Abstract

This research aims to analyze the resilience capabilities of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers in facing professional and contextual challenges through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Using the PRISMA method, 12 articles from 2015–2024 were identified and analyzed to explore the internal and external factors of ECE teachers' resilience. The analysis results indicate that 33% of the articles highlight the role of internal resilience factors such as self-compassion, ego-resilience, and self-esteem. In comparison, 50% of the articles emphasize the importance of social support, institutional policies, and training as external resilience factors. 17% of the articles discuss the interaction between internal and external factors. These findings affirm that resilience results from a dynamic interaction between the individual and their environment. This research recommends developing resilience-based training programs and institutional policies that support the well-being of ECE teachers. With a holistic approach, early childhood education teachers are expected to be better prepared to face professional and contextual challenges that optimally contribute to supporting the development of young children.

Abstract

Abstract: A bakery that produces and sells pastries is called Rini Cake Cookies Bakery in Pulo Bandring District. Gedangan Village is home to Rini Cake Cookies Bakery, Pulo Bandring District. The Rini Bakery processes a large number of sales transactions each day, which has an impact on the raw material inventory of the Rini Cake Cookies Bakery. Maintaining raw material stock levels requires you to keep just enough inventory on hand for sales while cutting down on expenses and labor. An organization's attempt to minimize risk and maximize sales is known as inventory control. The challenge facing the Rini Bakery is figuring out how much raw material stock needs to be produced in the upcoming month to keep up with customer demand, avoid buildup over an extended period of time, and preserve raw material stock stability. Because an accumulation of stock may cause the product to expire before it is given to buyers. Customer demand is the reason for this, as it varies each month based on prevailing patterns. Toko Roti Rini Cake Cookies di Kecamatan Pulo Bandring memproses transaksi penjualan dalam jumlah besar setiap harinya sehingga berdampak pada persediaan bahan baku pada toko roti tersebut. Mempertahankan tingkat stok bahan mentah mengharuskan Anda menyimpan persediaan yang cukup untuk penjualan sekaligus mengurangi biaya dan tenaga kerja. Upaya organisasi untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan penjualan dikenal sebagai pengendalian inventaris. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Toko Roti Rini adalah bagaimana mengetahui berapa banyak stok bahan baku yang harus diproduksi pada bulan mendatang untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan, menghindari penumpukan seiring berjalannya waktu, dan menjaga stabilitas stok bahan baku. Karena penumpukan stok bisa menyebabkan produk kadaluwarsa sebelum diberikan kepada pembeli. Permintaan pelanggan menjadi alasannya, karena bervariasi setiap bulannya berdasarkan pola yang berlaku. Strategi penjualan sebenarnya diperlukan mengingat permasalahan yang ada saat ini, dan salah satu strategi tersebut adalah penggunaan suatu model yaitu metode Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) untuk mengantisipasi atau memprediksi penjualan.Kata kunci: berbasis web; metode single exponetial smoothing (ses); stok bahan baku roti.

Abstract

Data merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan pada suatu instansi, dalam mengamankan suatu data diperlukan pengarsipan yang tertata rapi dan juga aman dari berbagai gangguan ini bertujuan agar data dapat terjaga dengan baik. Pada kantor Desa Urung Pane Kecamatan Setia Janji dalam pengarsipan data masih menggunakan arsip manual di dalam file box yang disusun di meja atau lemari yang mana masih membutuhkan waktu relatif lama untuk mencari data terlebih data yang disimpan dalam kurun waktu yang sudah bertahun lamanya. Melihat dari permasalah tersebut agar data tersimpan dengan aman maka salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan ialah menyimpan data dengan cara digital dengan memanfaatkan Aplikasi Google Drive diharapkan dengan cara ini data dapat tersimpan dengan rapi, dan juga dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun.

Abstract

Abstract : In this design, a remote control system will be made in the form of an Android Smartphone using Bluetooth transmission media and an Arduino Uno microcontroller. The purpose of this tool is designed to find out how an electric car controller using a Smartphone via Bluetooth communication media can work. Data collection techniques using observation (observation) and literature study (Library Research). Meanwhile, data processing techniques use the preparation of tools and materials and design of hardware and software systems. The results of this study indicate that according to the title that the author took, the use of smartphones as a control system in motorized vehicles has been successful and can be used, lights and horns can turn on and off, the car can move back and forth according to the commands received through the buttons on the application in smartphone. The control system for an electric car type motor vehicle uses the Arduino Uno Microcontroller as a controller and a processor for input data received from a Smartphone via a relay, so that it can issue output data in the form of movements from DC motors, horns and electric car lights. Keywords : Bluetooth; Microcontroller; Motor Vehicle; Remote; Smartphone  Abstrak: Pada rancangan ini, akan dibuat sistem kendali layaknya sebuah remote control berupa Smartphone Android menggunakan media transmisi Bluetooth dan Mikrokontroller Arduino Uno. Tujuan Alat ini dirancang yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendali mobil listrik menggunakan Smartphone melalui media komunikasi Bluetooth ini dapat bekerja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan (observation) dan studi kepustakaan (Library Research). Sedangkan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan persiapan alat dan bahan serta perancangan sistem hardware dan software. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sesuai judul yang penulis ambil, pemanfaatan smartphone sebagai sistem kendali pada kendaraan bermotor sudah berhasil dan dapat digunakan, lampu dan klakson dapat menyala dan mati, mobil dapat bergerak maju dan mundur sesuai peritah yang diterima melalui tombol yang ada pada aplikasi di smartphone. Sistem kendali kendaraan bermotor jenis mobil listrik menggunakan Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali dan pengolah data input yang diterima dari Smartphone melalui relay, sehingga dapat mengeluarkan data output berupa gerakan dari motor DC, klakson dan lampu mobil listrik. Kata Kunci : Bluetooth; Kendaraan Bermotor; Mikrokontroler; Remote; Smartphone

Abstract: Motorbikes are vehicles owned by almost everyone, especially inIndonesia. But the number of motorbikes is not matched by the presence of a workshop, especially a tire repair shop. When a motorbike rider experiences a flat tire he must push the motorbike for long distance. This research is designed to help motorbike rider who experience a flat tire, so they no longer need to push a motorcycle. The tool design work system to be made is to use an Arduino nano controller because of its small and affordable size. 2pcs 1 watt solar panel which functions to charge the 22.2VDC battery which is used to run the tool designed. The MPX5700AP pressure sensor is a sensor for reading motorcycle tire pressure which will be displayed on the LCD that has been set on the nano Arduino. Then the user only needs to enter motorcycle tire pressure with the KPA unit with the provided keypad, and the pump will automatically fill the tires according to the user’s wishes. This tool is designed with a descriptive research method, and with this tool is expected to help motorbike rider who often driver long distances or rural motorbike rider who experience flat tire problems. Keywords: Solar cell; automatic pump; keypad 4x4; dc pump; MPX5700AP.  Abstrak:Sepeda motor merupakan kendaraan yang dimiliki hampir seluruh masyarakat, terutama di Indonesia. Namun dengan banyaknya sepeda motor, tidak di imbangi dengan keberadaan bengkel, terutama bengkel tambal ban. Sehingga ketika pengendara sepeda motor mengalami kempes ban harus mendorong sepeda motornya dalam jarak yang cukup jauh. Penelitian ini dibuat untuk membantu pengendara sepeda motor yang mengalami ban kempes, sehingga tidak perlu lagi untuk mendorong sepeda motor. Sistem kerja dari rancangan alat yang akan dibuat adalah menggunakan kontroler arduino nano karena berukuran kecil dan harga terjangkau. 2 Panel surya 1watt yang berfungsi untuk mengisi daya baterai 22.2VDC yang digunakan untuk menjalankan alat yang dirancang. Sensor tekanan MPX5700AP sebagai sensor untuk membaca tekanan angin ban sepeda motor yang akan ditampilkan ke LCD yang sudah di setting pada ardunio nano. Lalu pengguna hanya perlu memasukkan tekanan angin ban sepeda motor dengan satuan KPA dengan keypad yang sudah disediakan, dan pompa akan secara otomatis mengisi angin ban sesuai dengan keinginan dari pengguna. Alat ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengendara sepeda motor yang sering berkendara jarak jauh ataupun pengendara sepeda motor di pedalaman desa yang mengalami kendala ban kempes. Kata kunci: Panel surya; pompa otomatis; keypad 4x4; pompa dc; MPX5700DP.

Abstract

Abstrack:Chili is one type of plant that is widely planted by the community. Chili becomes a vegetable that has high economic value. However, farmers still use traditional methods in determining the chili seeds to be planted. Just as farmers choose chili seeds based only on chili seeds at a low price, so it is less able to overcome various pests that allow yields to fall. Of course this will have an impact on the lack of sale prices of crops. to carry out a research process by applying technology that can increase the yield of chilli crops through the application of a Decision Support System. The method used is the MOORA method which is one of the methods of a decision support system. Through the application of this method, researchers will compare each type of chilli seedlings based on criteria that will determine which chili is said to be superior. So that it will produce an information about the types of superior chili seeds based on all the existing criteria. Through the creation of a web-based system / application for the selection of superior chilli seedlings, farmers in Indonesia have broad access to take advantage of the results of future research making it easier for farmers to know which chili seeds are superior.The results of this study obtained the most superior chili with the highest value of 0.469, namely large red chilies. So what is the result of the recommendation for the implementation of this MOORA method is large red chili. Keywords:Decision Support System; MOORA Method; Chili Seed Abstrak: Cabai merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang banyak ditanam masyarakat. Cabai menjadi sayuran yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Akan tetapi petani masih meng- gunakan cara tradisional dalam menentukan bibit cabai yang akan ditanam. Seperti halnya petani memilih bibit cabai hanya berdasarkan bibit cabai dengan harga yang murah, sehingga hal tersebut kurang mampu mengatasi berbagai hama yang memungkinkan hasil panen menjadi turun. Tentu hal tersebut akan berdampak pada kurangnya harga jual hasil panen. untuk melakukan proses penelitian dengan menerapkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil panen tanaman cabai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode MOORA yang merupakan salah satu metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan. Melalui penerapan metode ini, peneliti akan membandingkan setiap jenis bibit cabai ber- dasarkan kriteria yang akan menentukan suatu cabai dikatakan unggul. Sehingga hal tersebut akan menghasilkan sebuah informasi tentang jenis bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan semua kriteria yang ada. Melalui pembuatan sistem/aplikasi berbasis web untuk pemilihan bibit cabai unggul ini, maka para petani di Indonesia memiliki akses luas untuk memanfaatkan hasil penelitian nantinya sehingga memudahkan para petani mengetahui bibit cabai yang unggul. Abstract: Rapid technological developments require humans to always interact with information technology such as the internet and play an important role in business operations. Customer satisfaction is crucial in a competitive industry with significant differences in customer loyalty. CRM is used as a means to establish ongoing relationships between companies and customers, enabling companies to understand customer needs and preferences throughout the marketing, sales and post-sales service processes. This research focuses on implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) through a website to increase customer satisfaction at HD PHOTO, a photo printing business in Tanjungbalai, North Sumatra. Even though HD PHOTO tries to increase customer loyalty and attract new customers, the company faces obstacles in its business processes. Manual transaction recording and sales made manually cause sales reporting errors. Customers who are far from the company location face inefficiencies in time and in promotion and marketing due to the absence of a company website for product information. This research aims to implement CRM to evaluate its impact on customer satisfaction at HD PHOTO. The proposed solution involves building a website using PHP and MySQL programming languages to increase sales and overall customer satisfaction at HD PHOTO.            Keywords: CRM, HD Photo, PHP  Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menuntut manusia untuk selalu berinteraksi dengan Keberadaan teknologi informasi  seperti internet dan memainkan peran penting dalam operasional bisnis. Kepuasan pelanggan menjadi krusial dalam industri yang kompetitif dengan perbedaan signifikan dalam loyalitas pelanggan. CRM digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menjalin hubungan berkelanjutan antara perusahaan dan pelanggan, memungkinkan perusahaan memahami kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan sepanjang proses pemasaran, penjualan, dan layanan pasca penjualan.  Penelitian ini fokus pada implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) melalui sebuah website untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di HD PHOTO, sebuah usaha percetakan foto di Tanjungbalai, Sumatra Utara. Meskipun HD PHOTO berusaha meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan menarik pelanggan baru, perusahaan menghadapi kendala dalam proses bisnisnya. Pencatatan transaksi manual dan penjualan yang dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan kesalahan pelaporan penjualan. Pelanggan yang berada jauh dari lokasi perusahaan menghadapi ketidakefisienan waktu dan dalam promosi dan pemasaran karena ketiadaan website perusahaan untuk informasi produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan CRM guna mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di HD PHOTO. Solusi yang diusulkan melibatkan pembangunan website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan di HD PHOTO. Kata kunci: CRM, HD Photo,PHP

Abstract

The background to this research is the importance of finding an integration pattern between the project learning model and Ethno-STEM based inquiry to explain scientific knowledge regarding the aroma of herbal tea.  The fundamental research objective is to design an integration pattern for the project and Ethno-STEM learning model and reconstruct scientific knowledge based on public knowledge of the aromatic volatile compounds of Indonesian and world herbal teas. This research method and approach is mixed research. This qualitative approach is to find the integration of the project learning model and Ethno-STEM (Ethno-STEM PjLM) and its syntax. A quantitative approach regarding analyzing tea aroma volatile compounds using an Arduino gas sensor: research data from literature studies, interviews, reconstruction, and data on identifying volatile compounds in the aroma of herbal tea analyzed descriptively, qualitatively, and quantitatively. The results of the research concluded: (1) the reconstruction and integration pattern between PjLM Ethno-STEM is an integrated pattern with SUDARMIN syntax, (2) the reconstruction of scientific knowledge based on public knowledge regarding the process of isolation, extraction, and bioactivity of secondary metabolites, (3) herbal tea aroma volatiles compounds are identified by Arduino sensor: carbon dioxide, methane, propane, butane, acetone, alcohol, and ester, (4) the implementation of Ethno-STEM PjLM received a positive response from students.

Abstract

The problem of this research is developments in the 21st century that require someone to have special abilities, namely chemical literacy. This is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum which demands responsiveness to developments in science, culture, technology, and the arts. The aim of this research is to develop worksheets and improve students' chemical literacy skills in acid-base material. The method used uses a research and development approach with a research flow that adopts the 4-D development model, i.e. definition, design, development, and dissemination. However, this research was carried out up to the 3-D stage, i.e. definition, design, and development. The feasibility of the LKPD is seen through the assessment of material expert validators at 92.86% and media validators at 96.67% in the "Very Feasible" category. The effectiveness of the LKPD can be seen from the pretest-posttest results with an N-Gain of 0.81 in the high category. The results of chemical literacy analysis on the content, epistemic, and procedural knowledge aspects were 94.30%, 81.39%, and 64.45%. Meanwhile, context and competency aspects produced 84.07% and 92.22%. The developed LKPD was declared feasible by experts in the very feasible category and declared effective because it obtained a high N-Gain value.

Abstract

The research carried out has the aim of developing science microlearning learning media integrated with regional letters that is feasible, practical and effective. The development research (R&D) method was designed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model. The small-scale experiment was tested on 9 grade 8 students at SMPN 2 Marioriwawo and the large-scale experiment was implemented in the experimental group (8.2) of SMPN 2 Marioriwawo with 27 students. The research results in this study prove that the science microlearning learning media integrated with Lontara Bugis local wisdom based on Responsive Website Design (RWD) is very suitable for use in science learning. The practicality test based on teacher and student responses has very practical criteria. The effectiveness of the product was tested through an experimental method through a post-test only control group design research design. Hypothesis testing uses an independent sample t-test with significance results (2-tailed) = 0.01 < 0.05, which means that the learning outcomes of experimental class students are higher than the scores of control class students. The resulting responses from experimental class students were in the positive category. So the conclusion of this research is that the learning media products developed are feasible, practical and effective for use as media in the teaching and learning process (PBM).
