Abstract

Mandi Balimau Gedang adalah tradisi masyarakat Dusun Jambu, Kecamatan Tebo Ulu, Kabupaten Tebo, Provinsi Jambi, yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun. Ritual ini memiliki makna sakral sebagai bentuk penyucian diri sebelum Ramadan dan perlindungan dari marabahaya. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode tinjauan pustaka dan wawancara mendalam terhadap dukun setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selain sebagai ritual keagamaan, tradisi ini juga memiliki dimensi sosial dan budaya yang kuat. Namun, modernisasi dan eksploitasi sumber daya alam menjadi tantangan dalam menjaga keasliannya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya pelestarian agar tradisi ini tetap bertahan di tengah perubahan zaman.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is very beneficial for reducing child mortality rates and improving maternal health in accordance with one of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which ensures that children consume exclusive breast milk, but the achievement of Exclusive Breastfeeding in South Sulawesi Province in 2023 is 74.0%. This figure has not reached the national target in 2023, which is 75%. There are 12 districts/cities that have not reached the target, including Bulukumba Regency with an achievement of 60%. The success rate of exclusive breastfeeding can be successful with the support of husbands to breastfeeding mothers to breastfeed their babies because Exclusive Breastfeeding has very broad benefits, not only for babies, but also for mothers, families, and even the country. This study aims to The Relationship Between Husband Support and Exclusive Breastfeeding in Breastfeeding Mothers in Bulukumba Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative research with a total sample of 13 people selected using the total sampling technique. The results of the study showed that most of the husband's support did not support by not providing exclusive breastfeeding as many as 5 people (38.5%), and most of the husband's group supported by providing exclusive breastfeeding as many as 5 people (38.5%). And there were 3 respondents (23.0) who received support from their husbands but did not provide exclusive breastfeeding. Using the chi-square statistical test, a P-value of 0.04 <0.005 was obtained. Thus, there is a significant relationship between the relationship between husband's support and the provision of exclusive breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers.

Abstract

Social media has become an important tool in a company's communications and marketing strategy, but its use also carries various security risks that can have a serious impact on a business's reputation and operations. This research aims to analyze security aspects in the use of social media by companies, focusing on potential threats such as data leaks, cyber attacks, the spread of false information, and misuse of official accounts. The methods used include literature studies, observations of security practices in several companies, and analysis of implemented social media security policies.

Abstract

The integration of monotheism in economic activities will undoubtedly significantly impact the socio-economic well-being of Muslim societies. While a large body of literature discusses the relationship between religion and economics, few studies specifically explore the effective integration of the concept of tawhid into the economic practices of Muslim societies. This research aims to bridge this gap by examining a comprehensive approach to incorporating the principles of tawhid into economic activities. The aim is to create a strong synergy between faith and economic practices in daily life. A systematic analysis of secondary data sources, including journal articles, books, conference reports, and dissertations, identified key themes and practical methods for implementing the values of tawhid in various aspects of business operations, such as financial management, investment decisions, and employee relations. The findings are clear: Integrating tawhid strengthens the spiritual foundation of Muslim societies and contributes to more ethical, transparent, and sustainable business practices. However, implementing the strategy has encountered some challenges that must be addressed with suitable strategies, which are also outlined in this study. This research offers practical recommendations for economic actors and religious leaders, contributing to the growing knowledge of the intersection of religion and economics. It provides innovative solutions to contemporary challenges in the field.

Abstract

Education is the main foundation of a nation's development, and the quality of education is an important indicator of a country's progress. However, many educational institutions still face challenges in improving the quality of their services and the effectiveness of their programs. This research aims to discuss the evaluation and measurement of the success of educational endeavors, focusing on the definition of evaluation, factors that influence success, and relevant measurement indicators. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, by collecting data from various sources such as journals, books and interviews. The results show that the success of an educational endeavor is not only measured by academic results, but also by student satisfaction, parental loyalty, and the institution's image in the community. In addition, factors such as opportunity utilization, careful planning and competent human resource management greatly influence the success of education. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of systematic evaluation and the use of clear indicators in assessing the success of educational ventures. Thus, educational institutions are expected to formulate more effective strategies to improve the quality of their education and their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive global era.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of a baby's life is essential to support optimal growth and development. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding targets in Indonesia is still low due to various obstacles, such as suboptimal breast milk production, inappropriate breastfeeding techniques, and minimal education for postpartum mothers. One non-pharmacological intervention that has proven effective in increasing breast milk production is the Oketani massage technique, a gentle breast massage method developed in Japan. This community service activity aims to provide Oketani massage education and training to fifteen postpartum mothers in Paenre Lompoe Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. The implementation method includes counseling, massage technique demonstrations, direct practice, and pre-post test evaluations. The results of the activity showed an increase in participant knowledge and the practical benefits of Oketani massage in facilitating breast milk. In addition to increasing breast milk production, this massage also has positive psychological impacts, such as reducing stress and strengthening the mother-child bond. With an educational and participatory approach, this activity is expected to increase breastfeeding success and strengthen the role of families and communities in supporting maternal and infant health.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan influencer marketing dan persepsi harga terhadap minat Beli konsumen pada Raja Grosir kota Bima Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masyarakat Kota & kabupaten Bima yang pernah berbelanja di Raja Grosir . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggambil instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli produk di Raja Grosir kota Bima, di Kota & kabupaten Bima yang tidak diketahui secara pasti jumlahnya (Unknown Population). Dikarenakan populasinya tidak diketahui secara pasti maka sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 orang dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  terdapat prngaruh penggunaan influencer marketing dan presepsi harga terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Raja Grosir Bima.

Abstract

Peka Gizi is a health and nutrition screening program aimed at raising community awareness about the importance of health and nutrition. The activity was conducted at SDN Jia Bima, involving 46 participants from various age groups. The examination included blood pressure and body mass index (BMI) assessments. Most participants were aged 25–35 years (43%) and 36–46 years (35%). Results showed that 41% had hypertension, 11% had hypotension, and 48% had normal blood pressure. Based on BMI, 20% were categorized as pre-obese, 13% as obese, 11% were underweight, and 56% had normal weight. These findings indicate that over half of the participants were at risk of health issues related to blood pressure and nutritional status. Therefore, educational initiatives like Peka Gizi should be implemented regularly as part of promotive and preventive health interventions.

Abstract

This paper examines carbon credit trading from both juridical and fiqh muamalah perspectives. Carbon trading as promoted under the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement, has become a strategic instrument for mitigating climate change by assigning value to verified emission reductions. As interest in environmental finance grows, assessing its alignment with Islamic legal principles is increasingly important. This study employs a qualitative library research method using a descriptive-analytical approach. Data sources include national and international laws, classical and contemporary Islamic legal texts, and academic journal articles relevant to the topic. The findings show that, from a juridical perspective, the Emission Reduction Purchase Agreement (ERPA) positions carbon credit trading within the framework of civil law, especially in contract and property law domains. From the fiqh muamalah perspective, carbon trading can be interpreted through the concept of ijarah bi al-manfa’ah, where the tradable benefit is the certified reduction of emissions. In this context, countries or companies engaged in reforestation or low-emission initiatives provide measurable environmental services to higher-emission entities, who compensate them financially. The study concludes that carbon credit trading, when implemented with transparency and fairness, aligns with both legal and sharia principles. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative analysis, offering a conceptual bridge between modern environmental policy and Islamic commercial jurisprudence, providing insights for regulators, Islamic finance institutions, and policy-makers seeking to develop sharia-compliant environmental instruments.

Abstract

Nurse performance is an important factor in supporting the quality of health services in hospitals. One of the aspects that can affect nurse performance is the compatibility between individuals and organizations or Person-Organization Fit. This study aims to analyze the influence of Person-Organization Fit on the performance of nurses at Thalia Irham Hospital, Gowa Regency. This type of research is quantitative with an ex-post facto approach. The population in this study is all nurses working at Thalia Irham Hospital, with a sample of 68 people determined through total sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The variables studied included Person-Organization Fit as an independent variable and nurse performance as a dependent variable. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression test to determine the influence between the two variables. The results of the analysis showed that Person-Organization Fit had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. This is proven by a calculated t value of 4.243 which is greater than the t of the table of 1.668 and a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the level of compatibility between individuals and organizations (Person-Organization Fit), the better the performance of nurses at Thalia Irham Hospital, Gowa Regency. ABSTRAK Kinerja perawat merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat adalah kesesuaian antara individu dengan organisasi atau Person-Organization Fit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Person-Organization Fit terhadap kinerja perawat di RS Thalia Irham Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di RS Thalia Irham, dengan sampel sebanyak 68 orang yang ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi Person-Organization Fit sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja perawat sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kedua variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Person-Organization Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,243 yang lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel sebesar 1,668 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kesesuaian antara individu dan organisasi (Person-Organization Fit), semakin baik kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Thalia Irham, Kabupaten Gowa.
