Abstract

Kinerja kerja merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang dilakukan dengan baik dan efektif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi Model Task Performance di industri kreatif atas pemberdayaan kepemimpinan, pemberdayaan psikologi, kepemimpinan diri, kreativitas dan upaya kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2023. Proses pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui platform WhatsApp. Penelitian ini juga memilih responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Studi ini menganalisis seratus pekerja di sektor kreatif Indonesia. Metode equation model struktural (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari pemberdayaan kepemimpinan dengan pemberdayaan psikologi, pemberdayaan kepemimpinan dengan kepemimpinan diri, pemberdayaan psikologi dengan kreativitas, pemberdayaan psikologi dengan upaya kerja, kepemimpinan diri dengan kreativitas, kreativitas dengan kinerja kerja. Disamping itu, ditemukan pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan antara kepemimpinan diri dengan pemberdayaan psikologi dan kepemimpinan diri dengan upaya kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of self-confidence on entrepreneurial success through a systematic review of existing literature. Self-confidence is an important psychological factor in entrepreneurship, influencing risk-taking, innovation, persistence, and business performance. The research method used is a literature review involving the search and analysis of various relevant empirical studies. The results of the study indicate that high self-confidence is positively correlated with greater risk-taking ability, creativity in innovation, resilience in the face of failure, and achievement of better business performance. In addition, factors such as experience, education and entrepreneurial training, social support, and culture and economic climate are also found to play a significant role in shaping and strengthening entrepreneurial self-confidence. This study also identifies several challenges and gaps in previous research, such as variations in the definition and measurement of self-confidence, and the lack of qualitative and longitudinal approaches. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of high-performance Human Resource Management (HRM) practices and transformational leadership on staff preparedness to confront change in a private hospital setting in Tangerang, Indonesia. This study emphasizes the need of being able to adapt to changes in the corporate environment, particularly in the always evolving health industry. The study utilized a quantitative research approach and included 201 participants who were chosen by purposive sampling. The research instrument assessed three primary variables: high-performance human resource management techniques, transformational leadership, and readiness for change. The results of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) research validate that the implementation of high-performance HRM practices and the presence of transformational leadership have a substantial influence on the level of preparedness for change. Research supports the significance of allocating resources towards staff training and development, as well as cultivating effective leadership, in order to enhance employee preparedness for organizational change. The managerial implications of this research underscore the need for organizations to allocate resources for employee development and strengthen leadership that supports change. In this way, organizations can increase their adaptability in facing change and achieve optimal performance overall

Abstract

An important tactic for businesses in establishing and sustaining their place in the market is the expansion of their brand's equity through various marketing channels. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang's brand equity and loyalty through social media marketing, brand association, brand image, and brand awareness. The researchers at RSU Bhakti Asih Tangerang used a selective selection technique to choose 145 general patients who were not BPJS. The Structural Equation Model was used for data analysis. According to this research, there is a favorable correlation between brand equity, brand loyalty, social media marketing, and brand image; nevertheless, brand equity is unaffected by brand awareness and association. This study's managerial implications include the following: RSU Bhakti Asih should work on raising brand recognition and positive associations with the brand in order to boost Brand Equity; if the company succeeds in doing so, its customers will never buy from its rivals

Abstract

This study adopts a quantitative approach to investigate the factors that influence the brand equity of general hospitals in Tangerang. Using online questionnaires and structured survey methods, data was collected from 180 respondents who met the set criteria, with the majority of them being female. Variables such as brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand reputation, brand image, and brand equity were measured using a Likert scale with adequate validity and reliability analysis. A company's brand can reflect the value of the products it offers, but the brand will not be meaningful without strong equity in the market. Today, the ability to build brand equity plays an important role in creating value for customers and companies. Brand equity adds value to a product. Results from the structural equation model (SEM) analysis show that brand awareness and brand loyalty significantly contribute to RSU brand equity. However, the findings also show that brand image and brand reputation, although important, do not have a significant impact on brand equity. Limitations of the study include the specific sample representation and measurement methods used, which may affect the generalizability of the results. Therefore, future studies are recommended to take a broader comparative approach and deepen understanding with a qualitative approach to consumer perceptions of healthcare services

Abstract

Performance is an important benchmark in the process of employee development and greatly affects the achievement of the organization as a whole. Performance may decline because of the high burnout. High motivation tends to be a maximum performance as well as work experience also influence performance as related to length of service and level of knowledge. In addition, the performance was also affected by emotional intelligence takes an important role to help people in dealing with problems in life. This study is aimed to determine the effect of burnout, work experience, and motivation to work on performance with emotional intelligence as a moderating variable. The method used is quantitative by collecting data using questionnaires and analyzing by moderated regression analysis (MRA). The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. The results show the accepted hypothesis is burnout affects the performance and motivation affects the performance while the rejected hypothesis is high emotional intelligence will reduce the effect of burnout on performance, high work experience will improve the performance. High emotional intelligence will increase the effect of work experience towards the employee performance, and high emotional intelligence will increase the effect of work motivation towards the employee performance.

Abstract

Budget usage within University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa is considered as not proportionally used. It can be seen from the budget usage that has not been maximized.Overcoming the budget usage and also improving managerial performance is requiring the involvement of a manager in the preparation of the budget. As some theories and studies shows that managerial performance can be affected by the budget participation, this case in University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa can be assessed based on the theories, this also check the relationship when mediated by organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of budget participation on managerial performance with the mediation of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The study was conducted by collecting quantitative data, with questionnaires distributed to 45 respondents, as the total received 36 back in the form of data that can be processed.This data is then analyzed by Structural Equation Model with Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that the hypothesis is accepted, the participation of high budget can affect organizational commitment, high participation can influence job satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of high influence managerial performance. In addition, based on the results of path analysis showed that job satisfaction is higher influence because rather than organizational commitment.

Abstract

Kowledge sharing menjadi landasan bagi proses pembelajaran berkelanjutan, di mana para guru secara sukarela berbagi pengalaman dan informasi dengan sesama, memungkinkan pertukaran gagasan dan metode yang lebih efektif. Knowledge sharing dapat mendorong dan memfasilitasi pertukaran pengetahuan di antara para guru dengan menciptakan platform dan kesempatan untuk berbagi pengalaman serta praktik terbaik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali knowledge sharing juga sustainable innovative behavior diantara para guru sekolah dasar swasta di wilayah Indonesia yang dipengaruhi oleh introjected motivation. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online kepada sampel responden yang telah dipilih bedasarkan purposive sampling yaitu guru sekolah dasar (SD) swasta yang sudah bekerja minimal satu tahun di wilayah Indonesia. Studi ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Model) di mana data diuji menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dan SmartPLS. Hasil studi ini menemukan bahwa knowledge sharing para guru terdorong karena adanya introjected motivation dalam diri mereka. Di sisi lain, knowledge sharing para guru juga mempengaruhi perilaku inovatif mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia di lingkungan pendidikan. Memahami kaitan antara motivasi, berbagi pengetahuan, dan perilaku inovatif berkelanjutan dapat membantu lembaga pendidikan dalam memfasilitasi budaya kolaborasi yang mendorong pertukaran pengetahuan yang produktif dan mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan di kalangan para guru. Kontribusi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah informasi untuk para tenaga pendidik di lingkungan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pada industri pendidikan.

Abstract

Retensi karyawan telah menjadi tantangan utama dan tetap menjadi aspek penting dalam perencanakan sumber daya manusia (SDM) bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas dalam jangka panjang, karena karyawan adalah aset terpenting perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Manajer SDM dalam mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor untuk mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas baik di perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia, dan juga berguna untuk meningkatkan kepedulian manajemen terhadap keselarasan nilai-nilai yang dimiliki antara karyawan maupun perusahaan manufaktur. Penelitian ini didesain dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan 100 karyawan dari beberapa perusahaan manufaktur grease & lubricants di Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil temuan dalam studi ini yaitu Hubungan Manajemen-Karyawan, Kebijakan Sosial-Ekonomi, dan Kesetaraan Gender berpengaruh langsung terhadap Retensi Karyawan. Kecocokan Orang-Organisasi memiliki pengaruh moderasi antara Kesetaraan Gender dan Retensi Karyawan. Sedangkan efek moderasi Kecocokan Orang-Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan antara Hubungan Manajemen-Karyawan dan Retensi Karyawan maupun antara Kebijakan Sosial-Ekonomi dan Retensi Karyawan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi secara teoritis dengan melakukan percobaan dan pengujian pengaruh moderasi dari variabel Hubungan Manajemen-Karyawan, Kebijakan Sosial-Ekonomi, Dan Kesetaraan Gender terhadap Retensi Karyawan melalui Kecocokan Orang-Organisasi. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan dan memberikan bukti praktis bagi para pekerja di industri manufaktur Grease & Lubricants di Indonesia dan melengkapi literatur saat ini yang terdapat pada variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

Bagi seseorang yang baru terjun dalam dunia pekerjaan tertentu yang asing, maka perlu mempelajari serta mengenali dahulu cara untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan itu. Tidak ada seseorang pun yang mampu menyelesaikan suatu tugas dengan baik apabila tidak mempelajari dan menguasai tugas tersebut terlebih dahulu. Orang yang belum memiliki cukup ilmu serta pembelajaran mengenai tugasnya pasti akan mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikannya. Jadi, pembelajaran bagi seorang karyawan dirasa sangat perlu untuk nantinya dapat menunjang pertumbuhan karir mereka. Di era persaingan bisnis saat ini yang dirasa cukup ketat, memperoleh SDM yang unggul dan berpengalaman tidaklah mudah bagi suatu perusahaan. Maka dari itu, penting bagi suatu perusahaan untuk dapat memberikan dukungan serta dorongan agar karyawan dapat terus termotivasi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas dirinya. Dengan demikian, karyawan dapat merasa puas serta memiliki kinerja atau prestasi yang sangat dibutuhkan perusahaan dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi perusahaan, baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Pembelajaran, Pengetahuan, Tunjangan, Motivasi, Kreativitas, dan Kepuasan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan serta Pertumbuhan Karir Karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 240 karyawan yang bekerja di Divisi Engineering pada Industri Konstruksi di Indonesia. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Ditemukan hasil bahwa Pembelajaran Karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan, sedangkan Pembelajaran Karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Pengetahuan Karyawan.
