Abstract

This study aims to examine character education for children through the study of moral beliefs about good and bad values. This type of research is qualitative with a literature study method. Research data were obtained from various scientific references, including articles, books, proceedings and final assignments (thesis, thesis, dissertation). Then the data were analyzed systematically based on literature review. The results of this study indicate that moral aqeedah has a very important position in everyday life and is very closely related, because someone who has good faith will lead to good morals or actions, and good morals will encourage someone to do what is good and what is ordered. by Allah and stay away from his prohibitions, so that good faith is planted in his heart. Islam does not only judge the good or bad behavior of a person from visible deeds. But from within himself and his intentions as well. Behavior if it starts with good intentions, then the results will be good and can be judged good, otherwise the deeds that start with bad intentions will result in bad actions and are considered bad too. In addition to good and real deeds in terms of intentions, Islam measures the goodness or badness of a person's behavior in terms of doing it, such as someone who has good intentions if it is done with the wrong action then the act is considered bad (despicable).

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam  penilitan ini adalah mengkonstruksi penilaian  ‎berbabasis HOTS, menentukan kelayakan asesmen berbasis HOTS, dan untuk menguji ‎keefektifan  dari Asesmen berbasis HOTS ranah pengetahuan pada pembelajaran fikih kelas 4 ‎MIS Al Islamiyah Lumbang Kal-Sel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan jenis R And D ‎‎(Research and Developmen) yang dikembangkan oleh Burg dan Gall, cara pengumpulan data ‎menggunakan Angket, wawancara, observasi ,dan dokumentasi, analisis data menggunakan ‎analisis Kuantitatif diskriptif. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah  pertama, hasil Validasi Ahli bahasa sebesar 90,75% , ahli materi 72%, ahli asesmen 85,5%, dan validasi kelompok kecil (uji kepraktisan produk) sebesar 87,33%. Kedua, ada 18 soal yang ‎dinyatakan valid. Ketiga, asesmen dinyatakan tidak efektif karna hanya ada 56% atau 14 siswa ‎yang berhasil mendapat nilai ≥75 dari 25 siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this socialization is aimed at knowing superior products that can enter the modern market and identifying the potential of products in Martadinata Village. Helping MSME players be able to make strategies to face the modern global market, namely providing knowledge and preparing to welcome the capital of the archipelago. MSMEs are considered to be one of the strongest business sectors in facing the global crisis. However, it does not rule out the possibility that MSMEs are unable to face this situation considering the global market is not an easy thing. Therefore, it is very important for MSMEs to build the right strategy in developing their business in order to be able to compete in facing the global market. MSMEs are managed by the community with funds from the government through investment programs provided by the government. This effort has a positive influence on the development of an area.Tujuan Sosialisasi ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui produk unggulan yang bisa memasuki pasar modern dan mengidentifikasi potensi produk yang ada di desa Martadinata. Membantu pelaku UMKM mampu membuat strategi menghadapi pasar global yang serba modern yakni memberi pengetahuan  dan menyiapkan diri menyambut Ibu Kota Nusantara. UMKM dinilai menjadi salah satu sektor usaha terkuat dalam menghadapi krisis global. Meski demikian, tak menutup kemungkinan bahwa UMKM tidak mampu menghadapi situasi tersebut mengingat pasar global bukanlah hal yang mudah. Maka dari itu, sangat penting bagi UMKM untuk membangun strategi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan usahanya agar mampu bersaing dalam menghadapi pasar global. UMKM yang di kelola masyarakat dengan dana dari pemerintah melalui program penanaman modal yang di berikan oleh pemerintah. Usaha ini memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pembangunan suatu daerah.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. 2) Untuk mengetahui disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, berjenis desktiptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Teknik sampling diambil secara total sebanyak 31 karyawan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pangaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan parsial terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan pada SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,659. artinya thitung > ttabel (3,659 > 2,048) dan nilai sig t = 0,001 lebih kecil dari nilai a = 5% dengan tingkatan korelasi yang kuat, signifikan, dan positif. Variabel disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta secara signifikan dan parsial dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,932. artinya thitung > ttabel (4,932 > 2,048) dan nilai sig t = 0.000 lebih kecil dari nilai a = 5% dengan tingkatan korelasi yang sangat kuat, signifikan dan positif. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan SMK 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta, secara signifikan dan simultan diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 44,811 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3,34 maka Fhitung > Ftabel. Hasil perhitungan statistik menggunakan SPSS 26 yang tertera pada tabel di atas, diperoleh tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Ftabel < Fhitung = 3,34 < 44,811. Ftabel 3,34 diperoleh dengan melihat tabel F dengan derajat df = k-1 (3-1) dan df = n-k (31-3) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Karena tingkat signifikansi pada uji Anova sebesar 0,000 di bawah 0,05 Ftabel < Fhitung artinya semua variabel independent/bebas gaya kepemimpinan (X1), disiplin kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel dependen/terikat kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh sistem pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektivitas kinerja karyawan PT. Revo Solusindo. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini: 1). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Pengawasan Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Revo Solusindo. 2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Revo Solusindo. 3). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Pengawasan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Revo Solusindo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, berjenis deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Revo Solusindo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel menggunakan Total Sampling, diambil sampel sebanyak 50 Karyawan di PT. Revo Solusindo sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dalam penelitian ini: 1). Terdapat pengaruh sistem pengawasan Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan, terbukti nilai hitung untuk variabel Sistem Pengawasan(X1) sebesar 5.726 sedangkan nilai tabel untuk N = 50 sebesar 1.675. Jadi 5.726 > 1.675, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dapat dinyatakan bahwa Sistem Pengawasan(X1) berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan(Y). 2). Terdapat pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan, terbukti nilai thitung untuk variabel Disiplin Kerja(X2) sebesar 7.761, sedangkan nilai ttabel untuk N = 50 sebesar 1.675. Jadi 7.761 > 1.675, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja(X2) berpengaruh Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan(Y). 3). nilai thitung untuk variabel Disiplin Kerja(X2) sebesar 7.761, sedangkan nilai ttabel untuk N = 50 sebesar 1.675. Jadi 7.761 > 1.675, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja(X2) berpengaruh Terhadap Efektivitas Kinerja Karyawan(Y).

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a curriculum that prioritizes learning according to the needs and fulfillment of student competencies. This is in line with differentiated learning which puts forward a learning approach that adapts to the needs of each student in the learning process. However, studies on differentiated implementation in the independent curriculum, especially in MI, are still limited. Departing from these problems, the researcher is interested in conducting a literature review regarding differentiated learning in the implementation of the independent curriculum in MI. The purposes of this research are (1) to describe differentiated learning, (2) to explain the results of implementing differentiated learning in the independent curriculum, especially in MI (3) the challenges of implementing differentiated learning in implementing the independent curriculum in MI. Various literature was obtained from various scientific research from 2021-2023 with the help of Google Scholar and obtained 24 studies with the keywords "differentiated learning" and "independent curriculum". From the 24 articles identification, data selection, due diligence and data analysis were carried out in order to obtain 5 articles that were in accordance with the objectives of the literature review. The results from the literature are 3 core points (1) differentiated learning has four basic aspects namely content, process, project and learning environment; (2) differentiated learning is in line with the objectives of the independent curriculum which emphasizes learning according to students' needs; (3) the challenges that occur in the field are still limited to the skills of teachers and MI resources to implement differentiated learning in MI.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation system and process moral education that can lead to successful achievement of goals boarding school for the elderly which includes (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementation, (4) assessment, and (5) supervision of the moral education process at the Izzatul Islam Islamic boarding school in Magelang City. This research uses qualitative methods with the researcher also functioning as the main instrument (key instrument) who goes into the field and tries to collect data himself through observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that; (1) All planning processes for elderly Islamic boarding school moral education from; Determining the material must be a priority scale that suits their learning needs, the material is designed and delivered in such a way as to directly involve the students optimally, planning a learning atmosphere that is conducive to being happy, comfortable, safe and calm for learning. All these aspects have been pursued in accordance with the concept of humanistic management. (2) The organization of the institution, which includes organizers, programs, students, supervisors, curriculum, study schedule and funding, has been attempted and arranged according to a clear schedule and division of tasks. (3) The implementation of moral education for elderly students is strived to be in accordance with the learning climate supported by the andragogy method by making dialogue more effective. (4) Assessment activities include; detailed observations of changes in the behavioral attitudes of each student at the beginning and end of learning, interpreting every symptom that appears from each student which is then described as the assessment results. (5) Supervision in the context of program control includes; pay close attention to learning program planning, pay attention to the organization of learning programs through the division of existing tasks and curriculum preparation, program implementation by direct observation or observation of learning activities carried out inside and outside the classroom, carried out continuously. The results of the study on the impact on the morals of elderly students at the Izzatul Islam Islamic boarding school in Magelang City show that they have increased self-confidence, religious and health knowledge is transmitted or conveyed to their families and other people, they have a positive attitude and are generous towards the community according to their abilities. In addition, the results of learning about the morals of elderly students at the Izzatul Islam Islamic boarding school in Magelang City show that they are increasingly developing a disciplined and orderly lifestyle. Discipline becomes a positive character in their daily lives. The process of moral education at the Izzatul Islam Islamic boarding school increases the motivation of elderly students to achieve husnul khatimah in their old age.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has penetrated all people globally, including the Indonesian people who feel that the teaching and learning culture must follow health protocols. Still, the learning process must continue even though it is limited. This study aims to determine curriculum adaptation during the Covid-19 pandemic, teacher strategies, and its impact on MI Salafiyah Tajungsari and SDN Sitiluhur 02. This type of research used qualitative field studies with data sources for school principals, curriculum development teams, and teachers. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, concluding, and verification. The technique of testing the validity of the data used triangulation of sources and methods. The research findings showed that MI Salafiyah Tajungsari uses an emergency curriculum with essential materials, while SDN Sitiluhur 02 uses a curriculum that simplifies critical competencies. The learning strategies used by teachers include online and offline. The difference lies offline. Offline at MI Salafiyah Tajungsari held limited face-to-face meetings, while offline at SDN Sitiluhur 02, students carried out the tasks assigned by the teacher and submitted their work to school. The impact of the adaptation curriculum has made the competency target of the school not maximally achieved.

Abstract

Evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan dari rancangan program serta penetapan dari tujuan Pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merekognisi komponen indikator yang bisa dijadikan landasan dan pedoman evaluasi kurikulum merdeka belajar menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product). Penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode literature review dengan cara menganalisis kajian-kajian sebelumnya tentang penerapan evaluasi program menggunakan model CIPP kemudian menganalisis penerapannya dalam implementasi evaluasi kurikulum. Penggunaan komponen evaluasi dengan model CIPP sebagai dasar dalam penilaian tidak selalu sama secara keseluruhan. Penelitian-penelitian tersebut bisa saja menggunakan beberapa komponen yang berbeda. Model CIPP terbentuk dari satu kesatuan komponen yang terdiri dari empat jenis evaluasi yang meliputi evaluasi Contex, evaluasi input, evaluasi proses dan evaluasi produk.

Abstract

TK Khalifah Gedongkuning Yogyakarta has a unique program in developing tawhid-based learning and entrepreneurship for children. This article aims to analyze the implementation of tawhid and entrepreneurship learning in the school. This research focuses on how the concept of tawhid and entrepreneur learning in TK Khalifah Gedongkuning Yogyakarta is, how the learning process is, and how the results are achieved. This type of research is descriptive interpretative qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study indicate: First, learning tawhid and entrepreneurship at TK Khalifah Gedongkuning Yogyakarta applies a simultaneous integrative concept by combining tawhid and entrepreneurship learning so that both are mutually reinforcing. Second, the implementation process of learning tawhid and entrepreneurship in TK Khalifah Gedongkuning Yogyakarta uses several methods and program activities. The method used is the method of advice, for example, habituation, singing, and stories or stories. Meanwhile, the program of activities includes outing class, cooking class, and market day. Third, the learning outcomes of tawhid and entrepreneurship are forming an attitude of independence, creativity, discipline, honesty, confidence, and responsibility for students. These findings reference managers of educational institutions and early childhood education teachers to formulate policies and implement monotheism-based learning and entrepreneurship in children.
