Abstract

The decrease in the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by several factors, including reduced milk production caused by hormones and the mother's perception of insufficient breast milk. The production and expenditure of breast milk in the body is influenced by two hormones, namely prolactin and oxytocin. To overcome the problem of breast milk production caused by decreased stimulation of the oxytocin hormone, namely by breastfeeding early in the first hours because the nipples are often sucked by the baby's mouth, the more hormones are produced, so that more milk comes out. In addition, oxytocin massage can also be done. This action can help maximize the production of oxytocin, the prolactin receptor and minimize the side effects of delayed breastfeeding by the baby. Efforts to stimulate prolactin and oxytocin hormones in the mother after giving birth other than expressing breast milk can be done by doing breast care or massage, cleaning the nipples, breastfeeding the baby often even though the milk has not come out, early and regular breastfeeding and oxytocin massage. For some mothers, it may be difficult to express breast milk, but more mothers are influenced by myths so that mothers are not sure that they can give breast milk to their babies. The feeling of the mother who is not sure that she can give breast milk to her baby will cause a decrease in the hormone oxytocin so that milk cannot come out immediately after giving birth and finally the mother decides to give formula milk to her baby often breastfeed the baby even though the milk has not come out, early and regular breastfeeding and oxytocin massage. The method used is Pre Test and Post Test using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the counseling there was an increase in respondents' knowledge of the benefits of oxytocin massage, which was in the good category as much as 26 (63.4%). The conclusion is that there is a significant increase in respondents' knowledge after being given counseling.

Abstract

Reducing the prevalence of stunting in children under five is the main agenda of the Government of Indonesia. The Secretariat of the Vice President coordinates efforts to accelerate stunting prevention so that it converges, both in planning, implementation, including monitoring and evaluation at various levels of government, including villages. The Setwapres encourages the involvement of all parties in accelerating stunting prevention so that the prevalence will fall to 14% by 2024. Stunting is caused by multi-dimensional factors and is not only caused by poor nutrition experienced by pregnant women and children under five. Several factors that influence the incidence of stunting include maternal factors, home environment factors, low food quality, inadequate feeding, food and drink safety, breastfeeding (breastfeeding phase), infection, political economy, health and health services, education, social and culture, agriculture and food systems, water, sanitation and the environment. The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is higher than other countries in Southeast Asia, such as Myanmar at 35%, Vietnam at 23%, and Thailand at 16%. Seeing this situation, of course, very worrying for the younger generation. This is because the incidence of stunting will have an impact on the growth and development of children in the long term. The method used is Pre Test and Post Test using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the counseling there was an increase in respondents' knowledge of stunting, which was in the good category as much as 19 (52.8%). In conclusion, there is a significant increase in respondents' knowledge after being given counseling.

Abstract

The condition of jaundice is very common in newborns, especially in LBW (Low Birth Weight Babies). There are many causes for this yellow baby. What often happens is because the baby's liver function is immature to process erythrocytes (red blood cells). In infants the age of red blood cells is approximately 90 days. The result of the breakdown, erythrocytes must be processed by the baby's liver. At birth the baby's heart is not yet good enough to do its job. The rest of the breakdown of erythrocytes is called bilirubin, this bilirubin is what causes jaundice in babies. Neonatal jaundice is a clinical condition in infants characterized by icterus staining of the skin and sclera due to excessive accumulation of unconjugated bilirubin. Clinical jaundice will begin to appear in newborns when blood bilirubin levels are 5-7 mg/dL. Jaundice during the first week of life is present in about 60% of term infants and 80% of preterm infants. The method used is Pre Test and Post Test using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the counseling there was an increase in respondents' knowledge about handling jaundice (icteric) babies, which were in the good category as much as 47 (88.68%). The conclusion is that there is a significant increase in respondents' knowledge after being given counseling.

Abstract

Website PPID ialah kumpulan halaman yang berisi informasi tertentu mengenai informasi publik pada OPD di Kota Samarinda beserta layanan informasi yang telah disediakan pada sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah website PPID telah diterima dengan baik di kalangan masyarakat. Metode yang dipakai di penelitian ini ialah metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan menerapkan lima variabel yang diajukan sebagai hipotesis pada penelitian. Data dalam penelitian ini yakni data dari 100 responden yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Persepsi Kemudahan Pengguna secara partial berpengaruh terhadap variabel Sikap Penggunaan, variabel Persepsi Kegunaan secara partial berpengaruh terhadap variabel Sikap Penggunaan, variabel Niat Perilaku Pengguna secara partial berpengaruh terhadap Sikap Pengguna, dan variabel Penggunaan Secara Langsung secara partial tidak berdampak kepada penggunaan sikap dan variabel Persepsi Kemudahan Pengguna, Persepsi Kegunaan, Niat Perilaku Pengguna dan Penggunaan Secara langsung secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Sikap Terhadap Pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa website PPID Kota Samarinda memiliki pengaruh dalam membantu masyarakat Kota Samarinda dalam mengajukan permohonan informasi dengan lebih mudah, cepat dan efisien.

Abstract

In the 2013 Curriculum (Kurtilas), learning through any method or model is inseparable from the evaluation of determining the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) as the initial stage of assessing learning outcomes. In reality, many teachers still fail to analyze and consider the principles in determining the KKM. The aim of this research is to improve teachers' skills in developing KKM at MTsN 2 Kota Lhokseumawe. The emancipatory type was chosen as the method for this action research. The Kemmis model design was used as the research design, consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This action research also encouraged the researcher to deeply address practical problems in educational institutions. Based on the research findings and discussions, it can be concluded that the workshop enhanced teachers' ability to develop KKM. In the first cycle, three out of five criteria for assessing teachers' performance did not meet the criteria. However, in the second cycle, all aspects met the criteria. The assessment results for determining the KKM improved; in the first cycle, the ability to determine the KKM reached 83.75%, while in the second cycle, there was an increase to 93.25%. The research findings also indicated a significant increase in the percentage of teachers ready to fulfill the workshop implementation aspect. Therefore, it can be said that the response of teachers at MTsN 2 Lhokseumawe towards the workshop activities was very positive.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the question items based on the level of difficulty of the questions, the differentiating power of the questions and the function of distractors on the test questions for students at SMA Negeri 1 Rao Utara Class X. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, while the samples were taken from classes IPS 1 and X IPS 2 as many as 200 students. The results obtained from the analysis of 40 items using ITEMAN by analyzing the level of difficulty of each item obtained 15 items that were categorized at the difficult level, 15 items that were categorized at the medium level, and 10 items that were categorized at the easy level. So for this reason, the difficulty level of the questions needs to be lowered or re-evaluated. Furthermore, by analyzing the differentiating power of the test items, results were obtained with 7 questions in the very good category, 17 in the good category, 9 in the fair category and 7 in the poor category. Next, analyzing the function of the distractor, there were three questions that had to be replaced because they did not deceive the students in answering them.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi dan hasil belajar matematis siswa SMPN 10 Soromandi Satap, Bima Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dalam proses pembelajarannya menggunakan model problem-based learning (PBL) dengan bantuan teknologi dan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Secara khusus penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus pembelajaran dengan Langkah-langkahnya mencakup deskripsi studi kasus, analisis situasi, alternatif solusi, dan evaluasi. Hasil analsiis memperlihatkan bahwa keadaan awal siswa di SMPN 10 Soromandi Satap memiliki motivasi dan hasil belajar yang belum maksimal. Hal ini disinyalir karena penerapan pembelajaran yang kurang berpusat pada siswa dan minimnya pemberian bimbingan dan umpan balik. Selanjutnya, penggunaan model PBL yang didukung oleh integrasi teknologi dan media dapat menyelesaikan masalah rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar matematis siswa. Oleh karena itu, disarankan kepada para guru untuk inovatif dalam mengkonstruksi pembelajaran agar menggugah minat siswa dalam belajar sehingga menunjang peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar mereka. Media sederhana seperti video interaktif mampu menarik perhatian para siswa sehingga motivasi mereka tetap dipertahankan

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the optimization of students' Arabic writing skills through the collaboration of Herbart method with cooperative learning. Using a qualitative method, the study informs that the implementation of Herbart method in the basic concepts of writing and the writing of hamzah is carried out in five stages, i.e. planning, material presentation, material association, conclusion, and application. In this case, the cooperative learning is placed in the fifth stage, i.e. application, by providing in-group exercises to students. With this collaboration, the students are able to make Arabic sentences based on the elements of writing that have been studied, such as making sentences from words starting with hamzah, analyzing a word form and converting it into another form, and being able to write words and their harakat correctly. Thus, this study concluded that the collaboration of Herbart method with cooperative learning was able to improve students' Arabic writing skills by applying several exercises in groups; it makes students accustomed to writing in Arabic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pembiasaan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Afif Palembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana pelaksanaan pembiasaan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa, faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembiasaan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat dalam membentuk karakter religius siswa di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Afif Palembang, dan upaya guru dalam membentuk karakter religius melalui pembiasaan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Afif Palembang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa SMP Islam Terpadu Al Afif sudah mengimplementasikan karakter religius dalam kesehariannya, akan tetapi pada pelaksanaan kegiatan dzikir Al Ma’tsurat, pihak sekolah harus melakukan berbagai macam upaya yang kreatif untuk membiasakan siswa membaca dzikir Al Ma’tsurat, agar pelaksanaannya menjadi efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan indikator karakter religius yang selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Kata kunci : pembiasaan, dzikir al ma’tsurat, karakter religius.
