Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial program, creativity, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial intention of Bina Insani University students. Data were collected through an online questionnaire to students who had participated in the entrepreneurial program. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS and SmartPLS. The results showed that the entrepreneurial program had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, while creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy had no direct effect on entrepreneurial intention. This research is expected to provide valuable information for educational institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of education and encourage young entrepreneurs from among students.

Abstract

Research Aims:  The purpose of this study was built to determine the positive effect of increasing Purchase Intention through Source Credibility, Recommendation Credibility, and Psychological State: Brand Awareness being the mediation Design/methodology/approach:  The purposive sampling method was designed in this study with 389 online customers from several well-known skincare brands in Indonesia. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 Research Findings:  The findings of this study being Source Credibility has a positive effect on Recommendation Credibility. Then Recommendation Credibility has a positive effect on Psychological State and Brand Awareness. Furthermore, Recommendation Credibility, Psychological State, and Brand Awareness have a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Brand Awareness manages to be a mediating effect between Recommendation Credibility and Purchase Intention. Managerial implications in this study for researchers and practitioners should not underestimate the importance of social media, establish a cooperative relationship between companies and celebrities for continuity, and know the importance of pre-purchase psychological states Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The study contributes to the existing literature by providing insights into the complex interplay of factors influencing Purchase Intention. It highlights the importance of social media and the role of celebrities in marketing strategies, as well as the significance of pre-purchase psychological states and the mediating effect of Brand Awareness. Abstract

Research Aims: Purchase intention is an important thing for companies to understand because understanding consumer desires is an effective strategy so that companies can correctly determine marketing strategies, gain profits and strengthen their market position amidst the competitive red ocean market of modern retail business. The aim of this research is to identify the influence of monetary savings, convenience, service quality, brand image and word of mouth (WOM) on purchase intentions, as well as identifying the influence of convenience on service quality, as well as the relationship between service quality and brand image on WOM. Design/methodology/approach: This research used a purposive sampling method involving 353 consumers of Hypermart/Transmart/Lotte Mart stores in the Jabodetabek area. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0..  Research Findings: Some of the findings in this research are that monetary savings, convenience, brand image have an influence on purchase intention, but service quality and word of mouth have no influence on purchase intention. The next conclusion is that brand image influences WOM, then comfort influences service quality, but service quality does not influence WOM. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The managerial implication of this research is that the management of modern hypermarket scale retail store companies can increase purchasing intentions by providing sales promotions that display monetary savings factors, increasing comfort and brand image so as to maintain the existence of the Red Ocean market. Abstract

The Medical Laboratory as a medical support unit can provide information about laboratory aspects of specimens or samples whose testing is carried out in the laboratory. Medical laboratories are a necessity that can diagnose diseases and check body health. Medical Laboratory business opportunities are increasing and also competing with competitors of similar companies. For this reason, Daksa Medical Laboratory needs a marketing strategy to attract the interest of its customers so that customers choose to have an examination at Daksa Medical Laboratory. The aim of this research is to analyze marketing plans and develop marketing strategies in the Medical Laboratory Business. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use literature studies, interviews and observations. The data that has been collected is analyzed thematically. The research results show that the marketing strategy planning for Daksa Medical Laboratory has been implemented very well. Strategic planning is carried out up to the long-term stage, according to business strategy and the lean business canvas model. Marketing planning is carried out in stages of goals and objectives, marketing strategy, marketing mix, sales activities, scenarios and assumptions and sales projections.

Abstract

The increasing need for meat for some people is a necessity and makes meat consumption increase drastically. This is inseparable from the increasing number of restaurants and restaurants in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Seeing this opportunity, a beef and lamb integrator company is trying to find out the competitive advantage in its company. This research is descriptive qualitative research, where in this study using research data from interviews and literature and data and using 5 porter analysis measurements. The findings in this study show that porter's Five Forces analysis on the parameters of Threat of Entry, Industry Rivalry, Bargaining Power of Buyers, Bargaining Power of Supplier, Substitute Competition with an average weight of 2.06. From the analysis of Porter's Five Forces above quantitative results in the range of 1.67 – 2.33, it shows that the competitive advantage of PT Sapi Domba Istimewa is in low pressure.  The limitations in this study are limited to the analysis of competitive advantages only. Meanwhile, in the next study, it is recommended that you can add or complement other supporting data such as SWOT, QSPM analysis and expand the scope of research not only in the Yogyakarta Special Region Area.

Abstract

COVID-19 telah menciptakan krisis di seluruh dunia. Krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 adalah ujian  terbesar bagi kepemimpinan dibidang kesehatan generasi  saat ini. Krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 adalah tantangan yang luar biasa, dan banyak faktor berkontribusi pada tingkat keparahan dan dampaknya. Tapi yang bisa kita kendalikan dan upayakan adalah bagaimana kita berperilaku serta adanya pemimpin dengan kepemimpinannya yang siapsiaga merespon krisis pandemi tersebut. Dengan latar belakang krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan keselamatan rumah sakit terhadap prilaku keselamatan karyawan dalam merespon krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 serta peran dari mediasi believed restoration dan moderasi dari perceived risk, menggunakan metode survei dengan kuisioner. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form sebanyak 281 responden yaitu karyawan di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita Jakarta (RSJPDHK). Pada penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan program AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan keselamatan RSJPDHK pada kondisi adanya krisis pandemi wabah COVID-19 (moderasi), secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi prilaku keselamatan karyawan (kepatuhan, partisipasi, dan adaptasi) dengan dimediasi belief restoration. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi kepada pimpinan rumah sakit untuk mengembangkan strategi manajemen berdasarkan kepemimpinan keselamatan dan memotivasi serta mempromosikan perilaku keselamatan karyawan dari empat aspek pembinaan, kepedulian, motivasi, dan kontrol keselamatan

Abstract

Keadilan Perusahaan telah menjadi strategi penting bagi perusahaan untuk mampu mendorong karyawannya memiliki tanggung jawab dan rasa memiliki terhadap pekerjaannya. Itu semua bisa terwujud jika karyawan memiliki kesempatan untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan memunculkan ide-ide inovatif guna perbaikan perusahaan. Tanpa itu semua, di era globalisasi, perusahaan akan semakin sulit bersaing dan menghasilkan produk dengan tingkat kualitas yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengaruh Keadilan Perusahaan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Berbagi Pengetahuan. Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan 140 responden dari perusahaan manufaktir PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara Keadilan Perusahaan dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif Karyawan yang pengaruh keduanya secara positif juga dimediasi oleh adanya Berbagai Pengetahuan di dalam perusahaan. Keadilan Perusahaan di suatu perusahaan dilakukan agar mampu memunculkan dorongan dari dalam diri karyawan untuk maju dan bertanggung jawab dengan bekerja secara inovatif dan menciptakan iklim belajar atau berbagi pengetahuan secara baik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The accounting system is a field that handles the planning and application of procedures for collecting and reporting financial data—planning a system with elements of checking and matching (checks & balances) to maintain company assets and have an efficient and beneficial information flow for management. The process of making financial statements seems complicated, especially there are still some small businesses that do not understand how to make their financial statements as an opportunity for accounting application providers to help small entrepreneurs by presenting easy and real-time accounting applications, as well as with the support of up-to-date technology. Financial Report Assistant (FIRA) is here to answer the problems of small entrepreneurs as an accounting application solution with service features that integrate all the company's accounting administrative needs in terms of financial records, calculation of income tax liabilities, budgeting, per-project financial statements to financial health analysis whose superior features can be selected and adjusted to consumer needs. With the Ask The Expert feature, customers don't have to worry about the FIRA accounting application not functioning optimally, because consumers will be accompanied by a professional, friendly and ready to help facilitate consumer accounting administration work that can provide insights so that consumer businesses are more profitable, growth and sustained. The purpose of this study is to determine marketing strategies to make the right marketing mix strategy decisions in accordance with company goals. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods with SWOT analysis to find out strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. After conducting a SWOT analysis can provide an overview of the process needed to develop a strategy for implementing the marketing mix in marketing a product.

Abstract

Business opportunities are very open, of course they must be able to meet the standards required by the hotel industry. To meet these needs, of course laundry services must have very good planning. This research aims to analyze the financial planning of Luxury Laundry with several measurements such as 1) Financial Report Projections (2) Investment Feasibility Analysis (3) Liquidity Ratios (4) Solvency Ratios (5) Profitability Ratios (6) Activity Ratios. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This research is included in descriptive research because this research aims to describe one incident, namely financial planning at Luxury Laundry. The data source in this research is the financial report at PT Luxury Indah Jaya. Then the instruments used to collect data are observation, interview and documentation instruments. The results of this research show that the NPV value of Luxury Laundry is 12,376 with an IRR of 20.32%. In addition, the rate of return on this investment is 3 years and 8 months. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Luxury Laundry business is good enough to be realized.

Abstract

Brand trust is very important because it can contribute to loyalty in service use and consistent loyalty. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Brand l    ove, Self-exspressive, Brand trust, Brand commitment on Revisit intention in health services. This study is a quantitative study using purposive sampling method involving 130 outpatients who live in particular Tangerang and outside Tangerang, with visits about 2-3 times in the last year, and aged 18 years and over. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research produces findings including self-expressive affects Brand love, Brand love affects Brand trust, and Brand commitment, Brand trust has no effect on Brand commitment, Brand trust affects revsit intention. There are several limitations to this study including only using a sample from one hospital, so the results may not be generalizable to other hospitals in Indonesia or other countries, an online questionnaire distribution system and the need to add other variables to expand the findings so that it is hoped that future researchers can fill these gaps.   Keywords: Brand love, self-expressive, brand trust, brand commitment, revisit intention, non-BPJS.
