Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di PT Askara Jagannatha SA3M dalam mendukung keberhasilan operasional perusahaan berbasis aplikasi digital HiMall. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, observasi internal, dan dokumentasi perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Askara Jagannatha SA3M menerapkan perencanaan human capital yang terintegrasi dengan visi dan misi perusahaan, mulai dari proses rekrutmen yang menekankan kompetensi teknis, pelayanan unggul, serta integritas, hingga program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang berkesinambungan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan dilakukan secara komprehensif melalui evaluasi berkala dan sistem 360 derajat untuk mendukung peningkatan kompetensi dan motivasi kerja. Selain itu, perusahaan juga menyediakan skema kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif, baik kompensasi langsung maupun tidak langsung, guna menjaga kesejahteraan dan loyalitas karyawan. Strategi SDM yang diterapkan berhasil menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inovatif, kolaboratif, serta adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, sehingga mampu mendukung pertumbuhan dan daya saing perusahaan di industri digital.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PkM) was conducted with the aim of enhancing teachers’ skills at SMK DIMA in using applications that support students’ career planning. The main issue faced by the school was the absence of a systematic and integrated system utilizing information technology, resulting in career planning data being recorded manually, partially, and not comprehensively accessible to the Business and Industrial World (DUDI). Through application training, teachers were equipped with technical competencies to operate, input, process, and integrate student data into a digital-based system. The effectiveness of the training was measured using pre-tests and post-tests, analyzed with the N-Gain test. The results revealed a significant improvement in teachers’ skills, with an average N-Gain of 85.5%, categorized as high. The improvement was reflected in teachers’ ability to utilize application features to support student career guidance in a more systematic and integrated manner. Thus, this PkM activity proved effective in improving teachers’ competencies and contributed positively to the school’s readiness in developing a career planning system aligned with DUDI’s needs. These outcomes are expected to serve as a foundation for future program development, fostering stronger collaboration between schools and industry. Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru SMK DIMA dalam penggunaan aplikasi yang mendukung perencanaan karir siswa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi sekolah adalah belum adanya sistem yang sistematis dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi informasi sehingga data perencanaan karir siswa masih dicatat secara manual, parsial, dan belum dapat diakses secara komprehensif oleh pihak Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI). Melalui pelatihan keterampilan penggunaan aplikasi, guru dibekali kemampuan teknis untuk mengoperasikan, menginput, mengolah, serta mengintegrasikan data siswa dalam sistem berbasis digital. Metode pengukuran efektivitas pelatihan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis dengan uji N-Gain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan guru meningkat secara signifikan dengan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 85,5% yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat dari kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan fitur aplikasi untuk mendukung pendampingan karir siswa secara lebih sistematis dan terintegrasi. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PkM ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan sekolah dalam mengembangkan sistem perencanaan karir yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan DUDI. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan program serupa di masa mendatang, sehingga kolaborasi antara sekolah dan dunia industri dapat semakin optimal. Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the effect of strategic human resources management practice (SHRMP) on employee retention in the property industry with the moderating effect of job engagement and perceived supervisor support. This study was designed using a purposive sampling method involving 158 respondents from the property industry. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0. Some of the findings in this study are that SHRMP has a direct effect on Employee Retention. Meanwhile, the moderating effect of Job Engagement and Perceived Supervisor Support has no significant effect on Employee Retention. The managerial implications of this research for industry practitioners and researchers are implementing SHRMP in companies by improving recruitment systems, establishing proper and ongoing training for employees, monitoring and evaluating performance appraisals, and adjusting compensation and benefits for the employees with high performance.

Abstract

PT Mekogene Indonesia (PT MGI) business planning focuses on the innovation of a blood test-based colorectal cancer screening tool, ColoSTAT. ColoSTAT is indicated to be able to screen the risk of colorectal cancer in adult colorectal cancer suspects aged 40-85 years. PT MGI's external environmental analysis uses PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces. This research method uses literature studies and interviews with related parties. The analysis shows that the increasing trend in colorectal cancer rates, support for health regulations, and public awareness open up large market opportunities. However, there are challenges such as competition from conventional technology and challenges in educating the public about the importance of early detection. The strengths of this medical device market include high barriers to entry, low consumer bargaining power, and the potential for market dominance through technological innovation. PT MGI's human resource (HR) development planning includes a lean but effective organizational structure, a modern diagnostic technology training program, and a performance-based compensation system to increase productivity. The core team will consist of experts in diagnostic technology and market development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Perencanaan Bisnis di Sektor PropTech”. Penelitian ini berfokus pada manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam perusahaan PropTech, melibatkan manajer SDM, pemimpin bisnis, dan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap praktik, tantangan, dan inovasi dalam manajemen SDM yang berkontribusi terhadap perencanaan bisnis dan pertumbuhan di sektor PropTech. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dari wawancara mendalam dengan partisipan yang terlibat langsung dalam strategi manajemen SDM. Selain itu, data juga diperoleh dari klien PropTech dan pakar industri untuk memberikan perspektif yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen SDM yang efektif, termasuk penilaian kinerja yang terstruktur dan penggunaan KPI, berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan inovasi. Pendekatan 360 derajat dalam penilaian kinerja memberikan wawasan komprehensif mengenai kinerja individu dan area pengembangan yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi manajemen SDM yang adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan pasar sangat penting untuk keberhasilan perusahaan PropTech. Dengan memahami tantangan dan peluang yang ada, perusahaan dapat menyelaraskan praktik SDM dengan tujuan bisnis jangka panjang.

Abstract

The Medical Laboratory as a medical support unit can provide information about laboratory aspects of specimens or samples whose testing is carried out in the laboratory. Medical laboratories are a necessity that can diagnose diseases and check body health. Medical Laboratory business opportunities are increasing and also competing with competitors of similar companies. For this reason, Daksa Medical Laboratory needs a marketing strategy to attract the interest of its customers so that customers choose to have an examination at Daksa Medical Laboratory. The aim of this research is to analyze marketing plans and develop marketing strategies in the Medical Laboratory Business. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques use literature studies, interviews and observations. The data that has been collected is analyzed thematically. The research results show that the marketing strategy planning for Daksa Medical Laboratory has been implemented very well. Strategic planning is carried out up to the long-term stage, according to business strategy and the lean business canvas model. Marketing planning is carried out in stages of goals and objectives, marketing strategy, marketing mix, sales activities, scenarios and assumptions and sales projections.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Khusus Tumbuh Kembang adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang terdiri dari pelayanan multidisiplin yang memantau dan menangani masalah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak sejak lahir sampai berusia18 tahun atau pengobatan terhadap anak yang mengalami gangguan pada tumbuh kembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana manajemen risiko diterapkan sesuai dengan standar ISO 31000:2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, para peneliti mengumpulkan data yang relevan melalui studi literatur dan tinjauan pustaka yang berkaitan dengan masalah atau topik penelitian. Hal ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi risiko di RS Khusus Tumbuh Kembang GSH dengan menggunakan model yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya, dan menyarankan tindakan manajemen risiko yang sesuai untuk mengatasi risiko yang telah teridentifikasi dalam kasus studi di RS Khusus Tumbuh Kembang GSH. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di RS Khusus Tumbuh Kembang GSH menggunakan metode ISO 31000 : 2018 didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa analisis risiko pada fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan yaitu Rumah Sakit dikategorikan menjadi empat tahapan. Tahap pertama adalah identifikasi, kedua adalah analisis Risiko, ketiga Evaluasi Risiko, dan Perlakuan Risiko. Dengan metode yang digunakan didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat 2 jenis risiko yaitu risiko internal dan risiko eksternal. Risiko internal terdiri dfari risiko pemasaran, risiko operasional, risiko human capital, risiko keuangan. Sedangkan risiko eksternal terdiri dari risiko politik, risiko ekonomi, risiko social, risiko teknologi dan risiko lainnya. Diberikan juga rekomendasi mitigasi yang tepat untuk 35 risiko untuk tingkat low, moderate, high dan extreme.

Abstract

The rapid development of online business in Indonesia is increasing because of the character of people in indonesia who always want easy and practical shopping.most of the online businesses themselves use freight forwarding services for export and import activities. This leads to intense competition in the freight forwarding service industry, the purpose of this study to determine the effect of quality of service, customer experience, customer satisfaction or even customer complaint behavior on customer loyalty in the freight forwarding service industry companies.This study was designed using purposive sampling method involving 105 populations of freight forwarder customers. The Data were analyzed using structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS . the results of this study are service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer complaint behavior has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty. In this study can be input to the freight forwarding service industry in order to be fix or improve the quality and good experience for customers so that customers feel satisfied and there are no complaints given, because if customers complain constantly without a solution and no change in the company then there is no customer loyalty.

Abstract

Technology has made banking more user-friendly. Mobile banking a type of internet banking uses mobile devices to conduct financial transactions. Mobile banking makes banking easier and faster. To meet consumer expectations and build trust, loyalty, and happiness, mobile banking must be of high quality. Digital banking customers prioritize privacy and security, therefore banks must address these concerns. To reduce these concerns and retain customers, banks must provide excellent service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the overall trust dimension in explaining the mediator role of the trust variable in shaping customer satisfaction. Before the research, validity and reliability tests were carried out on each statement using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. In this study, 165 government bank customers in Indonesia were involved as respondents. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, there is a significant positive influence between service quality, information quality, system quality, Structural assurance, Task Characteristic, Perceived of usefulness, Perceived ease of use on customer trust. This influence shows that the better customer trust, the higher customer satisfaction. Improving system quality, information quality, in mobile banking services will help companies strengthen customer trust and increase perceptions of service usefulness, leading to more positive and effective interactions.

Abstract

Ease of transaction is a desire of users of financial technology services. This business plan offers a service that facilitates transactions using biometric technology in the form of hand-held payments. Hand Solution not only offers ease of transactions using biometric technology but also offers payment transaction services with low administration fees of up to 0 rupiah. Hand-held payments have an IFE analysis score of 3.28 and an EFE analysis score of 3.37. Hand-held payments' competitive strength, based on the Porter's 5 Forces analysis, is 2.34. The strategic plan assessment results based on the IE matrix analysis are in cell 1, indicating that the company must implement appropriate strategies to run its business through strategic intensification in the form of market development and product development.Based on Porter's generic strategy, PT Hand Solution chose a differentiation strategy because it has a market strategy in the financial technology industry in the form of product innovation using biometric technology that does not yet exist in other payment methods. The marketing plan used by PT Hand Solution focuses on B2B and B2C to provide payment gateways. The operational plan used by PT Hand Solution is with an attractive UI/UX design that is responsive and easy to use by users. The human capital plan used by PT Hand Solution focuses on excellent service with responsive service. The financial plan used by PT Hand Solution is by considering the costs required during running the company's operations. Risk management from PT Hand uses ISO 31000:2018. Kemudahan dalam bertransaksi merupakan keinginan para pengguna layanan financial technology. Payment by hand menyajikan analisis IFE dengan nilai 3,28 dan nilai analisis EFE sebesar 3,37. Kekuatan bersaing yang dimiliki oleh payment by hand berdasarkan hasil analisis dari Porters 5 Forces dengan nilai 2,34. Hasil penilaian strategic plan berdasarkan analisis IE matrix berada pada posisi sel I yang menandakan bahwa perusahaan harus melakukan strategi yang tepat untuk menjalankan usahanya melalui strategi intensif berupa pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk.
