Abstract

Sistem Penyiram Tanaman Otomatis adalah sebuah solusi yang efisien dan praktis dalam menjaga kelembaban tanah dan memberikan pasokan air yang cukup untuk tanaman Pada rumah benih. Yang mana selama ini masih banyak menggunakan listrik dari PLN dan bersifat masih sangat tergantung dari sumber listrik yang yang penduduk pakai sebagai sumber penerangan. Keuntungan utama dari Sistem Penyiram Tanaman Otomatis adalah efisiensi dalam penggunaan air dan upaya yang lebih sedikit dalam pemeliharaan tanaman dalam teknologi berkelanjutan, seperti solar cell, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pertanian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi akumulator dalam konteks penggunaanya sebagai komponen penting dalam sistem penyiraman tanaman berbasis solar cell yang menggerakan motor DC. Salah satu sistem yang menarik pada sistem penyiraman tanaman berbasis solar cell, yang dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya energi matahari yang melimpah dan menghindari ketergantungan pada pasokan listrik dari PLN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi akumulator memiliki dampak signifikan pada kinerja sistem secara keseluruhan. Faktor-faktor seperti tipe akumulator, tingkat pengisian ulang, dan efek penurunan kapasitas selama umur akumulator memiliki peran yang penting dalam menentukan sejauh mana sistem ini dapat menghadirkan solusi yang efektif dalam penyiraman tanaman berbasis solar cell. Efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dalam manajemen daya dapat menghasilkan penghematan energi yang signifikan dan memastikan operasi yang konsisten, bahkan dalam kondisi cuaca yang berubah-ubah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di kelas X SMAN 20 Gowa. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi pemahaman yang kurang terhadap konsep Kurikulum Merdeka, keterbatasan sumber daya, kesulitan dalam adaptasi metode pembelajaran baru, kompleksitas evaluasi pembelajaran, rendahnya motivasi siswa, dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan kelas yang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut dan mengeksplorasi upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI untuk mengatasinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat berbagai tantangan yang signifikan, guru PAI di SMAN 20 Gowa telah melakukan berbagai upaya strategis untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, termasuk peningkatan kompetensi melalui pelatihan, kreativitas dalam penggunaan sumber daya, dan pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan relevan. Kesimpulannya, upaya-upaya ini menunjukkan komitmen guru dalam beradaptasi dengan Kurikulum Merdeka dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, meskipun tantangan yang dihadapi cukup kompleks.

Abstract

The wet tissue currently circulating in the market is made of synthetic fibers consisting of 30% viscose fibers and 70% polyester fibers, and 90% of the wet tissue contains plastic. Indonesia's palm oil industry grows annually, however. Palm fiber waste has high cellulose, useful as wet tissue raw material substitute. This study used flavonoids from palm leaves as an antibacterial material to create biodegradable wet wipes from palm fiber and evaluate their antibacterial and antiseptic effectiveness. The best characteristics of biodegradable wet wipes are obtained with a composition of 91.5% (w/w) palm coconut fiber cellulose, and a ratio (w/w) of PVA:tapioca:chitosan at every 10 mL of used VCO of 2:3:6 (1.5%:2.25%:4.5%) with variations in pulp bleaching and the method of applying the binder solution by being spread onto semi-dry tissue paper. The evaluation of wet tissue includes tests for tensile strength, color, biodegradability, phytochemical analysis, antibacterial testing, antiseptic testing, irritation testing, and pH testing. The test results showed that biodegradable wet wipes made of palm coconut fiber and flavonoid extract from palm coconut leaf at concentrations of 10%, 15%, and 20%, which have been adjusted to SNI 8526:2018 standard, have bacterial reduction effectiveness of 68.09%, 79.06%, and 89.94%, respectively.

Abstract

The prevalence of diarrheal illnesses in Indonesia remains a significant concern among children under the age of five, evident through diagnostic findings and symptomatic manifestations, leading to increased rates of mortality and morbidity. This study aimed to identify, isolate, and culture gram-negative bacteria responsible for childhood diarrhea. Twenty stool samples were collected from children under the age of 5 with acute diarrhea in Jakarta health centres and hospitals between October 2023 to January 2024. These samples were inoculated onto selective agars to facilitate the growth of gram-negative bacteria. After a 24-hour incubation period, colonies suspected to be E. coli, K. pneumoniae, Salmonella, Shigella, or Vibrio were identified using the Vitek-2 compact system. The results revealed a notable presence of Gram-negative bacteria in all the fecal samples from diarrheal children, with Escherichia coli (E. Coli) and Klebsiella pneumoniae (Klebsiella p) as the predominant species. In conclusion, our study, utilizing various cultures and the Vitek-2 compact system, elucidates the microbial landscape driving diarrheal morbidity in Indonesian children under five, with E. Coli and klebsiella pneumoniae emerging as prevalent contributors to childhood diarrhea in this population.

Abstract

Background: Neuraminidase inhibitor (NAI) is one of anti-influenza drugs recommended for use by the World Health Organization (WHO). However, after treatment with NAI drugs in human, resistance to influenza antiviral drugs is begun to rise. Therefore, identification of compounds from Indonesian herbal plants as natural inhibitors of the influenza virus neuraminidase protein needs to be conducted for the development of new anti-influenza drugs.Materials and methods: The crystal structure of the neuraminidase protein complex used in this study was obtained from the Protein Data Bank (PDB). Structure-based pharmacophore modeling was performed using LigandScout version 4.4.5 software. Indonesian herbal plant compounds were collected from the HerbalDB database. Protein and ligand processing was carried out using Autodock 4.2 software. The 3D interaction visualization was carried out with Autodock software, while 2D interaction visualization was carried out with LigPlot software. To determine the toxicity and drug-likeliness of the ligand, the test ligands that had the best docking results were predicted using SwissADME and AdmetSAR.Results: From the virtual screening results, 24 hits were found, and five compounds had the best binding energy among the 24 tested compounds, these were pollenitin (ΔG=-7.22 kcal/mol), OPC-4:0 (ΔG=-7.11 kcal/mol), 6-hydroxykaempferol (ΔG=-7.08 kcal/mol), 5,8-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone (ΔG=-7.07 kcal/mol), and 3,5,6,7-tetrahydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone (ΔG=-6.95 kcal/mol). The best five compounds were then chosen for further analysis.Conclusion: OPC-4:0 is found to be the best compound for the NAI based on its binding energy, pharmacokinetics, toxicity, and drug-likeliness. Thus, OPC-4:0 might be a potential candidate as a NAI of HxN2 virus. Keywords: influenza, molecular docking, neuraminidase, resistance, virtual screening

Abstract

This research was carried out during the Field Experience Practice (PPL) activities of the Syekh Manshur Islamic College for the 2023 Academic Year. Starting from July 25 to August 24 2023 at MA Darul Huda, Mandalawangi Center. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, with data collection tools in the form of observation, documentation and interviews. This research aims to analyze teachers' professional abilities in the context of teaching in the classroom, including mastery of material, structure, concepts and scientific thinking patterns, mastery of competency standards and basic competencies, as well as creative development of material. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The research results show that teachers' professional abilities in teaching sociology are not yet ideal. It can be seen from the three aspects of teacher assessment that only one aspect is met, namely material mastery ability, structural ability, conceptual ability and scientific thinking ability. Teachers' ability to master competency standards and basic competencies is not yet optimal. The teacher assesses whether students must master basic competency and ability standards, including cognitive, psychomotor or affective abilities, which have been implemented, but the teacher has not implemented them in the classroom teaching process. The teacher's ability to develop material creatively and innovatively has been implemented but is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the minimal use of teaching methods, learning resources and learning media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti kebutuhan mendesak bagi Indonesia untuk beralih dari bahan bakar fosil ke energi terbarukan, khususnya energi surya, mengingat potensinya yang besar dan keuntungan geografis negara tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan rencana pemanfaatan PV surya di Mushola Al Ikhlas di Bagan Besar Timur, Dumai, sebagai bagian dari KKN pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau. Menggunakan metode perangkat lunak PVsyst, penelitian ini melibatkan penyusunan basis data meteorologi, pengumpulan data radiasi matahari dan suhu, serta merancang sistem PV surya yang terhubung ke jaringan listrik. Hasil penelitian menyoroti perencanaan modul PV dan sistem inverter, dengan tujuan mencapai kinerja optimal dan integrasi ke dalam infrastruktur jaringan yang ada. Data output energi menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan sepanjang tahun, dengan produksi puncak pada bulan Maret karena radiasi matahari yang tinggi dan output lebih rendah pada bulan November karena tingkat radiasi yang berkurang. Total tahunan radiasi global horizontal sebesar 1606,1 kWh/m², dengan output energi efektif sebesar 31,925 MWh dan energi yang dimasukkan ke jaringan mencapai 29,904 MWh. Rasio kinerja (PR) sebesar 0,775 mencerminkan efisiensi sistem dalam mengubah energi surya menjadi tenaga listrik. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya mendukung adopsi energi terbarukan, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai aplikasi praktis teknologi surya dalam pengabdian masyarakat.

Abstract

This article is a report on community service funded by LPPM UCY 2023/2024. The background to this community service problem is that there are strong symptoms of widespread Islamic religious intolerance in DIY, where this is thought to have become endemic in formal Islamic educational institutions, both state and private, from PAUD to Higher Education. Therefore, this community service tries to: 1. Answer real problems in the field in the form of activities to strengthen religious moderation material with the hope that symptoms of religious intolerance do not spread in all directions without control. 2. This activity limits itself to providing assistance in strengthening religious moderation material at Taman Bocah Permata Hati Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman. The method used in this activity is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) regarding: 1. Exploring the reality of PAI learning at this institution. 2. Explore problems that arise in learning and their practical implications. 3. Brain storming problem solving 4. Conclusion. The results of this community service can be reported as follows: the reality of PAI learning at Taman Bocah Permata Hati TPA does not yet see the importance of religious tolerance, the main goal of PAI is to build faith and devotion to Allah SWT, be loyal to the teachings of Islam and fight in the path of Allah SWT or jihad. sabilillah. Meanwhile other Islamic teachings such as; tasammuh, equality without discrimination is not considered important or has not become PAI's main need. The hope is that through PAI students will become tolerant in religion; flexible in relationships, non-discriminatory in his actions and equal in viewing fellow members of society. The birth of students who are moderate in religion must be supported by PAI teaching materials and teachers who are skilled in instilling the value of religious moderation in students. Therefore, there is a need for assistance and strengthening of religious moderation PAI teaching materials. Suggestions to managers to expand teachers' religious moderation perspectives, sending teachers to religious moderation training.

Abstract

Introduction: The problem in this study is the data on the achievement of health center accreditation in Kendari City, namely: 10 intermediate health centers (66%), 2 basic (13%), 2 main (13%) and 1 plenary (6.6%). This data indicates that not all health centers have implemented service standards according to PMK 46 of 2015 concerning Health Center Accreditation Standards, this condition provides an illustration that technical guidance and supervision carried out at the Health Center have not been carried out optimally. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between internal supervision strategies and improving the quality of health services as a managerial function at the Kendari City Health Center. Method: This type of research is quantitative Observational using Cross Sectional Study design. The population of the study were all health center leaders, Personal Health Efforts managers, Public Health Efforts managers and quality managers totaling 60 people at Kendari City health centers. The sampling method used the Total Sampling technique. Result: The results of the chi-square test on the supervision time variable obtained a value of X2 hit = 17.019, the location of supervision obtained a value of X2 hit = 13.081. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the time of supervision and the location of supervision with the improvement of service quality at the Kendari City Health Center.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the Active Learning model type Card Sort which aims to determine whether there is an influence on the learning outcomes of Civics class V SDN 91 Palembang. The approach used is quantitative experiment. Research design with quasi-experimental design Pretest-Posttest control group design. From data processing, it was obtained that the average pretest value for the experimental class was 49.40, the control class was 43.00 and the posttest average value for the experimental class was 90.60, the control class was 51.80. Based on the normality test it was stated that the sample came from a normal population. Based on the homogeneity test it was stated that the sample came from a homogeneous population, then based on the hypothesis test it was known that t-count was 14.916, to compared with t-table at a significant level of 0.025 with dk n - 1 = 25-1 = 24, obtained a significant level of 0.025 = 0.594. Thus Ho (null hypothesis) is rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of test data, it can be concluded that learning outcomes have an effect after being given treatment using the Card Sort Active Learning model in class V SD Negeri 91 Palembang.
