Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh modal psikologi, motivasi kerja, kepusaankerja,dan komitmen organisasionalterhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor BPTIKP Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi JawaTengah. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Seluruh pegawai berjumlah 92 orang dijadikansampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas kuesioner menggunakan analisisfaktor dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha. Uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) modal psikologi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja;(2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (3) modal psikologi tidak berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai dengan koefisien regresi; (3) motivasi kerja berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional; (4) kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadapkomitmen organisasional pegawai; (6) modal psikologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai;(7) motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan koefisien regresi; (8) kepuasankerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (9) komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the reading culture of students through a literacy program ten minutes before lectures. The research method used is qualitative research. Research subjects, Indonesian Language Education students in semesters one, three, and five. Collecting data to determine the reading culture of students through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Based on the results of data collection conducted on Indonesian Language Education students, Billfath University, the following data were obtained: reading culture among sixth semester students was 58% of the total 46 students. In the third semester students the reading culture level of students is 93.75% of the total number of 20 students. The reading culture in first semester students is 65% of the total number of students 46. Thus, the literacy program ten minutes before lectures is able to foster a reading culture in students. This can be seen when the literacy program has not been implemented ten minutes before lectures. In terms of reading the most students read, namely: 65% of students read journal articles with the theme of education / teaching, 20% of students read language journal articles, and 15% of students read literary journals.

Abstract

Evaluasi kurikulum setidaknya harus mencakup tiga hal, yaitu produk, efek dan impact. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal apa saja yang dibahas dan di evaluasi dalam suatu kurikulum pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian studi pustaka (library research) sebagai sumber acuan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi kurikulum diantaranya ialah Measurement, Congruence, Illumination, Educational System Evaluation, Model CIPP/ CIPPO. Model evaluasi yang sering digunakan oleh para evaluator adalah model CIPPO. Dalam evaluasi ini terdapat beberapa pertanyaan kunci yaitu “Apa yang dibutuhkan? Apa yang harus dilakukan? Apakah program telah dilaksanakan? Bagaimana tingkat keberhasilan program? Dampak apa yang ditimbulkan dari pelaksanaan program?”. Dengan pertanyaan tersebut akan memudahkan evaluator untuk membuat pertimbangan keputusan  tentang kurikulum yang sedang berjalan ataupun yang telah dijalankan.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has penetrated all people globally, including the Indonesian people who feel that the teaching and learning culture must follow health protocols. Still, the learning process must continue even though it is limited. This study aims to determine curriculum adaptation during the Covid-19 pandemic, teacher strategies, and its impact on MI Salafiyah Tajungsari and SDN Sitiluhur 02. This type of research used qualitative field studies with data sources for school principals, curriculum development teams, and teachers. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, concluding, and verification. The technique of testing the validity of the data used triangulation of sources and methods. The research findings showed that MI Salafiyah Tajungsari uses an emergency curriculum with essential materials, while SDN Sitiluhur 02 uses a curriculum that simplifies critical competencies. The learning strategies used by teachers include online and offline. The difference lies offline. Offline at MI Salafiyah Tajungsari held limited face-to-face meetings, while offline at SDN Sitiluhur 02, students carried out the tasks assigned by the teacher and submitted their work to school. The impact of the adaptation curriculum has made the competency target of the school not maximally achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besaran surplus konsumen daging sapi potong di Kecamatan Sokaraja dan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan variabel wilayah tempat tinggal (perkotaan dan perdesaan) yang selama ini belum banyak digabungkan peneliti lain, dengan fenomena penelitian di daerah dengan tingkat konsumsi sapi potong terbesar di indonesia. Jumlah sampel adalah 100 orang yang terbagi dua di Kecamatan Sokaraja dan Kecamatan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis surplus konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata willingness to pay daging sapi potong di Kecamatan Sokaraja dan Kembaran adalah Rp 136.900 per kilogram. Nilai ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata harga daging sapi potong yang dibayarkan yaitu Rp. 127.650 sehingga didapatkan surplus konsumen sebesar Rp. 9.250. Total surplus konsumen yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah Rp. . Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah dinas atau instansi pemerintah terkait harus berfokus untuk menambahkan produksi daging sapi potong atau melakukan impor daging sapi potong untuk memenuhi permintaan dikarenakan kesediaan membayar konsumen masih diatas rata rata dari harga daging sapi potong itu sendiri.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions and the influence of brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Aqua branded Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) products. The variables used in this study are Green Marketing and Brand Awareness as an independent variable, and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. By taking the sample using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique.The data collection method used a questionnaire. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using analysis tools SPSS version 20.0 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that (1) the Green Marketing variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t value of 2.029, greater than t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.045, less than 0.05. (2) Brand Awareness variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t count value of 8.431, greater than t table 1.984 with a significant value of 0.000, smaller 0.05.

Abstract

This study analyzes the process of integration of tawhīd  (believing in one God) values with trade tradition among the Gayo tribe, which helped to improve their economy and create a more prosperous way of life. This tribe is domiciled in the central region of Aceh, whose origins are Old Malays, and they have lived for a long time in the highlands of Gayo. Thus, they were involved in typical economic activities such as farming, gardening, fishing,  rearing of livestock, as well as household businesses and tourism, which were carried out systemically and periodically by the government and jointly supervised by agricultural experts. However, every work carried out had monotheism values with an emphasis on faith and worship because all natural resources were believed to be owned by Allah SWT. This study uses a qualitative approach in which the data collected were in the form of words, images, and not numbers. Results revealed that by capitalizing on faith and piety, the Gayo tribe believes that they can achieve happiness and blessings like the people of Gayo Land who strictly practice Islam in their daily lives and have a blessed, prosperous and dignified life from God.

Abstract

Abstract: Reference of Development in the Post-Tsunami Aceh: An Analysis Toward Islamic Based Development. Tsunami disaster occurred in Aceh causes not only in the lost of a great number lives but also in very serious destruction of infrastructure and every aspect of lives. Thus, in post Tsunami, rebuilding Aceh becomes the priority of the government. This article tries to analytically describe various government programs in rebuilding Aceh in the post Tsunami. In such a context, the author argues that besides referring to national development program (Propenas) rebuilding Aceh also refer to the regulation of Qanun of Aceh, a regulation of which constitutes the principles of Islamic teachings to be used as a blue print for rehabilitating and reconstructing in the post-Tsunami Aceh. Kata Kunci: pembangunan, propenas, qanun Aceh

Abstract

This paper tries to review and analyze the thoughts of the twentieth-century Acehnese ulama, Shaykh Mudawali Al-Khalidi, who was one of the charismatic ulama of Aceh in the twentieth century, because in the context of Aceh, the role of a dayah ulama was very influential in people's lives. The problem of kalam thinking that often becomes a hot conversation at any time for example about the acts of servants, the will or justice of God and eschatology, which is believed to be able to answer the problems of the Ummah and there will be a basic concept about it, where the Acehnese people who are known to be harmonious and polite bring many basic foundations kalam that makes them live peacefully. Abuya Mudawali in giving his views on the acts of the servants of God and God gave optional for the servants so that later there would be justice for the servants of God in life after death (eschatology) these three problems are interrelated with each other, then there must be consistency of thought.

Abstract

The book entitled "Psychological Phenomenology" contains many things related to the discussion of phenomenology which are packaged in more depth. In this research, the researcher wants to explore the scope of what is included in the study of phenomenology and study leading phenomenological figures and their theories that influence the phenomenological thinking of M.A.W. Brouwer. The aim of this research is to provide more in-depth knowledge regarding the thoughts of a M.A.W. Brouwer and his substance regarding phenomenological studies from his point of view. In this research, researchers used a type of library research (Library Research). The object of this research is a book by M.A.W. Brouwer entitled Phenomenological Psychology and several supporting literature to strengthen the reference material for this research. This research activity consists of reading book texts, reading several other reading materials regarding the main characters of the research and identifying the ideas of the characters' thoughts so that it becomes a research unit that is informative but also philosophical. The results of this research explain that although M.A.W. Brouwer never considered himself a phenomenologist and had a theory regarding phenomenology, but much of the substance of his thinking tended to analyze many figures to become a source of knowledge for him.
