Abstract

The community service conducted aims to contribute to our partner school, MTs Sunan Kalijogo in Malang City, by providing support for teachers' skills through the utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle as a tool for remote learning during the pandemic. The implementation methods include mentoring, training, and workshops. The stages carried out are: (1) preparation, (2) training and workshops, (3) implementation of the results, and (4) evaluation. The results of the community service are as follows: (1) 90% of the participants strongly agree that the use of the Moodle program can assist teachers in conducting online education in the madrasah; (2) 80% of the participants are highly proficient in utilizing the Moodle program for distance learning; and (3) Based on the reflections conducted, participants have gained a strong understanding of using Moodle in the context of online education during the pandemic. This is evident in the high level of interest and enthusiasm displayed by the participants.

Abstract

The potential for vocational students to achieve success in entrepreneurship is considerable, especially since they have acquired specific skills that are in line with their area of specialization since the beginning of their vocational schooling. However, schools cannot be alone in promoting entrepreneurial careers among vocational students. This study aims to measure the role of three educational centers, in influencing self-efficacy, entrepreneurial intention and career choice as an entrepreneur. This study was approached with a quantitative approach using structural equation modeling (SEM), the sample in the study was 354 vocational students. Data analysis through four stages, namely exploratory factor analysis, normality and outlier tests, confirmatory factor analysis and hypotheses testing (structural model). The results showed that the three education centers significantly influence selfefficacy and entrepreneurial intention which in turn can encourage students to choose a career as an entrepreneur. This research contributes to the understanding of how the three education centers can be an important catalyst in shaping a generation of resilient and innovative entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Lecturers' academic careers as professional workers have a different process from other workers. Understanding career insights is important for lecturers in carrying out their profession. this research aims to test the moderating effect of managerial support on the influence of career motivation and self-concept on career insight. this research uses quantitative methods, data collection uses instruments with a 1-5 Likert scale. Respondents were 499 lecturers in Jakarta, Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses SEM PLS. The research results show that career motivation and self concept have a positive effect on lecturers' career insight. meanwhile, managerial support does not have a significant moderating effect on the influence of career motivation and self concept on career insight. this research recommends the need for efforts to increase the role of managerial support in increasing lecturers' career insight. this is an opportunity for further research with different theoretical and methodological aspects.

Abstract

Each schools have the autonomous right to manage and develop an independent curriculum according to its potential. However, the implementation of the independent learning curriculum is dependent on proper management at the school level, so there may be obstacles faced by schools in managing the independent learning curriculum. The purpose of this study is to investigate the concept and problems, as well as school strategies in managing an independent learning curriculum in laboratory schools. This research was studied qualitatively with a multi-site study design. Data collection was conducted through focus group discussions (FGDs) with semistructured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data validity was checked using source triangulation, discussion among fellow researchers, and adequacy of reference materials. Data analysis techniques used constant comparative analysis. The results show that learning activities in the independent curriculum emphasize character education and the achievement of students' happiness in learning, and schools implement differentiated learning and simplify the values contained in P5 through projects and fun learning. This research contributes theoretically and practically, by complementing previous literature and can be a guide for school managers in order to ideally manage an independent curriculum.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mendeskripsikan, (1) langkah sistem penjaminan mutu internal sekolah, (2) strategi implementasi penjaminan mutu internal sekolah, dan (3) dampak implementasi sistem penjaminan mutu internal sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Plus Al-Kautsar Malang dengan melibatkan Kepala Sekolah sebagai key informan dan informan tambahan yakni guru. Penelitian ini dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini yakni, (1) langkah penjaminan mutu internal sekolah melaui SPMI dalam penjaminan mutu internal sekolah melalui langkah Plan, Do, Check, dan Act. (2) strategi sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu sekolah yang unggul secara internal dilakukan upaya berupa, pengembangan silabus, penentuan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM), penentuan Standar Kelulusan (SKL), Supervisi Pembelajaran, serta evaluasi pembelajaran, dan (3) dampak implementasi penjaminan mutu internal yang dilaksanakan SD Plus Al-Kautsar Kota Malang yakni, prestasi sekolah telah diraih baik yang berskala nasional maupun internasional serta citra sekolah yang meningkat.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the implementation, challenges, and improvement efforts concerning inactive records maintenance at PT XYZ Head Office, Cawang, East Jakarta. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants were selected using purposive sampling, consisting of employees directly involved in inactive records management within the Secretary and General Affairs units. The findings reveal that the implementation of inactive records maintenance at PT XYZ has been carried out through several efforts, including environmental control of the records storage area, records security, and the arrangement and storage of inactive records in accordance with applicable regulations. However, the implementation has not been fully effective due to several constraints, including limited storage facilities and infrastructure, particularly filing cabinets, as well as limited human resources with sufficient competencies in records management. These conditions have resulted in the accumulation of records boxes and increased risks of damage and loss of inactive records. The efforts undertaken by PT XYZ to address these obstacles include organizing records based on the Records Retention Schedule (RRS), implementing security systems in the records storage area, and planning improvements in storage facilities as well as enhancing employee competencies through records management training. This study is expected to provide contributions, insights, and serve as an evaluation and recommendation for the company to improve the effectiveness of implementation of inactive records maintenance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control dan kemandirian belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI dan XII SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan sebanyak 416 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas XI dan XII menjadi populasi pada penelitian ini. Jumlah sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 200 siswa yang diperoleh melalui teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan menggunakan skala Likert, yang selanjutnya dianalisis melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (1) internal locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa; dan (2) kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Secara simultan, internal locus of control dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal. Implikasi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran sekolah dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan internal locus of control dan kemandirian belajar siswa, sehingga mampu mendukung tingkat kesiapan kerja mereka. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini terletak pada ruang lingkup subjek yang hanya mencakup satu sekolah dan variabel yang digunakan hanya terbatas pada dua variabel bebas. Oleh karena itu, untuk penelitian selanjutnya disarankan memperluas subjek penelitian, menambahkan variasi variabel, serta menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang lebih beragam agar data lebih akurat dan dapat meminimalkan kesalahan.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan karir terhadap efikasi diri pada siswa SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. 4) untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung antara bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui efikasi diri pada siswa SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 22 Jakarta sebanyak 537 siswa. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling sehingga ditemukan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 222 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square) dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan 1) bimbingan karir terhadap efikasi diri, 2) bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja, 3) efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja, (4) bimbingan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui efikasi diri.

Abstract

This study investigates how parenting styles influence vocational students’ entrepreneurial intentions and career choices, considering self-efficacy and entrepreneurial attitudes as mediating variables. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 381 vocational school students and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 24. The participants consisted of 55.7% females and 44.3% males, representing families from low-, middle-, and high-income groups based on the 2024 Jakarta provincial minimum wage, with parents working as civil servants, private-sector employees, entrepreneurs, and others. The results indicate that authoritative parenting positively fosters entrepreneurial intentions and encourages students to pursue entrepreneurship as a career path. Furthermore, the mediating roles of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial attitudes are confirmed, providing a clearer explanation of how parenting influences entrepreneurial career decisions. The study contributes theoretically by extending models of entrepreneurial intention with family socialization factors, and practically by offering a tested framework to guide efforts in promoting entrepreneurship among vocational students.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana literasi digital memengaruhi kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kreativitas berperan sebagai variabel perantara. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode survei berbasis pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian mencakup keseluruhan peserta didik di SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta yang totalnya mencapai 819 orang, namun populasi yang dapat dijangkau dibatasi pada program studi Manajemen Perkantoran dengan jumlah 216 siswa. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling melalui proportionate random sampling, yaitu pembagian populasi ke dalam berbagai strata berdasarkan jenjang kelas. Melalui metode ini, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 135 siswa secara proporsional. Analisis data menggunakan metode SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Teknik analisis mencakup evaluasi model pengukuran, evaluasi model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis untuk menguji pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan bermakna antara: (1) literasi digital terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah, (2) kreativitas terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah, (3) literasi digital terhadap kreativitas. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung yang positif dan signifikan, yaitu (4) literasi digital terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah melalui kreativitas sebagai variabel mediasi.
