Abstract

In Indonesia, bone marrow transplantation is a treatment which not known yet to some people. Kariadi Hospital is the one hospital that do it first. On 1987, it was successful for acute myeloid leukemia case. Bone marrow transplantation is one of therapy used to treat patients with leukemia, severe aplastic anemia, Hodgkin's disease, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, myeloma multiple, many blood disorder and solid tumor. This study described the patients characteristics who did hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during 2017-2021 at Kariadi General Hospital Semarang. This study is a quantitative research non-experiment with design retrospective analysis. Data was taken with a total sampling are 20 patients. Data analysis by describing the criteria. The results describe the sex of patients consist are 60% male and 40% female. Most range age at 35-44 years amount 30%. The diagnosis is 40% in the case of Myeloma Multiple. Most of transplantation doing an autologous transplant are 80%. It is indicated 90% of malignancy cases. All patient got 100% engraftment, all patients happen neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, oral mucositis, gut disorder, and electrolyte imbalance. Amount 15% are hematuria and 10% are urticaria, Veno Occlusive Disease, sepsis, brain infection and brain hemorrhage. The conclusion is patients who did hematopoietic stem cell transplantation have various adverse events and complications depending on many factors or comorbids. These are age, sex, diagnosis, stage of disease, state of remission, regiment conditioning. Health professionals should upgrade knowledge and skill for treatment of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang adaptif dan berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila, sejalan dengan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini ialah, metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest design.  Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak pemberian materi pada kegiatan pelatihan, peserta diberi soal pretest dan posttest yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pretest peserta adalah 40.83, sedangkan posttest meningkat menjadi 60.25, dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 0,000) yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan setelah pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang inklusif, berbasis karakter, dan sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan semacam ini sangat penting untuk memperkuat kapasitas guru PAUD dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya mendukung perkembangan akademik anak, tetapi juga membentuk karakter yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of STEAM learning using Loose Parts on the cognitive and artistic abilities of children aged 5-6 years. The research employs a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental Design. The subjects consist of 48 children divided into experimental and control groups. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U Test, yielding a p-value of < 0.001 (α = 0.05), indicating a significant difference between the two groups. The findings confirm that STEAM learning with Loose Parts has a positive impact on enhancing young children's cognitive and artistic abilities. This approach not only stimulates creativity and problem-solving skills but also improves logical thinking and artistic expression. Therefore, integrating Loose Parts into STEAM learning can be an effective strategy for optimizing early childhood development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of used packaging media on group B children's literacy and numeracy abilities in the Pademonegoro Unitary Dharma Wanita Kindergarten, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations, which show that most children experience obstacles in recognizing letters and numbers. The research took place through a quantitative approach with an experimental design. The experimental design model used is the Quasi Experiment Model with one kind of treatment. The research subjects were 68 children aged 5-6 in Pademonegoro Dharma Wanita Kindergarten. The experimental group consisted of 17 children in group B (Sun) and 17 in group B (Rainbow). The control group consisted of 17 children in group B (Stars) and 17 in group B (Months). The research data was collected through observation techniques, documentation and research instruments. The research data was analyzed statistically using parametric statistical tests, namely the paired t-test with a significant level (sig) less than 5% (0.05). The data analysis results showed an influence of used packaging materials on the literacy and numeracy abilities of group B children in Pademonegoro Unity Dharma Wanita Kindergarten, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research implies that educators are expected to be able to maximize this learning media as a varied learning resource during the implementation of the independent curriculum and as a reference source because learning media is more natural and fun in learning by using media that is easily available and children can explore and collaborate.

Abstract

This research on the use of artistic doodle media focuses on the development of fine motor skills and art which aims to determine the impact of using artistic doodle media on group B children at Tunas Bangsa Kindergarten, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is based on the results of preliminary observations which show that teachers are less effective in using instructional media, so that children are less interested in drawing and coloring activities. The research was conducted by using a descriptive qualitative approach which described the data in the form of narrative analysis, and descriptions of the development that would be developed were aspects of fine motor and artistic development in group B children in Tunas Bangsa Kindergarten as many as 15 children. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation to strengthen research results. The results of research at Tunas Bangsa Kindergarten, Sukodono District, Sidoarjo Regency found that drawing and coloring activities for group B children used artistic doodle media to attract children's interest in scratching objects from geometric patterns and arranging colorful textures to produce beautiful doodle works. This research is expected to utilize artistic doodle media as an effective learning medium in drawing and coloring activities in the Education Unit and become a reference source for other researchers to use and develop artistic doodle media to make it more interesting

Abstract

The learning process of Higher Education requires a system that regulates all components of learning in order to achieve the goals set. This study is a qualitative research that aims to describe the learning management of citizenship courses applied by the Academy of optical refraction Surabaya. The lecturer of citizenship course has done lesson planning by making RPS, organizing learning by dividing all teaching materials according to the number of meetings in one semester and determining the source of teaching materials used. In the implementation of learning courses lecturers have carried out the three stages of learning aitu preliminary, core and closing stages. Supervision of learning is carried out by the head of the Study Program through field observation to determine the suitability of the RPS made with the implementation of learning. Supervision of learning is also carried out by lecturers by conducting formative and summative evaluations. The Learning Management run by the lecturer of citizenship course has been running.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of children's prosocial behavior which is not yet in accordance with the standards for the developmental attainment level of children aged 5-6 years. Lack of prosocial behavior makes children less sensitive to their surroundings, such as children being unable to share, children being unable to help and children being unable to work together. The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of using Sembara storybook media to develop prosocial behavior in children aged 5-6 years. This research uses a type of development research with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The results of the effectiveness test using the Wilcoxon test show that 0.001 < 0.05, because the results of significance are less than 0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that the use of Sembara book media is effective in developing prosocial behavior in children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of School Library Management in Fostering a Culture of Literacy of Students of SMA Hang Tuah 2 and SMA Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo. This is multi-site study and method used in this research is qualitative, by describing and describing the implementation of school library management that has been implemented in SMA Hang Tuah 2 and SMA Hang Tuah 5 which includes planning, organization, implementation, and supervision. In obtaining the results of research and data, researches use interview and observation techniques. Then the data is analyzed in such a way, so that it becomes a qualitative research. The discussion and description of the data it has been done, this research concluded that the management carried out in the school library of SMA Hang Tuah 2 and SMA Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo has carried out the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, and evaluation process carried out by the principal, educators, and librarians. Thus, the School Literacy Movement program will be carried out and the process of fostering the literacy culture of students of SMA Hang Tuah 2 and SMA Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo begins to run as expected

Abstract

Inclusive education is a global movement that emerged in response to the exclusion of learners who are viewed as different by the education system. Countries that hold the consensus to implement inclusive education have structured their legislation to ensure the implementation of inclusive education. However, the practice in schools may not live up to the rhetoric. The purpose of this study is to describe policy implementation in some developing countries. This research focuses on the implementation of inclusive education policies in developing countries. Developing countries are considered to be lacking in implementing inclusive education policies. In addition, developing countries often adopt policies from developed countries that are not in accordance with the characteristics of their countries. This research uses a literature study of journals related to the implementation of inclusive education in developing countries. The results show that the state that holds the consensus in the implementation of inclusive education has guaranteed the implementation of inclusive education in the constitution. The implementation of inclusive education experiences several obstacles related to accessibility, lack of accompanying teachers, poor acceptance by school community members and less than optimal funding. Constitutionally, the state has guaranteed the implementation of inclusive education, but in its implementation there are still several challenges that result in the achievement of the objectives of organizing inclusive education is not optimal. Therefore, the government needs to be consistent in implementing inclusive education policies, so that the achievement of inclusive education goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Elderly who experience anxiety or psychosocial stress can increase blood pressure and can even affect the occurrence of hypertension. Uncomfortable body conditions can affect increased cardiac output and arterial vasoconstriction. This can then increase blood pressure. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety levels and hypertension levels in the elderly at the Dahlia Karanganom Wonokromo Posyandu, Pleret District, Bantul Regency. This study uses a correlation analysis method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 41 respondents. Sampling used total sampling and the Kendall's Tau test. Based on the results obtained, most anxiety levels were in the moderate category, amounting to 23 respondents (56.1%), while the majority of hypertension levels were in the grade 1 hypertension category, amounting to 28 respondents (68.3%). The Kendall's Tau test results showed that the p-value = 0.04 <α = 0.05. So, there is a relationship between anxiety levels and hypertension levels in the elderly at the Dahlia Karanganom Posyandu, Wonokromo, Pleret District, Bantul Regency. The majority of grade 1 hypertension with moderate anxiety were 17 respondents (41.5%). There is a relationship between the level of anxiety and the degree of hypertension in the elderly at the Dahlia Karanganom Wonokromo Posyandu, Pleret District, Bantul Regency.
