Abstract

This community service activity aims to help small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) meet customer needs and adapt to rapidly changing market trends. The method of this mentoring activity is through training and mentoring. The results of the mentoring activity indicate that the training is very beneficial for participants. Participants' enthusiasm for the training is demonstrated by the high level of participation and attention; this improves participants' understanding and skills. Furthermore, reports of increased revenue reported by participants and new employee applications indicate that the training also helps companies grow. This demonstrates the importance of product innovation training in driving sustainable MSME growth. Researchers found that small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tunggul Village will be better able to meet customer needs if product innovation training is continuously provided.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are developing and evaluating the effectiveness of a digital comic based green chemistry instructional materials integrated with Virtual Reality (VR) and Baduy local wisdom to improve students’ sustainable environmental literacy. Utilizing Research and Development (R&D) method using 4D model, all instructional components (VR digital comic, teaching module, test instruments, and questionnaires) were validated by experts and deemed highly valid (Aiken’s V > 0.80). A try out of the VR digital comic media with small scale revealed enggaging category with an average percentage exceeding 90%. The Independent Sample t-Test in the experimental and control classes showed a statistically significant difference in posttest scores (Sig. <.001), proving a substantial increase in learning outcomes in the experimental class. Environmental literacy analysis based on the National Environmental Literacy Assessment (NELA) indicators supports these findings: the experimental group achieved a high-level criterion (score: 190) compared to the control group (score: 169). The most prominent improvement in the experimental class was observed in the knowledge and cognitive skills dimensions. The implementation of this learning innovation effectively improves students’ environmental literacy, particularly in knowledge and cognitive skills. Nevertheless, the development of deeply internalized environmental attitudes and behaviors may require more time and a more in-depth approach. However, but this innovation shows significant potential in shaping a generation responsible for environmental issues.

Abstract

Business is an economic activity carried out by individuals or organizations to produce and sell goods or services with the aim of making a profit. The NSH Group Store is a business that sells carpets, pillows, bolsters, and dolls located in the Sei Dadap I/II Plantation, Sei Dadap District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra 21225. The NSH Group Store was established in 2016 and is owned by Mrs. Siti Komariah Siregar. Among the challenges faced by the NSH Group Store owner are irregular stock procurement. Sales transaction processes still use conventional methods, reducing efficiency and time effectiveness, and potentially leading to data errors. Supply Chain Management is a series of approaches used to efficiently integrate suppliers so that goods can be distributed in the right quantities, locations, and at the right time, with the aim of minimizing overall system costs. A bolster pillow is a pillow that can function as both a pillow and a bolster. Bolster pillows are oval and long, so they can be hugged while sleeping. The benefits of a bolster pillow include maintaining a proper sleeping position, reducing pressure on joints, helping reduce aches, improving sleep quality, and improving overall health. Therefore, by implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM), data processing will be faster and more accurate.

Abstract

Business ventures are activities carried out by individuals or organizations involving the production, sale, purchase, or exchange of goods and services, with the aim of generating profit. A basic necessities store (commonly known as a “sembako” store in Indonesia) sells daily staple needs, especially the nine essential commodities (sembako), which include items such as rice, sugar, cooking oil, eggs, salt, and other key food ingredients. UD. Putri 2, located in Dusun 1A, Sumber Harapan Village (21261), Tinggi Raja Subdistrict, Asahan Regency, was established in 2018 and has since become an essential part of the local community. This has required UD. Putri 2 to constantly monitor their stock inventory. However, the company still faces inefficiencies in managing sales data processing, which often leads to inventory shortages. When the supply of goods is insufficient to meet customer demand, customers may turn to other stores. If this occurs repeatedly, the store risks losing profit due to the unavailability of goods. Supply Chain Management (SCM) refers to the integrated processes and production activities starting from the acquisition of raw materials from suppliers, the value-adding processes that turn raw materials into finished products, the inventory storage process, and the distribution of finished goods to retailers and consumers. The implementation of SCM can optimize inventory management of staple goods, minimize inventory costs, and improve supply chain efficiency at UD. Putri 2.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Mattabe’ cultural integrated Pancasila education teaching module in improving student learning outcomes in elementary schools. The research method used was quantitative using an experimental class with a random control group design. The research sample consisted of randomly selected schools in certain areas, with one group receiving learning using Pancasila education teaching modules integrated with Mattabe’ culture to improve learning outcomes and the other group as a control who continued to use teaching modules that were not integrated with Mattabe’ culture. Data was collected through posttest learning outcomes which were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis Test to test significant differences between the two groups. The research results showed that students who studied using the Pancasila education module experienced a significant increase in understanding and academic achievement compared to the control group. These findings support the importance of integrating Mattabe’ culture in education as a strategy to increase the relevance and effectiveness of learning. Sustainable implementation of the Mattabe culture integrated Pancasila education teaching module in improving learning outcomes in elementary schools.

Abstract

Problem: the integration of local wisdom in junior secondary science learning remains limited, contributing to low students’ creative thinking skills. Furthermore, the use of digital teaching materials that support project-based learning is not yet optimal, resulting in less contextual and engaging learning. Objective: this study aimed to develop and examine the feasibility and effectiveness of a Project-Based Learning (PjBL)-based e-booklet on temperature and heat integrated with the local wisdom of Magelang pottery. Method: this research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model and involved an experimental and a control class. The evaluation focused on feasibility (validity, readability, and practicality) and efeftiviness (product and process performance, as well as learning outcomes). Results: the developed e-booklet was found to be valid, practical, and received positive responses from students. Conclusion: the e-booklet was sufficiently effective in enhanving student engagement and creative thinking skills, making it a feasible contextual teaching material for junior secondary science learning.

Abstract

Filsafat pendidikan Agama Islam secara umum membahas berbagai isu yang muncul di bidang pendidikan. Seperti masalah-masalah yang menyangkut rancangan kurikulum pendidikan, sasaran pendidikan, strategi pengajaran, penilaian pendidikan, hakikat pengajar, hakikat pelajar, serta hal-hal yang lain. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk dipahami pokok-pokok bahasan yang tercakup dalam filsafat pendidikan Islam. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pendidikan Islam memerlukan beragam konsep yang sesuai untuk mengarahkan kegiatan pendidikan menuju tujuan yang diharapkan. Sebaik dan sempurna apa pun suatu konsep dalam pendidikan, konsep tersebut tidak akan bermakna jika tidak didukung oleh konsep-konsep lainnya. Dengan kata lain, konsep-konsep tersebut harus saling terhubung dan berkesinambungan. Apabila implementasi suatu konsep tidak sesuai dalam praktiknya, hal itu akan mengganggu proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, seluruh konsep dalam filsafat pendidikan Islam adalah persyaratan mutlak untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan Islam secara efektif.

Abstract

Al Furqon Batu Bara Private Vocational School is a private school institution located in Batu Bara Regency which consists of 12 teachers. This school has quite complete facilities and is supported by quite complete technological facilities and information systems. Al Furqon Batu Bara Private Vocational School is also included in the model SMK for other schools, because Al Furqon Batu Bara Private Vocational School has many achievements in various fields. Every year, the Principal conducts an assessment of teacher performance in supervision activities to improve quality education. This method aims to determine the level of achievement of teachers in the school. The Teacher Performance Assessment is not only to determine the level of achievement of teachers in the school, but will also be included in the selection of outstanding teachers which is routinely held by the Ministry of Education and Culture starting at the District, Regency/City, Provincial and National levels. However, the problem with determining Teacher Performance Assessment at Al Furqon Batu Bara Private Vocational School is that it is still subjective in the sense that the assessment is carried out conventionally using assessment sheets because there are no assessment aspects used in assessing teacher performance in supervision activities

Abstract

Bunda Medicine Shop, Sidodadi Village, which is located on Jalan Ir. Sutami, Sidodadi Village, Regency. Asahan is one of the pharmacies that sells types of medicine, namely Paracetamol 500mg, Bufect Ibu-Profen, Sanmol, Sanaflu and Vicks formula 44. When stocking medicines, they still use manual estimates. This can cause excessive stock (over stock) if the medicine does not run out within the estimated time, resulting in losses to the pharmacy if the medicine has reached its expiry date. Apart from causing excess medication or accumulation of medication, pharmacies also don't know about medication shortages or running out of medication stock, resulting in less than optimal service to the public. This can have an impact on the distribution process because it creates uncertainty in carrying out drug transactions and is prone to errors in ordering drugs and uncontrolled drug sales due to inadequate planning. Based on the problems that occur, a forecasting system will be built that will help predict drug stocks based on previous drug sales history. By looking at previous sales it will help in making decisions about future drug supplies so that the drug stock you have is not overstocked or understocked. Therefore, a forecasting system using the Trend Moment Method is needed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cultivation and implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in shaping students' social awareness, and to identify the challenges faced at UPT SD Negeri 180 Kalimbua, Enrekang Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data gathered through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants consisted of the principal, two PAI teachers, four homeroom teachers for grades III–VI, and ten selected students. The findings reveal that: (1) PAI values were cultivated integratively and progressively by linking Islamic teachings to concrete social actions across grade levels; (2) PAI learning was implemented through inclusive, contextual, and social project-based approaches involving active parental and community participation; (3) primary challenges included student background heterogeneity and unsupportive external environments, addressed through adaptive, community-based collaborative strategies. This study concludes that integrated PAI learning significantly shapes empathy, caring, responsibility, and students' active participation in social life.
