Abstract

The study aims to indentify the right strategies to make Sunari Beach an advanced and attractive tourist destinasion for local and foreign tourists. The focus of this study is internal dan external factors in determining the development strategy of Sunari Beach tourism. Data were obtained from 12 informants, namely Sunari Beach staff, Patikarya village mother, visitors and the surrounding community through interviews and analyzed using qualitative descriptive and swot analysis. The result of the study indicate that the right strategy in developing Sunari Beach tourism based on sowt analysis in the opportunity strategy, namely by maximzing strengths and opportunities through the development of tourism activity facilities and following tourism trends. Threats strategy, namely optimizing strengths to reduce the impact of climate change and overturism with an environmentally friendly approach and tourist segmentation. Weakness opportunity strategy, namely reducing weaknesses and facing threats by diversifying income and personalized touris services. These findings indicate that the development of Sunari Beach as a highly competitive touris destinastion can be achieved through a collaborations strategy and opportunities and challenges in the field. Therefore, by help develop the Sunari Beach tourist attraction and be able to compete with other destination. Keywords: Sunari Beach, Development Strategy, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting rice production in Jangan-Jangan Village, Pujananting District, Barru Regency. The factors examined include land area, labor usage, and pesticide application. Data were collected from 20 farmer respondents through surveys and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that land area and pesticide use have a positive and significant effect on rice production, while labor does not have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.679 indicates that 67.9% of the variation in rice production can be explained by the three variables, while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Abstract

Ringkasan: Latar belakang: Keberhasilan pengobatan TB nasional (85%) masih di bawah target global (90%), sementara wilayah kerja Puskesmas Soropia mengalami kenaikan temuan kasus tiga tahun terakhir. Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, mengevaluasi peran kader dan tokoh masyarakat, serta menilai peran tenaga kesehatan dalam pengendalian TB. Metode: Desain mixed-method; survei pada 350 KK, wawancara mendalam 31 partisipan (pasien TB, tenaga kesehatan, kader, tokoh masyarakat), FGD, dan observasi partisipatif; analisis tematik-triangulasi (Colaizzi). Hasil: Pengetahuan masyarakat didominasi kategori kurang (56%); tiga tema kunci: stigma TB sebagai aib, peran kader dan pemerintah desa dalam diseminasi informasi yang belum optimal, serta upaya nakes mendorong kepatuhan dan pelacakan kontak. Simpulan: Partisipasi komunitas terhambat stigma dan rendahnya literasi TB; fungsi kader dan dukungan kebijakan desa belum maksimal; kinerja nakes baik namun membutuhkan penguatan berbasis komunitas. Saran: Kampanye berbasis budaya lokal, pelatihan kader TB, advokasi alokasi dana desa, dan intervensi partisipatif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat.

Abstract

The transformation of traditional libraries into digital ones has become essential for the learning process. On one hand, libraries are required to provide digital resources, while on the other hand, students are expected to be literate. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 and SMA Negeri 4 Berau, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman and Pattern Matching by Robert K. Yin. The findings indicate that digital-based library planning in both schools begins with identifying the need for digital resources. In terms of organization, both schools have a clear management structure. The implementation stage involves various strategic programs in both schools. During the evaluation phase, both schools apply a continuous monitoring and assessment system. The impact of digital libraries has been positive, enhancing students' achievements by supporting their preparation for competitions. Additionally, the pattern-matching results conclude that the library management in both schools aligns with the theoretical framework. In conclusion, the four main aspects of educational management have been effectively implemented in both schools. The implication of this research reinforces the concept of digital literacy, emphasizing the importance of utilizing digital resources critically

Abstract

Manajemen kesiswaan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik di bidang akademik dan non akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan kendala dalam manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik di SMA Negeri Berau. Penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 dan SMA Negeri 4 Berau, teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Milles dan Huberman. Analisis data juga mengunakan analisis Pencocokan Pola dari Yin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di kedua SMA tersebut pada tahap perencanaan memiliki strategi yang jelas dalam mengelola perekrutan peserta didik baru, pembinaan akademik dan non-akademik. Pada tahap pengorganisasian menunjukkan adanya struktur kerja yang teratur dan koordinasi yang baik di dalam sekolah. Pada tahap pelaksanaan program yang telah dirancang dijalankan sesuai prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Pada tahap evaluasi berjalan dengan baik untuk memastikan efektivitas program yang dijalankan. Berdasarkan pencocokan pola, maka pola empiris sesuai dengan pola teoritis yang telah diprediksi sebelumnya dalam manajemen kesiswaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan kesiswaan di kedua sekolah telah diterapkan secara efektif, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan kondisi peningkatan tekanan pada pembuluh darah yang melebihi batas normal secara terus menerus. Hipertensi menjadi penyebab utama penyakit kardiovaskuler dan berkontribusi meningkatkan angka kematian dini di dunia. Sekitar 45% morbiditas dan mortalitas akibat penyakit kardiovaskuler disebabkan oleh hipertensi. Penyakit hipertensi dan komplikasinya  berkontribusi meningkatkan stres, sehingga terjadi mekanisme timbal balik antara stres dan hipertensi. Upaya yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan informasi tentang manajemen stres. Tujuan kegiatan pengabmas adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen stres penderita hipertensi serta perubahan tingkat stres sebelum dan setelah dilakukan edukasi. Responden kegiatan ini berjumlah 30 orang penderita hipertensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan edukasi manajemen stres. Desain kegiatan pengabmas ini adalah analisis deskriptif, dengan menilai  pengetahuan dan tingkat stres sebelum dan setelah dilakukan edukasi. Hasil edukasi menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang manajemen stres dari 6 orang (16,7%) menjadi 19 orang (63,4%) pada ketegori pengetahuan baik, 7 orang (23,3%) menjadi 5 orang (16,6%) pada kategori pengetahuan cukup dan 18 orang (60%) menjadi 6 orang (20%) ketegori pengetahuan kurang. Sedangkan terdapat penurunan tingkat stres pada ketegori berat sebanyak 3 orang (10%) sebelum dilakukan edukasi, menjadi 0% setelah dilakukan edukasi, demikian pula tingkat stres pada kategori sedang dari 16 orang (53,3%) menjadi 7 orang (23,3%) dan kategori stres ringan meningkat dari 11 orang (36,7%) menjadi 23 orang (76,7%). Kesimpulan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan penderita hipertensi tentang manajemen stres dan penurunan tingkat stres setelah dilakukan edukasi.

Abstract

This research investigates the correlation between STEAM-based Project-Based Learning (PJBL) enhanced by Augmented Reality and the development of 21st-century skills among students. The study employs a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing a one-shot case study design. The sample was obtained through a cluster random sampling method. Data were analyzed using percentage analysis techniques and Kendall's tau-b test at a 5% significance level. The results from Kendall's tau-b test demonstrated a significant correlation between STEAM-based PJBL supported by Augmented Reality and enhancing students' 21st-century skills, with a correlation coefficient of 0.798 and a significance level of 0.000. Furthermore, observational data indicated that the average achievement of 21st-century skills was 77%, which is considered good. The study concludes that STEAM-based PJBL supported by Augmented Reality is significantly linked to improving students' 21st-century skills and effectively fosters these skills. These findings imply that integrating STEAM-based PJBL with Augmented Reality technology such as Assemblr Edu can be an effective strategy for educators to enhance 21st-century skills in secondary education settings.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the description of the existence of the Iqra' Method in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy at the Lembang Village TPA, to find out the influence of the Iqra' Method in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy at the Lembang Village TPA, to find out the challenges faced by Koran Recitation teachers. Iqra' in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy at Lembang Village TPA. The type of research used was qualitative (Field Research) which was carried out at the Lembang Village TPA, Research approach: Qualitative Descriptive. Primary data sources (Qur'an teachers and students), secondary data (Documents). Research instruments: observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation guidelines. Data collection procedures: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Research results: 1) The Iqra' Method in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy, most of the students can read the Koran, 2) The Iqra' Method is effective in Overcoming Al-Qur'an Illiteracy in Lembang Village.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran yang inovatif, seperti media robotik dapat meningkatkan pemahaman anak usia dini. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak pendidikan robotika terhadap perkembangan kognitif dan sosial anak usia dini. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dari jurnal ilmiah di Indonesia. Terdapat tujuh artikel penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa robotika secara signifikan meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman anak-anak terhadap konsep STEM, kreativitas, pemecahan masalah, dan keterampilan sosial. Temuan secara konsisten menunjukkan peningkatan dalam berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kerja sama tim. Integrasi pembelakaran robotika dalam pendidikan anak usia dini mempersiapkan anak-anak untuk menghadapi tantangan di era digital. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran robotika sangat meningkatkan keterampilan kognitif dan sosial anak usia dini, dan merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan guru, infrastruktur, sumber daya, dan kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Pendidikan robotika harus menjadi bagian integral dari kurikulum anak usia dini untuk membekali anak-anak dengan keterampilan di masa depan.
