Abstract

This research aims to develop the concept of the ideal teacher's personality in Islamic education through the integration of classical values proposed by Ibn Sahnun and Azzarnuji with the principles of modern Islamic education. In this context, the research highlights the importance of combining the classical intellectual heritage of Islam with contemporary approaches to create a profile of teachers who can meet the demands of the times while maintaining the moral and spiritual integrity taught by the Islamic tradition. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through a literature review of the works of Ibn Sahnun and Azzarnuji, as well as an analysis of contemporary literature on modern Islamic education. In addition, in-depth interviews with Islamic education experts were also conducted to get a more comprehensive perspective. The results of the study show that the classical values such as example, sincerity, and wisdom taught by Ibn Sahnun and Azzarnuji are still very relevant and can be integrated with modern educational concepts such as professional competence, innovation, and a student-centred approach. The development of the personality of this ideal teacher not only strengthens the morality and spirituality of teachers but also improves the quality of learning that is adaptive to the changing times. The novelty of this study lies in an integrative model that combines classical and modern values, which has not been studied in depth before. The implication of this study is the need to prepare a curriculum and teacher training program that prioritizes a balance between the classical heritage of Islam and the needs of today's education so that it can produce teachers who are academically competent as well as noble in character.

Abstract

Youth radicalization presents serious threats to the peace and stability of society, particularly in educational environments. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Student-Centered Learning (SCL) at Islamic Junior Schools functions as a deterrent to radicalization. Critical thinking, inclusivity, and active student involvement are all promoted by SCL and are essential in lowering a person's vulnerability to extreme views. This study investigates the use of SCL in promoting an inclusive learning environment through a qualitative method that includes teacher and student interviews. The results show that SCL encourages critical thinking and respect for one another, assisting students in interacting with a range of perspectives and fending off extreme influences. However, obstacles including insufficient training for teachers and a lack of resources prevent SCL from reaching its full potential in counter-radicalization initiatives. To optimize the effectiveness of SCL as a preventive measure against radicalization, the study emphasizes the necessity of professional growth and institutional support. Educational officials and organizations hoping to establish more secure and welcoming learning environments should take note of these findings.

Abstract

This study aims to explore family strategies in educating children in the 5.0 era from the perspective of multicultural Islamic education, focusing on efforts to build a generation with character. The 5.0 era is marked by rapid technological developments and digitalization, which affects family parenting and the value system taught to children. In the context of multicultural Islamic education, Islamic values and cultural diversity must be managed in harmony to produce a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has strong moral character, such as tolerance, empathy, and integrity. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with families from diverse cultural backgrounds, observations, and analysis of documents related to children's education from the perspective of Islam and multiculturalism. The data obtained were analyzed thematically to understand the educational patterns applied in the family, as well as the challenges and solutions that emerged in educating children in the 5.0 era. The results of the study show that the family plays an important role in integrating religious and cultural values into children's education. The multicultural approach to Islamic education provides flexibility for families to instil universal values such as justice, togetherness, and respect for differences. In this case, technology is used as a supporting tool to reinforce learning, although prudent parental supervision is still needed. The originality of this research lies in the combination of the concept of Islamic and multicultural education in the context of the 5.0 era, which has not been explored in depth in academic studies. The implications of this study provide insight for educators and policymakers to design educational programs based on multicultural Islamic values, to build a resilient generation to face global challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the crimes that are still rampant in Indonesia by researching street crimes in Indonesia. This study employs qualitative research methods with a normative juridical approach, analyzing secondary data from published literature. The research employs bibliometric data analysis techniques through searching, deepening, examining, investigating, and researching all publications indexed in Scopus regarding the impact of street crime phenomena on public peace from a criminological perspective: public spaces in Indonesia from 1996 to 2023. The obtained data will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel and R/R-Studio applications. VOSviewer will be used synchronously for synchronous analysis of keyword emergence. Street crime is a phenomenon of street-level criminal activities observed from a specialized execution perspective. Terms in the Quran and Hadith related to the behaviour of klitih (a local term for violent behaviour) are also discussed, including the forms of legal measures applied to it. The term al-hirabah refers to armed groups aiming to create chaos, spill blood, and harm people, which is entirely contrary to religion, morality, rules, and laws. Prevention can be approached through traditional means, and legal enforcement must involve various community elements to take control of the issue with support from the state and formal institutions. The results show an annual growth rate of 6.49%, which represents the average yearly increase in published research papers on street crime over the studied period. This research provides a brief overview of the accessible literature and offers recommendations for future research.

Abstract

Since the development of the Islamic economy in the early 90s, Muslim communities have demanded a legal decision from experts regarding the system in the economy. One of the contracts that is being discussed is mudharabah. Because mudharabah is a way out of the usury system which makes the owners of large capital bigger and the poor poorer. This research uses literature. By digging up data from books, journals and other written references. So the results and conclusions are a review of the available books. As well as with descriptive analysis methods. Explain in description the problem of the concept of taisir in the MUI fatwa regarding the mudharabah contract. This research concludes that the mudharabah contract is legally permissible as long as it is permissible, it is a contract containing the rukhshah of a haram contract with a ribawi system. The DSN MUI fatwa has its own manhaj in accommodating various things in Indonesia. The results of the DSN MUI fatwa have the following technical implications: (1) mudharabah is a solution to a usurious interest system; (2) the size and size of financing from LKS to customers can be adjusted to existing data and documents; (3) as long as there are no eligible LKS, there are rukhsahs for the use of conventional bank services. So that economic growth with mudharabah includes comprehensive prosperity; receive blessings; and economic equality and empowerment of MSMEs.
