Abstract

Tanjung Bunga Village, located in Wawolesea District, North Konawe Regency, is one of the coastal villages endowed with abundant natural resources, both terrestrial and marine. Most of its residents work as fishermen and live in houses facing the sea. However, the use of home yards has not yet been optimized as a source of food or for improving family nutrition. Based on the identification results, two main problems were found: the low awareness of the community regarding the importance of yard utilization and the lack of knowledge about proper management techniques. To address these issues, a community service activity was carried out through a socialization program on yard utilization in coastal areas. This activity aimed to enhance the awareness and knowledge of fishing communities about the importance of productive yard management. The results showed an increase in understanding and motivation among participants to utilize their home yards as alternative food sources and as an effort to improve family nutrition. It can be concluded that the socialization program has successfully increased participants’ awareness of the importance of yard utilization to strengthen food security and community nutrition. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di RS Sandi Karsa Kota Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai RS Sandi Karsa Kota Makassar sebanyak 70 orang, yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis univariat, bivariat, dan multivariat menggunakan uji regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup hingga baik. Hasil uji statistik membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai serta kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, manajemen rumah sakit diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai guna mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan

Abstract

This study examines how brand equity functions as a mediating mechanism linking viral marketing, user-generated content, and endorsements to brand loyalty. The central aim is to gain a deeper understanding of how digital marketing initiatives cultivate customer loyalty by strengthening perceptions of brand equity. Using a quantitative design and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), data were collected from 554 active social media users in Indonesia. The results reveal that viral marketing, user-generated content, and endorsements each exert a significant positive influence on both brand equity and brand loyalty. Moreover, brand equity is found to mediate these relationships, underscoring its strategic significance as a bridge connecting marketing activities with consumer behavioral outcomes. The findings emphasize that authenticity, consumer engagement, and credible endorsements are critical drivers for building trust and fostering loyalty in the digital environment. This research enriches the current understanding of digital branding dynamics and offers practical insights for marketers in crafting integrated, consumer-oriented strategies that enhance both brand equity and sustained loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and determine how BAZNAS’s startegy in empowering the economy of the poor through productive zakat in Malili Subsdistrict, East Luwu Regency. This study has two research questions, namely: 1) The implementation of of productive zakat programs through the economic empowerment of the poor ini Malili Subsdistrict, East Luwu Regency. 2). The impact of productive zakat programs run by BAZNAS’s in improving the economics independence of the poor in Malili Subsdistrict, East Luwu Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with an empowerment and scienftific approach. Primary data was obtained through observation, interviews with the head of BAZNAS, two BAZNAS employees, two community leaders and six undreprivuleged people who were the beneficiaries of productiv zakat, as well asdirect documentation in the field. Secondary data was obtained through literature in the form of books, journals, internet and other reading sources related to the study. The results of this study indicate that the empowerment of the poor through productive zakat is running well in accordance with its mechanism, namely the collection of zakat from muzakki. Then, the distribution and utilization of zakat to the poor as a form of productive zakat utilization program. To be targeted for BAZNAS productive zakat, mustahik can submit a proposal or BAZNAS itself can go be seen from the increase in business capital income to the increase in the economic independence of the poor. The implications of this research are: 1) the importance of increasing assistance and training for the poor, not only by providing help but also by continuing to provide skills training so that the products sold are more dominant in the line with trends and keep up with the times. 2) The importance of BAZNAS in facilitating business development networks with broader partners. 3) Expanding the target receipients of assistance, not only to poor entrepreneurs, but also to poor widows and orphans whoo may have the potential to run a business but don’t have the capital.

Abstract

The growth of the Islamic property industry in Indonesia requires accounting systems that not only comply with financial accounting standards but also align with Sharia principles. The complexity of cash and credit-based home sales transactions places accounting systems as a crucial instrument in ensuring transparency, accountability, and Sharia contract compliance. This study aims to examine the implementation of accounting systems for cash and credit home sales in Islamic property companies, focusing on revenue recognition, contract conformity, and internal control mechanisms. A qualitative case study approach was employed through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the company has applied Sharia principles in determining cost structures, profit margins, and contract documentation. However, technical limitations persist, particularly the absence of formal written accounting policies and the lack of digitally integrated accounting systems. These findings emphasize the importance of standardized accounting policies, strengthened accounting information systems, and improved internal controls to support consistent and reliable Sharia-based accounting practices. This study contributes theoretically to Sharia accounting literature in the property sector and practically offers strategic recommendations for developers to enhance the quality of Sharia-based financial reporting.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Memberikan Rekomendasi kebijakan  arahan Program Penanggulangan kemiskinan  dengan pemanfaatan Peta 3D dalam upaya pembangunan dan rehabilitasi infrastruktur.Metode Penelitian dilakukan dengan,  metode Sosial mapping, kemudian dengan  telaah dokumentasi penanganan, Pengumpulan Data dengan tahapan Getting In (peneliti memasuki lokasi sampel penelitian), Getting Along (Saat peneliti dilokasi) dan Logging data (Tahap Pengumpulan Data). Teknik analisis eksplanasi dengan menyusun data yang diperoleh  dan pendokumentasian sistematis,  kemudian pemilahan data berkaitan penelitian.  Proses analisis menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) di padukan dengan aplikasi tiga dimensi (3D), Untuk Program Penanggulangan kemiskinan.Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa permasalahan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan dan upaya perencanaan kumuh  yang terintegrasi pada program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan, dengan menggunakan 3D, menjadi terukur titik lokus warga yang perlu ditangani, karena hasil pemetaan dapat dijadikan sebagai  tolok ukur lokasi untuk penanganannya. Konsep pengentasan kemiskinan yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk Peta 3D merupakan suatu upaya untuk merancang perubahan infrastruktur lingkungan di Lokasi yang dikategorikan wilayah Kumuh dan Miskin, dengan mengambil lokasi di Kelurahan Sanua. Kesimpulan dalam Konsep pengentasan kemiskinan dengan pemanfaatan bentuk Peta 3D yang diarahkan pada penanganan kawasan dilakukan upaya program penanggulangan kemiskinan dan kekumuhan,  sehingga dalam upaya  perencanaan suatu wilayah dapat dilakukan dalam bentuk model tiga dimensi. Gambaran ini adalah relief rupabumi tiga dimensi (3D) yang menyerupai keadaan sebenarnya di lapangan dan dapat divisualisasikan dengan bantuan teknologi komputer grafis

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of syncretism between Bissu customs in Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi, and the principles of Islamic law. Bissu, as customary leaders, have spiritual, social, and cultural functions that have been passed down through generations. Their identity, which straddles both male and female (calabai), and their particular ritual practices often spark debate from an Islamic perspective. They are often marginalized or ostracized by society because they are considered to reject the inherent nature of men, even though they are actually men, but within their bodies, they possess the souls and feelings of women. This study uses a normative-empirical approach based on interviews with traditional, religious, and community leaders, as well as a literature review referring to the Quran, Hadith, and the opinions of Islamic scholars. The results of the analysis show that Bissu customs can be accepted as long as they are within the corridor of monotheism and do not contain polytheistic practices, while rituals with metaphysical spiritual nuances need to be reinterpreted according to maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah in order to maintain public welfare.

Abstract

Background: Maize farming productivity in rural areas still faces several challenges, particularly the low adoption of agricultural innovations, limited effectiveness of extension services, and the suboptimal role of farmer groups. For smallholder farmers, understanding the factors that encourage the adoption of innovations is essential to improve production outcomes. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of agricultural innovations and their impact on maize farming productivity in Bobo Village, Palolo District, Sigi Regency.Methods: This study employs a quantitative approach using primary and secondary data obtained through a survey of 100 corn farmers. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships among the variables: access to extension services, participation in farmers’ groups, ease of innovation, adoption rate, and productivity. Results and Discussion: The results show that is not sufficient by only providing information or technology, but must be followed by the actual adoption of innovations by farmers. The adoption of innovations acts as a key link between extension services, ease of technology, and farmer group participation with production outcomes. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of improving the quality of extension services, strengthening farmer groups, and providing innovations that are easy to implement, in order to support sustainable increases in agricultural productivity.
