Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness and challenges of the Public Prosecutor (JPU) as the sole executor in carrying out the penalty of paying substitute money (UP) in corruption cases. Replacement money, which is regulated in Article 18 of the Corruption Law, is an additional criminal sanction that is essential to recover state financial losses (asset recovery). This normative-empirical legal research identifies that normatively the prosecutor has the strong authority to confiscate and auction the assets of the convict if the UP is not paid within one month. However, in practice, the prosecutor faces significant obstacles, mainly due to: 1) The act of transferring the convict's assets triggers a lawsuit against a third party (derden verzet), which delays the execution process; and 2) Technical limitations in asset tracing to track assets disguised through money laundering schemes. It was concluded that it is necessary to strengthen synergy between institutions and the optimal use of TPPU legal instruments to ensure the success of asset recovery and achieve restorative criminal law goals.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the number of people with eye disease increases every year. The blindness rate of the population in Indonesia is around 1.2% of the total population. People with this eye disease have problems ranging from mild to blind spots. The main causes of blindness are cataracts, corneal disorders, glaucoma, refractive errors, dry eyes, retinal disorders and nutritional disorders. Conjunctivitis, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and other diseases that affect the eyes. As vision, it is necessary to keep the function of the eye from decreasing. As a person ages, the accommodation ability of the eye also decreases. The causes include sitting too long in front of a computer or staring at a cellphone screen for too long, reading a book at a distance that is not within a normal healthy distance, or the presence of dirty air and solar radiation.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has an impact in the form of changes in various fields of human civilization, one of which is the agricultural sector. By applying IoT technology, hydroponic plants will effectively be accurate. IoT has room for improvement in the quality and quantity of agricultural production because it facilitates the automation of monitoring various processes with high precision This research uses the prototype method. Which uses the concept of direct monitoring and allows iterative changes to be made until the desired results are achieved. So this prototype method makes it possible to display the display directly. The microcontroller used is ESP32 which is connected to 3 sensors, namely the TDS sensor, DHT11 sensor and HC-SR04 sensor which are directly updated in the blynk application. In making the software program used is the Arduino IDE. Implementation of the tool is carried out on a floating raft installation. This iot-based hydroponic plant monitoring system has been successfully made and is able to monitor well. Because the system made is related to water, it is necessary to design a tool that is safer and has more protection so that it can’t only run well but also safer for users and a high level of durability.

Abstract

Every day the Sawit Seberang Health Center serves many patients with various kinds of disease complaints from various areas in Sawit Seberang District. The number of patients can even reach tens of people in one day resulting in a large number of patient visit data. Limited information regarding the spread of diseases that are often suffered by patients in several areas at the Sawit Seberang Health Center has resulted in less optimal policy action, anticipation of treatment and prevention of disease in the community. To find information about grouping patient data based on work and place of residence for perceived complaints, a large or large data mining technique is needed, namely data mining techniques using the clustering method. The purpose of this study is to process and cluster patient data based on work, place of residence and complaints that are felt using the Clustering method, to analyze the results of applying data mining using K-Means Clustering in grouping patient data based on work, place of residence and complaints that are felt and find out the results of the settlement grouping patient data based on work and place of residence on perceived complaints using clustering and data mining methods.

Abstract

A building is a man-made structure consisting of walls and a roof permanently erected in a place. Buildings can also be called houses and buildings, namely all facilities, infrastructure or infrastructure in culture as well as human life in building their civilization. Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) play an important role in increasing the development of national infrastructure in Indonesia so that PUPR can assist in clustering research in infrastructure development in Langkat Regency which is very large every year by grouping the data based on activity names, company names, sub-districts development, and look at the last four years. To classify existing development infrastructure in Langkat Regency with the previous system used by the PUPR Service which is still running by recording in a ledger and hindering reporting performance in grouping PUPR service infrastructure development in road construction, bridge construction and others. So that the existence of grouping using the clustering method helps the PUPR service in clustering infrastructure development data in Langkat Regency to be more effective and efficient. The clustering method is one of the methods that can be applied in classifying infrastructure development data taken from the analysis of Langkat Regency PUPR data regarding developments that have taken place in several sub-districts in Langkat Regency. This clustering method has been widely used by previous studies to group data

Abstract

Behavior is a person's reaction to a stimulus that comes from the external environment. Parents are one of the main factors in the formation of children's behavior. This study aims to find out the effect of parents' work and education on student behavior. By using RapidMiner in testing 234 SDN 024769 Binjai student data, using the Apriori method and setting a minimum support value of 8% and 70% confidence, 1207 rules were obtained in the entire set and 2 rules in 9 itemsets. And the best rule with the highest value is obtained, if the father's job is self-employed, the mother's job is self-employed, the father's last education is high school, the mother's last education is high school, the time the father spends working is more than 8 hours per day, the time the mother spends working is more than 8 hours per day, the time the father spends on family is every day, and the time the mother spends on family is every day then the student has good behavior at school, with a support value of 8.5% and a certainty value of 95.2%.

Abstract

Baby blues syndrome is a psychological disorder experienced by women after giving birth, such as feeling excessively upset and sad, and tired for no apparent reason. About 80% of women who have just given birth will experience Baby blues Syndrome, if this continues and is prolonged it will be very dangerous for the health of the mother and baby. From the problems above, the hospital needs to have an additional system that can help make it easier for the medical team to speed up handlers in analyzing and diagnosing Baby blues Syndrome suffered by patients using the certainty factor method. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system for diagnosing the symptoms of Baby blues syndrome using the certainty factor method. Based on the results of the CF calculation, the highest score is the type of baby blues syndrome with a value of 0.9602 or 96.02%. From the results obtained, the system identified that the patient had a type of baby blues syndrome.

Abstract

This research aims to utilize Python models for real-time data processing in monitoring systems for the oil and gas industry, leveraging pressure and temperature sensors. The Internet of Things (IoT) is used to collect and process sensor data directly. Using Python methods, the data is analyzed to detect patterns, anomalies, and predict potential damage. Anomaly detection using the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Isolation Forest algorithms successfully detected operational anomalies with high accuracy. KNN achieved an accuracy of 90%, while Isolation Forest produced better results with an anomaly detection accuracy of 92%. Furthermore, the equipment failure prediction model built using the Logistic Regression and Random Forest algorithms showed good predictive ability. Logistic Regression reached an accuracy of 90%, with a precision of 89% and a recall of 86%. Meanwhile, Random Forest provided better prediction results with an accuracy of 92%, a precision of 90%, and a recall of 88%. The results of this research indicate that the application of Python models for IoT-based real-time data processing can significantly improve the efficiency of monitoring systems and accelerate problem detection in the field, with excellent detection and prediction accuracy.
