Abstract

Rendahnya kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam mengindentifikasi berbagai masalah dalam melaksanakan supervisi pembelajaran merupakan suatu masalah. Faktor penyebabnya adalah kepala sekolah tidak pernah terlibat langsung dalam pembelajaran di kelas, rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran, lemahnya kemampuan guru mengembangkan materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan tuntutan materi dan kebutuhan siswa, dan rendahnya kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan siswa belajar. Jumlah kepala sekolah binaan adalah 13 orang kepala SD. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan sejak Januari – Maret 2018, dalam 2 siklus, dengan prosedure perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi.Memperoleh hasil meningkatnya ketrampilan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan supervisi pembelajaran dengan melakukan pembinaan, pembekalan dan dorongan agar kepala sekolah rutin melaksanakan supervisi pembelajaran di sekolah. Melalui pendampingan dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan supervisi pembelajaran. Usaha meningkatkan ketrampilan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan supervisi pembelajaran memperoleh hasil yaitu pra siklus 1 nilai 65,45 pada katagori sedang (C), siklus 1 nilai 70,89 dengan katagori sedang (C), dan siklus 2 dengan nilai 80,08 dalam katagori baik (B).

Abstract

Jamaluddin Al Afghani is a true Islamic fighter, his whole life from when he was young until the end of his life was devoted to fighting for Muslims from the clutches of the invaders. According to Jamaluddin Al Afghani, the decline of Muslims is actually the result of Muslims themselves who have misunderstood the teachings of Islam, so that they really lag behind the Western world. In addition to the absence of a sense of unity and unity among Muslims themselves, not only among the common people but also among the ulama. The absence of communication and interaction between the ulama led to the breakdown of the ulama network which of course had an impact on the general public. Another factor is the absolute system of government that acts arbitrarily against its people, making the backwardness of Muslims worse. For Jamaluddin Al Afghani, a good and ideal government system is a republican or democratic government system, because this government system involves the people in making decisions through their representatives who sit in parliament. This democratic system of government is what the Qur'an actually wants, not the caliphate government system, where in this government, wisdom and authority are only in the hands of the caliph, and this allows violations of individual rights. Abstract

Abstrak: Inkonsistensi dan atau adanya unsur yang kontradiktif dapat menjadi penyebab diragukannya validitas suatu informasi, yang dalam kaedah ilmu hadits disebut syadz (kejanggalan). Unsur ini terindikasi ditemukan dalam hadis-hadis tentang puasa ‘asyura yang notabene berstatus shahih. Salah satu hadis yang dikutip dari Ibn Abbas, selain menunjukkan adanya manipulasi sumber informasi (tadlis), penggunaan istilah dan penyebutan waktu yang tidak tepat juga ditemukan beberapa informasi yang kontradiktif.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertolak dari perbedaan penilaian terhadap kualitas hadis yang menjadi dasar praktik adzan untuk bayi yang baru lahir, sehingga berakibat pada munculnya ragam pendapat terhadap praktik tersebut. Oleh karena itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas hadis yang menjadi sumber khilafiyah tersebut. Faktanya ditemukan empat orang mukharrij yang meriwayatkan hadis ini dengan sanad-nya masing-masing, tetapi semuanya bersumber dari jalur riwayat tunggal sejak Sofyan al-Tsauri. Maksudnya, sejak generasi sahabat sampai ke generasi Sofyan hadis ini hanya disampaikan oleh satu orang perawi dalam setiap generasi (hadis ahad), sesudahnya barulah melibatkan empat rangkaian sanad yang terpisah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada beberapa perawi berstatus majruhiin, yaitu: ‘Ashim bin ‘Ubaidillah dalam sanad primer, kemudian dalam sanad skunder (lanjutan) ada Waki’ dalam jalur Ahmad, Yahya bin Sa’id dalam jalur Abu Daud, Muhammad bin Basyar dalam jalur Al-Tirmidzi, dan ‘Ubaidillah bin Musa dalam jalur Al-Hakim. Tegasnya, pada setiap jalur informasi yang digunakan oleh masing-masing mukharrij ditemukan dua orang yang tidak memenuhi kriteria ‘adl dan/ dhabth. Selain materi informasi yang janggal karena “menyendiri”, juga ditemukan perbedaan redaksi matan hadis yang dapat memunculkan perbedaan makna yang signifikan, sehingga berakibat pada rendahnya kualitas makna hadis tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of elements in the fraud hexagon on financial statement fraud in Islamic banking in Indonesia, as well as to evaluate the moderating role of the Sharia Supervisory Board. This study uses a quantitative approach with a panel data regression analysis method that includes 37 observations from the annual reports of Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the 2019–2023 period. Financial statement fraud is detected using the Beneish M-Score model, with independent variables including pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, arrogance, and collusion, and the moderating variable of the Sharia Supervisory Board. The results show that pressure, opportunity, and rationalization have a significant effect on financial statement fraud, while ability, arrogance, and collusion have no effect. In addition, the Sharia Supervisory Board is able to moderate the influence of pressure and opportunity, but is not effective in moderating other variables. These findings emphasize the importance of the active role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in strengthening Islamic corporate governance. This study provides practical contributions to financial institutions and regulators to improve the effectiveness of internal supervision and prevent financial statement manipulation. Further studies are recommended to expand the scope of variables and explore qualitative approaches to enrich the understanding of the factors driving fraud in the Islamic financial system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the generative learning model on physics learning outcomes in class XI IPA 1 SMAN 15 Konawe Selatan. This study uses an experimental method with a non-equivalent control design research design, in this design there is a pretest and posttest for the experimental and control classes. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 as the control class. The results showed that there was an effect of the generative learning model on physics learning outcomes after treatment in the experimental class and control class with tcount > ttable or 2,7 > 2,005. So it can be concluded that the effective generative learning model can improve student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of a holographic mobile application on improving English pronunciation among Spanish-speaking children. Utilizing a quasi-experimental design, 60 students aged 8–10 were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group engaged with a holographic application that projected three-dimensional visualizations of mouth movements, while the control group received traditional pronunciation instruction. After an 8-week intervention, results showed that the experimental group achieved significantly higher gains in pronunciation accuracy, particularly with difficult English phonemes such as /θ/, /ð/, and /v/. Qualitative feedback revealed enhanced learner motivation, increased engagement, and reduced pronunciation anxiety among those using the holographic tool. These findings suggest that holographic mobile applications offer an effective, immersive alternative to conventional methods, especially in supporting young learners facing phonological challenges. The study highlights the potential for integrating emerging technologies into second language acquisition programs and recommends further research on long-term impacts and scalability across diverse learning contexts.

Abstract

Background: One of the services covered by BPJS Kesehatan is the provision of hearing aids for patients with hearing impairments. Hearing aids play an important role in improving patients' quality of life in terms of communication, social interaction, and productivity. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the BPJS hearing aid policy on the level of patient acceptance.. Method: This research is quantitative with an analytical observational design. The sample consists of BPJS Kesehatan users who visited CV Power Hearing Bali and met the research criteria, totaling 30 individuals, selected using a total sampling technique. Data was collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire for all research variables. The collected data was then analyzed using the chi-square statistical test. Result: The study results indicate that the service received variable has a significance value (p-value = 0.007), waiting time (p-value = 0.048), and satisfaction level (p-value = 0.007). Conclusion: There is an influence of the implementation of the BPJS hearing aid policy on the level of patient acceptance at CV Power Hearing Bali.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Ottoman method can increase Al-Qur'an literacy at the Menara Fitrah IT Elementary School. The methods used in collecting data in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research found that by using the Ottoman method students who do not yet know the hijaiyyah letters or who can read the Qur'an but have not yet mastered reading such as makhrojul letters or where the hijaiyyah letters come out and the properties of the letters, the students are given training and guidance continuously how to read the hijaiyyah letters with the correct reading, so that they are not only able to memorize the hijaiyyah letters and the reading of the Qur'an, but can pronounce them (mahrijul letters and character traits) according to good reading and recitation. So that after learning the Ottoman method, it is very influential so that students are able to read the Qur'an well and correctly according to the reading and the rules of recitation

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of three Islamic epistemological approaches—Bayani, Burhani, and Irfani—in Arabic language education. These approaches represent distinct yet complementary sources and methods of acquiring knowledge, collectively contributing to the development of a holistic and meaningful instructional model. The Bayani approach emphasizes textual interpretation based on authoritative sources and classical scholarly traditions; the Burhani approach prioritizes logic and rational analysis; while the Irfani approach centers on intuition, spiritual depth, and inner experience. Through a literature review of philosophical and Arabic language education sources, this study finds that the current dominance of the grammatical approach in Arabic instruction has led to a fragmentation of meaning and a disconnection from the philosophical and spiritual dimensions of the language. Integrating these three epistemological perspectives not only strengthens learners’ linguistic competencies but also cultivates critical thinking and spiritual awareness of language as a divine medium. This research proposes an epistemological synthesis model as an alternative pedagogical framework for a more contextual, reflective, and transformative Arabic language learning experience.
