مع تطور التكنولوجيا بسرعة كبيرة، أصبحت النقود الإلكترونية واحدة من الحلول التي تسهل مختلف العمليات المالية. يعتبر مدرسة إعداد المعلمين لتحفيظ القرآن للصغار بمعهد عش كريما كارانج أنيار كمؤسسة تعليمية مقامة على أساس المدارس الإسلامية ينظر النقود الإلكترونية من أحد الاستراتيجيات في تطوير اقتصاد المدارس الإسلامية. أهداف في هذه الرسالة هي: (1) لمعرفة كيفية وبيان شكل وآلية التعامل بالنقود الإلكترونية في مدرسة إعداد المعلمين لتحفيظ القرآن للصغار بمعهد عش كريما كارانج أنيار. (2) لمعرفة تتوافق تنفيذ فتوى هيئة الشريعة الوطنية لمجلس العلماء الاندونيسي، في فتواها رقم 116 سنة 2017 م بشأن النقود الإلكترونية الشرعية في مدرسة إعداد المعلمين لتحفيظ القرآن للصغار بمعهد عش كريما كارانج أنيار. استنتجت هذه الرسالة أن أشكال العمليات النقود الإلكترونية التي تنظمها مدرسة إعداد المعلمين لتحفيظ القرآن للصغار بمعهد عش كريما كارانج أنيار تستخدم تطبيق SI IMSHI – Isy Karima، حيث يقوم أولياء الطلاب بشحن حسابات الطلاب عبر تطبيق SI IMSHI – Isy Karima، ثم يمكن للطلاب إنفاق هذه النقود الإلكترونية في مقصف المدرسة. أما بالنسبة للامتثال الشرعي في مدرسة إعداد المعلمين لتحفيظ القرآن للصغار بمعهد عش كريما كارانج أنيار، فإنه يتوافق مع أحكام فتوى هيئة الشريعة الوطنية لمجلس العلماء الاندونيسي، في فتواها رقم 116 سنة 2017 م بشأن النقود الإلكترونية الشرعية.

Islamic philanthropy has a significant role in helping to address socioeconomic problems in society and overcoming poverty. With humanitarian and disaster issues, the Action of Quick Response is one of the most trusted Islamic Philanthropic Institutions for the community to manage the funds of the people to be channeled to those who are entitled to receive it. But in recent years, there have been several cases of humanitarian funding deviations reported in the mass media. One of the most controversial cases is the alleged, deviation of humanitarian funds for personal benefit by the Quick Action Response agencyâ€™s leadership. Quick Action Response is alleged to have used humanitarian funds provided for the benefit of personal entities, and illicit activities (terrorism) and is not in accordance with its designation. Legal analysis is conducted with a qualitative descriptive, approach method used namely normative juridical approaches, and data collection in this study with library research. The Research results show that the management of humanitarian funds gathered by the Quick Action Response is contrary to Law Number 23 of 2011 on zakat, as Quick Action Response raises humanitarian funds by name of Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh but is not managed under the provisions of the Zakat Act.

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of curriculum development principles towards the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at Al Hadi Mojolaban Sukoharjo Islamic Junior High School and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum at Al-Hadi Mojolaban Islamic Junior High School. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that there are 4 principles in curriculum development, namely religious principles, philosophical principles, social principles and organizational principles. Al-Hadi Islamic Junior High School in developing Islamic religious education has been based on these principles. The form of curriculum development of Islamic education is carried out in intracurricular, co-curricular, extracurricular and school habituation activities.

This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes in the PAI field at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungalar. Student learning outcomes have many influencing factors, including intelligence factors and student learning interest factors. This study aims to describe intrapersonal intelligence, interest in learning and learning outcomes of PAI at SMK Negeri 1 Kedunggalar. In this study using a quantitative approach. The population of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Kedunggalar. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. While the analysis used is multiple regression analysis technique. Research results: 1). There is a significant correlation between intrapersonal intelligence and student learning outcomes in class X SMA Negeri 1 Kedunggalar. Shown at a significance level of 5%, rxy(ro) = 0.354 and rt = 0.232, rxy > rt, then Ho is rejected. It was concluded that the higher the students' intrapersonal intelligence, the higher the PAI learning outcomes. 2). There is a significant correlation between learning interest and learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Kedunggalar. Indicated by a significance level of 5%, rxy(ro) = 0.403 and rt = 0.232, rxy > rt, then Ho is rejected. It was concluded that the higher the student's learning interest, the higher the PAI learning outcomes. 3). Intrapersonal intelligence and interest in learning have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. This is indicated by a significance level of 5%, where F_count = 9.3019761 and F_table = 3.13, so Fcount > Ftable, so Ho is rejected. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) a value of 21.23643% is obtained, meaning that the variability of the factors of intrapersonal intelligence (x1) and learning interest (x2) has an effect of 21.23643% on PAI learning outcomes (y) and 78.76357%. Pendayagunaan zakat adalah kegiatan merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengordinasikan pengawasan dalam pengumpulan, penyaluran, dan pendayagunaan zakat. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut yang menjalankan adalah Badan Amil Zakat dan Lembaga Amil Zakat sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 17 Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat. Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan: 1. Untuk mengetahui pemberdayaan UMKM di Yogyakarta yang dilakukan oleh LAZISMU Daerah Istimewah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif studi kasus yaitu penelitian yang mendalam selama waktu tertentu tentang individu, satu kelompok, satu organisasi dan satu program kegiatan atau lainnya. Selama penelitian ini, Lazismu DIY menjadi bagian dari perusahaan/lembaga yang menjadi bahan penelitian kami. Dari pembahasan pada bab 4 dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa data penerima bantuan UMKM yang dilakukan oleh organisasi pengelolah zakat Lazismu DIY pada tahun 2020-2022 di masa pandemi covid-19 berturut-turut berjumlah 30 pelaku UMKM ditahun 2020, 18 pelaku UMKM ditahun 2021, dan 13 pelaku UMKM ditahun 2022

This research aims to explore the phenomenon of forced marriage, particularly the practice of Paneta Mawinne or arrest marriage, among the Sumba tribe in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The study specifically examines this practice through the lens of Islamic law, analyzing whether such cultural customs align with or contradict Islamic legal principles. The research adopts a qualitative approach using secondary data collected through literature reviews from credible sources. Data were gathered over several months from academic journal articles, online news outlets, and social media platforms, including relevant videos that document the practice. The analysis focuses on Islamic jurisprudence regarding marriage, which emphasizes mutual consent, justice, and the absence of coercion. Findings indicate that Paneta Mawinne involves significant elements of force and lack of consent, especially on the part of the bride, which is fundamentally incompatible with the principles upheld in Islamic law. Islamic teachings require the voluntary agreement of both parties in a marriage contract, making any form of coercion a violation of Sharia. The originality of this study lies in its intersectional analysis, combining anthropological insights with Islamic legal evaluation to assess a localized cultural practice. By highlighting the contradiction between local customs and Islamic values, this research contributes to broader discussions on cultural relativism, religious norms, and human rights. Ultimately, it calls for greater awareness and legal clarity to ensure that traditional practices do not undermine individual autonomy and religious ethics in Muslim communities.

This research aims to find a model of human Islamic education for the Dayak Bakumpai tribe in Puruk Cahu, Murung Raya Regency, Central Kalimantan, and factors that support and hinder the implementation of humanism Islamic education. This research was qualitative research using the field study method. Data were collected through observation, field interviews, and documentation in the form of manuscripts and articles related to the research's subject. The object of this research was Islamic education institutions comprised of formal, non-formal, and informal education institutions. The research subjects were Islamic religious teachers, preachers, Bakumpai Dayak people, and religious leaders. The approach used was ethnography-phenomenology, emphasizing studying and interpreting the nomenclature of the Dayak ethnic group. The analysis was done using descriptive analysis, which looks for correlation and significance between the data collected to arrive at results that are in line with the predicted outcomes. The findings of the research indicate that the humanism Islamic education model of the Dayak tribe can be divided into three categories: (1) formal education; at SMA Muhammadiyah, this was accomplished through a self-development program in the form of extracurricular activities such as the martial arts Tapak Suci, Hizbul Wathon, and counselling and guidance. (2). Non-formal education; at Pondok Pesantren Karya Pembangunan in the form of Speech training, Nasyid, Habsyi, and leadership training. (3). Informal education; in the form of arisan (a kind of social gathering activity), community development for converts, and religious lectures in mosques. Humanism Islamic education was influenced by several factors, such as Sufism, immigrants, trade, and marriage.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Concept and Implementation of Tauhid-based integral Education in Hidayatullah Elementary and Secondary Education in Surakarta. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The type of this research is descriptive research. This research was conducted at the Madya Hidayatullah Campus, Surakarta with the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. .data analysis techniques used through source classification, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The concept of Tauhid-Based Integral Education in Hidayatullah Elementary and Secondary Education in Surakarta refers to the concept of making Tawhid the basic source as well as the core value of education. The concept of the framework of integrating inner tawheed consists of internalization, socialization, application, expansion and protection. For implementation strategy is the integration of knowledge, system integration and institutional integration. Efforts were made to achieve the target of achieving the concept to the fullest by standardization, centralization and systemic integration in the management of education. With the basic method of recitation of recitations, tazkiyah and ta'limul kitab wa al wisdom education in Basic Education Implementation of Integral Education Based on monotheism is more focused on the aspect of cultivating Adab, while in Secondary Education other than the cultivation of adab, the provision of understanding has begun to be prioritized science as the basic capital to carry out taklif sharia.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the notion of teacher competency in Islamic education as it is presented in the book al-Rasulul al-Mu'allim. This study included library research from a variety of books or scriptures related to competency, teachers, Islamic education, Sheikh Abdul Fattah's biography, the Prophet Muhammad's teaching style, literature on teaching, and Sheikh Abdul Fattah's ideas. The book Al Rasul Al Mu'allim was the main source of inquiry and study for the data. Content analysis, normative, and theological methodologies are utilized to investigate the topic of divinity and the characters of God, as well as the teachings of Allah's religion. Religious pedagogical competence, religious personality competence, religious professional competence, religious social competence, religious global competence, and religious emotional competence were identified as six teacher competencies in Islamic education. The results of the study on the Performance of Good Educators in the Book of Al-Rasul al-Muallim can be implemented by anyone, in any institution, and at any time, because it is very relevant to the vision, mission, and real educational goals.

The value of religious character is very important in efforts to develop the human resources of a nation. The value of religious character can be extracted from cultural treasures that are in line with the characteristics of the local community, including the value of religious character which can be explored in the sayyang pattu'du tradition in Polewali Mandar. This study aims to determine: 1) the process of implementing the sayyang pattu'du tradition in Polewali Mandar, and 2) the values of religious character contained in the sayyang pattu'du tradition in Polewali Mandar. This research paradigm is qualitative with the type of field research and a phenomenological approach. The data collection process was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The result of this research is Sayyang Pattu'du which means a dancing horse or animal which is taught with dancing movements. This tradition is a form of appreciation from parents to their children when they have learned the Qur'an, namely parading children around the village on horseback. This tradition is carried out once a year. Children who ride horses wear traditional Mandar clothes and before they get on the horse they have to bow to their Qur’an teacher, as a form of respect. The route of the procession starts from the mosque and then continues around the village, in a situation like this the dancing horse (sayyang pattu'du) constantly displays its skill in dancing to the tambourine interlocking rhythm. The values of character religion contained in the sayyang pattu'du tradition are 1) Islamic religion.
