Abstract

Mother's Milk (ASI) is one of the most important parts where the production and its smoothness need to be considered by prospective mothers. So many benefits that will be obtained for the mother and of course for the baby. To ensure the implementation of breastfeeding, the Government of Indonesia has regulated by making an official regulation, namely Government Regulation (PP) No. 33 of 2012. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Brast Care Treatment to facilitate milk production in the work area of ??the Baruga Health Center. The design of this research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach, namely research that tries to explore how and why this phenomenon occurs. Based on the results of statistical tests with Chi-Square obtained p value of 0.004 (p < 0.05), which means that Brast Care Treatment is effective in increasing breast milk production.

Abstract

Ponre Public Helath as one of the puskesmas located in Gantarang Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency, is a Puskesmas with a fairly high number of KEK cases. Based on data from Puskesams Ponre, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, in 2019, January-November, there were 692 pregnant women with 73 KEK cases. This study was to describe the knowledge of pregnant women about chronic energy deficiency at the Ponre Health Center, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 30 pregnant women and the sample size was the same as a population of 30 pregnant women, with the sampling technique using side totals. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The knowledge of respondents in the good category were 15 respondents (50.0%), in the sufficient category as many as 13 respondents (43.3%), in the less category as many as 2 respondents (6.7%). Conclusion: the knowledge of pregnant women about KEK in Ponre Puskesmas, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency was the most in the good category, namely as many as 15 respondents (50.0%).

Abstract

Pada ibu hamil, paparan asap rokok sangat berisiko terhadap kesehatan. Kandungan Tar dalam asap rokok dapat merusak komponen dari sel di dalam tubuh dan dapat mengganggu elastisitas membran, termasuk selaput ketuban sehingga rentan mengalami ruptur. Selain itu Dampak besar asap rokok terhadap ibu hamil yaitu: dapat menyebabkan gangguan plasenta, seperti plasenta yang terlepas dari dinding rahim (plasenta previa), dapat menyebabkan keguguran, dapat menyebabkan kelahiran prematur yang akan meningkatkan berbagai risiko gangguan kesehatan pada bayi yang belum siap untuk hidup di luar kandungan. dapat menyebabkan berat badan lahir rendah, serta menyebabkan cacat lahir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengetahuan perokok aktif tentang risiko tinggi asap rokok terhadap ibu hamil di Kelurahan Jalanjang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposif sampling yaitu mengambil data dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan sampel 91 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai Juli 2021 di Kelurahan Jalanjang Kabupaten Bulukumba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan responden dalam klasifikasi baik 9 orang (9,98%), cukup 42 orang (46,15%), dan berpengetahuan kurang 40 orang (43,96%). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan perokok aktif tentang risiko tinggi asap rokok terhadap ibu hamil di Kelurahan Jalanjang Kabupaten Bulukumba dalam kategori tertinggi ada pada kategori cukup.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperjelas metodologi penelitian lapangan dalam bidang pendidikan Islam (PAI) dengan menyoroti pentingnya mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip Islam dengan penelitian ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif reflektif dengan fokus pada analisis konseptual dan kajian kepustakaan, yang dipadukan dengan penelitian empiris sebagai landasan metodologis. Data diperoleh dari tinjauan pustaka, temuan penelitian sebelumnya, dan interpretasi reflektif terhadap praktik penelitian lapangan dalam PAI. Materi dianalisis secara deskriptif-reflektif, yang menyoroti hubungan antara prinsip-prinsip spiritual Islam dan keilmuan ilmiah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan penelitian lapangan dalam PAI sangat bergantung pada kemampuan peneliti untuk menyeimbangkan tujuan sains dan agama serta mempertimbangkan bias mereka sendiri selama proses analisis. Integrasi prinsip-prinsip Islam dan ilmiah menjadikan penelitian lebih persuasif dan memastikan bahwa hasilnya tidak hanya relevan secara akademis tetapi juga spiritual. Dengan demikian, refleksi metodologis ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan paradigma penelitian PAI yang holistik, humanis, dan berorientasi Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi Green Dakwah berbasis Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dalam pengembangan bank sampah sebagai media pendidikan lingkungan di Desa Pammesakang. Pendekatan ABCD digunakan untuk menggali potensi lokal masyarakat, termasuk modal sosial, budaya gotong royong, dan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang menjadi dasar gerakan dakwah ekologis. Melalui metode kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bank sampah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana pengelolaan limbah, tetapi juga sebagai ruang edukasi lingkungan yang mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat menuju pola hidup berkelanjutan. Program Green Dakwah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran ekologis melalui integrasi nilai-nilai Islam, seperti amanah, kebersihan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara tokoh agama, pemerintah desa, dan kelompok masyarakat mampu memperkuat keberlanjutan bank sampah dan menjadikannya model pemberdayaan berbasis aset lokal. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ABCD dalam Green Dakwah memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kualitas lingkungan sekaligus membangun kemandirian masyarakat Desa Pammesakang.

Abstract

Babies are not used to the problems that will attack their body condition, especially problems that can occur on the skin. All babies have very sensitive skin in the first month of life. The condition of the skin in babies which is relatively thinner makes babies more susceptible to infection, irritation and allergies. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of giving olive oil to the incidence of diaper rash in infants aged 0 to 12 months. Method: quasy experimental with one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were infants aged 0 to 12 months who experienced diaper rash in the working area of the Moti Health Center, Gantarang Keke District, Bantaeng Regency, totaling 20 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. the research time was 1 month, namely June 1-30 2021. Meanwhile, the treatment was carried out for 3-7 days with a frequency of 3 times a day. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Results: the mean diaper rash pre test was 1.45 with a standard deviation of 0.51 and the diaper rash post test was 0.45 with a standard deviation of 0.68. The median for pre diaper rash was 1.45 and post diaper rash was 0.38. Meanwhile, the table also shows that the value of p = 0.001 <0.05, which means that olive oil is effective for diaper rash. Conclusion: the Wilcoxon test shows a p value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that olive oil is effective in reducing the incidence of diaper rash in infants aged 0 to 12 months

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of gamification-based formative assessment, specifically using Quizizz and Crossword Puzzles (TTS), on student learning outcomes in economics, focusing on the material concerning the division and scope of economics. While previous research confirmed the benefits of game-based assessments in enhancing motivation and learning, a direct comparative study between Quizizz and TTS was rare, especially on this fundamental economic topic. Employing a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental Design, the study used Purposive Sampling to select two groups of 36 students each at UPT SMAN 13 Sinjai: one group treated with Quizizz and the other with TTSData analysis using JASP involved the Independent Samples t-test on post-test score. The descriptive analysis showed that the TTS group achieved a significantly higher average score (x=82.92) compared to the Quizizz group (x =72.11). The Independent Samples t-test confirmed a statistically significant difference (p < 0.001) in learning outcomes, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. The conclusion highlights that the Crossword Puzzle (TTS) method is substantially more effective due to its ability to encourage deeper cognitive processing, active elaborative encoding, and a more stress-free, engaging learning environment, leading to stronger long-term memory retention than the quick-response nature of Quizizz

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology makes it easier for us to access everything, for this we need the competence of each person in mastering various science and technology (IPTEK). As educators, teachers must be able to develop themselves in developing the learning media used in class. The aim of this research is to test the validity, practicality and effectiveness of videoscribe media on the learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Hu'u. Researchers developed videoscribe learning media to help students study social sciences (IPS). This type of research uses Research and Development, using the ADDIE model. The sample in this study was 36 class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Hu'u. The data collection instruments used were interviews, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis techniques used are media validity analysis, media practicality analysis, and media effectiveness analysis. The research results showed that the validity of the media and material was 86% in the "very valid" category. Meanwhile, the practicality of videoscribe media received a percentage of 85% in the Very practical category. Student learning test scores are obtained from pretest results with a Classical Completeness score of 65%. From the results of the pretest, there were 13 students who completed it and 23 students who did not meet the Maximum Completeness Criteria (KKM) with a percentage of 34%. After the posttest was carried out, there were 31 students who completed it and 4 students who did not meet the Maximum Completeness Criteria (KKM), resulting in a percentage of 88%. Thus, it can be said that the use of Videoscribe media in social studies learning at SMP Negeri 2 Hu'u is effective in improving student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the significant increase in student learning outcomes, where initially only 65% of students achieved complete KKM, after the media was implemented. Videoscribe in learning the student's completeness score is 88%.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of NU values in instilling the character of national spirit in class XII IPS 1 SMA NU Ciledug. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data was collected through interviews and observations with related teachers and students as well as documentation. The research results show that the values of Tawassuth (moderate), Tawazun (balanced), and Tasamuh (tolerant) in the Islamic teachings of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah are well integrated in learning activities, such as istigosah, Marhaban Al Barzanji, and sholawatan. The implementation of Tawassuth values is reflected in efforts to avoid extremism, while Tasamuh values are implemented through an attitude of tolerance towards religious differences. Tawazun values are implemented through extracurricular activities, flag ceremonies, and mutual cooperation are also part of the implementation of national values. Even though the process of cultivating the character of a national spirit is already going well, research shows that optimizing results requires further support from various parties, including parents, teachers and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how religious moderation is an understanding that already exists in the Tidung Tribe through the culture they have traditions in everyday life, which through this tradition is in line with the aim of moderation, namely respect for differences and understanding differences within a frame of harmony. This research is field research with an ethnographic approach. Through an ethnographic approach, the researcher wants to take a closer picture of the culture of the Tidung Tribe and the values ​​of moderation resulting from the existing culture, both through direct observation and interviews in finding research results. The research findings show that the Tidung Tribe continues to strive to maintain their identity and cultural diversity while remaining open to change and progress over time. Through the spirit of mutual cooperation and togetherness, the Tidung Tribe seeks to strengthen national unity and unity, as well as maintain harmony between tribes and ethnicities in the Nunukan region, North Kalimantan. On the other hand, the culture of the Tidung Tribe, like the Iraw, is interpreted as not just a ceremony, but an effort to honor and celebrate together, as well as recognizing differences. In this case, the Tidung Tribe shows that harmony between religious communities can be strengthened through dialogue and cooperation.
