Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using Powtoon interactive learning media to improve learning outcomes in learning Informatics class X students at SMK Kesehatan Samarinda. This type of research is quantitative, namely experimental research (pre-experimental design) using a one group pretest-posttest design research design, namely an experiment that in its implementation only involves one class as an experimental class without a control class (comparison class). Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques. The results of descriptive statistics show that the average student pre-test score is 46.56 and has increased after being treated with an average student post-test score of 80.31. The results of inferential statistical analysis by testing the normality of pre-test and post-test data were normally distributed. The results of hypothesis analysis using the Paired Sample T-Test test, namely significance, obtained a value smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a difference when the initial test (pre-test) and the final test results (post-test) so that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The results of the analysis of student learning on the use of Powtoon interactive learning media in Informatics subjects obtained an N-Gain of 0.72 which is included in the high category. This study shows that there is an effect of using Powtoon interactive learning media to improve student learning outcomes in Informatics class X Nursing 2 at SMK Kesehatan Samarinda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perumusan model etika governance jurnalistik dakwah di era Society 5.0, suatu fase perkembangan masyarakat yang menempatkan teknologi cerdas seperti kecerdasan buatan, big data, dan Internet of Things sebagai instrumen utama dengan manusia sebagai pusat orientasi. Transformasi digital ini membawa implikasi signifikan terhadap pola produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi informasi keagamaan. Melalui kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa banjir informasi, algoritmisasi konten, serta rendahnya verifikasi pesan keagamaan menjadi tantangan krusial dalam praktik jurnalistik dakwah modern. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai etika Islam shidq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah, istiqamah, dan maslahah dalam digital governance menjadi fondasi penting untuk memperkuat transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kredibilitas media dakwah digital. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model tata kelola yang mencakup lima dimensi utama: struktur kelembagaan media, produksi dan distribusi konten, kompetensi jurnalis dakwah, konsistensi moral, dan orientasi kemaslahatan. Model ini menegaskan perlunya sinergi antara lembaga dakwah, jurnalis, akademisi, pemerintah, dan publik digital untuk membangun ekosistem media dakwah yang profesional, moderat, dan berkeadaban. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual bagi pengembangan komunikasi Islam serta penguatan praktik dakwah di era teknologi cerdas.

Abstract

This article examines the implementation of critical literacy in social science learning subjects for seventh-grade students of SMPN 6 Selayar Island. The method used by the researcher is classroom action research, which was conducted in several stages including planning, action, and reflection. The subjects of the research involved 32 seventh-grade students of SMPN 6 Selayar Island. Data were collected through observation and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the percentage of students’ learning activity achieved a significant improvement in each cycle. In the first cycle, the average value was only 69.06 or 60% classical learning completeness. Yet, after conducting reflection as a step in cycle II, there was an improvement seen from the individual average value, which was 90.31 or 100% classical learning completeness. Thus, the implementation of critical literacy has a significant impact on social science learning subjects for seventh-grade students of SMPN 6 Selayar Island.

Abstract

While image-based malware detection using deep learning has shown promise, existing methodologies predominantly rely on computationally expensive pre-trained architectures (e.g., VGG, ResNet) that create significant bottlenecks for real-time deployment on resource-constrained gateways. This research addresses this critical gap by proposing a streamlined, lightweight custom Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) specifically optimized for real-time operation. The novelty of this work lies in the strategic integration of Randomized Search Cross-Validation (RS-CV) to automate the discovery of an optimal configuration of filters, dense units, and dropout rates, eliminating the inefficiencies and biases of manual hyperparameter tuning. The proposed method transforms binary files into 64x64 grayscale images—reducing computational input by over 90% compared to standard architectures—which are then processed by the optimized custom network. Experimental results demonstrate the scientific significance of this approach, as the model achieved a near-perfect Area Under the Curve (AUC) of 0.9996 and identified threats with an average inference time of only 12–15 milliseconds. Out of 1,068 test samples, only 10 misclassifications were recorded, proving that a mathematically optimized lightweight model can outperform heavy ensemble frameworks in both accuracy and speed. These findings provide a reproducible framework for high-speed, front-line cybersecurity systems capable of detecting obfuscated threats in live network environments.

Abstract

Tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik telah menjadi tuntutan publik dalam pengelolaan organisasi sektor publik. Tuntutan ini didorong oleh berbagai isu seperti korupsi, kolusi, dan nepotisme (KKN), permasalahan penegakan hukum, dan rendahnya kualitas pelayanan publik. Salah satu organisasi publik yang beroperasi di Pusat Pelayanan Publik (PPP) Kendari adalah Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMP) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, yang merupakan salah satu Badan Pemerintah Daerah (BPPD) yang dibentuk berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 13 Tahun 2016. Dinas inilah yang menjadi lokasi penelitian dengan judul "Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dalam Perspektif Tata Kelola yang Baik di Pusat Pelayanan Publik Kendari". Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model interaktif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Kualitas pelayanan, yang diukur melalui dimensi-dimensi berikut: 1) Tangibles; 2) Reliability; 3) Responsiveness; 4) Assurance; dan 5) Empathy, telah terlaksana secara efektif. 2. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas layanan, yaitu: 1) Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM); dan 2) Sarana dan Prasarana, ditemukan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar kualitas layanan yang sudah baik saat ini, beserta faktor-faktor yang terbukti berpengaruh signifikan, dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan lebih lanjut, terutama di loket layanan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP).

Abstract

Tanjung Bunga Village, located in Wawolesea District, North Konawe Regency, is one of the coastal villages endowed with abundant natural resources, both terrestrial and marine. Most of its residents work as fishermen and live in houses facing the sea. However, the use of home yards has not yet been optimized as a source of food or for improving family nutrition. Based on the identification results, two main problems were found: the low awareness of the community regarding the importance of yard utilization and the lack of knowledge about proper management techniques. To address these issues, a community service activity was carried out through a socialization program on yard utilization in coastal areas. This activity aimed to enhance the awareness and knowledge of fishing communities about the importance of productive yard management. The results showed an increase in understanding and motivation among participants to utilize their home yards as alternative food sources and as an effort to improve family nutrition. It can be concluded that the socialization program has successfully increased participants’ awareness of the importance of yard utilization to strengthen food security and community nutrition. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di RS Sandi Karsa Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai RS Sandi Karsa Kota Makassar sebanyak 70 orang, yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat menggunakan uji regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup hingga baik. Hasil uji statistik membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai serta kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, manajemen rumah sakit diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai guna mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan

Abstract

This study examines how brand equity functions as a mediating mechanism linking viral marketing, user-generated content, and endorsements to brand loyalty. The central aim is to gain a deeper understanding of how digital marketing initiatives cultivate customer loyalty by strengthening perceptions of brand equity. Using a quantitative design and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), data were collected from 554 active social media users in Indonesia. The results reveal that viral marketing, user-generated content, and endorsements each exert a significant positive influence on both brand equity and brand loyalty. Moreover, brand equity is found to mediate these relationships, underscoring its strategic significance as a bridge connecting marketing activities with consumer behavioral outcomes. The findings emphasize that authenticity, consumer engagement, and credible endorsements are critical drivers for building trust and fostering loyalty in the digital environment. This research enriches the current understanding of digital branding dynamics and offers practical insights for marketers in crafting integrated, consumer-oriented strategies that enhance both brand equity and sustained loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and determine how BAZNAS’s startegy in empowering the economy of the poor through productive zakat in Malili Subsdistrict, East Luwu Regency. This study has two research questions, namely: 1) The implementation of of productive zakat programs through the economic empowerment of the poor ini Malili Subsdistrict, East Luwu Regency. 2). The impact of productive zakat programs run by BAZNAS’s in improving the economics independence of the poor in Malili Subsdistrict, East Luwu Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an empowerment and scienftific approach. Primary data was obtained through observation, interviews with the head of BAZNAS, two BAZNAS employees, two community leaders and six undreprivuleged people who were the beneficiaries of productiv zakat, as well asdirect documentation in the field. Secondary data was obtained through literature in the form of books, journals, internet and other reading sources related to the study. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of the poor through productive zakat is running well in accordance with its mechanism, namely the collection of zakat from muzakki. Then, the distribution and utilization of zakat to the poor as a form of productive zakat utilization program. To be targeted for BAZNAS productive zakat, mustahik can submit a proposal or BAZNAS itself can go be seen from the increase in business capital income to the increase in the economic independence of the poor. The implications of this research are: 1) the importance of increasing assistance and training for the poor, not only by providing help but also by continuing to provide skills training so that the products sold are more dominant in the line with trends and keep up with the times. 2) The importance of BAZNAS in facilitating business development networks with broader partners. 3) Expanding the target receipients of assistance, not only to poor entrepreneurs, but also to poor widows and orphans whoo may have the potential to run a business but don’t have the capital.

Abstract

The growth of the Islamic property industry in Indonesia requires accounting systems that not only comply with financial accounting standards but also align with Sharia principles. The complexity of cash and credit-based home sales transactions places accounting systems as a crucial instrument in ensuring transparency, accountability, and Sharia contract compliance. This study aims to examine the implementation of accounting systems for cash and credit home sales in Islamic property companies, focusing on revenue recognition, contract conformity, and internal control mechanisms. A qualitative case study approach was employed through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the company has applied Sharia principles in determining cost structures, profit margins, and contract documentation. However, technical limitations persist, particularly the absence of formal written accounting policies and the lack of digitally integrated accounting systems. These findings emphasize the importance of standardized accounting policies, strengthened accounting information systems, and improved internal controls to support consistent and reliable Sharia-based accounting practices. This study contributes theoretically to Sharia accounting literature in the property sector and practically offers strategic recommendations for developers to enhance the quality of Sharia-based financial reporting.
