Abstract

A 64-year-old male patient diagnosed with residual schizophrenia was admitted to the Bhakti Luhur Pasuruan Hospital for chronic low self-esteem. He exhibited withdrawn behavior, appeared depressed, lacked self-confidence, described himself as worthless, and was unable to care for himself. He also had a history of traumatic experiences and discriminatory treatment from his environment, which led to a decline in self-concept and motivation for activities. The intervention provided consisted of five days of positive skills training, which included building trusting relationships, recognizing remaining abilities, expressing positive feelings, and strengthening adaptive behavior through praise and support. After the intervention, the patient showed positive changes in the form of improved communication, appeared more confident, began to be active in simple activities, was able to articulate his abilities, and performed self-care independently. These results indicate that positive skills training is effective in improving self-esteem and adaptive functioning in patients with residual schizophrenia, so it can be used as a sustainable nursing intervention in psychosocial rehabilitation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan dan strategi pencegahan perundungan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Dairi yang dikenal sebagai sekolah bebas perundungan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan siswa sebagai sampel melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pencegahan perundungan tidak muncul secara kebetulan, melainkan merupakan hasil integrasi nilai-nilai agama, keteladanan guru, pembiasaan karakter, keterlibatan orang tua, dan tata kelola madrasah yang efektif. Program-program seperti kegiatan rohani sehari-hari, pendekatan Keadilan Restoratif, Sahabat Tanpa Batas, dan komunikasi intensif antar elemen sekolah telah terbukti mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan suportif. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan terkait aspek perundungan siber yang belum tereksplorasi dan keterbatasan konselor profesional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran dan melibatkan lebih banyak madrasah untuk memperluas generalisasi temuan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa budaya sekolah yang religius, humanis, dan kolaboratif merupakan landasan penting dalam pencegahan perundungan di madrasah.

Abstract

Nganjuk dengan sebutan “kota angin” merupakan sebuah daerah yang memiliki dan menyimpan segudang tempat wisata yang sangat indah diantaranya wisata alam, wisata sejarah dan buatan. Wisata alam terbanyak berada di kabupaten Nganjuk bagian selatan tepatnya adalah Kecamatan Sawahan. Kecamatan Sawahan berada dikaki gunung Wilis yang memliki udara sejuk, tanah yang subur serta pemandangan desa yang masih asri. Tempat wisata dalam kecamatan Sawahan yang paling terkenal adalah Sedudo ditambah tempat wisata enam wisata alam yang memiliki daya tarik cukup tinggi. Dengan akses yang mudah wisatawan dengan mudah untuk berkunjung ke tempat wisata di kecamatan Sawahan. Namun, banyaknya tempat wisata tidak bisa merangsang keseluruhan penduduk kecamatan sawahan untuk memanfaatkan. Optimalisasi tempat wisata dengan pengunjung yang cukup banyak seharusnya dapat meningkatan perkonomian. Dalam UU No. 6 Tahun 2014 yaitu tentang Desa yang salah satu tujuannya adalah mendorong prakarsa, gerakan, dan partisipasi masyarakat Desa untuk pengembangan potensi dan Aset Desa guna kesejahteraan bersama. Keberadaan tempat wisata yang tersebar di beberapa Desa dalam Kecamatan Sawahan menjadi peluang untuk mendukung program Desa Wisata di Kecamatan Sawahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, didukung data primer melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Upaya pengembangan Desa Wisata merupakan inovasi baru yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik masyarakat luar untuk mengunjungi serta membangun UMKM masyarakat dengan pemusatan (aglomerasi) UMKM disuatu pasar oleh-oleh di Kecamatan Sawahan, selain itu program desa wisata dengan memberdayakan masyarakat untuk membudidayakan tanaman holtikultura dipekarangan rumah mereka yang bisa dijadikan tempat wisata. akan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat

Abstract

Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus which is classified as an Arthropod-Borne Virus, genus Flavivirus, and family Flaviviridae. DHF is transmitted through mosquito bites from the genus Aedes, especially Aedes aegypti which can attack all age groups. According to data from the World Health Organization, an estimated 500,000 DHF patients require home care each year and most of the sufferers are children, in Indonesia there are 129,435 cases. This study aims to determine the Description of Nursing Care for Hypovolemia Management in Children with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever with Hypovolemia. Methods: This case study uses a qualitative descriptive research design using a death process approach, providing a systematic, actual and accurate description of Nursing Care for Hypovolemia Management in Children with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever with Hypovolemia. Results: there was an increase in fluid status with SLKI at level 3 (moderate) in both patients Conclusion: increase in fluid status with SLKI at level 3 (moderate).

Abstract

Lower back pain is one of the most common complaints experienced by pregnant women in their third trimester. Pain can occur due to biomechanical and hormonal changes during pregnancy. Pain can disrupt comfort, mobility, and quality of life for pregnant women. Studies examining the effectiveness of kinesio taping to reduce back pain in pregnant women are still limited. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of kinesio taping in reducing the intensity of lower back pain in pregnant women in their third trimester. The research design used was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The study sample consisted of 46 pregnant women in their third trimester with complaints of lower back pain. The sample was obtained using consecutive sampling technique. The intervention consisted of installing kinesio taping on the mothers' lower backs for 7 days. Pain intensity was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before the intervention, on day 3, and day 7 after kinesio taping installation. Statistical analysis used the Friedman test to determine the difference in average pain scores between measurement times. The average pain scale before the intervention was 6.17. After the 3rd day, it decreased to 4.80, and on the 7th day it was 3.35, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results showed a significant difference in the reduction of back pain based on the duration of kinesio tapping. Kinesio taping has been proven effective in reducing the intensity of lower back pain in pregnant women in the third trimester over time. Kinesio taping can be a safe and practical non-pharmacological therapy option to support maternal comfort during pregnancy. Keywords: kinesio taping; low back pain; third trimester of pregnancy.

Abstract

Teenage pregnancy remains a public health problem occurring in various regions, caused by juvenile delinquency. Adolescents aged 10–19 years are at risk of pregnancy, which can lead to physical, psychological, and social impacts. Objective: To determine the level of knowledge regarding the risks of pregnancy among adolescent girls at the community health posts (Posyandu) in the working area of Penumping Community Health Center. Methods: This study employed a descriptive quantitative method. A total of 59 respondents were selected using stratified random sampling, with sampling in each stratum conducted through simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Results: The characteristics of respondents based on age showed that most were aged 13–15 years, totaling 25 respondents (42.4%). Based on education level, most respondents were junior high school students, totaling 24 respondents (40.7%). Based on sources of information, most respondents obtained information from health education sessions, totaling 24 respondents (40.7%). The level of knowledge of the respondents showed that 39 respondents (66.1%) had good knowledge. Conclusion: The level of knowledge of adolescent girls regarding the risks of teenage pregnancy was in the good category, with scores ranging from 75–100%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bahasa. Bahasa sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hariuntuk mengkomunikasikan menyampaikan informasi dari satu orang ke orang lain. Salah satumedia elektronik untuk menyampaikan informasi berupa tuturan-tuturan adalah televisi.Penerapan tindak tutur dapat dilihat di sejumlah tayangan di televisi, salah satunya tayanganHitam Putih di Trans7. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapantindak tutur dalam talk show Black and White di Trans7. Manfaat untuk memperluas tindaktutur pragmatis. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data tersebut berupakata-kata atau ucapan yang disampaikan dalam acara tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan datapenelitian ini adalah teknik merujuk, teknik pencatatan, dan teknik catatan. Permasalahan yangmuncul dalam penelitian ini adalah tindak tutur yang dilakukan pendengar dari narasumber.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tindak tutur dalam sebuah acara talk show BlackWhite Trans7 meliputi: (1) Tindak Pidato Representatif, (2) Tindak Pidato direktif, (3) TindakPidato Komisif, (4) Tindak Pidato Ekspresif, dan (5) Tindak Pidato deklaratif.

Abstract

Reading literacy is the capacity to comprehend and make use of the written forms of communication required by society. Despite the fact that reading literacy is crucial, many individuals still disregard it and should begin in elementary school. The purpose of this study was to learn more about how local wisdom-based digital comics are used as a teaching tool for elementary school students, as well as about the challenges they face in developing their reading literacy and the learning media formulations that need to be developed. The findings of the observations were compiled into a tool for determining primary school pupils' requirements, which was then descriptively and qualitatively examined. When doing qualitative research utilizing the descriptive technique, teachers and students are observed and their data is thoroughly examined. Based on the findings of this study, it can be said that learning materials regarding digital comics that are grounded in local knowledge are crucial for fostering students' interest in reading.

Abstract

Learning Mathematics is still a problem for students. This can be seen from the class average score for Mathematics which is lower than the class average for other subjects. The purpose of this classroom action research (CAR) is to find out the improvement of mathematics learning outcomes with concrete media in third grade students of SDN 01 Pageralang Banyumas Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year. In this classroom action research (CAR), it is carried out in 2 cycles. The stages of each cycle are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In the initial activities of the 22 children, only 8 children or 34.78% had finished studying, while 15 children or 65.21% had not finished learning mathematics, especially the flat field material. From the results of the actions taken, it is proven to be able to increase student learning mastery, namely in the first cycle of 63.7%, it can increase to 95% in the second cycle. The results of this classroom action research indicate that learning with the application of concrete media can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects with completeness reaching 90%.

Abstract

Training on Preservation and Parchment Skins Making for Utilization of Rabbit Skins at Bantul Rabbit Breeders Group. The waste product of rabbit breeders includes rabbit skin. Most rabbit breeders require assistance in processing and utilizing rabbit skin waste. This activity aims to help rabbit breeders get more skilled at recognizing the potential of rabbit skins and developing products from them. Due to this, rabbit skin may have a higher commercial worth. The method used in this activity is participatory counseling, which involves the participants directly in the training activities. The activity is accomplished in three steps: collaboration with the rabbit breeders' group and the neighborhood's head; implementation of the rabbit breeders' training program; and evaluation. The activity results showed that the participants were enthusiastic, interested and provided favorable comments throughout the program. The evaluation results have shown that the instructors scored 85,62 on a scale of 0 to 100 for their performance. This condition shows that the participants can well receive the delivery of material by the instructor. In the evaluation of the organizers as a whole, they got an average of 4.05 (scale 0–5). The results of the average pretest and posttest scores increased from 68 to 77, or around 13.24% of the value. The materials provided throughout training are helpful for rabbit breeders in terms of maintaining rabbit skin and employing rabbit skin in the production of parchment skin.
