Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of learning in vocational high schools by strengthening teachers' teaching skills as a learning tool, encouraging innovation in teaching methods and providing a competency development model for vocational school teachers. This research uses research methods (Research Development) with the 4D Define, Design, Development, Disseminate model. This research method provides a systematic approach that includes steps and focuses on the process of developing teacher competency effectively to ensure that the flipbook developed is relevant to practical and contextual needs. The 4D model provides a planned testing and evaluation framework, so that research can provide strong empirical evidence about the success of the learning model being developed. The first stage is to determine the needs and objectives of developing the flipbook, which is then continued by designing the concept and structure of the flipbook in accordance with the curriculum and teaching needs of vocational school teachers. After that, the development team carried out the flipbook development process based on a predetermined design, by carrying out regular trials and revisions. The final step is to socialize the flipbook to vocational school teachers and distribute it to relevant stakeholders. The research results obtained in the media validation test were 86%, material 88% and language 89%. The Practicality Assessment obtained a score of 89% and classical completeness 100%. It was concluded that this medium for developing vocational teacher competency is effective as a reference choice in developing vocational teacher competency.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : Tennis Elbow merupakan rasa nyeri pada lengan bawah yang menjalar ke area dorsum tangan karena peradangan atau degenerasi non spesifik pada otot ekstensor carpi radialis brevis (ECRB) di epicondilus lateral humerus. Hal ini didiagnosis secara klinis oleh sensasi rasa sakit dan nyeri tekan pada epikondilus lateral humerus yang memperparah selama dorsi fleksi pada wrist yang dibatasi. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa akhir dengan Tennis Elbow, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 responden menggunakan Purposive sampling dan sampel telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil : nilai rerata tennis elbow pada penerapan ultrasound dan passive Streaching yaitu nilai P=0,012 <0.05 dimana pretest sebesar 7,230±1,048 dan posttest sebesar 5,150±0,580 dengan rerata selisih sebesar 4,35±1,049 yang berarti terjadi peningkatan rata-rata Tennis Elbow sebesar 4,35 setelah intervensi. Hasil uji mann-withney test yaitu nilai p <0,05 yang berarti bahwa ada perbedaan rerata yang signifikan terhadap penerapan ultrasound dan passive Streaching, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa efektif secara signifikan terhadap penurunan VAS pada penderita Tennis Elbow Tipe II. Kesimpulan : Intervensi ultrasound dan passive Streaching. berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Pada Penderita Tennis Elbow tipe II

Abstract

The problem in this study is that teachers still have difficulty in carrying out student attitude assessment through the attitude assessment rubric, in the 2013 curriculum students are required to be more active and the teacher acts as a facilitator, but the teachers in SMK 1 West Sumatra have not been able to position themselves as facilitators. So the learning objectives that have been outlined by the 2013 curriculum have not been maximally achieved. Furthermore, the lack of use of instructional media as a learning support tool, so that learning implemented by SMK 1 West Sumatra is less varied, learning direct learning models that are still not maximally implemented by teachers and the lack of awareness of SMK 1 West Sumatra teachers in participating in curriculum training in 2013. The research objective is to explain the relationship of 21st century teacher skills with the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMK 1 West Sumatra. This research uses correlational quantitative research. Based on the research results obtained that there is a positive and significant relationship of 21st century teacher skills with the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SMK 1 West Sumatra with a contribution percentage of 50.4%.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the development of technology such as computers and the internet is not used for learning purposes but for things that are not important such as social media and games, the lack of habit of using technology such as computers to support the learning process results in the emergence of computer anxiety (doubt in using computers. from the doubt of using this computer, the motivation of students to use computers effectively will decrease and the learning environment does not support the sustainability of the learning process by utilizing technology to the maximum, then the lack of motivation of students in doing school work using existing technology and the lack of the role of teachers or parents in control the use of technology by students so that technological development is not utilized for the benefit of learning. The purpose of research is to know the learning environment that contributes to the ability n technology literacy of students. This research uses correlational quantitative research. Based on the results of the study it was found that there was a positive and significant contribution to the learning environment towards the ability of students' technology literacy with a contribution percentage of 64.5%.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terdapat pada Elemen Perencanaan Pekerjaan Kontruksi dan Perumahan adalah model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru belum mampu mengatasi rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Untuk itu dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka perlu diterapkan model pembelajaran yag memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan kerja sama dalam belajar. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI TKP SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman pada Elemen Perencanaan Pekerjaan Kontruksi dan Perumahan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre Eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang terdiri dari kelas XI TKP. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Padang, pada kelas XI TKP yang terdiri dari 26 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes hasil belajar ( Pretest dan Posttest) berupa soal objektif yang terdiri dari 20 butir soal. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan teknik Paired SampleT-Test (Uji-T berpasangan).Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dari perhitungan T-test diperoleh taraf signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada Elemen Perencanaan Pekerjaan Kontruksi dan Perumahan di SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji Analisis Kualitas Butir Soal Ujian Akhir Semester untuk Mata Pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Konstruksi Bangunan di SMK Dhuafa Padang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk menilai kelayakan soal ujian akhir semester tersebut berdasarkan aspek validitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan efektivitas pengecoh atau distraktor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X DPIB di SMK Dhuafa Padang yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi yang mencakup soal ujian akhir semester, kunci jawaban, dan lembar jawaban siswa. Software ITEMAN 4.3 digunakan dalam analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) dari segi validitas, terdapat 2 soal (6,6%) valid dan 28 soal (93,4%) tidak valid; 2) dari segi tingkat kesukaran, terdapat 4 soal (13%) dalam kategori sedang dan 26 soal (87%) dalam kategori mudah; 3) dari segi daya pembeda, terdapat 4 soal (13%) baik, 5 soal (17%) cukup, 14 soal (46%) kurang baik, dan 7 soal (24%) harus dibuang; 4) dari segi efektivitas pengecoh atau distraktor, terdapat 1 soal (3%) sangat baik, 3 soal (10%) baik, 9 soal (30%) cukup baik, 14 soal (47%) kurang baik, dan 3 soal (10%) tidak baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Interaksi Belajar, Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi, dan Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dengan Hasil Belajar Hidrolika Mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Sipil FT UNP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui angket kuesioner, tes soal, dan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Interaksi Belajar, Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi, dan Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan Hasil Belajar Hidrolika mahasiswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya meningkatkan Interaksi Belajar, Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi, dan Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi pada mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar di bidang Hidrolika dan disiplin ilmu lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of teacher training programs on improving the quality of teaching in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis from several vocational schools in Indonesia. The research results show that the teacher training program makes a significant contribution to increasing pedagogical competence, the application of technology in learning, more effective classroom management, and increasing teacher motivation and job satisfaction. Factors that influence the effectiveness of training programs include the quality of instructors, relevance of training materials, support and facilities from schools, teacher motivation, training methods, and ongoing evaluation and feedback. The relevance of training materials to teaching needs is very important to ensure that teachers acquire knowledge and skills that are in accordance with applicable curriculum requirements and competency standards. Based on these findings, it is recommended to improve the quality and competence of instructors, prepare relevant training materials, provide full support from schools, increase teacher motivation and commitment, and carry out regular evaluation and program adjustments. With these steps, it is hoped that teacher training programs in vocational schools can be more effective in improving teacher professionalism and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Lead is a toxic air pollutant that can damage human health, one of the areas with a high level of hazardous air population is Cimahi City, West Java, Indonesia. High lead levels can affect the decrease in erythrocytes, resulting in anemia. This study aims to determine the relationship between lead levels and the number of erythrocytes in the blood. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, with 18 participants. The blood samples obtained were examined for lead levels using an Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) with a wavelength of 283nm. The number of erythrocytes was analysed using a Hematology Analyzer. The data collection technique used was primary data which was then processed using the Correlation Test. Of the 18 respondents, one respondent was found to have high lead levels, which were at 0.1413 mg/L with a dangerous level category. Meanwhile, the results of the number of erythrocytes showed that two respondents had several erythrocytes above normal with the highest value being 6,170,000 cells/mm3 with a normal value of 4,400,000-5,900,000 cells/mm3. The results of the statistical correlation test seen from the significance value obtained a result of 0.183, this value is greater than the significant value of 0.05 so it can be stated that there is no relationship between lead levels and the number of erythrocytes. After testing, it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between lead levels and the number of erythrocytes in the blood.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih banyaknya guru yang kurang memahami penilaian menggunakan tiga aspek yaitu: pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. Hal tersebut terlihat dari masih banyaknya guru yang kesulitan dalam melaksanakan penilaian sikap siswa melalui rubrik penilaian sikap, perubahan pola pikir guru juga menjadi hal yang sulit untuk diubah, hal ini dikarenakan guru sudah lama mengajar dengan kurikulum KTSP, namun dituntut untuk mengubahnya pada kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum 2013, sehingga dibutuhkan pelatihan maupun sosialisasi kurikulum 2013 secara berkelanjutan. Selanjutnya model pembelajaran learning direct instruction yang masih kurang maksimal dilaksanakan oleh guru, kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan SMKN 1 Sumbar kurang bervariasi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menjelaskan hubungan pelatihan guru dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMKN 1 Sumbar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pelatihan guru dengan implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SMK 1 Sumbar dengan persentase kontribusi sebesar 79,9%.
