Abstract

The effective human resources management must fulfill the purpose of the company and the need of the employee. Work satisfactory is the effect of performance effectiveness and success of work. This research only discusses about work satisfactory audit based on the effectiveness of employee’s need in Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi. Employee’s satisfactory can be measured by satisfactory survey, often called attitude survey. Mc. Clelland mentioned that there are three kinds of employee’s need, first is need for achievement, = n Ach, second is need for affiliation, = n Af, and third is need for power, = n Pow. This research uses paradigm of quantitative research with descriptive-associative method which emphasizes the examination of theories through the measurement of research of variables with number by analyzing the data with statistic procedure. The researches with deductive approach to examine hypothesis. The variable of work satisfactory in Unisma is not maximal yet because the value in average has just reached 3.84 (the maximum score is 5), so that it can be asserted in percentage that the satisfactory of the employee has been reached around 76.8%. The indicator of work safety reaches the highest score (4.40), while the indicator of salary and benefit reaches the lowest score (2.69). In variable of employee’s need, the average value of employee’s need reaches 3.86, so that it can be asserted in percentage that the effectiveness of employee’s need has been reached about 77.2%. The highest score 4.3 is in the indicator of physical factor and work condition and the lowest score is in the indicator of emotion and work situation (3.09). The need for achievement reaches the highest score among Mc. Clelland’s three needs, which is 4.02, whereas the need for power and the need for affiliation each reaches 3.78 and 3.77. The variable of employee’s need, either need for achievement, need for power, or need for affiliation, can indicate the variety ofaudit variable of work satisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the policy implementation strategy of BMT in improving access to financial facilities for small enterprises (SMEs) in Bekasi. Measuring the effectiveness of the strategy of inclusion and financial literacy policy that has been applied to small enterprises (SMEs) in Bekasi. Finding advanced strategies that can be applied to optimize the function of BMT in promoting inclusion and financial literacy, especially in Bekasi. The method used is a qualitative method approach to field exploration, in-depth interview. The results of the interview data obtained mapped by categories, namely internal and external factors then analyzed using SWOT matrix and IE. Subsequently made an evaluation of the implementation of existing strategies and formulating strategies that will come in order to improve public financial inclusion. The results showed that the financial inclusion strategy applied BMT Syariah Riyal (BSR) is quite helpful in increasing financial inclusion, especially in the city of Bekasi, even BSR has developed a marketing area as well as services to the Bekasi area. In an effort to increase financial inclusion in society, BSR to work with various elements, among others, people in target areas: the RT, RW, taklim, schools, the local parliament constituency. In the medium term BSR develop proactive strategies and strengthen human resources, networks, information systems and capital in order to increase the reach of its services to the public.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of sukuk in national economic development. During this time the source of development financing consists of several kinds including taxes, bonds, foreign debt and Islamic bonds (sukuk). Sukuk has been developed in Indonesia since 2002 (published Indosat) and is still growing and the number of issuers are even greater. The research method using descriptive quantitative, data source in this research is secondary data obtained, balance of payments in the government, the state budget. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were processed using matrix comparison of the performance of sukuk and conventional bonds to finance national development. The role and contribution of sukuk to finance the construction has been increasing. In 2011 amounted to 34% of financing needs are met through sukuk. Until 2016 the proportion was 60%. Instead the role of foreign debt be decreased. In 2011 only 7%, and by 2016 the portion close to 0%.

Abstract

This research was aimed to examine about factors related to amount offinancing syariah banking. Complexity effects of non performing financing (NPF), Wadiah certificate of Indonesian Banking (SWBI) and third funding sector (DPK) before and after syariah banking acceleration policy. This research was carried out at Jakarta with sampling was conducted by purposive sampling technique, by criteria Bank Muamalat Indonesia was oldest syariah bank in Indonesia. Collecting data was conducted by report of Statistical Syariah Banking 2006 - 2008. Data analysis used dual regression linear method. The result of research showed that DPK, NPF AND SWBI rate affect as positive and significant to financing fluctuation of syariah banking. Before syariah banking acceleration policy, financing of syariah banking growth more rapidly if compared with after syariah bankingacceleration policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang mantra yang digunakan oleh sando (dukun), sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan dan juga untuk melestarikan tradisi yang ada di masyarakat. Sihingga peneliti tertarik untuk mengambil judul Analisis Makna Mantra Sando Peanaq dalam Bahasa Koneq-Koneqe. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui isi makna mantra yang digunakan oleh sando, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deksriptif kualitatif yakni menggambarkan isi dari mantra sando itu sendiri. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa mantra memiliki artian atau makna mendalam terhadap sang calon bayi.Mantra yang dibaca oleh sando peanaq pada tradisi persalinan merupakan bahasa yang bermakna berkekuatan gaib dalam menahan kesakitan,bermakna kemudahan serta saat keluarnya bayi dari kandungan ibu sando peanaq meniupkan atau membaca mantra yang mengandung makna keselamatan.Mantra sebagai benda utama bagi sando peanaq,penginteraksian terhadap sang pencipta agar diberi keselamatan.setelah melakukan penelitian peneliti menemukan makna yang terkandung dalam mantra yang digunakan oleh sando peanaq.

Abstract

Guru memiliki wewenang profesional untuk membimbing dan mendisiplinkan siswa, tetapi implementasi wewenang ini terkadang tumpang tindih dengan kewajiban negara untuk melindungi anak-anak dari kekerasan. Artikel ini mengkaji kerangka perlindungan hukum bagi guru dalam konflik disiplin dengan siswa sekolah dasar dan mengusulkan model penerapan keadilan restoratif yang tetap memastikan kepentingan terbaik anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan berdasarkan undang-undang, analisis konseptual, dan studi kasus, serta mengkaji perkembangan peraturan hingga Juli 2026. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa masalah utamanya bukanlah kurangnya peraturan, tetapi fragmentasi antara mekanisme untuk melindungi profesi guru, penanganan pelanggaran di sekolah, dan proses pengadilan pidana. Peraturan dari Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah nomor 4 tahun 2026 dan 6 tahun 2026 telah memperkuat promosi advokasi non-litigasi, mediasi, pengaduan, dan penanganan pelanggaran secara kolaboratif. Namun, melindungi guru bukan berarti mereka kebal hukum, dan melaporkan kasus pidana tidak secara otomatis berarti mereka dikriminalisasi. Keadilan restoratif hanya cocok untuk kasus-kasus yang memenuhi persyaratan hukum, dilakukan secara sukarela, berdasarkan fakta yang cukup, mengakui adanya kerugian, dan tidak melibatkan kekerasan serius, pelecehan seksual, pelanggaran berulang, atau ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan yang membuat persetujuan tidak dapat diandalkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity and Body Mass Index (BMI) in students of the Faculty of Sports Science, Padang State University. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach involving 140 students as respondents. The variables analyzed included age, BMI, and physical activity level measured using MET-min/week units. Normality test was conducted using Kolmogorov-Smirnov, while relationship and contribution analysis were conducted through correlation and regression tests. Normality test results showed that BMI and physical activity variables were not normally distributed (p < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed a relationship between physical activity and BMI, with the strength of the relationship classified as [weak/moderate], with a significance value of p < 0.05. Regression analysis showed that physical activity contributed [R² %] to the variation in BMI. This finding indicates that although physical activity has a relationship with BMI, other factors outside of physical activity also play a role in determining the anthropometric status of sports students. The results of this study provide an empirical picture of the characteristics of physical activity and BMI in sports students and can be the basis for developing fitness and health monitoring strategies in the University environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the murabahah contract in multipurpose financing products at Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Lubuk Pakam, and to identify its compliance with sharia principles. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with the bank's Operational Leader. The results showed that the implementation of the murabahah contract has been carried out with strict adherence to sharia compliance, although there are challenges in documentation and customer education. Customer perceptions are generally positive, but some complaints arise regarding the complexity of the process. The bank has made efforts to improve services through digitalization and continuous education. This study contributes to understanding and improving the implementation of murabahah contracts in accordance with sharia principles in multipurpose financing products.

Abstract

Dementia is a brain disorder that causes a decline in memory, thinking ability, and behavior, which significantly affects the quality of life of older adults. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO, 2023), more than 55 million people worldwide live with dementia, and this number continues to increase, particularly in low- and middle-income countries such as Indonesia. The low level of public awareness regarding the early symptoms of dementia has led to many undetected cases. This community service activity aimed to provide education about dementia to the congregation of Al Jihad Mosque in Banjarmasin and to conduct cognitive function screening using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) as an early detection effort. The activity was carried out on September 20, 2025, at Al Jihad Mosque, Banjarmasin, through educational sessions and dementia screening performed by a neurologist. A total of 49 participants took part in the activity, the majority aged 60–74 years (63.2%). The results showed that 97.9% of participants had normal cognitive function, while 2.0% exhibited a tendency toward cognitive impairment. These findings indicate the importance of routine screening among the elderly population, even when general cognitive function appears normal. This activity demonstrates that a faith-based community approach is effective in increasing awareness and promoting dementia prevention at the community level. Keywords:
