Abstract

Academic procrastination is an interesting phenomenon that can negatively impact student performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of perfectionism and mindfulness on academic procrastination, mediated by fear of failure, in vocational high school students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study was 206 students with a research sample of 136 people selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method using SmartPLS software. The results showed that perfectionism positively and significantly influenced Fear of Failure and academic procrastination. In contrast, Mindfulness negatively and significantly influences Fear of Failure and academic procrastination. Fear of Failure was also found to positively and significantly influence academic procrastination, as well as mediate the relationship between perfectionism and procrastination, and between Mindfulness and procrastination. The findings emphasize the need for psychological interventions to manage expectations and develop Mindfulness to reduce Fear of Failure and procrastination.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kelayakan serta kepraktisan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality dengan memanfaatkan platform Assemblr Edu pada materi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 3 Jakarta pada tahun 2025 dengan melibatkan 34 siswa kelas XI MPLB. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga validator yang meliputi ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media, serta seluruh siswa kelas XI MPLB sebagai responden. Pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan model ADDIE, yang terdiri atas lima tahapan utama. Pada tahap Analyze, dilakukan identifikasi kebutuhan melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa, yang mengindikasikan perlunya media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan interaktif. Tahap Design mencakup perancangan konten materi, pemilihan model visual 3D, skema warna, serta pembuatan video pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, pada tahap Development, media yang telah dirancang divalidasi oleh para ahli dengan hasil penilaian dari ahli materi sebesar 86%, ahli bahasa 90%, dan ahli media 89%, yang semuanya dikategorikan sangat layak. Pada tahap Implementation, media diuji coba kepada siswa melalui tiga fase uji, yaitu one-to-one evaluation (91%), uji kelompok kecil (91%), dan uji kelompok besar (92%), dengan seluruh hasil menunjukkan kategori sangat praktis. Terakhir, pada tahap Evaluation, dilakukan evaluasi komprehensif berdasarkan masukan dari setiap tahap pengembangan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak dan praktis untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran pada materi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SMKN 3 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitudes on students' interest in entrepreneurship, considering self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The subjects in this study were students from SMK Tirta Sari Surya, with a total of 215 respondents. The method used is a quantitative approach, and data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS version 4 application. The findings of the study indicate that entrepreneurship education has a direct impact on self-efficacy and interest in entrepreneurship. Additionally, entrepreneurial attitudes also show a direct influence on self-efficacy and interest in entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy was found to have a significant direct influence on interest in entrepreneurship. The mediation analysis results indicate that self-efficacy can act as a mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial attitudes with interest in entrepreneurship. This finding underscores that students' interest in entrepreneurship is not only influenced by the learning process at school and individual attitudes but also heavily depends on how much they believe in their own abilitie

Abstract

Indonesia still faces serious challenges in the employment sector, marked by a relatively high unemployment rate. One group contributing to the highest unemployment rate are vocational high school (SMK) graduates, who, ironically, are prepared to enter the workforce directly. This high unemployment rate indicates a gap between graduate competencies and the needs of the workforce, as well as a lack of mental readiness and entrepreneurial skills. One strategic solution to address this problem is to encourage young people, particularly vocational high school students, to become entrepreneurs. In this context, entrepreneurial practices and income expectations are two important variables believed to increase entrepreneurial interest among students. This study aims to examine the contribution of entrepreneurial practices and income expectations in increasing entrepreneurial interest among vocational high school students. The research method used was quantitative, with primary data collection through an online survey. The instrument used was an online questionnaire compiled using a Likert scale and distributed through Google Forms. Respondents in this study were 188 vocational high school students selected using a proportional random sampling technique based on the Taro Yamane table, so that the data obtained can proportionally represent the population. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) software. The analysis results show that entrepreneurial practices have a positive and significant direct effect on income expectations. Furthermore, entrepreneurial practices also have a positive and significant direct effect on entrepreneurial interest. Income expectations were found to have a positive and significant direct effect on entrepreneurial interest. Furthermore, entrepreneurial practices were also found to have an indirect effect on entrepreneurial interest through income expectations as a mediating variable. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing concrete and structured entrepreneurial practices in the vocational high school curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai pengelolaan sarana prasarana kantor pada salah satu perusahaan. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana kantor perlu dilakukan dengan baik dan berkala agar peralatan, perlengkapan, dan ruang kantor tetap dalam keadaan baik dan siap pakai sehingga kegiatan bekerja dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan permasalahan yang terjadi seperti peralatan dan perlengkapan kantor yang tidak disimpan dan dirawat dengan baik serta tidak dilakukan pengecekan secara berkala. Terlebih lagi, ruang penyimpanan peralatan kantor kurang terawat dan minim penerangan serta terdapat kebocoran pada ruang arsip. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan literatur terdahulu.

Abstract

The unemployment rate in Indonesia remains relatively high, particularly among vocational high school (SMK) graduates, who have the highest open unemployment rate. This condition indicates an imbalance between the skills possessed by graduates and the needs of the workforce. One strategy that can be taken to address this problem is to encourage the emergence of new entrepreneurs. Interest in entrepreneurship is a key factor that can motivate individuals, especially students, to create jobs for themselves and others. To foster this interest, motivating factors such as adequate entrepreneurial practices and realistic income expectations are needed. This study aims to analyze the contribution of entrepreneurial practices and income expectations to increasing student entrepreneurial interest. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with primary data collection through an online survey assisted by Google Forms. The research instrument was designed using a Likert scale to measure respondents' perceptions. Sampling was determined using a proportional random sampling technique based on the Taro Yamane formula, resulting in 188 students as study respondents. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS software to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results showed that entrepreneurial practices have a direct, positive, and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Furthermore, entrepreneurial practice also has a direct, positive, and significant effect on income expectations. Furthermore, it was found that entrepreneurial practice has an indirect, positive, and significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions through the mediation of income expectations. These findings indicate that students who gain direct experience in entrepreneurial practice will have a clearer picture of the potential income that can be obtained, thus increasing their motivation to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education, and family environment on entrepreneurial intentions through the mediation of self-efficacy of students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. This research was conducted for 4 months starting from August to November. The method used in this research is a survey method. The respondent selection technique used Proportional Random Sampling so that the sample obtained was 140 from class XII students at SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the help of the SmartPLS 4 program. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that this research shows that there is a positive and significant direct influence between entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions, there is a positive and significant direct influence between entrepreneurial education on self-efficacy, there is a positive and significant direct influence between the family environment on entrepreneurial intentions, there is no positive and significant direct influence between the family environment on self-efficacy, there is a positive and significant direct influence between the family environment and self-efficacy. positive and significant between self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, there is a positive and significant indirect influence between entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions which is mediated by self-efficacy, there is no positive and significant indirect influence between the family environment on entrepreneurial intentions which is mediated by self-efficacy.

Abstract

The Freedom to learn policy encourages improving the quality of education through adaptive and innovative learning. This community service program aims to improve the skills of teachers at SMPN 2 Curugbitung in compiling microlearning-based teaching materials that can facilitate students' learning independence. The method in this program includes several stages, starting from socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, to evaluation and sustainability plans. Teachers are trained in the use of technology to produce more interactive and interesting microlearning-based teaching materials. Evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests showed a significant increase in skills after mentoring, where teachers were able to develop adaptive teaching materials that are in accordance with the diverse needs of students. This microlearning approach provides flexibility in teaching and supports the freedom to learn policy. The results of this program confirm that microlearning can be a solution to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Sarana Prasarana merupakan salah satu pembelajaran yang wajib ditempuh dalam jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) sebagai bekal untuk berkerja nanti, sehingga perlu adanya inovasi dan kreativitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran agar materi yang diajarkan dapat tersampaian dengan baik terhadap siswa. Dalam hal ini penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Maka dari itu, peneliti mengembangkan media pembelajaran aplikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan desain pengembangan media pembelajaran aplikasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar Sarana dan Prasarana materi mesin-mesin kantor, untuk mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan dan efektivitas pengembangan media pembelajaran aplikasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pada pelajaran Sarana dan Prasarana materi mesin-mesin kantor. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian R&D dengan model 4D. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 126 siswa kelas XI MPLB SMKN 8 Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis validitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini: Desain dari media yang dikembangkan mengacu pada kebutuhan peserta didik, karakteristik peserta didik, karakteristik materi dan telah mendapatkan validasi dari ahli media,ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa dengan kategori sangat layak

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 48 East Jakarta to determine the effect of learning facilities, teacher teaching skills, and learning motivation on learning outcomes with a survey method using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data used in this study used quantitative data using path analysis. The data analysis technique in this study used the SmartPLS application. The population of this study were class X, XII MPLB and XII OTKP students at SMKN 48 Jakarta, namely 108 students. The sample used was 85 students with. The use of a scale in this study is a Likert scale with the data analysis used is Structural Equational Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) for the software used SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between the learning facilities variable on student learning outcomes followed by t-statistics, namely 2.356> 1.662, and has a p-value of 0.019 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence between the variable of teacher teaching skills on learning outcomes with t-statistics, namely 4.320> 1.662, and has a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. and There is a positive and significant influence between the learning motivation variable on learning outcomes with t-statistics, namely 0.474> 1.662, and has a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05.
