. And this research uses the wet destruction method, namely the destruction of the sample with the addition of a solution of nitric acid (HNO3) followed by heating and filtering. The results showed that the concentration of heavy metal Zn in tofu was 0.161 ppm, 0.139 ppm, 0.161 ppm, 0.152 ppm, 0.153 ppm, 0.154 ppm, 0.159 ppm, 0.174 ppm, 0.185 ppm, 0.141 ppm, 0.159 ppm and 0.164 ppm. The conclusion is that the levels of tofu Zn contain zinc metal Zn with levels of 10.3325 mg/kg. The levels of zinc metal Zn are still below the threshold level, so tofu is still safe for consumption.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the evaluation implementation of industrial field practices in the informatics engineering education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang. This research used an evaluation method with the Tyler Evaluation Model (Goal Oriented Model). Based on this method, data was collected through the following steps: 1). Identify the objectives of industrial field practice; 2) formulate indicators for the achievement goals that have been set; 3) formulate the data obtained with indicators. The main objective is divided into sub-component objectives, namely: sub-component of program objectives, sub-component of attitudes, and sub-component of achieving program objectives. All indicators included in the sub-components were analyzed using the mixed method technique (quantitative and qualitative) and obtained an average score of 84.4 %. It means that the implementation of industrial field practice in the informatics engineering education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Putra Indonesia "YPTK" Padang, is in a good category. The impact of the implementation of industrial field practices can run smoothly in accordance with the program objectives.

Abstract

This development research ailems to develop learning media (E-Learning) for employee class in management for IT service courses at Metamedia University. E-Learning is designed to improve student learning outcomes, so students can fully understand the material provided. This study uses the Instructional Development Institute development method. IDI procedures are defining, developing, and evaluating. The type of data is primary data where the data obtained from media experts, lecturers and students. Data were analysed using Descriptive Data Analysis Techniques which describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of using E-Learning. The results obtained from this research and development are as follows; (1) The validity of E-Learning is stated to be very valid in terms of content and interest with a total validity value of 84%, while the design aspect is stated to be valid with a total value of 85% (2) The practicality of E-Learning is based on the lecturer's response after through validation is stated to be practical with a total score of 87.5%, while the practicality of E-learning based on student responses after going through validation is stated to be practical with a total score of 80% (3) The results obtained from this study are E-Learning is effectively used by employee class students with a graduation rate of 48 student or 89% of 54 students. Based on the findings of this study, it was concluded that E-Learning is valid, practical and effective for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk 1). Menganalisis bagaimana hubungan pengalaman praktek kerja industri, motivasi belajar dan capaian hasil belajar dengan kesiapan bekerja siswa kelas XII tahun pelajaran 2021-2022 di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman. 2). Menganalisis variabel manakah yang lebih dominan antara pengalaman praktek kerja industri, motivasi belajar, dan capaian hasil belajar terhadap kesiapan bekerja siswa kelas XII tahun pelajaran 2021-2022 di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII sebanyak 60 orang siswa yang diambil secara random. Metode pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner dan untuk data skunder menggunakan nilai rapor siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS For Windows Release 21. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa pengalaman praktek kerja industri, motivasi belajar, dan capaian hasil belajar memiliki berhubungan secara posistif dan signifikan dengan kesiapan kerja yang ditunjukan oleh nilai R Square sebesar 0.765 atau 76.5%. Pengalaman praktek kerja industri memiliki tingkat hubungan dengan kesiapan bekerja dengan nilai 0.838 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 kategori sangat kuat. Motivasi belajar memiliki tingkat hubungan dengan kesiapan bekerja dengan nilai 0.804 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 kategori sangat kuat. Capain hasil belajar memiliki tingkat hubungan dengan kesiapan bekerja dengan nilai 0.654 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 kategori kuat. Berdarsarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman praktek kerja industri, motivasi belajar, dan capaian hasil belajar memiliki berhubungan secara posistif dan signifikan dengan kesiapan bekerja siswa kelas XII tahun pelajaran 2021-2022 di SMK Negeri 4 Pariaman.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk berkembangnya teknologi di bidang industri konstruksi adalah Building Information Modelling (BIM). Saat ini, Departemen Teknik Sipil di Universitas Negeri Padang telah memulai pengenalan terhadap BIM dengan memasukkannya sebagai salah satu mata kuliah pilihan. Tujuan utama dari memasukkan BIM dalam kurikulum pendidikan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran para mahasiswa terhadap berbagai aspek pemanfaatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pembelajaran Konsep dan Aplikasi Building Information Modelling (BIM) pada Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Teknik Sipil. Untuk mencapai efektivitas pembelajaran dari mata kuliah pilihan Konsep dan Aplikasi Building Information Modelling (BIM), capaian pembelajaran dari mata kuliah tersebut harus tercapai dengan maksimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Responden pada penelitian ini ada lima orang yang terdiri dari dua dosen yang mengampu Mata Kuliah Konsep dan Aplikasi Building Information Modelling (BIM), dua dosen yang mengetahui BIM, dan satu teknisi laboratorium komputer di Departemen Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pembelajaran Konsep dan Aplikasi Building Information Modelling (BIM) pada Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Teknik Sipil belum berjalan efektif karena capaian mata kuliah yang telah disusun dalam RPS belum tercapai secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Abstract It turns out that the services provided by employees at the Tambak District Office still show indications that employee discipline for work is not being carried out well, which has an impact on employee performance. Based on this phenomenon, the author felt interested and challenged to conduct research to see how much influence the work environment, organizational culture and leadership actually have on employee performance. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all employees of the Tambak sub-district office, Gresik district with a sample of 41 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows software. The conclusion of this research is that the work environment, organizational culture and leadership simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work environment, Organizational culture, Leadership, Employee performance.
