Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Distro Gembel Elit`S Bojong Gede Kabupaten Bogor baik secara parsial dan juga secara simultan. Jenis ataupun metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif besifat deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan konsumen Distro Gembel Elit`S Bojong Gede Kabupaten Bogor sebanyak 615 konsumen yang terhitung 4 kuartal pada tahun 2023. Sampel yang diambil menggunakan rumus slovin taraf 10% dari populasi sehingga menjadi 86 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan instrumen data, asumsi klasik, regresi linier, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dibantu dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Abstract: Tuberculosis is an environmentally-based disease that still poses a threat to public health worldwide. Based on data from the Payakumbuh City Health Office, the Tarok Health Center Working Area has the highest incidence of pulmonary TB in Payakumbuh City in 2022. The purpose of the study was to determine the determinants of the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. The type of research is quantitative with a case control approach. The research was conducted at the Tarok Health Center in Payakumbuh City. The population was all TB patients who lived in the Tarok Health Center working area. As for the control population, they were people who had checked their sputum at the Tarok Health Center laboratory and were declared negative for TB by the lab results. The sample amounted to 44 cases and 44 controls. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between contact history (p value: 0.017) and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. It is recommended that health center staff should increase direct visits to the homes of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to see firsthand the condition of the physical environment of the house and to find out whether there is a possibility that the patient's family is infected so that preventive measures can be taken. For this reason, recording the patient's address in the register book must be clear and complete to facilitate home visits.Keywords: Environment, Contact History, Tuberculosis.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) according to the World Heallth Orgalnizaltion (WHO) as the second deadly disease in the world in 2021 after Covid-19, and became the 13th (thirteen) as the main cause of death worldwide. Indonesia is ranked third in the world with the highest burden of TB cases after India and China. The trend of tuberculosis case finding rates for all types per 100,000 population in Lampung Province during 2016-2020 tends to increase. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of socioeconomic and environmental factors to the incidence of tuberculosis. The type of research was quantitative with a case control approach. The research was conducted in September-October 2023 at UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Agung. The sample amounted to 58 respondents (29 case groups and 29 control groups). The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire sheet. The results showed that there was a relationship between economic status (p value: 0.009) and home hygiene (p value: 0.001). It is recommended that the Health Office carry out early detection of pulmonary tuberculosis problems routinely, in addition to carrying out preventive, promotive efforts in preventing pulmonary tuberculosis. The government, in this case the UPTD Puskesmas Tanjung Agung, conducts counseling about pulmonary tuberculosis and the dangers of smoking. The government also tries to implement programs to improve the economic status of the community as a priority or program.

Abstract

Abstract: Nutritional status in toddlers is strongly influenced by food security and parenting. The prevalence of stunting in Pamekasan Regency is 42.5%, which means that the problem of stunting in Pamekasan Regency is a serious problem. The purpose of this study was to determine household food security and parenting patterns as risk factors for stunting in toddlers. This study is a quantitative analytic study with a case control research design and a sample size of 44 case respondents and 44 control respondents. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis was done by univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between family food security (p value: 0.010) and parenting (p value: 0.000) on the incidence of stunting. It is recommended that providing education related to the fulfillment of good nutrition to pregnant and breastfeeding mothers and for mothers of toddlers needs to be done to support the process of growth and development of children during the 1000 HPK period as an effort to prevent the incidence of stunting in toddlers. In addition, efforts to increase access and affordability to food by holding regular cheap markets that can be reached by the lower middle class can be done to support the fulfillment of balanced nutrition in the family and improve household food security status.Keywords: Food Security, Parenting, Stunting.

Abstract

Students have an obligation to be able to carry out activities and achieve optimally. Vitamins are important constituents of enzymatic systems that can support student learning activities. Learning achievement at university level is implemented in the form of the Semester Achievement Index. This study aims to analyze the effect of vitamin intake on the Semester Achievement Index of students class of 2019, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Jember. The population consisted of all students from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Jember Class of 2019. The sample size that met the criteria was 104 students. Research procedures include direction, measuring height and weight, filling out nutritional intake measurement sheets, data conversion, and data input. Data analysis used ordinal regression to determine the effect of food intake on Semester Achievement Index. The average student Semester Achievement Index (IPS) is 3.30 which is included in the Very Satisfactory category. Vitamin intake simultaneously has a significant effect on the Semester Achievement Index (IPS). Analysis of the most dominant vitamin intake to increase the Semester Achievement Index of dental students class of 2019 can be seen through the odds ratio value, vitamin B1 has an odds ratio value of 6.754, B2, 1.930, and C 1.003. Vitamin intake has a significant effect on Semester Achievement Index (IPS). Vitamin B1 has the greatest influence on Semester Achievement Index followed by vitamins B2 and C. Consuming a higher intake of vitamins B1, B2 and C has the possibility of increasing students' Semester Achievement Index.

Abstract

Railway traffic contributes significantly to noise pollution in urban areas, adversely affecting human health. This study focuses on the impact of train noise on hypertension among residents living near the Kendal Regency railroad tracks. With 105 participants residing within 0–30 meters from the tracks, aged 25–64, the study utilized purposive sampling to select 50 individuals. The average noise intensity measured was 73.1975 dBA, exceeding the permissible limit of 70 dBA. While the mean systolic and diastolic blood pressures indicated pre-hypertension, statistical analysis revealed a significant association between age and hypertension incidence (p = 0.042), with those over 40 facing a 4.5 times higher risk. However, no significant association was found between noise intensity and hypertension incidence (p = 0.292), systolic (p = 0.312), or diastolic blood pressure (p = 0.729). Additionally, factors such as distance from home, length of stay, rest, BMI, water consumption, and physical activity showed no significant association with hypertension incidence (p > 0.05). These findings suggest that while age is crucial in hypertension risk, noise intensity from railway traffic may not be a primary contributing factor. Further research is warranted to explore additional variables impacting hypertension in railway-adjacent communities.

Abstract

The Merauke hospital became a reference during the COVID-19 era for people living in Southern Papua - Merauke, Mappi, and Boven Digoel regencies. Thus, hospitals must prepare the nursing care staff in terms of cognition, psychomotor, and behavior in managing COVID-19. This research reviewed the nursing care behavior in preventing COVID-19 transmission at the Regional Hospital of Merauke. This cross-sectional study approach applied a total sampling technique, resulting in 60 nurses. The researchers distributed a questionnaire to collect cognitive, psychomotor, and behavioral data. From the findings, the researchers found 31 respondents, 51%, with very excellent behavior. Of those numbers, 22 respondents or 36.7% had excellent prevention while 9 respondents, or 15% had excellent prevention. From the total of 28 respondents, 46.7% had average behavior while sixteen respondents, or 26.7% had very excellent prevention. Respondents with excellent prevention consisted of 9 respondents, 15%. Respondents with average prevention consisted of 3 respondents, 5%. Then, respondents with low behavior and average prevention consisted of a respondent, 1.7%. The Chi-square obtained a p-value of 0.002, lower than 0.05. Conclusion: From the result, the researchers found the nursing behavior and COVID-19 and COVID-19 infection at Merauke Regional Hospital. The results also suggest managerial evaluation and supervision keep and improve the preventive behavior on COVID-19 transmission.

Abstract

Penyakit HIV-AIDS masih menjadi tantangan serius dalam konteks kesehatan global, termasuk di Wilayah Timur Indonesia. Selain dampak fisik yang ditimbulkan oleh penyakit ini, individu yang mengidap HIV-AIDS seringkali harus menghadapi stigma dan diskriminasi sosial yang dapat berkontribusi pada dampak psikologis dan sosial yang signifikan. Objective : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana masyarakat di Wilayah Timur Indonesia memainkan peran dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku terhadap pengidap HIV-AIDS, serta untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat stigma dan diskriminasi sosial. Method : Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Partisipan dipilih secara purposif dari masyarakat di Wilayah Timur Indonesia yang memiliki pengalaman langsung atau tidak langsung dengan HIV-AIDS. Result: Analisis data menghasilkan temuan-temuan signifikan. Mayoritas masyarakat menunjukkan tingkat ketakutan dan kurangnya pemahaman yang mendasar tentang HIV-AIDS yang dijabarkan dalam tema Faktor Pendorong Di Balik Munculnya Sikap dan Perilaku Diskriminatif Serta Stigmatisasi, Kurang Pengetahuan Terhadap Penyakit dan Proses sosial, budaya dan masalah moral. Conclusion : Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa masyarakat di Wilayah Timur Indonesia memiliki peran krusial dalam membentuk lingkungan sosial bagi pengidap HIV-AIDS. Temuan-temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi intervensi dan program pendidikan yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan mengurangi stigma terkait HIV-AIDS. Upaya kolaboratif antara pemerintah, lembaga kesehatan, dan masyarakat perlu diperkuat untuk menciptakan lingkungan inklusif yang mendukung individu yang hidup dengan HIV-AIDS.

Abstract

The problem faced by PAUD teachers is that they are not ready for an independent curriculum policy that regulates education in Indonesia, especially in PAUD. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to help early childhood teachers implement the independent curriculum and deal with the policies in it.  The method used a qualitative descriptive method, regarding real conditions and data that becomes information for researchers. This research was carried out at Pluz Az Zahra Pakal Islamic Kindergarten Surabaya on May 16, 17 and 18, 2023, through interviews and observations of the principal, curriculum representative, and all teachers. The results of this study indicate that the readiness carried out by the Pluz Az Zahra Islamic Kindergarten teacher in implementing the independent curriculum is quite ready, as evidenced by the ability and knowledge regarding the independent curriculum in the independent part. The impact of implementing an independent curriculum at the Pluz Az Zahra Islamic Kindergarten is that the learning process can be achieved and modified according to needs

Abstract

Anemia pada ibu hamil termasuk masalah kesehatan masyarakat utama dan meningkatkan risiko kematian ibu dan bayi. Berdasarkan data laporan pelayanan ANC Terpadu dan SHK Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bondowoso tahun 2020, Puskesmas Tenggarang Kabupaten Bondowoso memiliki prevalensi anemia tertinggi pada ibu hamil sebesar 41,04%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor risiko anemia pada ibu hamil meliputi frekuensi kunjungan ANC dan ukuran konsumsi zat gizi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case-control pada September-Oktober 2022. Populasi penelitian adalah ibu hamil anemia dan tidak anemia berdasarkan data pelayanan ANC terpadu dan SHK sejumlah 353 ibu hamil. Sampel sejumlah 42 kasus dan 42 kontrol yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman’s rho. Faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan status anemia pada ibu hamil yaitu tingkat konsumsi energi (p-value= 0,005), protein (p-value= 0,001), dan zat besi (p-value= 0,000). Tingkat konsumsi zat besi merupakan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil (nilai koefisien korelasi (-0,542*), artinya ibu hamil yang konsumsi zat besinya kurang dari normal (defisit) dapat berisiko tinggi mengalami anemia selama kehamilan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya peningkatan konsumsi makanan bergizi bagi ibu hamil terutama zat besi dari hewani, dan perlu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan bagi ibu hamil dan keluarga terkait pentingnya konsumsi makanan bergizi dan berkualitas pada suami dan keluarga agar ibu hamil mendapat dukungan emosional dan dukungan finansial dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi.
