Abstract

One of the important basic requirements in the field of development economics in order to thrive and flourish in the long run is located on human resources in Indonesia, enough can be a potential, so that these resources have the capability and morale is quite large, which moves in an integrated and harmonious all activities, in order to cultivate and utilize other resources in the economic process. From the point of economy, social and political, areas that have experienced political and social instability such as the province of Maluku, the expansion of employment opportunities in the domestic absolutely necessary as a primary strategy. Thus analysis needed employment in the primary sector, secondary, tertiary Eden in Maluku province in 1997-2007 using qualitative research methods. The results showed that: First, there is a change of economic structure and employment. Second, the productivity of labor in the Province of Maluku is still low and there is potential for increased well-educated workforce. Third, economic conditions and growth rates of employment after the economic crisis and the regional autonomy is better than in times of crisis and before the regional autonomy.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to test and analyze: first, the influence of public investment toward economic growth; second, the influence of public investment toward society welfare; third, the influence of private investment toward economic growth; fourth, the influence of private invsetment toward society welfare; fifth, the influence of economic growth toward society welfare in Maluku Province. The Analysis method used is this study is path analysis by using SPSS program package. The secondary data used are panel data, which is the combination of data from 2005 until 2008 and cross data including 7 districts and 1 municipality in Maluku Province. The study generates conclusions that: first, public investment has a significant influences toward economic growth and has positive relationship direction. Second, public investment has a significant influences toward society welfare. Third, private investment has a significant influences toward economic growth and has positive relationship direction. Fourth, private investment has a significant influence toward society welfare and has positive relationship direction. Fifth, economic growth significantly influences society welfare and has positive relationship direction. Than, the dominant variable which effect society welfare is public investment, while the smallest contibution effect toward welfare growth is private investment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dengan menggunakan power point terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI SMA di Samarinda pada tahun akademik 2019/2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XI IPS pada tahun 2019/2020 tahun akademik yang terdiri dari 3 kelas yang berjumlah 86 siswa, sedangkan sampelnya adalah kelas XI IPS 1 berjumlah 27 siswa dan kelas XI IPS 2 berjumlah 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus untuk uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji-t. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) menggunakan power point kelas XI SMA Negeri Samarinda pada tahun akademik 2019/2020 terhadap hasil belajar matematika. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model using power points on the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI high school students in Samarinda in the 2019/2020 academic year. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS in the 2019/2020 academic year consisting of 3 classes totaling 86 students, while the sample was 27 students in class XI IPS 1 and class XI IPS 2 with 30 students. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is to use the formula for the normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. The results of this study are that there is a significant effect, the Think Pair Share (TPS) type of cooperative learning model uses power point class XI SMA Negeri Samarinda in the 2019/2020 academic year on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) was a whole apporch and a part of high level strategy. The system worked horizontally across fuctions and department, involved all employees form hight to low lavel management, included supply chain and customers. The reasearch analyzed the effect of TQM pravtices on business performance and customer satisfaction in industry of Kasongan, Bantul. Simple regression analysis used to test the effect of TQM practies on business performance and customer satisfaction partially. The result showed that TQM practies had positive significant effect on business performance, TQM practies had positive significanly effect on customer satisfaction had positive significantly effect on business performance. So, three hypothesis of the study were supported

Abstract

The implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on Javanese Language National Standard School Exam Questions is needed to improve students' thinking power. HOTS’s question is not a difficult one but a matter of honing students' active abilities to create students who are able to think in a complex and deep way to solve a real problem. The research objectives are: (1) describe the implementation of HOTS about Javanese Language National Standard School Exam Questions in Senior High School 1 Kesatrian Semarang (2) describe the comparison of HOTS about Javanese Language National Standard School Exam Questions between 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 academic year. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected using document study techniques. The results showed that the implementation of HOTS on the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 USBN questions was distributed at the C4 cognitive level, the cognitive processes of "differentiating", "organizing", and "attributing". Cognitive level C5 "checks" cognitive processes, and cognitive level C6 "cognitive processes". In the Java language USBN problem, HOTS implementation in the cognitive process variations is still less varied. At the cognitive level C5 there is no "criticizing" cognitive process, while at the C6 cognitive level there are no cognitive processes of "formulating" and "planning".

Abstract

Many organizations are making changes by using information technology to support their business activities. Routine and uncomplicated activities tend to be carried out supported by computer-based applications. These activities include diagnosing damage and performing maintenance on the printer. This study aims to develop an Excel system application for fault diagnosis and maintenance of printers. The expert system printer damage diagnosis application in this study was developed based on a knowledge base. The research was conducted through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. The test results show that the application developed is able to diagnose and display printer defects and provide solutions and fixed it.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di beberapa sekolah masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu dan biaya yang cukup mahal. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud agar pembuatan program Bimbingan dan Konseling disekolah dapat terlaksana selama masa pandemik Covid 19, sehingga pelaksaan program yang dibuat berjalan dengan baik. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 3 hari dengan diikuti 25 peserta, pelaksanaan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara Daring. Hasil dari pelatihan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam pembeuatan instrument (alat tes)menjadi lebih menarik serta berbasis online yang dapat menjadi solusi di masa pandemik covid 19, dengan memanfaatkan instrument (alat tes) tersebut tugas para guru Bimbingan dan Konseling akan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kesimpulan Hasil kegiatan terjadinya Peningkatan Kompetensi guru mengoptimalkan pembuatan aplikasi alat tes memanfaatkan macromedia flash dan google forms.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin menganalisis pembelajaran berkarya seni lukis dengan pendekatan emosi menggunakan berbagai media yang dilakukan oleh siswa tunagrahita. Secara metodologis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sasaran penelitian adalah proses dan hasil karya seni lukis menggunakan berbagai media. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa tunagrahita kelas 6 SLB Negeri Mandiraja. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui prosedur reduksi data, penyajian, dan penarikan simpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hal-hal sebagai berikut. Pertama, proses pembelajaran berkarya seni lukis yang dilakukan oleh setiap siswa memiliki kendala tersendiri namun ekspresi dan pengalaman siswa semakin meningkat seiring dengan penggunaan media yang beragam. Kedua, karya yang dihasilkan semakin spontan, keberanian dalam mewujudkan ungkapan emosi semakin meningkat seiring penggunaan media yang semakin bervariasi. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru perlu mengikuti pelatihan, membaca buku pengetahuan tentang seni lukis atau menambah pengetahuan melalui internet terkait dengan seni lukis dan berbagai macam media berkarya yang inovatif agar guru dapat meningkatkan keahliannya dalam bidang seni rupa.

Abstract

AbstractIn thematic learning the learning independence of students is still lacking and has not optimized the ability to think creatively to improve their creativity due to a lack of confidence so that they have not achieved maximum learning outcomes. Efforts to improve using the Team Games Tournament model are aided by guessing games. The method used in this study is quantitative research. This research is a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were fifth grade students of Wonosoco Kudus Elementary School with a total of 20 students. The results of the study showed that learning using the Team Games Tournament model helped the Guess the Motion game to improve the creativity of class V children viewed from the pretest average of 60.55 and the posttest average of 83.35. This is evidenced by the t test of tcount (15,630)> t table (1,684) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So the conclusion is effective using the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model with the help of Guess the Motion game to Improve Children's Creativity in Thematic Learning.Keywords: TGT model, children's creativity, thematic learning AbstrakDalam pembelajaran tematik kemandirian  belajar  peserta  didik masih  kurang  dan belum mengoptimalkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif untuk meningkatkan kreativitasnya karena kurangnya rasa percaya diri sehingga belum mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal. Upaya meningkatkan menggunakan model Team Games Tournament berbantu permainan tebak gerak.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  pre-Experimental  design  dengan  jenis  one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Wonosoco Kudus dengan jumlah 20 siswa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model Team Games Tournament berbantu permainan Tebak Gerak untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak kelas V di lihat dari rata-rata pretest 60,55 dan rata-rata posttest 83,35. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji t sebesar thitung (15,630)>ttabel (1,684)maka  H0  Ditolak  dan  Ha Diterima. Jadi kesimpulannya efektif menggunakan model Team Games Tournament  (TGT) berbantu permainan Tebak gerak Untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Anak Pada Pembelajaran Tematik. Kata kunci : Model TGT, kreativitas anak, pembelajaran tematik
